This has reference to my complaint registerd with IFB regarding washing machine for servicing / replace of parts which worn out and machine was not functioning. I have registered complaint with IFB customer care center on June 10, 2009 through telephone ([protected]). My compliant number is :3128801. The executive attended the machine on June 12, 2009 at 8:30am. He informed that the part has to be replaced. I agreed for the same. He said will revert in an hour regarding the availability of the part. But, he didn't call yet. I called the customer care center again on June 12, 2009 and the J.S. Engineers, service center franchisee for IFB at ([protected]). But there is no proper response from the service center. I repeteadly called the Customer Care center regarding no revert from service center. The Customer Care Executive informed that he will arrange for a call back. But there is no revert from IFB. I spoke to IFB Customer Care on June 15, 16, 17 and informed would file a case in consumer forum if there is no revert. But, till now(June 18, 2009 at 13:30 hrs) there is no revert from IFB. Though my machine is under AMC since Jan 2009, there is no single service has been done by IFB till date.
Hence, we request the Indian Consumer Compliant Forum to take necessary actions towards IFB for poor customer care and non maintenance of the machine under AMC.

IFB Washing machine Elite — complaint no. 4215924
I have already launched a complaint on 4th March with regard to my IFB Washing Machine (Elite). Till now it has not been rectified. The response level is too bad and the technicians are not that much capable enough to attend the complaint. To identify the complaint itself they have taken 10 days time and it is time to replace to drum it seems. But till now they are not able to replace it. This is pathetic service which i have ever seen.
