The body of my IFB microwave oven is getting rusted. I have complained earlier, but executive visited to my house and told me that he will discuss this matter with his boss and then he will reply to me. But he had not reply. The gurranty period of my oven is coming to end this month. Kindly replace the body with new one.

    I had lodged the complaint to IFB helpline some 20 days back for repair of IFB washing machine 7 Kg digital fully automatic. Engineer had come to attend the complaint after many calls and many days. He gave us the estimate of Rs.7000/- for replacing door lock and PCB. We agreed. Even after replacing PCB and 3 or 4 visits of Engineer, my machine is still not working. Now, the engineer is not listening to us and help centre is asking to lodge the complaint again while the first complaint is not closed yet. Engineer has taken visit charges. My complaint against IFB service centre is, delay in attending the compaint, not picking up the telephone, Unskilled engineers and high amount of maintenance cost. IFB is not at all user friendly in India. Faulty PCB is common complaint of IFB. Consumers should select brands like Samsung, LG with good after sale service instead of IFB without after sale service.

    Inspite of repeated complains and remind, no one has attended to the complain and not responded. There have been times when the service center people don't even answer their phones, they keep ringing but no one bothers to pick up the phone.

    This sort of attitude towards consumer complains is not called for. someone definately needs to look into this situation, and provide measures to maintain the consumers trust in the company

    My washing machine (Executive Plus) is under AMC. My customer ID is 10443839. and complaint number is 14124131.

    My machine turned faulty 2 months ago after many calls, constant reminders the technician came and attended. The bearing were changed then. Now within 3 months again the tub is vibrating badly, very loud noise is produced and sometimes the machine even moves forward while running as the vibrations are so heavy. I registered my complaint on 27th October. After a reminder a technician visited and again declared that the bearing have turned faulty and must be changed. He committed to do so by next two days which never came. Almost after 7-8 calls done to the customer care i am told that the technician will visit the next or same day but nothing has resulted yet. The numbers I am given to contact to (of senior managers or franchise head) are never answered. To my shock the bearings last only two months and the service is turning worse day by day.Earlier call made to higher authorities were answered and solution found. even this medium has been shut down now. I am an unsatisfied now felling betrayed customer of IFB and do not recommend anybody else to buy the product of the company.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I bought IFB washing machine three years back. For past three years I've been regularly complaining to the IFB Customer Service regarding the complaint that cotton clothes are getting torn particularly under garments, nighties etc. I am under a loss since I am losing roughly around Rs.10,000/- per year since the clothes mentioned above does lasts even for a month. Kindly help me in getting issue resolved at the earliest.

        I purchased IFB Washing machine (Elena) from Maliekkal electronics on 9 th june 2008, for Rs 16318. Warranty period was 2 year and I took a 2 year extended warranty @ the time of installation for Rs 1500.00; total warranty period is 4 years. Customer ID is 2524928. Purchase BillNo 2318. At the time of taking Extended warranty IFB persons claimed that all parts of the machine including rubber gasket is covered under extended warranty. Later they denied their promise.

        It worked for the first two years without any issues. 6 months back we faced some complaint with the washing machine and service guys rectified the issue free of cost. After that the machines started to shiver a lot during its working. I contacted IFB customer care and they replaced two spares costing around Rs 2000 free of cost. Again it worked for a week and we noticed that problem was not resolved. We booked the complaint again and technician came and he claimed that floor level is causing problems. We accepted his arguments and requested him to demonstrate the machine where in my home where floor level is okay for him. He said to just check it with full load and let him know if any problems occur, he claimed that he tightened the loose nuts and bolts which was the reason for the noises. He gave his personal number to us to call if any issues occur . His name is Al amen. Mob no [protected] ( a service technician without proper dress code ie low waist pants), he advised us not to make complaint to IFB tollfree number rather call to his personal number. He tampered My IFB customer ID and tolfree number details which was written in the IB[censored]ser manual . From next week onwards the problem was severe and we got fed up with the noisy machine. We booked the complaint again and a new service person arrived he replaced its main board. This time we asked him to test the washing machine with clothes and We showed him the persisting issue. Inspite of that he asked us for satisfaction report, but we refused to sign the job card. Finally he admitted that the problem is still there and he needs to replace some more spares and he said he shall replace it the next day. This incident happened 2 weeks ago. We called IFB customer care and the response from customer care person was really shocking, he strongly said nothing can be done from his side he asked me to call local branch in charge and gave me a false number. I called to the number given by Customer care executive and realised that i was explaining the problems to somebody else. Finally I got the number of their Branch Incharge (Mr Rupesh) . I contacted Rupesh and he promised me a solution, and for your knowledge he did not keep his word.

        Very soon i understood that Mr Rupesh is a person who always tries to run away from problems. Last incident was on 12-Aug-2011 wherein i got a call from IFB local service person Mr Praveen and I felt very irritated as i had already explained the problem to rupesh and his service persons many times. Mr Praveen asked, whether there is any problem with my IFB washing machine and I was not willing to explain the issue to him anymore. Finally he agreed that a person from their end reported a problem with gasket and he wants to replace it. He reached my house by noon and replaced the rubber gasket. To my surprise he gave me a service bill amounting approx 890. He argued that the warranty period for the product has expired and he got order from Mr Rupesh (His superior officer) to collect an half payment from the customer. . I expressed my protest as he didn’t mention about the charge before. Finally he left without collecting bill. I contacted customer service and came to know that my complaint has been closed on 27 th Jul 2011. It seems funny, my complaint was and is closed and IFB authorised service technicians are still working on the issue. What a pathetic system they have.

        Areas of dispute
        1) Delayed response from IFB service centre
        2) IFB service technician tampered IFB customer ID and contact details and advised to call his personal numbers only.
        3) IFB technician came home in a very indescent dress code (low waist jeans).
        4) They closed my service on[protected] and IFB technicians replaced the spares twice after that.
        5) IFB toll free customer care officer gave me a false number to contact.
        6) IFB Service person tried to collect cash from US

        My observations regarding IFB
        1) IFB is a company who has no power over their service franchisees
        2) TOP level management has never heard about THE word CUSTOMER CARE
        3) IFB is group of persons who always wants money from customer
        4) Substandard product + Substandard Service
        5) A company created to steal money of Customers

        I suggest all customers should stay away from IFB washing machines (Other product). Their initial warranty period is two years (recently they are giving 4 year warranty because of increased number of products) .You can realise, starting from the first day of installation that they have created many plans for stealing money of customer. Extended warranty + some products (Stabilizer) to safe guard its circuit from high voltage costing 1200 + extra rat mesh to protect machine. Then 1800 per year for AMC pack. I am damn sure that no IFB product will give seamless performance without their AMC pack. Just simple calculation

        NEW IFB washing machine with 4 yr warranty Approx RS 16500
        + their optional protection accessories cost approx Rs 1500 Total cost is RS 18000
        Assume that it is normal working life is 15 years let us calculate the cost

        Cost for first 4 years 18000
        Cost for Next 11 years 1800*11 19800

        Total cost for this machine is approx Rs 37800


        Approx Scrap value Is Rs 35000 for 15 years. in short we are spending approx Rs 200 + water and current for to wash our cloths.

        I have checked the status of other IFB washing in my friends circle and came to know that two of my friends are using same brand they are also facing problems with IFB service. They said "IBF washing machines always wants to see their service technicians" and its spares are very costly (they have changed mother board of many IBF washing machines). A normal customer will not be able to afford its maintanence costs. They are also planning to switch to another brand. This washing machine is more beneficial to IFB because it steals money of owners at regular interval. I think as a genuine IBF customer this is my duty to share my horrible experience with IFB washing machine to all others . I will be very glad if my experiences made u think twice before buying an IFB washing machine. I already shifted one prospective IFB customer to LG

        IFB. Washing machine — Replacement of machine or money

        my customer id 2008706 i purchased IFB Elite dx washing from Ideal stores .trivandrum 14.09.2009. i had complaients from starting of first month onwards my starting complients was board get damged .service person came and replaced for new one within a week .same complaints arrises for 1 years . tille now there are changed 4 circuit boards. my compliant no so far are 5445201. 6032543. 6205377. 6230014. 6929170 ..now the machine drum during running time kept fall inside the cabin and side damged. my latest complaint on 24.10.2011. number is 7466408. one person came and check all the copmponent and finally they told my the machine entirelly damged. i have two kids below 4 years. and inned immediate replacement of machine or refund the money. my mobile no is [protected]

          I purchased an IFB washing machine 7.0 kg,modelAW7233, srl. NO.80700349 from QRS Retail Ltd, MG Road, Thiruvananthapuram on 23/12/2008 by paying Rs.17600/-and an additional amount of Rs.1773/- towards extended warranty effective from 23/12/2010 to 22/12/2012. After a few months I noticed that the inner side of the cabin of the machine has become rusty and I complained to the dealer and the authorised service centre in vain. Therefore I sent a registered complaint 9/3/2011 to the General Manager, IFB Industries vide speed post registration No.EL[protected]IN. Since there was no response i made an online complaint. Then the service people arrived and assured to replace the cabin on receipt from the firm.Thereafter nothing materialised and meanwhile the machine went out of order and the serviceman informed that the condenser has to be replaced which is awaited from the Firm. I fail to understand the meaning of warranty and extended warranty of the product. This is clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice. It is requested that needful may please be done.

            Bought an IFB Elena DX Washing machine one week ago in Velachery, Chennai

            - Door didn’t close properly, unless the technician shoved in a screwdriver from one side. He took 2 hours to realise
            this problem.
            - Once the washing machine started water started spouting from inside, one of the pipes was badly punctured and water was gushing out internally.

            I insisted I need a replacement. 2 Sales people rushed to my home, took photos of the washing machine from all sides and kept cursing their quality team. They assured I would get a new replacement. Please give us 1 week sir. We will get this done.

            I complied, 1 week gone...no news from them. I called up...it took some time for

              I have purchased an IFB Executive Plus Washing machine from Kuruvithadam Agencies, Thodupuzha before 5 years. Now that machine under repairing. The complaint has registered on 1/8/2011 at the above said shop. They intimated to the service centre, Kattappana several times. Service technicians did not rectify the complaint till this date. Then I regret to inform you that your company's service in Idukki district is very bad. Kindly take necessary actions in this case immediately.

                Its to inform you that I had purchase a IFB Washing Machine on 16 october 2009 of Rs. 16500 and I paid 16000 in cash and assured gift was according to dealer a item which's Mrp 3000 approx also not given to us because the gift was not available on that time, And bill also not given by him.

                And it was installed on next day by the dealer. After some days dealer said that he received only 15500 and he is demanding of Rs.1000 and we are accepting Rs. 500 due towards him.

                From that time the heater of the machine get overheat whenever we use it, we have a warranty of four year and company dose not provide any after sales service.

                Dealer is bearing an authorized service center of IFB also, Thus the way he is unable to keep away us from companies all warranty and services legally provide by company.

                The company since today after a lot of complained started earlier 15 feb 2010 and last complained was from us 12 jan 2011, now we are hopeless so we given up all efforts. Now we are looking only a hope from pahredar.

                    I am having a IFB Microwave oven 20PG2S, and having Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) (AMC No. 106650) for that we had We had lodged a complaint with IFB customer care centre (Customer care No.[protected] on 25th July 2011 (Complaint No. 6812012) regarding some problem in our Microwave. However, no body neither contacted nor visited our residence to attend the complaint. We have contacted IFB customer care centre many times again and reminded them about the poor service. We were again consoled and given one number[protected] & [protected]) of IFB so called service centre, to whom we tried to contact over phone on many times but every time we tried, the person present there told us that it will attended shortly may be 4- 5 days
                    But after 7 days on 1/08/2011 one technician from IFB came from Bhopal at 7.30PM without any pre information , all the family members are taking there dinner at that time we requested him to wait for 5 min , he told us that he will be came within 10 min.
                    But unfortunately he didn’t came on that day, Next day we again contacted to [protected] it was told us that the technician was getting late on that day, and will again come after 7 days
                    We trusted IFB and brand and expected excellent after sales service but it is disgusting and disappointing to get so worst service that no one ever bothered to call us back after lodgment of complaint on 25/07/2011
                    It is really disheartening to note that IFB Company officials have not taken enough care to find out that whether customer’s grievance has been addressed or the complaint is attended or not. Not even the emails has been acknowledged as yet by your Company

                    Ifb Microwave Oven — POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

                    I have purchased IFB Grill Model Micro wave oven and billed in the name of my husband. It worked hardly 2 weeks and started giving problems. The dealer JAINSONS gave one number to lodge our complaint which had never responded. Each and every i am wasting half an hour to get IFB Complaint number. I could here only recorded message about IFB products. Due to this my time and money is also wasted.
                    I request you to look into this matter and help me to find out the service centre of IFB Micro wave oven if exists. otherwise compensate the investment I have put in the oven.

                    IFB MICROWAVE — Poor after sale services

                    I had lodged a complaint on 1st Feb 2009 and it has been resolved on 11th feb 2009. I have 5 complaints to make in this single servicing that has been RESOLVED AFTER 10 DAYS.

                    1. As COMMITTED while lodging the compliant was that the compliant ll be resolved WITHIN 48 HOURS so it means that for the IFB service centre 10 DAYS= 48 HOURS and in case they were finding it difficult due to some damn reason then the same should had been COMMUNICATED BACK TO ME.

                    2. Service Engg came and REPLACED FUSE WITH COPPER WIRE which we were able to trace and when we asked to replace it by a fuse the service engg told tht in case of fuse blow off ONLY THRU COPPER WIRE WE REPLACE THE SAME which is a TECHNICAL DISASTER.

                    3. Quality of service engg at the service centre is very pathetic. This is a sincere request to IFB to stop having TIE-UPS with any 3rd party as the people recruited and working there seems to be under graduates as per my interaction during the compliant handling.

                    4. Service centre people don’t have the decency to speak to the customer. The actually reason behind my lodging this compliant is that this service centre engg challenged that go and compliant were ever you feel like so i ll try MY LEVEL BEST TO MAKE IFB REALIZE THAT THEY ARE VERY SOON GOING TO BE OUT OF THIS COMPETITIVE MARKET.

                    5. I LL NOT BE RECOMMENDING IFB TO ANY OF THE FRIENDS/ FAMILY RELATIVES AND EVEN THE COMMON MAN.

                    HOPE THAT U LL UNDERSTAND WHERE EXACTLY IFB STAND TODAY.

                    IFB Microwave model 20PG2S — Poor after sales service

                    I bought a Microwave Oven Model IFB 20PG2S on 16/02/08.It stopped working in January 2009.
                    I made a complaint on 12/01/09 and was given ticket no. 2609995.When I called thier service centre
                    many many times one technician came on 18/01/09 and checked the Oven and said a spring in the door of the oven was broken.he removed the spring and took it away promising that he will replace the spring the next day.when he did not turnup and after a few calls to the service centre somebody answered that the component was not avialable and had been intended and will be replaced as soon as it arrives.
                    it is more than a month after complaining and so far nobody has bothered to come and repair the oven

                      I had purchased a IFB Microwave in 2009 with warranty till year 2012(3 years), the microwave has been repaired(magnetron replaced) twice and it is not working properly, it makes a loud sound and does not operates all functions properly.Initially one engineer from IFB side came for inspection and he went back claiming that he will come back tomorrow. Since last one week no one has even bothered to call back or provide an update when the problem can be fixed. I would request some strict action taken against IFB for being negligent in providing support services. Either they should refund the entire amount which I have paid initially while purchasing the microwave OR they should fix the problem immediately.

                        We buy Washing Machine From IFB Company. Model no of machine is Senator DX 6 Kg. Since we buy it we facing various types of Error massage problem from the machine. From last 10 month we getting E7 error massage from this machine. Regarding this we make compliant to the locale service station but not any proper solution is provided by that person. We also Register Compliant in customer Care of IFB on company’s customer care number[protected]. From Them We get a compliant number which is 6788783. But since yet no any representative of company visit to our place or no any local service person is visited to our place. Even we can not getting proper reply from company service center which is located in our area Junagadh. Local service center person also saying that we are not responsible for this to give serviced to you. On this matter we want that company kindly change our washing machine and provide us new washing machine or give our money back.

                          My consumer ID No:1690248, my mobile No.[protected]. My IFB washing machine, seno+ is under AMC. My complaint registered No.6719491 on 11.07.2011. The product is not working good and the water pushing-out process and spinning process not working. My call with waste toll free service No.[protected] became waste. The service centre No. in Cuddalore[protected] given by the toll free service is also waste. As the IFB washing machine is not working, my family is suffering a lot. The AMC is totally fradulant and money minded aim to cheat the consumer! It is not know why the reputed concern get its name tarnished! I advise my friends and relatives NOT to purchase IFB washing machine which extends only a VERY VERY POOR service to its consumer and the AMC is an act of FRADULANT and cheating!
                          I humbly request the Indian Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against the company and direct them to attend my complaint forthwith.
                          I also request the company, which is said to be reputed, not to cheat the consumer and the consumer call may be responded as early as possible.

                            Service persones not attending


                            My complaint No. is 6752428.

                            My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Karol bagh, new delhi. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

                            during operation machine is making huge noise and even after the washing circle is complete, the water remains in the machine. The spin is not at all working. Even after repeated reminders and once the complaint has been attended too, the problem persists. No concrete solution to the problem is there.

                            We are fed up and hence making this complaint in writing with a hope that someone will look into it personally and redress our grievance.

                            sir,

                            i got very bad experience with your service people, please recruit good technical people to solve customer problem. no service after purchase of the machine. i made a complaint on 9/5/2008 my complaint no.1760682. but more than 10 times attended the problem but not rectified the problem. my machine lessthan one year old. we purchased from omega agencies at virugambakkam. we made complaint to him also. one Mr.Munirao from vellore he is service person.he attended the problem only 5 mintues. his mob.no. is [protected]. very very very poor response and very very poor service.please arrange good technical person to rectify the problem or to change the machine and supply new machine. because it is less than one year old.

                                Purchased IFB washing machine - top load - 6 kg from Vinaya's (Uttarahalli, Bangalore) on 6th July 2011. Inspite of asking the showroom person to deliver a fresh piece, he cheated me by delivering the display piece, which is unacceptable. When the service engineer came to my house to install the washing machine I told him the situation and he convinced me by accepting to replace it with a new machine. However, he asked me to use the machine till it is replaced, but I did not use it to avoid any confusion. Now it is 12th July 2011. The machine is still not replaced and the service engineer who came to my house is not even answering my

                                calls. If this is the kind of service by IFB, I am sorry, I have made a very big mistake in believing IFB products and services. Will this mistake be corrected at the earliest, I need to wash my clothes. Please look into this immediately.

                                  My experiment with IFB washing machine began when I purchased it eight years ago. Every thing was smooth till it had a breakdown.

                                  These consumer durables like washing machine require regular servicing, so I purchased a service contract with IFB. I have it almost for six years in which I have almost paid the original amount of the machine.

                                  My trouble began almost fortnight before when my w/m stopped moving and came to a grinding halt. I immediately lodged a complaint at the customer care. The customer care gave me a customary answer in a voice of silken fabric – ‘your call will be attended in a day or two.’

                                  To my and everybody’s shock even after thirteen days my washing machine is left in lurch without being attended. I made several calls at Ahmedabad IFB office. They kept promising but to no avail. I also contacted franchisee office, but I met with curt answers.

                                  This is a poor advertisement for IFB. After paying so much for service contract, I received a shoddy treatment from IFB. I am harassed and disillusioned. My old parents do not know what to do with dirty clothes. I have been paying Rs.40 a day to the domestic help and still she is not regular.

                                  IFB boasts of good service network and a whopping sale, but has it ever thought about customer satisfaction? It’s my bad luck that I recently ended up purchasing IFB microwave. I know I am doomed.

                                  IFB is good as long as it has no service problem.
                                  Think…. Think…. Before you buy IFB!

                                  I had given my washing machine to M/s. Digitech Services #68/40, Doddaiah Layout, Jogupalya, Ulsoor Bangalore - 560 008 for service & changing of the Drum & Hose pipe as analysed by their engineer on his inspection. The engineer's name is Shivakumar and the person incharge Ramesh. They replaced the drum & hosepipe and returned the same after a week. Payment of Rs.3500 was made vide bill no: 10911 dated 17/07/2009 by cash. The washing machine is making a lot of noise & water is leaking continuously ever sice it has come back from service & change of parts. I've been calling this dealer several times sometimes he fails to pickup his mobile & many times he only gives assurances that he will send his engineer.                                   Also it is funny that there is no escalation levels available for the

                                  There are many complaints raised in customer care for free service as well as regular problems from my washing machine since oct'08 and in this same consumer complaint. IFB do not provide their service as they commited in QUARANREE while purchasing thier product. Pleas circulate among all colleauges and friends, as long as they provide good customer statisfaction.

                                  Reference to my earlier complain on 1st July till date i have not received my replacement machine though Mr. Anup Goyel and Mr. Basudev Som are both sympathetic and cooperative of your kolkata office but unable to provide me with the replacement according to them there is no supply of the same machine with them.                                   We have taken AMC from IFB having AMC no. 206661 dated[protected]. We lodged a complaint on[protected] vide complaint no. 5361477 dated[protected]. One engineer visited thereafter and told us that the motor of the machine needs to be replaced. He also assured us that he will visit us the next day. It is regretted that it has been 10 days since the engineer visited and we are yet to hear from them. We have been calling them ever since and have also mailed them couple of times, lodged complaint on their website but none of them have even responded to our mails.

                                  When we call them up on the no.[protected], we are now being told that they are in Kolkata and we need to call their Delhi No. The Delhi no. that they provide never responds or is switched off.

                                  We communicated our urgency as there is a new born baby and there are sick people at home (Chickengunia). And now it has been around 15 days that we are suffering like anything.

                                  The most agonising thing is that they are not responding at all. I am totally helpless and am seriously considering the legal options.

                                  They are still active even after sooo many days I am so shocked ...I dialed Just dial 3 days back and got a call from them ..The person named Sadiq came to my place and told the motor is not working ..he said they need to replace the motor ..took the Motor and PC board . Since morning I am trying to call them, sometimes they do not pick the phone and sometimes a lady picks up the phone and says the concerned engineer is not available ..so will send some other person later .
                                  After reading all these comments I am concerned about the parts of washing machine ..and also am wondering how long will they cheat people and shocking part is they are still using the same name .

                                  I have give a complaint to IFB on 9th May regarding my Washing Machine is not working due to some internal problem, I have called the customer service and updated them on 11th .one person come to my house and told that he is from IFB and he wanted to check the washing machine. After 10 mints he came and asked me do you have warranty. I said yes. He told that he will come back in another 30 minutes and he never came back.                                       Sir/Madam,

                                      I purchased Microwave Oven 30SC3 from IFB Industries Ltd,32&33, Ist floor, Sathya Mansion, Chitta Reddy Colony, Tardbund X Roads, Secunderabad I was delivered the product to my residence on 25.06.2011. When i opened the Package, to my surprise i found that the neither the rotating glass nor the grill items and accessories were found in the package and more over the interiors of the oven is spread with rest strains which shows that the microwave has been used several times and is not a new one. The warranty card is also missing. On contacting Mr. Dass(Mob:[protected]) of IFB, Tardbund the Sales person he directely denied of addressing the problem and informed that the complaint should be registered through call center. On repeated request he said he would inform the service personnel.

                                      On contacting the call center i was given two mobile numbers of Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Ravi whose mobiles are either switched off or not reachable for past five days. On Contacting Mr. Dass again he is also not at all responding to my calls.

                                      I registered the complaint on 01.07.2011, 02.07.2011,03.07.2011 and 04.07.2011 through website but till now no person has contacted me nor has conveyed that the complaint will be resolved. I also registered a complaint through call center and was given the contact numbers of the following persons responsible for Services in Hyderabad. But none of the persons are responding to my calls.

                                        I had lodged a complaint on 1st Feb 2009 and it has been resolved on 11th feb 2009. I have 5 complaints to make in this single servicing that has been RESOLVED AFTER 10 DAYS.

                                        1. As COMMITTED while lodging the compliant was that the compliant ll be resolved WITHIN 48 HOURS so it means that for the IFB service centre 10 DAYS= 48 HOURS and in case they were finding it difficult due to some damn reason then the same should had been COMMUNICATED BACK TO ME.

                                        2. Service Engg came and REPLACED FUSE WITH COPPER WIRE which we were able to trace and when we asked to replace it by a fuse the service engg told tht in case of fuse blow off ONLY THRU COPPER WIRE WE REPLACE THE SAME which is a TECHNICAL DISASTER.

                                        3. Quality of service engg at the service centre is very pathetic. This is a sincere request to IFB to stop having TIE-UPS with any 3rd party as the people recruited and working there seems to be under graduates as per my interaction during the compliant handling.

                                        4. Service centre people don’t have the decency to speak to the customer. The actually reason behind my lodging this compliant is that this service centre engg challenged that go and compliant were ever you feel like so i ll try MY LEVEL BEST TO MAKE IFB REALIZE THAT THEY ARE VERY SOON GOING TO BE OUT OF THIS COMPETITIVE MARKET.

                                        5. I LL NOT BE RECOMMENDING IFB TO ANY OF THE FRIENDS/ FAMILY RELATIVES AND EVEN THE COMMON MAN.

                                        HOPE THAT U LL UNDERSTAND WHERE EXACTLY IFB STAND TODAY.
