Dear sir, I purchased IFB make Dish Washer from their dealer Ashoka Trading Faridabad-121002.in Oct 2006. It gave good service for 2 years.In April 2009 water started leaking from door.I filed complaint with their call center. No 2965048 Dt 26/04/2009. I have been facing a lot of problems in my IFB front loading washing machine since the past 1 year.

=> No.1). 8 odd months back I called up the service center for this darn company, as the machine was making an UNUSUAL NOISE...that is the way you know that a problem is soon going to occur...
They sent somebody from their one and only service center in GANDHINAGAR (GUJARAT)...The person supposedly "checked"...

The machine stops at each processing step and doesn't accepts water.

No one came 15 days even after my complaint. My IFB machine is under AMC and started giving problems in Mar 09. All the clothes being washed were getting stained (yellow rust of some sorts). I was told that the drum needs to be replaced. Since then no one from the company or its service departments have shown up inspite of repeated calls and complaints. Our washing machine "Senorita Plus" is under annual maintenance contract (AMC) till 02/08/2011.
Since december 2008, there is a problem of water leakage from the bottom of the machine.
The service mechanic from Global Enterprizes came and changed the gasket and charged us Rs. 750/= on 04/12/2008.
