I have purchases a washing machine of IFB Company on 25th Jan'10, Few days back I have noticed cracks on the upper side of the washing machine, these cracks are seems very old. I have logged in the complaint with IFB but they are saying that I have to pay the cost of this but the machine is under 4 years of warranty and crcks are also very old. please help me out in this. I wont recommend anyone in my life to buy any IFB product as its after sales service is too pathetic.I am the resident of faridabad everytime i call up the center they say the engineer will reach u today..we keep on waiting for the engineer...but nobody turns up.We feel we are helpless as once we have bought their product we r there slave.I can name one engineer Ravinder he gave his number to contact him in case of any complaint...

I have bought IFB microwave oven model 30SC3 on 25 th Dec 2010 from M/S Technolife sector 14 Market Gurgaon.The demonstration done by the person was not satisfactory, as he ha very little time for demostration. Getting repeated complaints on this washing machine. Within 6 months from the date of purchase 22nd April 2010, 2 times complaint has been registered and IFB had replaced the PCB unit. IFB representatives said that this model is a failure because of lot of PCB failures.

Within 10 days from the 2nd time of the complaint(the PCB had been changed) 3rd time the machine had failed (Not spinning). This time the complaint was registered...
