i purchased IFB Diva model in the month of January the service man has installed machine and taken the charges of 350/-RS in which the company will provide the matic detergent powder. i contacted the dealer several times he said we will contact you with in two or three day. now since last three month the same thing is going on but till they have not given the detergent. what can i do?...

I have purchased IFB machine through IFB official web site & as per offer i should receive the good they are giving to customer who are purchasing through site however its been year & many complain launched at cust care but no response

Moreover no warranty card given even visited many times to local IFB office but no reponse...
