I have IFB Washing machine. My customer code as given by IFB is 1596677. As adviced by the IFB personnel, I had got an AMC done for my washing machine. AMC period from 17 Sep 08 to 16 Sep 09. Recently I faced probelm in my washing machine. I have been lodging complaints at the IFB Jalandhar office since 20 Jul 09 but sadly even after about 40-45 days nobody has responded. I have made more than 30 calls to different IFB representatives in Jalandhar as well as in Ludhiana. I have also lodged complaint at IFB 'helpline' and got a complaint no(3424532 dated 27 Aug 09). Thereafter I even reminded helpline no for four times and each time they claimed that theie representative shall visit us within next 24 hours. But nobody ever visited.
The service provided by the company is extremely poor and has left no choice than to lose faith in the company.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — not attended in A.M.C period

i had washing machine with A M C for 2 years but it is not attended even after 3-4 complaints from last 4-5 days. on asking u responded that we are more intrested in acheaving more A M C .poor after sale services by u persons.
My IFB washing machine was not working during the month of Nov. 2009. With great difficulty I managed to contact local (Chennai - 73) IFB service centre. They sent a service man Shri B.Arun Kumar ( mobile [protected]) on[protected]. He informed that since the machine is 10-years old, its motor, door lock are required to be replaced. However he made it to work by cleaning the door lock. He suggested that if I enter into AMC he will get all the help in replacing the motor and door lock after about 45-days from that day. Since the cost of the spares is more than the AMC amount. I entered into AMC (Customer id no. 448085) for the period[protected] to[protected]. I booked a complaint on the toll free no.[protected] on[protected] that the IFB washing machine is not working properly. They sent a service machic Shri Raja on[protected]. I explined the assurance given by Shri Arun Kumar that motor and door lock need to be replaced. He smiling accepted the intention and informed that within 2-days they will be replaced. Some other Arun Kumar came on[protected] and informed that the spares will be brought within 2-days and replaced. But on enquiry with the local IFB incharge Shri Thirugnanam (Mobile [protected]) there is no need to replace motor and he will send some other service person Shri Dhanasekar immediately and do the needful. But nothing fruitful happened till date ie.[protected]. It is a fraud on the part of IFB service persons to give false assurance and asking us to enter into AMC and not responding afterwards. IFB top management should look into these malpractices and avoid hardship to customers.

    As the complaint started the door of the washing machine was not opening properly.I called the concened person as i purchased this machine from Girias,sadashiv nagar(Bangalore).The person came and checked the complaint and he went off saying that he would be back to repair it.Now it has been more than 10 days and no person or no response regarding this complaint has been forwarded.This machine was purchased within 10 months and when contacted they told that all the repairs and services would be chargeable.This is not what we expected while purchasing this machine.I would be greatly obliged if you would look into this matter as soon as possible and revert with the rectifications.

    I have IFB Supremo model 13 years old, having regular AMC, i am trying to contact local service centre since last 4 days, every time i am asked to lodge complaint through tollfree no. but i am sorry to say that i am not getting tollfree no. my machiene is covered under AMC since last 11 years.

    My complaint number is 40669855. I called many time to local customer centre but no body is responding from local office of ludhiana. i called them 12 times but they always refuse as my AMC is still going and my washing machine required maintainace.

      Sir,

      Firstly let me introduce myself as probably the oldest IFB washing machine owner of Shimla. After purchase I persuaded a lot of my relatives and friends to purchase your washing machines. But of late I am totally unsatisfied with the follow up service by your Company despite regular AMC. Last year in January at the time of AMC the body/cover of the machine was duly replaced as suggested by the visiting technical staff of your company for the longevity of the machine. Regrettably, the machine never worked properly after the replacement of the cover. The machine vibrates so much that it even damaged the door of my new fridge that fact was duly brought to the notice of technical staff and customer care centre.
      Firstly, the company’s technical staff never paid a visit in the specified time and took 20 days for visiting and attending each complaint. Most of the time they were without the spares and promised to come back, and if at all they rectified the machine it never worked for more than ten days. Rest of the details must be there in your customer care data, as I have never been replied satisfactorily to any of your SMS feedbacks too.
      My machine never worked effectively and was down through out the year. In case the machine cannot be repaired, you are requested to kindly refund my AMC amount and replace the old cover with new by refunding the amount of the same.

        we bought a washing machine on 6th aug 2009 FRONTLOADING 7KG from ASHOKA TRADING CO.sec 16 FARIDABAD.From the very 1st day its not spining the clothes properly.we call many times at your service centre[protected] & and also talked to the engineer.He said that i will get it checked today it self (14/08/09).its over two weeks now but nobody has turend up.Please tell us what to do now.Is this the type of service you provide your coustmer?

          My machine was under breakdown due to some internal problem. Machine is still under warrenty period.
          I have registered my complaint with IFB. They have send their technician through M/s Dhandeep lacocated near oswal park Thane ( W). They advice me to spend Rs.1500/- in a Stabilaizer & have not carried out any repair / Servicing to my machine. The technician installed the stabilizer & set the machine on. This was on 29.05.2009. On 20 th of this month ( Aug 2009 ) the stabilizer was failed & after my complaint M/s Dhanadeep Serivecs took the faulty Stabilizer back and put the machin on direct supply w/o Stabilizer & till today they have not replaced the same and m/c is running on normal supply. Whenever I am calling them for replacement, the reason provided is NO STOCK. If my machine can run without satbilizer than why it was forced on me to buy, and suppose it is really not safe to run the m/c w/o Stabilizer than who will be responsible for any damage to the machine as the technician kept the machine on normal supply.

            Drum is not rotating

            My washing machine is "SENATOR" 6KGS, while operating the drum is not rotating. But the knob is rotating, water also coming asusal.if i wat to complaint through phone no: 39004321 it is not working.

            I am using a 6Kg Digital Washing Machine and have paid 4 years Extended Warranty Charge to IFB. My Washing Machine is is still under Warranty. the Belt of the Washing Machine Broke due to streching and hest .I called to register a complaint at the IFB Customer Care # [protected] on Sunday on 08/23/09 However No Complaint # was provided by the Customer Care Executive who promised to send the Complaint # via SMS at my Mobile #. I again called to register a Complaint for the Washing Mashine on Monday 08/24/09, this time the Customer Care Executive at the Call Center said that there is no Complaint Registerd and he will register the Complaint right away and promised to send the Complaint # via SMS However the Coplaint # was not received and the technician also did not turned up till wednesday Afternoon. I Called the third time at the Customer Care # to inquire about the Status of the unattended Complaint and the Executive gave me the Complaint # 3410500 and also gave me 3 phone numbers of Mr Gurdeep - Contact person at Delhi Service Center However there was no response on any of the Phone numbers provided by the Executive. Executive also gave me the assurance that the issue will be resoled latest by Thursday. I again Called the Call Center on Thursday 08/27/09 and the same story was repeated and this time the Customer Care Executive gave me Phone # of some Mr Anurag and promised that the Complaint will be attended on High Priority. Stii the Complaint is not attended and there had been no response from ayone and today 08/28/09 is the 5th Day . I must say that the Customer Servce at IFB is very neglegent and Careless

            I purchased an IFB SENORITADX 6Kg (Washing machin)from this Shop Rajan &co, 50 Court Road Nagercoil-629001 on 4th Aus 2009 and also got extension of warranty for two years I was fored to buy IFB Washing Meachin only by the recommemtaion my friends . no doubt the IFP Maechin in this best all.

            On 25-11-09 this mechine failed to work and i am inform supplier Rajan & co and your franchisee Pluto Nagercoil in vain. immediately but no response what i do??

            so i am sorry to say it is period Of 20 days there are not replace a start button. plz immediately conduct me and solve the probulem...

              this is to inform you that i haved moved from Chennai to Bangalore and IFB Washing Machine Service agent packed it and charged Rs. 350 and when the IFB Washing Machine service agent at Bangalore came down to un pack, he started complaing saying that the Filter is missing. I informed him not to do anything and gave a complaint to IFB authorities (Call Center) and on the IFB website. Immediately lot of people gave me a call trying to find out the issue and was so happy that i will get this resolved but after that nothing happened. For the last 3 months i'm following up with them and they are not bothered to reply or talk to me ...

                Ref: Invoice No. 000661 dated 17.04.2009 of M/s QRS, Kottayam.

                Sir,

                The above said washing machine was purchased from M/s QRS, Kottayam and commissioned by your autherised service personel, but within a week the machine was emitting high sound and found to be leaking.

                Your autherised service centre attended and advised to remove the stand and keep the machine on the floor. A few days thereafter again the high sound and leakage occurred and the armature pin was replaced by your senior service personel. After a span of one and half months the very same sound and leakage is recurring and your service centre has advised to change the speed control unit.

                We purchased this washing machine on the belief and understanding that it was brand new and in perfect condition, but it is now regretted that the machine is frequently breaking down. Ever since the latest complaint registered with your service centre the machine is kept idle. We therefore have sufficient grounds to believe that the said machine is defective and proned to consistant break down. You are therefore requested to replace the washing machine without further delay.

                IFB / ELENA-DX — Delayed in service

                I have purchased IFB-ELENA DX model on 30.08.2009, i got problem on 28.11.2009 of drum rubbing sound with rubber.. i complaint to customer care on 28.11.2009, but till today 02.12.2009, they have not attended my complaint.. and only gives way off committment...


                they mention that we provide service with in 24 Hrs....

                  I REGRET TO INFORM THAT I.F.B WHICH IS SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY KNOW FOR ITS PRODUCTS, HAS FAILED THROUGH ITS DEALERS, SUPPLYING US WITHA FAULY, WASHING MACHINE.THE MACHINE WAS PURCHASED ON 4/5/2007 FROMA DEALER OF IFB INDUSTRIES LTD, 32, 33 SATYA MANSION, TADBUND X ROADS, CITTA REDDY COLONY, SECUNDERABAD.


                  WE ARE OLD USERS OF IFB WASHING MACHINE, SINCE THE YEAR 1991, WE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINT WITH THE SAME FOR 10YEARS .

                  KEEPING IN VEIW THIS GUD MACHINE WE DECIDED TO TAKE THE MACHINE WITH SOME GOOD FACILITIES, AND OPTED FORA DIGITAL MACHINE .THE PROBLEM STARTED 6MONTHS FROM THE TIME OF INSTALLATION, WHER THE MAIN MOTHER BOARD WAS REPLACED SAYING THER WAS A SHORT CIRCUIT, AND THEN ON WARDS STARTED THE PROBLEMS CHAIN, EVERY 2OR 3MONTHS THERE IS APROBLEM, WE CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE AND THEY DONT SEND ANYONE TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT, EVERYTIME A NEW TECHNICIAN COME WHO IS EITHER HALKF KNOWLEDGED, OR NILL SKILLED, THEY DONT EVN KNOW WHAT KIND OF REPAIR THEY ARE DOING.

                  I HAVE SPOKE TO THE DIRECTOR /MANAGER OF THE SHOW ROOM MR.LEO FRANCIS AND THE SERVICE MANAGER, MR.RAMAKRISHNA, WHO PROMISED US THAT THER WILL BE PROBLEM IN NEAR FUTURE AGAIN, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE SAMETHIGN HAPPENED AGAIN WITHIN 3MONTHS OF REPAIR, THIS TIME IT WAS WORSE, NO ONE ATTENDED TO THE PROBLEM FOR 1WEEK, WE CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE GUYS, THEY SEND SOME STUPID UNSKILLED GUY, WHO COME SEE AND GO BACK, SAYING THAT THEY FORGOTTEN THEIR, SCREW DRIVER, NEITHER CAN WE LAUGH ON THESE GUYS OR CRY ON OOUR BACK LUCK.

                  I HAVE SPOKE TO MANAGER AND THE SERVICE MANAGER TELLING THEM IF THE PROBLEM OS NOT SOLVED, I MAY NEED TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR FURTHER RECTIFICATION, BUT STILL THER IS NO CHANGE IN THEIR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE REPAIR OF THIS MACHINE, SO I KINDLY REQUEST THE RESPECTED AUTHORITIES TO TAKE ACTION ON THESE PEOPLE, AND GET THIS FAUTLY MACHINE REPLACED.

                    We have an IFB washing machine (senorita model). We have put the above
                    complaint for vibration and noise ofthe machine on 8.8.2009. Even after
                    over two weeks, the complaint still remains to be attended despite
                    repeated reminders.

                    We have been taking AMC contract for past 6-7 years. Our current contract
                    is for two years valid upto 1.06.2011. In the past, though there have been
                    delays, our compalaints were eventually addressed. The extra-ordinary
                    delay in attending our complaint coupled with lack of any response from
                    the Customer Care of IFB and AMC service provider, Perfect Cooling System,
                    is very frustrating. This also makes a case for inviting attention of the
                    consumer forum or for conumer court as the company collected Rs.2831/- for
                    two years of AMC and not responded to our complaint for nearly two weeks.

                    Following are the details:

                    1. We registered the complaint for vibration and noise of the machine on
                    8.8.2009. The complaint number given to us was 3352777.

                    2. Our AMC contract is for two years valid upto 1.06.2011. We renewed the
                    contract much before the expiry our previous conract. Our previous
                    contract expired in June 2009. In the October last year (2008), your
                    representative approched us that we could renew the contract even prior to
                    the expiry of the then contract. The renewed contract would commence only
                    after June 2009. We paid Rs.2831/- for the same. We were given a receipt
                    to that effect. However, no contract papers have been issued to us. We
                    only have receipt issued to us at the time of renewal.

                    3. A person who came to attend the complaint a week before, came with old
                    contract papers, and therefore he asked service charges from us. He
                    mentioned that our contract has expired, and they would charge us service
                    charges. Thus the complained was not addressed.

                    4. Subsequently, we have given atleast 10-15 phone calls to the customer
                    service care. They address our grivances with standard monotonus apology.
                    I have been told that they will ensure to make the representative of AMC
                    provider, Perfect Cooling System, call us. No one has called us till the
                    date.

                    WHen mentioned that the technician from AMC provider did not carry my
                    renewed document, the customer care centre reprenetative asked me to call
                    IFB br. in Mumbai to follow up for the document. They gave me local phone
                    number 32942362.

                    This was completely shocking. WHen we pay for AMC contract, it is the
                    company who has to complete documents and related formalities. Why should
                    we chase the company to send the contract papers to us or AMC service
                    providers? Nevertheless, we tried, but we get consisten message that the
                    number is switched off.

                    5. I have been given by the customer care staff numbers of Perfect Cooling
                    System. I have spoken on 32240707, 32156521 and [protected]. I have spoken
                    to Mr. Shashikant and Mr. Ehsan. My request to talk to Mr. Pujary, manager
                    of Perfect Cooling is not answered. They keep telling me that they will
                    send a technician, but yet no one has visited us.

                    6. The whole experience is so frustrating that I am now forced think of
                    approaching a consumer court on the ground of cheating and deception that
                    the company has collected AMC contract money, but does not answer my
                    complaint even afer 15 days.

                      I have purchased IFB Microwave Oven 20SC1. For last two montha it is not functioning. I have lodged a complaint with the IFB Customer Service Center on 5th July, 2009. The complaint No is 3207233. Only once a technician came and said the overhead fan transformer needs to be changed. Since then I have been following up regularly with the IFB Customer Support Center as well as various people engaged in customer services. I have spoken to several people including the head their Appliance group . However, no result. One person is pointing at others. I have never experienced such a level of harassment from other manufacturers at all and this has happened even when I have purchased AMC from IFB. This is extremely frustrating.

                      I have purchased IFB Microwave Oven 25SC1. I have purchase on 23-8-06 from vasanth and co 16/B-A south usman chennai(bill number 40010).We found after 2 months the oven not working.Mekash enterprises recieved the oven from us who was a service dealer.for one the Mekash enterprises in eldams road tenampet kept without proper response we could accept the oven without service from Mekash.It happened to take back the oven due to the reson of delay in retuning the oven to us. The oven was returned in worst condition (like cockroaches eaten the part of oven)I have lodged a complaint with the IFB Customer Service Center on 19.9.2008. After 3 month the person came and asked me to sign AMC Conract owords the oven i agreed and paid Rs 1396 (reciept cum invoice number 23492).The complaint No is 3623062 d 14.10.2009. . Since then I have been following up regularly with the IFB Customer Support Center as well as various people engaged in customer services. I have spoken to several people including the head their Appliance group . However, no result. One person is pointing at others. I have never experienced such a level of harassment from other manufacturers. This is extremely frustrating.Still the oven is with the person who has taken through customer care.Since the oven is taken after 2month from the date purchase now they are telling that some parts are missing this also i could not accept and tollerate.I have one more complaint number2785983 dt 3.3.2009.Now the personnel suggesting us to go for new one finnally.I am not financially sound person in order to purchase such branded equipment like IFB .I am informing the only reason is i have high esteem towards IFB.Even if you provide brand new 25sc1model oven to me in my case.it will be a satisfaction.My contact no is [protected].
                      Post sale service in India is very poor .It is a high time that strict legal action is taken against the comapny if they fail to provide a post sale service. The action could be hefty financial penality to the termination of licence of the company.

                        MY WASHING MACHINE IS UNDER AMC.I made a complaint and the details are as below:
                        12-8-09:THE COMPLAINT is lodged and the NUMBER IS :3364941 DATE OF COMPLAINT IS:12-8-09.
                        PROBLEM IS:TUB IS LEAKING.
                        15-8-09:FIRST VISIT BY THE TECHNICIAN IS ON :15-8-09 AND HE DIAGONISED IMMLY THAT THE TUB HAS TO BE CHANGED.IT TAKES 30 MINUTES FOR DIAGONISING.
                        18-8-09:SECOND VISIT:THE NEW TECHNICIAN BROUGHT ONE OLD TUB AND DISMANTLED THE MACHINE COMPLETELY.AFTER THAT INFORMED THAT THIS TUB IS NOT SUITABLE AND PROMISED TO BRING NEW CORRECT TUB THE NEXT DAY AND VANISHED.HIS NAME IS MR.VIJAY OF TRUE CARE, THE FRANCHAISE OF IFB IN CHENNAI SOUTH.
                        19-8-09:I did follow up with call center/Franchaise/and IFB:Ph:30288511 and Mr.Arun of IFB-[protected] and got the answer that the spare tub is not available and will come only on 22-8-09.
                        22-8-09:again called the franchaise and thay said that they will call me to update.But No response further.
                        24-8-09:Again called the franchaise True care and got the reply that they will call me .
                        24-8-09:Called Mr.Arun-[protected] and was informed by him that they may get the correct TUB on wednesday.
                        24-8-09:???????????????????? Till now 12 days gone.No use except doing washing by ourselves.IFB made us to learn washing and self realiant.

                        This is the story of having an AMC for a washing machine and then beg for their service.I don't understand why IFB is taking AMC if they cannot have spares in the regional office and put the customers into trouble.Now we all are doing washing daily from 12-8-09 to 24-8-09 and no light when we will get the spare.

                        By writing this in publice forum, my intention is atleast in future let IFB tries to give proper service to its customers mainly by keeping the required spares in the local offices itself.If the spares are provided in time then their technicians are good enough to close the issues.

                            I bought a 5, 5 Digital IFB washing machine on 27 June 2009 from New Berco Electronics, G-3 Central Market Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi.

                            After a month and a half the washing machine while spinning went into overspeed and started jumping the machine was switched off. I made a complaint No.3380687 on 17/8/2009. Authorised service dealer visited on 18/8/2009 and found that the drum was broken and all bolts fastening it had come out.

                            I request that this machine be replaced at the very earliest as it was only a month and a half old.

                            Thank you and awaiting your urgent action and response.

                              Water is leaking from the washing machine. I even have AMC made. The repairing personnel come, look at the machine. They just do some small adjustments, and say that the machine is repaired. When they are told to wait for a washing cycle to get completed, they just go out and say that the problem will not occur again. But when the machine is started the problem persists and all the water gushes on the floor.
                              This has happened continuously for the last two days and thrice in 15 days. Each time a new mechanic is sent and he seems to be least intrested in attending to the problems, but are only intrested in quantitative attendance.
                              I stay in Panaji Goa and the problem still persists even after giving the complaint twice.
                              The mechanics do not seem to know the work properly.
                              IFB are you listening? With heavy competition IFB will tend to loose.

                              IFB Washing Machine — Lack fo response on new product

                              I bought a washing machine on 6 dec, from an IFB point on M G Road, Delhi. I was promised that it would be delivered and installed in 24hrs. The delivery took place, with one man who could not even carry the producut inside a ground floor house, he then dumped it in our drawing room. To date and till now, no one has come to install the product. I even called customer care and they informed me that it would be done on 8th Dec. Nothing has happened and there is a compelte lack of repsonse or action from the company . Mr.Devgan the perosn incharge at IFB point doe snto even take the calls on his mobile, what kind of a company this is I wonder-I really made a msitale by buying this product.

                              IFB WASHING MACHINE — Lack of action on complaint

                              My washing Machine is on AMC. It had gone out of order on 31-1-09. I was out of station and my wife lodged a complaint on local number[protected]. The complaint was noted but no complaint number was given. I returned on 2-2-09 morning and reminded them about the pending complaint. I was told to register my complaint on[protected] or 39004321which I did and was given complaint number 2684321. Since then I have been telephonically reminding the Toll free number as well as the local number but despite promises the machine has not been attended yet. Could you please advise what is holding action on my complaint and what more can be done by me by to make your local franchisee take action on my complaint.

                                    I Dr.Kumud Kukreja, resident of J 84, KALKAJI, FF, New Delhi 110019, had purchased SENATOR washing machine of IFB brand on 18/10/2006.In fact, for such a pricy product I've taken an extended warranty also which holds it's validity till 17/10/2010.
                                    On 24/07/2009, I've registered a complaint in the IFB customer care centre regarding the breaking of my machine's door handle.Thankfully, the person has come and told us that the part needs to be changed.After that, I was told that it would a maximum of three days for the part to come.Till date, my problem has been there and everytime I call up at the given numbers, stupid explainations are given to me.Even I got to talk to Ms Ankita Srivastava, manager four days back, she promised me to solve my problem, but till date my problem has not been solved.Unofficially, the lower staff has told me that the concerned part is not available and probabaly the company has stopped maufacturing it.So later in the morning I talked to the PA of Mr.Chandola, Regional Manager IFB, regarding this.The lady assured me that Mr. Chnadola would get back to me after his meeting .Till now I've not received any call from him or his office.Surprisingly, his mobile number has been switched off - and its more than 3 hrs from the last conversation with his PA.
                                    Now, my request is that my problem should be solved on urgent basis and if comapny cannot provide me with the part, KINDLY THE MONEY WHICH I HAVE GIVEN FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY SHOULD BE REFUNDED BACK TO ME WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECTS- reason thereby, if company has stopped manufacturing its parts, then how could anybody provide me with its services without the desired parts available.
                                    SECONDLY, SINCE IFB WASHING MACHINES ARE ON THE HIGHER SIDE OF PRICING WITH RESPECT TO THEIR COUNTERS IN THE MARKET.SO IF PARTS NOW NOT BEING MADE- I CANNOT CARRY THE BURDEN OF KEEPING SUCH AN EXPENSIVE MACHINE, SO KINDLY PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW MACHINE BY ADJUSTING MY COST OF PURCHASE.
                                    I am really upset with the kind of callous attitude of the company and its employees towards my problem and in the today's era of speed and progress how could anybody tolerate for such an insincere behaviour.It's my humble request to the commission that strict action should be taken for such a company which launches its products with expensive ranges and promises, takes up money for extended warranty from the consumers.BUT FAILS TO PROVIDE WITH THE SERVICES within the desired stipulated time .Over and above shows such a callousness towards its consumers.

                                    IFB, Senator — WATER LEAKAGE FROM TUB

                                    I have complained about the leakage of washing machine IFB senator model vide complaint no. 8378323 and one engineer came to check the machine. On checking he found the wash tub has to be replaced. I have told them to replace it immediately. But the service centre people have given me excuses everyday and no one has come to replace it till date.
                                    this is mohan reddy resident of 2-4-62/4, Rama lingeshwara nagar, Macha bolaram, alwal, hyderabad, pin- 500010. had purchased ELENA DX MODEL OF washing machine of IFB Model on 09/10/ 2009.My washing machine door handle was broken . and i called up on customer care center ...and person came along with his tool box, solved out the problem and then guided me to purchase a complete set of front door.it costs nearly 2600 rs.but actual problem is the door handle that costs approximately 350 or less..i searched for views to buy an handle...but i din't get it .Is it the genuine way to solve the problem of customers and making diversion into purchasing unnecessary parts which will cost high amount ? please do favor and release the wanted spare parts in to the market...thanking you.

                                      complaint no. 3294415 filed on 24 Jul 09. Engineer visited on 30th Jul 09 telling us that the machine would require bearing replacement. Since then no body has come back with the spare and even after repeated calls to customer care who gave the no of branch manager and area manager (Mr. Anupam)spoke to both the persons and still nobody turned up till date.

                                      Since last one year neither my Washing machine ( IFB Eleena Model) working perfectly nor the service personnel are able to make it OK. Till date they have replaced motor & tub (Both outer & inner) twice. But since last one month, till today the machine is not working. After repeatedly failure of motor the service personals are showing their helplessness as they are telling that almost all new motors are failing!!!. The service personnel even are denying to give the service report after carrying out the maintenance work (even after motor / tub replacement), where we are also signing. It is really a regretful thing for such a high branded & internationally famed Company such as IFB. Given a preference.
                                      IT IS SURE THAT I SHALL NEVER PURCHASE ANY ITEM OF IFB, NEITHER I SHALL RECCOMEND TO MY COLLEAGES/RELATIVES.
                                      A few Suggestions:
                                      1) The complain should be attended timely, preferably within 24-48 hours maximum for AMC .
                                      2) THE IFB should monitor all the online complain after proper acknowledgement in return mail. Till date although I have put 3 online complain, but I didn't received any return mail / nor any complain nos etc.
                                      3) Top level management like state in charge are also showing their helplessness which shows very poor image of IFB. (I am particularly speaking for the ORISSA counterpart.) They should be strengthened.

                                      It is further requested to kindly look in to the above and acknowledge with timely & appropriate corrective action plan in return mail.

                                      1. I have a IFB washing machine serial No 085593.
                                      2. A complaint was lodged three months back when we were told that the bearing of the drum was faulty and therefore the whole drum was replaced and the intact drum with faulty bearing was taken back by Authorised Franchisee of IFB Krishna Enterprise Lucknow. Full charges for change of the drum and bearing was done.
                                      3. The machine started developing noise again. IFB (Krishna Enterprises) was contacted. They assessed and again and insisted on changing the drum, bearing and the shaft. Again they have taken back the intact drum where change of the shaft and the bearing would have solved the problem. A heavy bill of 4600/- was produced and have been paid in full by me.
                                      4. Changing a full drum for faulty bearing every three months does not stand to logic neither it speaks high of the reputation of IFB.
                                      5. I am using IFB washing machine as well as micro oven for many years just because of the brand and reputation of IFB.
                                      6. I would request you to check job no 6680 dt 11 Oct 12 and the history of the machine and give a suitable justification so that my impression of IFB remains maintained.
                                      I strongly agree as I am a victim of the unprofessional, irresponsible service of IFB, I am regretting now for purchasing a IFB washing machine. IT IS SURE THAT I SHALL NEVER PURCHASE ANY ITEM OF IFB, NEITHER I SHALL RECCOMEND TO MY COLLEAGES/RELATIVES.

                                      I have an ifb digital washing machine under AMC. I filed complaint on 25th July'14 when the machine showed error 4. Technician came on 27th and said power card is corrupt and there is no card in stock. We waited one whole week for the card listening to excuses made by the service centre personnel. Today one technician turned up with a card on 30th july but couldnt get the machine started. Now they say motor is faulty. Very much irritated by this behaviour of service centre of IFB. No professional attitude. Not expected of an esteemed company like IFB. What do they expect? I am washing 6 persons clothes by hand for the past one week. And this doesnt mean anything to that technician. He says very casually that we have to wait for another 2 or 3 days. How disgusting!!! I would never suggest anyone to buy any IFB product.
                                      We have complained regarding noise in washing machine on 8th dec vide complaint no14429126 and still pending.i have made 100 calls but problem still persists.very poor response by frenchies.suggest to either resolve issue od donot sell these products if service is not possible. Can we get response to my problem...????ja
                                      My complaint number [protected] which was attended by IFB technical person on[protected] and changed bearing etc. But the problem is remains same.
