I have been using the IFB senorita plus washering machine for the last 10 years. Suddenly yesterday when I switched on, a spark came out
and I called the local electrician to look into it. He examined and found normal condition of the electrical connection and proper electricity is being received at the machine. Then we switched on the machine, and it did the washing. But we could not open the door using the interlocking door lock handle. It is not possible to open even after the washing and our effort to get a qualified technician of the IFB is is in vain for we could not a correct
telephone number or an authorised agent. will some one throw some light as to how the problem could be solved.?

IFB washing machine-Senorita Plus — technician damaging the front door

I had complained to IFB on 2nd fen-2009 that my front door knob was broken. the complained was attended after 15days due to lack of technicians. The technician who attended told us that the entire front panel and the door knob had to be changed. we paid Rs.600 for it. but the inexperienced technician could not fix the door stuggling for nearly 4 hours. later another technician attended and fixed it. but when we used the machine we found that the machine was not starting nor ending the wash properly. we then realised that the door was not fixed properly. we complained to the call centre again. -complaint no - 2761831. but the technician who attended it said now the inner panel of the door has also been damaged and we have to pay again for it. how can the customer pay for the damages done by the inexperienced technicians. call centres are not responding to the complaints properly. kindly do the needful. tulasii - [protected]-chennai-40

IFB/Washing machine/Senorita plus — Not attending the complaint.

I am having extended warranty up to 18/07/2011.(receipt no:35233 dt:21/02/2008)
Now there is too much water leakage,sound and vibration.Registered a complaint on10/11/2009 and afterwards two more reminders through telephone and one through e-mail.Till now no one attended.I am staying at Coimbatore I want it rectified immediately and also the compensation for the delay.

    I am using IFB product Washing machine, Model No. SEN6KG & also the product were in AMC period. 1st week of January i have made a complaint about water is not drain after washing to IFB customer care, (complaint No. 83443 8024410). After 2 days service engineer came to review the problem & conclude that the pump is not working. He said it will be replaced within 2 days time. But nobody came to resolve the problem even after 1 week. Once again i have contact Customer care to know the status of complaint. They have given local (Chennai) IFB service center phone number[protected] for further action on my problem.
    I have contact several times to local service centre to attend my problem. But they have given useless following reason not to attend my problem.
    - Pump is not in the stock (12.01.12)
    - Received pump from head office but the pump is in fault (23.01.12)
    - Pump will be replaced on or before 28.01.12
    Finally I received a call from local service centre on 28.01.12 and they confirm to solve my problem on 30.01.12. But until now nobody will come to resolve my problem from IFB service.
    I am really fed up / frustration with these peoples even after one month time they are not able to attend my problem that to from a well known consumer Product Company. Need your immediate action on my complaint.

      IFBI is totally a fraud course, please donot join, they taking money from the candidates by saying some sweet words and giving some waste training for 3 months please my request donot join ifbi...

      finally i am saying bhubaneswar ifbi is waste and some members are there behaviorism is very rude they promising but they never do what they promise...

          Dear Sirs,

          This is to bring to your attention that I had purchased 1 nos. fully automatic washing machine from Aakash Visions 47/5, Main Road, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi on 28 December 2008. The prime factors for considering IFB, it's global leadership in the industry, specialization and focus on limited products, prompt and efficient after sales services. Since then the machine has been running and performing to the best of my expectation.

          Before I proceed further on my subject I would highlight you about my health condition, I have got operated for my Left knee ligament is bed ridden and stays single in Delhi. This equipment has been really helpful to me.

          However there occurred a small incident on this 7 Jan 2012, in which the machine stopped working as an when I switched it 'ON'. I have logged a complaint on the same day to the customer care - Complaint No. 8021299 and was informed that a technician will visit and rectify the complaint within 48 hours.

          After waiting for 48 hours on Monday evening I called up the customer care again stating that no technician has visited yet. So they again
          highlighted the complaint to the my local service center. The person visited on 9 Jan 2012 at 7pm after my call and inspected that the PCB
          board is faulty.

          He said that your equipment is in extended and shall be replaced free of cost, however I don't have part right now and shall come tomorrow to change the part. After 2 days when he didn't return I called up the customer care and again enquired about my complaint status. They then gave me the contact no. of service center[protected], [protected].

          I called up the service center and they said that they will get the part by 13 Jan 2012 and close the complaint by 14 Jan 2012. However nobody again bothered to call or close the complaint.

          Then again I called up customer care and service center and they gave an excuse that do not know as the part has not arrived our centers and you can talk to company directly. I had a word with Mr. Prabhat Sharma [protected], he assured that he will close the complaint asap.

          But since then Mr. Prabhat is not picking up calls and service center says they are helpless and I should take the matter with Mr. Prabhat only. Also no senior has come forward to close the matter. And when I ask the contact details then they say we can not give the numbers.

          This is to inform you the facts stating the extremely callous and indifferent approach of company's staff.

          Yesterday they were saying that it will take another 5 days to get the part i.e. by Tuesday 24 Jan 2012.

          Days passed by and I kept enquiring and a similar answer is given.This process of making phone calls kept on for four days and then today Mr. Prabhat picked up the call and says he has got missed calls but still didn't call back and has no excuse.

          Such has been the callousness and irresponsibility towards customer service.

          This has given us a wrong flavour of company’s responsibility towards attending service calls within warranty. I now wonder how in future would the company maintain the promises of promptness in providing services.

          Sir, I'm a sales professional, we have been serving 24x7 to resolve the customer's complaints.

          Your kind intervention is solicited we are now suffering great agony and depression due to the behavior and inaction of the executive.

            i have taken AMC from IFB and payment also made with IFB. this AMC includes all spare parts with plastic parts also but when i complaint for machine is not working and machine belt is tear off they tell us that due to heavy load of cloth belt is tear off so you can pay for belt of 650 rs so i have paid for belt and than they repair the machine so it is not fair to charge for belt. IFB is cheated us every time so please donot purchase iFB washing machine

            i have paid towards AMC during march 2010 for my ifb wasing m/c but still

            till date 7 - 6 - 2010 even after a period of 3 months no amc document has

            received. this is with kailah enterprises chennai who is authourised service

            personal and it is like droping a stone in a well.

            to make document 3 months is highly regrettable and how long to do service is

            imaginable.

            god will never forgive the concerned athourities

                Dear sir,I had purchased the above mention washing machine of your company.On 29th Dec.it stopped working.so i registerd a complaint at Customer care centre at Ludhiana on 30th Dec. and my complaint no.is 7959898.On 3rd day Mr.Avtar Singh visited my place and examind machine and told that it PCB is not functioning and will have to be changed.On 6th Jan. PCB was replaced and machine start functioning but after 28 min. of his departure machine again stopped. I reported the matter at the same momment to Mr.Avtar Singh on his mobile no.[protected].But till today on 12th Jan. he has not care to rectify the fault.I think his technical knowldge is zero .I called about 50 times on his mobile but he did not respond once.So i request you to direct Customer Care Center Ludhiana to depute a trained person to rectify the fault at earliest as this negligence by your person Sh.Avtar Singh is bringing a bad name to your company.In future i should never recomend the name of your company if my machine fault is not rectified at the earliest.                   I am B Babu Rajendran from Coimbatore

                  We have purchased an IFB DIGITAL 5.5 FRONT LOADING TYPE washing machine last year. The particular machine has a 4 year warranty also. Since the day of purchase we are not very comfortable with the customer care.

                  The commissioning person himself came only after five working days after the day of purchase. Within a usage period of five months, there was a noise coming in the machine. After complaining about the same to customer care,a service personnel arrived VERY PROMPTLY - WITH A COMFORTABLE INTERVAL OF FIVE DAYS. Later during the course of servicing, it was informed by the service person, that the motor has to be replaced and that has to be ordered from the head office or so. There was no response from the servicing team for more than two weeks and when inquired about the status of our complaint, it was informed that, the previous complaint was lapsed and we had to lodge a new complaint - which again took a week or so for the same process. After about 50 calendar days, the particular motor was brought and fixed in our machine and it was in operation.

                  During the fag end of last year, on 26/12/2011, the door of the machine got struck up and did not open. Assuming that there was some system error, we called the customer care on 27/12/2011 and lodged a complaint - also mentioned that our clothes were struck inside the machine. The complaint number is 7933545 dt 27/12/2011. Similar to the previous complaint last year, there was a VERY PROMPT SERVICE. One servicing personnel ( Mr Vignesh ) arrived on 29/12/2011 giving a three days cushioning time - leaving us in a position without proper dresses to wear.( We are family consisting of four adults( including two senior citizens), one child doing her school final and one infant. We leave it to your extreme imagination what will be our situation when some of our daily wear dresses are in a position not to even reach.)

                  The service person informed that there was a damage in the door knob lever, and that it was broken and it has to be replaced. He left the door opened and told that within a day the spare will be replaced for which even we were ready to pay - even if the machine was under warranty. But even after three to four days, there was no communication from the servicing team. Later we approached the dealer from whom we had purchased the washing machine M/s Bharat Electronic Appliances, Coimbatore on 03/01/2012 There, we were guided by the Boss of the place, who took real interest - since we are a long time regular customer for them - in solving our problem by immediately calling the Servicing Department personnel Mr Nandagopal, who in turn promised that our complaint will be taken care on the next day itself, and we can call him if there was any problem - which was very generous indeed.

                  Days come and go and every time we call the customer care, we are informed that a serivce person will be visiting on the same day, but no one will turn up. With a bit of hesitation when we call Mr Nandagopal ( since he is a senoir personnel ) for help, either he will be in a meeting or we may not reach him, we will be informed that, he will call us back - but that never happened.

                  Inspite of our daily telephonic followups we are yet to get our machine serviced till date.

                  Luckily, today we spoke to Mr Nandagopal at a late hour for which again he has promised taht our machine will be taken care of tomorrow !?!

                  Please advice us for the following few doubts which generally arise to any household in common.

                  1. Should we sacrifice our daily routine waiting for the servicing person ( whether he will come or not)
                  2. Should we sacrifice or forget the money spent on the FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE (say approximately Rs 25000/-) and do our daily washing by hand.
                  3. Should we go for a spare machine always as this takes a loooooong time for servicing every time.
                  4. Should we go for a rented machine whenever we have a breakdown - if so please provide us the address for the rental service provider.

                    I purchased Elena DX 5.5 Kg washing machine vide Invoice No. SVP-1826 on[protected] from Sargam Electronics, Vikaspuri, New Delhi. On my specific query before purchasing the machine, I was told by the dealer that machine can be installed either permanently or temporarily using an adopter for which I will have to pay additional Rs 20/- only. In both cases the machine will be installed by the company representative free of charge. The machine was delivered the same day and company representative came on 31.12.2011 and announced that we have to buy an adopter and additional inlet pipe and pay Rs 394/-. He assured us that the machine will function properly thereafter. Since we had no choice we had to accept his decision. We paid the money and he hurriedly installed the machine and left saying that we can use it without any apprehensions. Very next day when we wanted to use the machine and opened the water tap only slightly, the adopter came out of the tap and the machine was not usable. Moreover no User Manual was found in the machine packing when it was opened by their representative and he assured us that same would be sent to us within 2 days.
                    Since 01 Jan 2012 we have been complaining to the company through the dealer i.e. Sargam Electronics Vikaspuri, New Delhi everyday but no one turned up. It is only today i.e. 11 Jan 2012 that a company representative came and announced that the adopter will not work here and a permanent fitting has to be done by a plumber to be arranged and paid for by us which is contrary to the initial commitment of the dealer that it will be done free of cost by the company. Our telephonic conversations with the service head of the company and the dealer have also not bore any results. Meanwhile we are unable to use the machine since installation and continue to remain without a User Manual. The dealer has not fulfilled his commitments and the Company has not installed the machine properly.
                    We are constrained to put this complaint and hope that both the Company and the Dealer will fulfill their commitments/ obligations forthwith and we will be provided with a User Manual without any further delay. Also the company needs to compensate us for rendering the machine unusable for us inspite of having made full payment, thus causing us ( Senior Citizens ) deep mental agony.

                      Hi Team,

                      I would like to bring it your notice that the hook of my Microwave Door was broken for which I had logged a complaint in IFB Customer Care. The executive visited my home and while changing the hook he caused further damage to the door by breaking the frame of the door. I have logged three complaints regarding the same thing with the IFB Customer Care Team but they are not changing it and not even replying back to my complaints. I have spoken number of times to the owner of the Customer Care Mr. Joshi and he always provides false commitments to me. This issue is pending with them for last 2 months.

                      The most irritating thing is that the team automatically closes the service request without completing the job and without even attending the customer complaints. Today again when I came to know that my previous complaint has been closed by the IFB Team, I have raised a new complaint with the complaint number : 8050264

                      I have spoken to Ms Shikha, Mr. Joshi and Mr. Sham regarding the same issue number of times but they hardly bother to attend my calls when I call them from my mobile number.

                      I am seriously fed up of the complaint. The customer care team is taking it very lightly because of which I am not able to use my Microwave.
                      I am seriously fed up of this issue. The Customer Care team is not providing me any help for last 1 month and they are not attending my complaints as well.. I request you to take some serious action against the DEALER Mr. Joshi. He is providing false commitments to the customer and closing the service request without doing the complete job...

                        I have submitted complained about my IFB oven on 3rd December 2011. After that day technician came to our home to check the problem and told that we will come to you again with the broken glass. But now its 11th January 2012. I always called them but no action has been taken from IFB team. Daily they forward the complains to their seniors, but no action yet. My Complain id is 7767349 registered at 3rd December, 2011. Its still open.

                          Dated 10th Jan 2012,

                          Dear All,

                          I had taken the AMC for my Microwave model # 23 SG1S, job no 7289523, serial # 2304/11/0670, AMC date from 5th Oct 2011 to 4th Oct 2013.

                          On 7th Oct 11, suddenly the microwave stopped heating for which i called the local service center, Delight services and they assured me that they will come n have a look at it.

                          After repeated calls alas on 12th Oct'11 I was told that the MCB panel is faulty and will take maximum 15 days to replace.

                          On 4th Nov '11, I was told to get a new complaint no as the previous once was closed in system.

                          Complaint # 7375913 was registered but till date i have been following up with the local service center, IFB service center, call center and other senior ppl nos which i was provided as escalations but they still dont have the part.

                          The global complaint email ID "[protected]@ifbglobal.com" bounced back and there is nobody from IFB to reply my feedback since 26th Dec 11 on their site.

                          IFB has pathetic service. I have requested them to return my AMC amount of 2,757/- since the last two weeks but there is no reply yet.

                          Can anyone suggest me the consumer court way, since thats the only option left?

                            i baught a ifb microwave model 30SRC-1 in the month of aug-2011. the microwave door is not open and i lodged a complaint on 2nd of jan-2012 vide complaint no 7978175.
                            but unfortunately there is no response from your side.

                                I have bought an microwave from Grate eastern trading company (khadina more , chinsurah) on 25th Dec 2011 but still demonstration of that material is not given. So we can not use this. I also called them for a number of time but they are not entertaining me. I paid the whole money in cash. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                  I have been facing problem in IFB washing machine since long.Despite of 2 years AMC it is not being attended.Now we are fed up of your complaint redressal mechanism.Before Diwali service boy has been intimating to rectify the fault but till date it has not been attended.what is the fun of buying such expensive m/c if service can not be provided after wards.also check how many times they have given us service after 2 year AMC.
                                  kindly ensure to get it rectified at the earliest failing which we have to take the legal course of action.

                                    Washing Machine Semi automatic serviced for Pump Motor , MCB and adaptor after paying Rs : 2380 , 3480 and 250 ( Bill no : 072 dt : 21/12/11 ) along with Anual maintenance contract for duration 18 month for Rs : 3890 + Tax 14 % + 3 %

                                    On 23/12/11 Door of the washing machine was removed for by service man for not working properly with-out even cross verifying for availability of door sensor and committed verbally to correct the same with in 24 hrs since the machine fall under AMC.

                                    but No responce from last 26/12/11 over the land line as well as mobile.

                                    Our usage per day in weight for washing is 12 to 13 kgs ( 3 to 4 times with one load of 4 to 4.5 kgs )

                                    IFB — No service against AMC contract

                                    Despite logging multiple complaints, no resolution to my problem. Washing Machine is unusable for past 1 week. Even paying Annual Maintenance and multiple follow ups there is no action, this is the dismal state of support IFB provides to customers, it's a shame. Last complaint ID - 6801109. Previous complaint closed without resolution. I think I should go to Consumer Court now?
                                    My first contact with JustDial on Dec 30 2011, was to obtain contact details of IFB Service center in Rajajinagar for which I received a message stating the details of IFB Industries Whitefield. Post this I registered a complaint in IFB call center.


                                    We realised that this company Sea Gram’s Service was fake post receiving the call from original IFB service provider stating my complaint is still pending with them and they enquired about who completed the job. On giving the details of the bill it was brought to my notice that MCB costs Rs.1500/- only+taxes. wherein Sea Gram's Service charged us Rs. 4354/-.

                                    On Speaking with the IFB call center it was informed to me that previously they have received similar complaints against Sea Gram's Service from other customers.

                                    Post the above we contacted Venkatesh (+91 [protected]), one of the partners as claimed by him, asked to return the original MCB and also requested him to provide the exact office address since the office does not exist at the mentioned address in the bill. Address - #176/2, 2nd Cross, 5th A Main, Kammanahalli, Bangalore – 560068. Ph: [protected], [protected]. He also made me roam about the entire Kammanahalli area.

                                    Later Pavanish ([protected]) one other partner as claimed by him, misguided us to several area in Kammanahalli - Bangalore 33 and finally after waiting for couple of hours Pavanish stated that they are put up near Chikka Kammanhalli near Bannerghatta which made me travel from Bangalore-East to Bannerghatta. On reaching the mentioned address, there was no response from Pavanish and then we got a call from Srikanth who claimed to be the owner of Sea Gram's Service and to my worse was he stated that the office is in Vidyaranyapura which also is his residence. Srikanth also informed that he would resolve the issue by Saturday (Jan 7 2012) and also confirmed on firing Venkatesh and Pavanish due to their negligence in work by calling someone else during a call with me which sounded very absurd.

                                    PLEASE BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUDULENT PEOPLE AND CONTACT YOUR NEAREST ACTUAL SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN SOMEONE LIKE THESE APPROACH YOU.

                                      I Purchase aIFB Washing Machine (IFB WM/FLT ELENA DX(5.5KG)) on 16 Oct 2011 from SHYAM LAL KRISHNAN LAL (Distributer - Wholesale) Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt.

                                      Since purchase I calling customer care no. [protected] on an interval of 3-4 days for demonstration & Installation visit. I was given authorised person's no. +91 [protected] (Mr Alok Katiyar) & Mr Bavni Saini (M) No. +91 [protected]. I requested them many times for a visit to give a demo how to use the Machine. But till date nobody has visited the address. It is requested to guide the cocnern person to visite the site at least to make the customer satisfy just by a demo. we don't expect more from IFB in future.

                                        I have purchased IFB convenction Model IFB/30 SRCI under Bill No. 2186 amounting to Rs. 14500/- from Dev Raj & Sons Kotwali Bazar Hoshiarpur on[protected]. Product is faulty & under Warranty for three years. We have used this product only for three to four times only. We complaint against this to the company/Dealer, technician of this Hoshiarpur District attended after two to three remindings but failed to rectify this product i.e. 30 SRCI Convection and said all the products have same problem. Then we lodged a complaint on IFB CARE No.[protected] on[protected] lodged under complaint No. 7928122. Till date no response we are getting. We are reminding IFB CARE daily today on[protected] again reminded they told us we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned section and gave us a Tf. No.[protected] to contact. When I dial this telephone No. no one was attending. then again I got IFB CARE he gave an other Mobile No. [protected], again the same result no one attended this number at 1445 Hrs on[protected]. Then again I dial[protected] one lady attended my phone and told me that we have no complaint for your product and said give me complaint No. I gave him complaint No. 7928122. Then he gave me another Cell No [protected] & said me i forward your complaint to Hoshiarpur. I contact on Cell No. [protected] Mr Tiwari attended and said me i have no such complaint of your product.

                                        This is the fate of the consumer. How I am harrassing by the IFB company. They are not hearing our voice. I want two things first the compensation of this harrasment. Secondaly, Now I am not interested to have a such type of head ache in my house. So remove this product /head ache from my house immediately & refund the money with interest.
