Unresolved Service request for 40 days
IFB Model WA806 - Top Loading Washing Machine

It has been a struggle from the day we purchased this low quality product. To top this, the after sales service and the people that they have to take care of this are horrible to deal with.

In the last 3 years, our latest struggle to get a faulty part replaced (gearbox,now) is running on to 40 days till date and the pity this is being followed by my old parents.

This is to my ultimate dismay being a Samsung customer, I suggested to buy a IFB because of its brand name in Washing machine for my home in Coimbatore.

The latest case # 7688272, registered on 5th Sep 2011 and the ordeal is still on. False promises, no responsiveness and ultimately no one turned up to help.

With this I regard, IFB are really 3rd grade company and also its people. Bare minimum, I need this service request resolved and later on, would like to talk to someone in IFB that are sensible and responsible for customer service

    Hello all,
    NEVER TAKE A IFB washing machine for the below reasons:
    1. Within a year , you washing machine will give problems
    2. The worst customer service , who say they are available 24 hr only to lodge complaints but not resolved. The franchise manager Sampath , are manager Sampath and the AP manager Ramky would not even pick up the calls to resolve the issues too.
    The escalation matrix is worst and only name sake and because of these members and the quality of product , IFB is definitely a wrong investment for house appliances.

    I have raised the issue on Sep14th where the person never turned up, Sept 23rd where Customer service came to home and said he has ordered for a part which will come in 2-3 days and never reported back., I lodged the complaint again on Oct 3rd where the Cust sevrice came and said it has to be taken to workshop which will be done on 7th.
    Till 8th evening no has bothered to respond back and inform the customer of carrying the machine to workshop nor informing any delays.

    Also the person who came on Sept 23rd could not even identify this problem and no wonder we doubt the training of these personnel.,
    I have claled all the mangers franchise, area and AP manager who are pathetic that they did not even try to understand the issue and switched off their mobiles.


    Cant expect anything else from them.

    It is definitely a wrong investment by buying IFB products

      We have purchased an IFB Microwave/Convection Oven (Model # MWO-IFB-30SC2) on 25th February, 2010 for Rs. 11,5000 from Next Retail Shop in Lajpat Nagar Market. The latch on the handle broke a week before the expiry of the warranty. IFB provided a complaint # was 5903791. The latch was fixed but the problem persisted and the microwave door never opened smoothly - we strongly suspect it is a design flaw or the part that was used to replace the original latch made the problem worse. On June 2nd, the whole door of the microwave came out because of the problem with the latch. We had to wait for more than two weeks before the door was fixed. All this while, we had to encounter a lot of inconvenience in the kitchen. Around 20th August, the microwave broke down again and it took another two weeks for IFB to provide a replacement part for it to start failing again in three weeks. We have spent close to Rs. 1,350 on the repairs for something that surfaced during warranty and of all the hardship and inconvenience as the kitchen is running without microwave for substantial periods of time.

      We have asked the company to replace the defective microwave with a brand new one and to refund the amount that we have spent on repairs. I request the Government to take a firm action with IFB so that the company does not get away with such poor after sales and warranty service and customers are not inconvenienced in this way. We are so frustrated with IFB microwave and repeated repairs which clearly do not work that we want to buy another microwave and want the money refunded because we can't be at the mercy of IFB. I request firm and decisive action.

        In line with the below email, please be informed that facts against our complaint No.7069693 dated 2nd Sep 2011.

        1. The issue is still pending to be resolved 100%.

        2. But to surprise, the above referred complaint No. has been closed in your system (known from your customer care cell (Ph No.[protected].

        3. The issue has been addressed to all level in IFB customer service portfolio.

        3.b - Our Area Territory Head, Mr.Nandha Gopal (Mobile No - 0 [protected]);

        3.c - IFB Retail Dealer M/s Raja Mega Stores, Pudukkottai - His M.D, Mr. Raj Sekar (Mobile No - [protected]) and His customer service executive Mr. Karthikeyan (Mobile No - [protected]) - who where also supporting us to resolve but all their efforts also went in vein.

        3.d - Our Area Franchise M/s Maxim Care (Authorised Service Centre) - Mr. Antony Vinod (Mobile No - [protected]) and His service executive Mr. Mahadevan(Mobile No - [protected]) and his colleagues and Mr. Narayanan (Mobile No - [protected]) from M/s Gugha Engineers Pvt Ltd( Authorised Service centre).

        Also please note, since the existing compliant has been closed by your authorized service agents, another fresh complaint has been taken by your customer care cell[protected] against the wrong closure of customer complaints. The compliant No.7317921 Dated 4th Oct 2011.

        Please note We as a customer has to get regular and proper after sales service, which is your duty to meet the consumer rights. But in addition to proper service, your agents are not responding to us in time and even no transparency in escalating the issues to their high level. Also when it is been taken up with higher officials, there is no call back to customers even from customer care centre or the higher official (to whom the complaint was escalated) to know the real status of complaint being addressed.

        In this scenario we as a customer have been taken to ride by your service agents, mislead to wrong information, false commitments, We were pushed to all kinds of high level mental pressure and physical difficulties to meet our daily needs with the IFB washing Machine. Moreover, our family people (My Mother) where pushed to severe physical difficulty even under their poor healthy conditions, which has affected here health condition severely. Also we have spend large amount of mobile calls which is unnecessary expense to us. These are the few difficulties to address and there are lots more such complaints prevail with us due to improper service providing of your authorized agent, which shall be in detail while addressing through legal note.

        please note as per our below email, we are forced take legal action against the above ill treatments by your authorized service group.

        This is to bring to your kind notice that IFB customer service in our locality (Thanjore, Tamilnadu) is totally absent/not active as required. Please note the complaint No:- 7069693 registered through[protected], which is almost a month due to address the machine fault. Also note the machine was bought very recently on 28th Jan 2011and with this short span of time from purchase kindly look at your service capability which in sorry/worst position. We as customer doesn't want to know your efforts, also do advice your people not to count their efforts rather please produce the result/output as required.

        The same is also brought to notice of your customer complaint cell several times through Phone No.[protected] but no results are sighted.

        This kind of worst customer service will spoil the brand image of IFB in rural market. Please understand the rural market is strong in its word of mouth marketing technique and this behavior will certainly bring down the market share.

        Hence request you to consider this a personnel note to know the reality in addressing the customer grievance by your authorized dealers/franchisee and ensure corrective action is taken to safe guard the brand image "IFB" and do also address our complaint very soon.

        If still the action is not taken, sorry but with no option we are forced to take legal proceedings against non fulfillment of consumer rights.

        I Strongly demand after sales service has to be at least to meet the basic criteria and looking at this detailed scenario of complaint, worst service manner is practiced and it has to be highly taken to legal proceedings on a/c of consumer rights complaint.

          I am the owner of an IFB Washing Machine model Senator 6 kg, purchased on 16th April 2008. IFB had entered into an annual maintenance contract (AMC) with me on 21st December 2010, valid for 12 months on payment of Rs. 2537 as the AMC fees (copy attached). The AMC covers any defects during the contract period.

          I logged a complaint on August 20, 2011 (10:05 am) to your customer care number, based on which a person visited our premises and assessed the problem and promised to return for rectifying it, but did not return. We logged in multiple reminders (seven in number) from mobile number [protected] and [protected] and were promised that the matter was being escalated and someone would soon visit our premises to take care of the problem. However, no action has been taken despite repeated reminders.

          Finally, I had called the customer care number on 10th September, 2011 (three calls at 9:53 am, 9:59 am and 1:23 pm) and complained that IFB was evading its obligations under the AMC and would result in a consumer complaint against the company, however, the same and a reminder on 13th September, 2011 (two calls at 8:54 am and 9:00 am) also failed to evoke any action.

          IFB Senator — annual maintenance contract

          the machine has been puchased on my father's name MR UMARSHI HEMRAJ GALA. we had entered into an annual maintainence contract for 2 yrs and the same will expire on 13th april 2009.we recd. a call ur company stating that the company was offering a 3yr annual maintainence contract for rs 3636. we signed the new contract and paid the amt. in cash to MR. JEETU THAKKAR who is working with DEEP ENTERPRISE 3 DATTA BHAVAN KRISHNAJI WAMAN CHITALE PATH, DADAR (W) MUMBAI - 400028. TEL NO: 24212168, 24371815. RECEIPT NO: STC NO. 967ON 19 january 2009. today i.e the 25th of january 2009 MR NITIN AN EXECUTIVE FROM YOUR COMPANY INFORMED US ABOUT THE EXPIRY OF THE CONTRACT. WE SAID THAT WE HAD ALREADY GIVEN IT TO THE COMPANY. HE INFORMED US THAT DEEP ENTERPRISE HAS DIS ASSOCIATED ITSELF FROM IFB SINCE 1 YR. WE AS CUSTOMERS HAD NOT BEEN INTIMATED BY THE COMPANY ABOUT IT AS TOLD BY MR NITIN. IF THE COMPANY IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH DEEP ENTERPRISE THEN HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO KNOW THE DETAILS ABOUT THE MODEL, DATE OF EXPIRY, ETC. ALSO HOW ARE THEY WORKING ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY.             I own an ifb elena aqua sx 1000 rpm washing machine .. I complained the customer care as the door was not opening . A guy named suraj came after more than 24 hours of registering the complaint and asks for bill and warranty card which i showed but then he asks for user manual for which i said i have to search for it, the guy starts to misbehave and asks for rs 6500/- saying that PCB and door lock are not working. When i asked that the machine is in warranty he quickly replies that without user manual you cant avail warranty.. where in the world does one require user manual to avail warranty..
            Really Pathetic customer service from IFB. I really suggest everyone not to go in for an IFB washing machine ever in your life.

              I have a IFB Microwave oven of IFB which was purchased by me in Augut 2007 and the company covered it first in extended warranty and then AMC which runs till August, 2012.

              The said microwave oven stopped working on 22nd July and I lodged a complaint on 23rd July, 2011 vide complaint no 6804807.

              The IFB now says this is a obselete model and can not be rectified, i now discovered from the compnaies call centre that a microwave manufatured in year 2000 was sold to me in 2007 and was also covered in AMC.

                I purchased a 7 Kg DIRECT DRIVE washing machine no 62830303 on 11 jul 2011. My customer ID at IFB is 2898447.The first complaint no is 7158449.I lodged a complaint with 24 hrs helpline on 8 Sep 2011.The engineer came after 5 days but could not rectify the problem. now even 24 hrs helpline is not listening as they are saying that you have to lodge a fresh complaint now. its been 25 days that my washing machine is not functional.after 2 months it is not working.My registered Ph no with IFB Is [protected].

                  My microwave oven is getting trouble frequently and none of your mechanic has been able to repair the same. They have changes few parts also. The oven was purchased on 03/11/2010 and my customer ID is 2560796. This machine is under break down since last 10 days but the complaint is not being attended by any one in spite of repeated followup with customer care and local service centre.

                  Please take care immediately or refund the cost of the above oven immediately.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I bought an IFB washing machine (Senator 6 kg) 4 years ago. Recently, I started getting some problems in my washing machine. When called for service, I was asked to renew AMC. I did the same and then asked them to rectify the problems. A service engineer from one AYUSH SERVICES came to my home and replaced the shock absorber. I observed that his service was rude and he was mishandling the parts. After he fixing the new shock absorber, he left. Then on, the washing machine was making loud noises. It is unbearably loud like juggling steel balls in a heavy drum. We did not have that problem before. I am sure he did something inside the machine, which broke the ball bearing assembly.
                      I registered a complaint with IFB and have been following up for the past 2 weeks. Nobody is turning up and they always give one reason or another and avoiding me. The washing machine has stopped working now. I want to register a complaint and take serious action against them. Please guide me as to how to proceed on this

                      IFB Washing Machine - Senator — Poor customer service

                      In the month of july I have placed a complaint regarding my washing machine for drum leakage. A service engineer came to my door step and acquired a AMC from me for replacement of the drum. But still the replacement is not made inspite of giving N number of reminder calls to the concerned person. The local service centre says that the complaint is closed. They provide such a poor service to customers.

                      IFB Senator Washing Machine — Pathetic AMC Service

                      I am residing at Mumbai (Bandra west). I have a IFB washing m/c (Model: Senator Sr.No:21993) which is covered under your AMC.There was a problem on the m/c and a complaint was lodged on 14.10.08. Complaint Ref: 2294732 .

                      On 14th evening, your service person came, inspected the m/c and said that the motor has to be replaced and that he would bring and fit the new motor soon.

                      It is now 6 days since the complaint was made and nothing really has happened. I and my family is put to a lot of hardship and inconvenience.I am simply appalled at the way your customer care is responding to our numerous calls. Every time we have to brief the case history and we are being asked to contact 101 persons to get the complaint attended. To put it simply, your customer care people are playing " Shuttlecock" with us.

                      I am sure your company has some benchmarks/norms on service delivery to the customers and by any standards the service delivery being rendered to me will be nowhere near your norms.

                      I hope you will look into the complaint more seriously and have it resolved immediately without further loss of time.

                      I had purchased this IFB senator washing machine almost a two years ago, the warranty period of which ends in Jan 2010. Since its purchase problem persists. no satisfaction is achieved. please rectify.

                      IFB Senator — poor service

                      I have IFB washing machine and also a service contract for two years. I complained about unusual noise when spinning. couple of months ago my complaint no 3515961 was attended and it was found that a rubber seal was damaged. That time i told the engineer who attended the complaint, that there might be water leakage and bearing may need change. After couple of months ,the machine started making noise during spining cycle. therefore I register complaint on26/9/2009.(complaint no 3669410). First 5 to 6 days no body attended the complaint. after that one maintance person came and opened the machine and confermed that bearing needs change. since he needs to bring the required components from store, He went back keeping machine out of order. I thought the person would come and do the job on that afternoon. bue to my surprise he went to Yewala and two days he did not turn up. yesterday he came and he found that the drum needs change. so he went back to fetch drum but did not turn up.nor he had a courtacy to ring back to me regarding the position. This morning when I phoned him, he says the shop is closed because of shifting and that he will not be attending the complaint for the next two days.
                      I do not like the way the service is provided by the company. I suspect that some private business is going on behind. we are retired persons and need services promptly.I request that you look in to this problem urgently

                      I register a complaint on 26th October 2009.The complaint no was 3669410. At the time of registering complaint, I was told that a service person wouls come and visit in 24 hours. But acually the maintance person visited on 4th November2009. On that day he opened the machine and confermed that bearings need replacement. This I suspected as there was a water leak through rubber sealing fixed near the bearings.since beariongs were not with him, he kept machine out o[censored]se assuring me that he will bring the material quickly. The maintance person voisited agin on 9th or so and told me that tyhe problem is with drum as the bushing attached to the drum was damaged. This I could see and agree. The solution was to change drum. He told me that drum need to be ordered from Pune.. The request was made and when I phoned to your Pune office, I was told that the drum has left stores on saturday7th. Afgter chasing two times the machine was finally repaired onfriday 13th.
                      The machine is working fine aI the moment.I was put to inconvenience unnecessarily for a long period. of time.

                      IFB Senator — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

                      Sir/Madam,

                      I had a problem with my washing Machine and lodged a complaint on 24/4/2010 complaint No. 423963. I have a valid AMC from IFB, but till date the my problem has not been solved. Everyday I keep on calling your Customer care, yet solution has been provided. Customer care representatives gave landline numbers for Esclating the issue, but those were useless for me. As I called those numbers no one picks up the call or the line automatically rejects my number. I am just writing this mail in much distress and anguish, If IFB does not solve my issue this day, I would be forced to claim legal action against IFB. Its up to you IFB and service partners in Chennai to realise the seriousness of this issue.

                      I am shalini malik.My husband is in the army and we are posted to Bihar ASC Center north Paharpur Gaya. My machine is under AMC and AMC no. is 196228.My machine is not working from last two days it's steel tub has stopped rotating.I lodged a complaint on 16th of aug in the morning 6:00a.m and taday is 17th of aug 5:00p.m and nobody has come to repair my machine.I've rang 6-7 times but they are not taking it seriously.Every time I call there is different person to answer the call and every time I've to repeat the phone no address after that they assure but no work on ground.

                      I've two children son 7 years old and daughter is 15 months old.The weather is also very unpredictable.I am having very tough time and I belive that once the product is sold afterwards it's customers problem.Very poor service I've seen and facing it.

                      I have an IFG Senator 6kg. It was running perfectly for almost 3 years. For the last 1 month we observed a leak of drops of water from the bottom of the washer (and the washer is in good condition). So I decided to call customer service. Within a day the service person came and he opened up the front panel and cover (without asking me what is the issue and even I didn’t tell the issue assuming that the customer service lady might have conveyed it to him). Then he asked me to bring a cleaning cloth. When I returned back to him with a cloth, he told me that, the important micro controller circuit is burned-out and that is why your washer is not running. And it costs rs.2500+. I got shocked and asked is that also the reason that the washer is leaking water  !!? Then the guy asked me back "is it leaking?" I really got pissed-off. When he switched the power on, I found the washer is not running. I immedialty smelled something fishy and asked the guy to pack-up. Any how he demanded Rs.350 for service charge! GOD.. We Indians are really poor/innocent in all sense. Before the guy leaving the house, I asked him to test the washer once again and confirmed that the washer now is not running.

                      Later after the guy left, I opened up the washer again and did a mind analysis. To the core of "shockingness", I found 3 electric connectors disconnected.
                      1. that is connected to the micro-controller circuit board.
                      2. that is connected to main motor
                      3. that is connected to the coil near the coin collector.

                      I connected all of them back and the washer is now running perfectly.

                      Regarding the water leak.. it is coming from a small hole on a rubber connector near the coin collector.. I sealed with MSEAL and rubber-solution..

                      See.. How people are cheating
                      The problem is still not resolved. Both the service provider and the customer care manager from IFB are avoiding my calls? Can someone please guide me how to lodge a complaint formally with consumer court?

                      No post sale support even in warranty period

                      I purchased a microwave oven and filed a complaint on feb 26 2015 when the exhaust fan in it stopped working. Since then I have been calling them daily but nobody attends the issue. It is still in the warranty period.

                        It is very much regreted that one physically challenged person, unable to speak, did fixed deposit through the agency ( code AG9605/1022) of IFB Finance Limited in the year 1996. It is already matured in the year 2001. But the agent ( Name: Chanchal Sengupta, M- [protected] ) is not paying him the maturity amount on different plea. Moreover harassing him like anything.
                        Can we not give serious punishment to the person concerned. Our government is also serious in helping these persons. We all talk too much about the country's progress.
                        In which society we live in? A physically challenged person who wants to live in spite of his disability but we can't help him.

                          Sir, I purchased a 20SC2 microwave oven from M/s Ajay Electronics, Palampur (H.P.) on 4/11/2010. The oven was working properly and efficiently till August 2011, but since the last couple of weeks, electric current / shock is coming on the oven body on starting it, which is a very serious and dangerous fault. Thus use of the oven has been stopped due to shock risk. Please make immediate arrangement to resolve the problem.

                            Earlier also I submitted my complaint, I had recd. ph. call from[protected] Kolkata but of no use. Still my complaint has not been sorted out. The mechanic told me that he will come and change the motor. but months passed no one came. They don't know the problem in the machine. Always it shows E7 error. my machine is under extended warranty. but you people don't give an ear to listen. IFB is not a brand, I think it stands for INTERNATIONAL FRAUD BRAND. I humbly request new buyers not to ever purchase IFB washing machine. you will cry for wasting your 25 thousand on this DIBBA. I think our local brands are much-much better.

                            5 kg Digital Washing Machine — No one is attending the complaint

                            I made a complaint on 25th August 2009. After few days one technician came and found the circuit board is not working. Since then two more technician came but no one is able to solve the problem and the two telephone nos. provided by the call centre executive that are either remained engaged all the time or no one is picking up the telephone.

                              I bought the Oven on 17/09/2011 and raised a ticket with Customer Care for a Product Demo. The customer care service executive who attended the call was in a hurry and was asking me to provide the address and other details soon over the phone. This was the first WORST experience with any customer care. I was told during the conversation that demo will be done within 24Hrs of time and then got the Cust ID and Demo ID. On 19/09/2011 I got a call from the service personnel coonfirming the address and was told to me will be coming on the same day afternoon. I gave a call back since he didn't turn up the same day and got to know that this guy had another complaint to attend and he won't be coming that day and instead he fixed for the next day 20/09/2011. I called him up on 20/09/2011 and asked if he could come before 12noon and got a response saying will come after 12noon and I requested to come before 12noon. He said will try. This ordeal has just started. Will post more updates in the coming days till these guys turn up someday. Never thought in the worst nightmare that I would start facing a worst post sale service from a world renouned company, IFB.

                                Ifbi people say they conduct separate interview for ifbi candidates for KVB manager post. If we clear that exam, we will be provided 1 month training course for rs35000, then placement. is it true? Now am jobless . is it worth doing.. am from chennai. they say exam on jan 6, 2013..

                                    Washing Machine Senorita DX not working since August 30, 2011and had registered a complaint as per the details given above.

                                    Techinician had come and attended to the problem on 31st August and had said that he had to replace the Control Board at which time he informed the office and they in turn informed that the part would be available by Friday, 2nd September, 2011. Till date the part is not available in the Company. The manager Mr. Kumar ([protected]) gives a big assurance that I do not have to talk to anyone and he will do the needful tomorrow itself - this was on September 12, 2011. His tomorrow has not come till date and now he is avoiding my phone calls.

                                    Regret to inform that till date i.e. 16th September 2011 no action has been taken for this complaint neither from the Company nor their service centre at Chembur/Vikhroli

                                    This is a mental harassment to the customer. I would like to know the procedure to cancel the AMC immediately.

                                    We have IFB Senorita DX (M/C Sl. No: 029311). Which is not functioning properly, have issue at drum. It is under AMC, Book No: 133, Sl. No: 1325, dated[protected]. Valid from[protected] to[protected], and received amount Rs.1943/-.

                                    Now we have been giving complaint for past 2months, IFB service person number: [protected] & registered our complaint in customer care number also, but no one had attended complaint so far. Kindly take necessary action on the concerned and ask them to attend and clear the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I had purchased an IFB Microwave oven (Model: 25 SC 2/ SNo:[protected] from M/s Rhythm House, Noida on 03/11/2010.
                                      Almost from the date of purchase, I am made to run from pillar to post to keep the oven in working condition.
                                      You can check from your records that almost every month complaints for various type of problems are registered in your service centre for non-functioning of the equipment. Every time, the average time taken to rectify the complaint is 15 – 20 days.
                                      Last time, I have made a complaint on 06/08/2011 (No: 6899538) and the representative came on 08/08/2011. He had intimated that magneto needs replacement. After 1 month of regular vigorous follow up, technician from MG Electronics brought one old used wrong sized magneto (No: 410 in place of required 610 size) on 06/09/2011. The oven worked for 5 minutes and even before the technician left the premises, there was a blast inside the oven.
                                      The technician was called back and he had intimated that “wrong sized magneto was brought and is in the knowledge of branch head of IFB (Mr. Vikas Gaur and Mr. Samantha). The same fact was agreed by Mr. Vikas Gaur also. The technician agreed that some other parts were also damaged due to wrong sized magneto, which has already lived its life.
                                      Whenever your service centre was contacted, they used to give a time frame of 2 – 3 days for resolution, but it was never adhered to. While your service centre was contacted on 06/09/2011, they had again intimated that magneto is not available now and will be replaced once it becomes available. No time frame is given by the service centre.

                                      My microwave oven model MC808WAR, Serial No 804DRUfro1854 is under AMC cover for period ending 22/10/2012 ( Your HLP No:JJ.15556 dated 22/10/2009) A problem had occured in the microwave and complaint was registered with you vide No: RNA[protected] dated 27/6/2011.In response,your technician visited my house and after checking up the microwave stated that he would report back along with a part needing replacement in a day's time. No body turned up after this and a reminder was given on your customer care
                                      No sometime in the first week of July 2011, again without any body bothering to attend the complaint.

                                      Kindly ensure that my microwave is set right within 48 hours failing which I shall be constrained to lodge a complaint with consumer court. In such an eventuality, I shall be buying a new microwave and you shall be liable for the cost of this replacement and also the inconvenience charges.

                                        I booked an IFB washing machine ( Digital SX) on ifbappliances.com on 20th August. Online order number is 190606.

                                        For first whole week, I had to fight with the payment problem as their server had problem, and now there is no product or info after 3 weeks.

                                        Its a horrible experience, I called their call center and all the time they say they dont know about this order number or they will escalate and nothing happens.

                                        Have repeatedly called their constumer care who just provide me different numbers to talk to .

                                        repeatedly mentions this number to be of the person incharge on online sales )


                                        If presales is such a pathetic experience with no response on mail/calls. One can imagine the plight in after sales service

                                        Request fellow customers to stay away from this brand and sales scam . Totally unprofessional and unethical business practice is the least i can say for IFB. ( International FRAUD Brand !! )
