We bought an IFB Washing Machine Senorita DX Serial No. 020514, which broke down within 6 months of purchase. We lodged a complaint, and received Complaint Number 3272067 on July 19 2009 from Mr. Vishwanath, who assured us that it would be looked into within 24 hours. The serviceperson Mr. Robin, came, looked at the machine and told us that the entire control panel needed to be replaced, and he would do so the next day. However, we did not hear from him for 2 days, and when we called him, he gave us a few numbers and names, and suggested that we talk to the persons: Lawrence at 26574746, 32942055, and Murli at [protected], and find out when we can get the replacement, as it was out of stock. I have tried to call these persons, but nobody picks up, or the numbers are not working. I also called the customer care again, and I got another name and a few more numbers to call, Purna Raj at 30585162/4/5, but again, there is no response. It has been more than 10 days now, and no one has contacted me about the machine. And everytime I call up the customer care, I am assured, in honeyed tones, that someone will contact me. I am hoping you will be able to give me some help in expediting the service of IFB.

Washing Machine — Poor after sales service and rude behaviour
LG make your life worse. I bought a LG washing machine from Giriyas Bangalore. They delivered without the accessories (pipes, mesh etc) and when asked about it dealer ruedly said it is LG's responsibility . There are 2 complaints I logged with LG (s8c31204617, s8c[protected] and they did not respond. When followed up, they referred me to one LG's marketing manager. When I called him understood that guy was not even listening what the issue is and started saying that there is some thing wrong in what I am saying.Finally i got information from my source that both dealer and service center people are hand in glove in cheating customer by removing spares from package etc.
