I purchased Microwave Oven 30SC3 from IFB Industries Ltd,32&33, Ist floor, Sathya Mansion, Chitta Reddy Colony, Tardbund X Roads, Secunderabad I was delivered the product to my residence on 25.06.2011. When i opened the Package, to my surprise i found that the neither the rotating glass nor the grill items and accessories were found in the package and more over the interiors of the oven is spread with rest strains which shows that the microwave has been used several times and is not a new one. The warranty card is also missing. On contacting Mr. Dass(Mob:[protected]) of IFB, Tardbund the Sales person he directely denied of addressing the problem and informed that the complaint should be registered through call center. On repeated request he said he would inform the service personnel.
On contacting the call center i was given two mobile numbers of Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Ravi whose mobiles are either switched off or not reachable for past five days. On Contacting Mr. Dass again he is also not at all responding to my calls.
I registered the complaint on 01.07.2011, 02.07.2011,03.07.2011 and 04.07.2011 through website but till now no person has contacted me nor has conveyed that the complaint will be resolved. I also registered a complaint through call center and was given the contact numbers of the following persons responsible for Services in Hyderabad. But none of the persons are responding to my calls.

I have been trying to contact so many Service persons but none of them are responding. I am really fed up calling the above service personnel.
I regret to have purchased a product from IFB which has such a poor service and does not bother to give any response to customers compliant inspite of reminding them daily.

This sort of attitude towards consumer complains is not called for. someone definately needs to look into this situation, and provide measures to maintain the consumers trust in the company
