Respected Sirs,

We buy Washing Machine From IFB Company. Model no of machine is Senator DX 6 Kg. Since we buy it we facing various types of Error massage problem from the machine. From last 10 month we getting E7 error massage from this machine. Regarding this we make compliant to the locale service station but not any proper solution is provided by that person. We also Register Compliant in customer Care of IFB on company’s customer care number[protected]. From Them We get a compliant number which is 6788783. But since yet no any representative of company visit to our place or no any local service person is visited to our place. Even we can not getting proper reply from company service center which is located in our area Junagadh. Local service center person also saying that we are not responsible for this to give serviced to you. On this matter we want that company kindly change our washing machine and provide us new washing machine or give our money back.

    My consumer ID No:1690248, my mobile No.[protected]. My IFB washing machine, seno+ is under AMC. My complaint registered No.6719491 on 11.07.2011. The product is not working good and the water pushing-out process and spinning process not working. My call with waste toll free service No.[protected] became waste. The service centre No. in Cuddalore[protected] given by the toll free service is also waste. As the IFB washing machine is not working, my family is suffering a lot. The AMC is totally fradulant and money minded aim to cheat the consumer! It is not know why the reputed concern get its name tarnished! I advise my friends and relatives NOT to purchase IFB washing machine which extends only a VERY VERY POOR service to its consumer and the AMC is an act of FRADULANT and cheating!
    I humbly request the Indian Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against the company and direct them to attend my complaint forthwith.
    I also request the company, which is said to be reputed, not to cheat the consumer and the consumer call may be responded as early as possible.

      Service persones not attending


      My complaint No. is 6752428.

      My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Karol bagh, new delhi. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.

      during operation machine is making huge noise and even after the washing circle is complete, the water remains in the machine. The spin is not at all working. Even after repeated reminders and once the complaint has been attended too, the problem persists. No concrete solution to the problem is there.

      We are fed up and hence making this complaint in writing with a hope that someone will look into it personally and redress our grievance.

      IFB washine — spin problem

      sir,

      i got very bad experience with your service people, please recruit good technical people to solve customer problem. no service after purchase of the machine. i made a complaint on 9/5/2008 my complaint no.1760682. but more than 10 times attended the problem but not rectified the problem. my machine lessthan one year old. we purchased from omega agencies at virugambakkam. we made complaint to him also. one Mr.Munirao from vellore he is service person.he attended the problem only 5 mintues. his mob.no. is [protected]. very very very poor response and very very poor service.please arrange good technical person to rectify the problem or to change the machine and supply new machine. because it is less than one year old.

          Purchased IFB washing machine - top load - 6 kg from Vinaya's (Uttarahalli, Bangalore) on 6th July 2011. Inspite of asking the showroom person to deliver a fresh piece, he cheated me by delivering the display piece, which is unacceptable. When the service engineer came to my house to install the washing machine I told him the situation and he convinced me by accepting to replace it with a new machine. However, he asked me to use the machine till it is replaced, but I did not use it to avoid any confusion. Now it is 12th July 2011. The machine is still not replaced and the service engineer who came to my house is not even answering my

          calls. If this is the kind of service by IFB, I am sorry, I have made a very big mistake in believing IFB products and services. Will this mistake be corrected at the earliest, I need to wash my clothes. Please look into this immediately.

            God save us from IFB !!!

            My experiment with IFB washing machine began when I purchased it eight years ago. Every thing was smooth till it had a breakdown.

            These consumer durables like washing machine require regular servicing, so I purchased a service contract with IFB. I have it almost for six years in which I have almost paid the original amount of the machine.

            My trouble began almost fortnight before when my w/m stopped moving and came to a grinding halt. I immediately lodged a complaint at the customer care. The customer care gave me a customary answer in a voice of silken fabric – ‘your call will be attended in a day or two.’

            To my and everybody’s shock even after thirteen days my washing machine is left in lurch without being attended. I made several calls at Ahmedabad IFB office. They kept promising but to no avail. I also contacted franchisee office, but I met with curt answers.

            This is a poor advertisement for IFB. After paying so much for service contract, I received a shoddy treatment from IFB. I am harassed and disillusioned. My old parents do not know what to do with dirty clothes. I have been paying Rs.40 a day to the domestic help and still she is not regular.

            IFB boasts of good service network and a whopping sale, but has it ever thought about customer satisfaction? It’s my bad luck that I recently ended up purchasing IFB microwave. I know I am doomed.

            IFB is good as long as it has no service problem.
            Think…. Think…. Before you buy IFB!

            I register my complaint regarding "more time consuming for rinse and spin operation.Ticket no. of that complaint is '2846155' dated 19/06/09 (10:45 AM).
            Your serviceman visit regarding this, he suggest that the circuit plate is faulty and there is need to replace it. But till yet they are not gave any service to us.

            Dear Sir,
            I had given my washing machine to M/s. Digitech Services #68/40, Doddaiah Layout, Jogupalya, Ulsoor Bangalore - 560 008 for service & changing of the Drum & Hose pipe as analysed by their engineer on his inspection. The engineer's name is Shivakumar and the person incharge Ramesh. They replaced the drum & hosepipe and returned the same after a week. Payment of Rs.3500 was made vide bill no: 10911 dated 17/07/2009 by cash. The washing machine is making a lot of noise & water is leaking continuously ever sice it has come back from service & change of parts. I've been calling this dealer several times sometimes he fails to pickup his mobile & many times he only gives assurances that he will send his engineer. My machine does'nt work & I'm facing a lot of problem as its been more than a month, and all calls to this dealer is proving to be futile. I hope you can help me in this matter.

            we have using a IFB elena washing machine since last 3 years, .. since last couple of sayz our washing machine stoped working so we call up ur service center and lodge a complain so ur engeneer who's name is nilesh ([protected]) had came our place and he checked the machine then he told like u should do a insurance of rupees 4000/- and after 2 months we will get free service from IFB. what is this goin on in your company... that engeneer when called to repair so he refuses to come at our place and started giving bad words..i means is this u called a gud service...
            I have a IFB washing machine for which I have lodged a complaint No. 3663379 on
            24th october 2009. It is almost a month now and the fault has not been
            attended to. What is the point of having AMC when there is such a delay.

            Also it is funny that there is no escalation levels available for the
            customer.One has to deal at local level and suffer.
            I completely agree to this. I have just made a complaint myself. They are real fraud and cheater.

            They are worst agents for service.My washing machine has stopped working after they changed parts and he refuses to attend my call let alone send someone to attend the problem.They have another name to operate "ace machinery service" and some bogus individual names too.

            I would like to bring to your notice that i got information about Digitech Services from Just dial services and i gave my washing machine for service,
            The service engineers, came home at night 8 pm and said that the PCB board was faulty.
            He took the board with him and said that he would call us up before geting it serviced.but i did not receive any call.
            This person took the board on 18th Jan 2010 and promised to get it serviced in 2 days but i still havent received the bored or a call back.
            I am calling this service agency for the past 10 days, asking for updates and everytime, i am told that the engineer has gone out, or they will get it fixed today, but no one came back till today.

            I bought a IFB washing machine from their dealer in TNAGAR in Apr'08

            There are many complaints raised in customer care for free service as well as regular problems from my washing machine since oct'08 and in this same consumer complaint. IFB do not provide their service as they commited in QUARANREE while purchasing thier product. Pleas circulate among all colleauges and friends, as long as they provide good customer statisfaction.

            Reference to my earlier complain on 1st July till date i have not received my replacement machine though Mr. Anup Goyel and Mr. Basudev Som are both sympathetic and cooperative of your kolkata office but unable to provide me with the replacement according to them there is no supply of the same machine with them. Please let me know what is my fault that i have to suffer so much being an old customer i have been also told by MR. Basudev Som to take a different model but i do not know why i should do so,since this is my choice.
            my ifb washing machine is not working for about 15 days. and from that
            day, i'm continously trying to get it repair (it is still under extended warranty period)

            Vary bad and poor service from IFB Service center. The people who are working in company are irresponsible. 8 days passed after buying washing Machine but still not given demo. They are only calling but no one visit.
            Dear Sir,

            We have taken AMC from IFB having AMC no. 206661 dated[protected]. We lodged a complaint on[protected] vide complaint no. 5361477 dated[protected]. One engineer visited thereafter and told us that the motor of the machine needs to be replaced. He also assured us that he will visit us the next day. It is regretted that it has been 10 days since the engineer visited and we are yet to hear from them. We have been calling them ever since and have also mailed them couple of times, lodged complaint on their website but none of them have even responded to our mails.

            When we call them up on the no.[protected], we are now being told that they are in Kolkata and we need to call their Delhi No. The Delhi no. that they provide never responds or is switched off.

            We communicated our urgency as there is a new born baby and there are sick people at home (Chickengunia). And now it has been around 15 days that we are suffering like anything.

            The most agonising thing is that they are not responding at all. I am totally helpless and am seriously considering the legal options.

            Request you to help incase its possible.

            They are still active even after sooo many days I am so shocked ...I dialed Just dial 3 days back and got a call from them ..The person named Sadiq came to my place and told the motor is not working ..he said they need to replace the motor ..took the Motor and PC board . Since morning I am trying to call them, sometimes they do not pick the phone and sometimes a lady picks up the phone and says the concerned engineer is not available ..so will send some other person later .
            After reading all these comments I am concerned about the parts of washing machine ..and also am wondering how long will they cheat people and shocking part is they are still using the same name .
            I will try my best to not to let them get away .
            I have already called just dial and lodged a complaint agaist them .

            I had the same experience with these guys. Very poor response and poor quality technicians ! if one thing they are prompt, is charging hefty bills without actually rectifying the problem!             I have give a complaint to IFB on 9th May regarding my Washing Machine is not working due to some internal problem, I have called the customer service and updated them on 11th .one person come to my house and told that he is from IFB and he wanted to check the washing machine. After 10 mints he came and asked me do you have warranty. I said yes. He told that he will come back in another 30 minutes and he never came back. None of your guys turn back I keep on call your customer severe and more then 4 times the response is not up to the mark

                Sir/Madam,

                I purchased Microwave Oven 30SC3 from IFB Industries Ltd,32&33, Ist floor, Sathya Mansion, Chitta Reddy Colony, Tardbund X Roads, Secunderabad I was delivered the product to my residence on 25.06.2011. When i opened the Package, to my surprise i found that the neither the rotating glass nor the grill items and accessories were found in the package and more over the interiors of the oven is spread with rest strains which shows that the microwave has been used several times and is not a new one. The warranty card is also missing. On contacting Mr. Dass(Mob:[protected]) of IFB, Tardbund the Sales person he directely denied of addressing the problem and informed that the complaint should be registered through call center. On repeated request he said he would inform the service personnel.

                On contacting the call center i was given two mobile numbers of Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Ravi whose mobiles are either switched off or not reachable for past five days. On Contacting Mr. Dass again he is also not at all responding to my calls.

                I registered the complaint on 01.07.2011, 02.07.2011,03.07.2011 and 04.07.2011 through website but till now no person has contacted me nor has conveyed that the complaint will be resolved. I also registered a complaint through call center and was given the contact numbers of the following persons responsible for Services in Hyderabad. But none of the persons are responding to my calls.

                I have been trying to contact so many Service persons but none of them are responding. I am really fed up calling the above service personnel.

                I regret to have purchased a product from IFB which has such a poor service and does not bother to give any response to customers compliant inspite of reminding them daily.

                  Very poor services i have purchased a very new microwave oven 20PG3S they commited we that they will send the enginess for free demo within 24 hrs . now its being a 1 week i have made so many complaints to call center , they says we are escalating the matter to higher person , but no responce . they share some other numbers also either they are wrong number or that people also dint came back ...

                  I had lodged a complaint on 1st Feb 2009 and it has been resolved on 11th feb 2009. I have 5 complaints to make in this single servicing that has been RESOLVED AFTER 10 DAYS.

                  1. As COMMITTED while lodging the compliant was that the compliant ll be resolved WITHIN 48 HOURS so it means that for the IFB service centre 10 DAYS= 48 HOURS and in case they were finding it difficult due to some damn reason then the same should had been COMMUNICATED BACK TO ME.

                  2. Service Engg came and REPLACED FUSE WITH COPPER WIRE which we were able to trace and when we asked to replace it by a fuse the service engg told tht in case of fuse blow off ONLY THRU COPPER WIRE WE REPLACE THE SAME which is a TECHNICAL DISASTER.

                  3. Quality of service engg at the service centre is very pathetic. This is a sincere request to IFB to stop having TIE-UPS with any 3rd party as the people recruited and working there seems to be under graduates as per my interaction during the compliant handling.

                  4. Service centre people don’t have the decency to speak to the customer. The actually reason behind my lodging this compliant is that this service centre engg challenged that go and compliant were ever you feel like so i ll try MY LEVEL BEST TO MAKE IFB REALIZE THAT THEY ARE VERY SOON GOING TO BE OUT OF THIS COMPETITIVE MARKET.

                  5. I LL NOT BE RECOMMENDING IFB TO ANY OF THE FRIENDS/ FAMILY RELATIVES AND EVEN THE COMMON MAN.

                  HOPE THAT U LL UNDERSTAND WHERE EXACTLY IFB STAND TODAY.

                    It is matter of great regret, you donot respond to the complaints of the customers .I contacted your Jabalpur MP service center, Mr. Verma gave me your Bhopal office email address. I sent my complaint to Bhopal office which was blocked and was returned back 10 times. What is this. Do you think without giving service to the clients you will be able to procure business in the market. My dear friend service is more important than sales. Sales will automatically increase if your services are good. I have complaint about Microwave 2003 . The TT Motor was replaced by your Jabalpur center. I have been told that the new motor was not available and I was replaced by the old motor which hardly run for 7 days. I am there after complaining to provide me New TT Motor for Microwave 2003 model, your Jabalpur office says it is not available, Kindly provide the same . I am ready to pay the cost.                       I purchased an IFB Front Load Washing Machine in June 2007 which is since then not working properly. Every other day it has a problem with its working and there is no respite from the side of the Company inspite of multiple complaints filed. Now currently again its wash tub is leaking and even after so many complaints filed online on their website there is no one to hear us.

                      Purchased a front loading IFB washing machine on 2nd June 2012 ( Model Elena, Capacity-6KG) From Jai mata Electronics Wardha Maharashtra, at the time of purchase the dealer promised that the company technician from the Yeotmal service center will come to install the machine within 48 hrs. the technician not yet installed it and on repeated reminders to the local dealer he says that the matter has been informed to the Yeotmal (Maharashtra) service center and he(Dealer) can not do much....

                        My complaint no is 6500652 . Its not even a year and the washing machine (Model no.AW7233) has started giving problems, some important part (digital panel) in it has stopped functioning. When I complained to the customer care (on 8th June2011), they sent some one after two days of complaint. He said that some important part has to be replaced and came with the part after 3 days, that too after constant calling. But he came with the wrong part and said that the original part is out of stock and would come within two -three days. It been more than 15 days today and I have received no response. Worst during the monsoons its difficult to wash and dry clothes.
                        I had immense trust in IFB and its after sales supports but its saddens me to say that its the worst customer service I have seen till date. The apathetic attitude of the customer service personnel disgusted me. I have been calling the customer care so often but the only response I get is "sorry” and that the part will come within 2-3 days and keep on postponing the same (till date they say it will take another 8 days, with only a verbal reply and not in writing). They refuse blatantly to provide me with anything in writing (Mr. Iqbal refuses to provide any assistance) . Your senior Amreen refuses to come on the phone. I feel so cheated after taking this machine. Its not only about replacing the part, but the attitude of your customer service personnel depicts how insensitive they are to the customer. How can an international company like you not have a part of one of your largest selling washing machine?
                        If you cannot provide me with the replacement part, please replace the machine as the machine is still under warranty.

                          On lodging comlain on-line with ifb; thier fbd. Serv. Cntr. I/c. Ms. Deepika reply was that they will only give 10% discount on total bill; but their tech. Mr. Mohan was offering repairs free of cost by makinf amc;if we pay him +1000/-+amc. Fees on 21/06/2011.

After lodging comlain vide 6575196 on 20/06/2011;i got estimate of between[protected]/- for rectification on 21/06/2011 from your serv. Cntr.
                          Now i am fed up from this w. M/c.& your service systems;because this defective m/c. Is troubling me from the very begining of purchasing on 11/05/2009 i. E. Within 1yr.
                          So, hereby, you are requested to please rectify on foc. Basis; otherwise i will be constrained to put this case in consumer court.

                            The compalint of non functioning of machine was registerd on[protected]. the complaint No is 6533863 ( by my wife Shubhada Jadhav) . After rigerous follow up the technicial visited the machine on[protected] and told that some parts are to be replaced which will take about 4 days time. Though we are contacting daily on Tel No[protected] , till today the machine has not atteneded to. It si told that due to shortage of spare parts it is taking time . Also they are not committing any date to attaend and service the machine. My wife is not well and due to careless attitude of servicing centre we are facing greate difficulties. I purchased thsi machine 3 yrs back thinking that IFB is well reputed company and cares for customer. However I felt that I have made mistake by purchasing this machine.

                            My message may be sent to IFB higher officials of servicing deparment to find out the reasons for such abnormal depaly.

                            IFB — Washing Machine repair - not attended for 6 Months

                            IFB does not register any complaints & are not taken properly and drag for more than 3 months. they make us go behind them and are not taking care customers . I recommend strongly not by any IFB products. The machine is not working and we have bought 1 year back.

                            IFB - Washing Machine — Delay in attending to repairs

                            My IFB front loading washing machine is just about 4 years old. In the last 6 months, i have had 2 major problems. My customer ID is 465485.
                            Everytime we make a complaint, they say the parts are not available and take 10 - 15 days to repair the washing machine, that too after we call up and shout at them. They never call you to inform about the position.
                            I have an AMC, but still they take a minimum of 15 days to repair. Now i made a complaint on 2nd Feb,2010 and till today (7th Feb,2010) nothing has happened and when i call up, the standard answer is that they have indented for the part and it has not come. If they don't stock the parts in a big city like Bangalore, you can imagine their service at smaller places.
                            Through this mail, i urge everyone thinking of buying IFB washing machine to think twice as their service is very poor.

                            IFB WASHING MACHINE — Good Technicians are not available

                            i had purchased IFB Elite washing machine.there is problem in washing machine. Nearly more than 30 technicians has come to view the problem, still cannot able to identify the problem, I have been tracking them past 4 months. No reply . franchise/customer negligence is the important factor.there is no response for complaints and e mails as well. In website there is no proper information for escalation.You cannot get spare parts in this world, you have to throw this washing machine, once it gets repaired. so stop recommending this to your friend and neighbour.please think, before buying the IFB products.
                            which area ru from, whom to you speak regarding this prob???

                            IFB — Worst attendance

                            Iam under AMC for IFB washing machine The service is the worst and the treatment they do towards the customer is the worst of the kind in this country. For more than 15 days they are yet to attend to the complaint and when you call them They will not be available. Dear friends please do not buy this type of washing machine. because buying is not important but the after service is the worst in this company.

                            IFB — DELAY IN REPAIR

                            MY IFB MICRO WAVE WAS NOT WORKING.I MADE A COMPLAINT ON 28.10.2010 TO IFB CUSTOMER CARE. THE SERVICE PERSON CAME ON 29.10.2010 AND TOOK AWAY THE MENU ENTRY BOARD AND SAID HE WILL COME WITH THE NEW BOARD WITHIN TWO DAYS.NOW ALMOST ONE MONTH IS OVER WE DID NOT GOT THE SPARE.THE REMINDERS TO CUSTOMER CARE IS LIKE TELLING TO THE DEAF.THE MICRO WAVE OVEN IS UNDER AMC EVEN THAN NO USE.

                            Washing machine is not working. Lodged complaint on Aug 11th. Complaint No. 6928131. Called call centre twice today. They kept on informing that service person will attend the same today. No one turned up. Pathetic service

                              IAM MR.CHURCHILL JAYAPRAKASH A SENIOR CITIZEN,RESIDING AT MIYAPUR,HYDERABAD.
                              I BOUGHT AN IFB WASHING MACHINE IN 2008 AND I HAVE PAID ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR ON[protected].
                              I HAVE GIVEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ON TELEPHONE REGARDING WASHING MACHINE REPAIR AND AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS,TECHNICIANS CAME FOR REPAIR AND LEFT THE JOB INCOMPLETE AND EVER SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING MY CALLS.
                              AS PER AMC TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINTS WHICH THEY ARE NOT COMPLYING WITH.
                              I REQUEST YOUR HELP IN THIS REGARD AS IAM UNABLE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

                                After the first year of buying Elena for about 15K rs, 2-3 times a year there is a problem. Each time they charge a BOMB and the cost of maintanence has exceeded the cost of the machine is about 4 years !! unbelievable. I think it is better to get a new LG or Samsung machine and discard this one.
                                Can IFB look at the history of complaints and the cost and give 1 free service this time?
                                the GASKET needs to be replaced !!!

                                I got this repaired by paying last month..2 weeks later the same problem and now they are asking for 800 rs.. looks like i need to junk of this and then get another one . Maybe LG or Samsung.

                                  My washing machine stopped working on 12/06/2011 and I filed a complaint the next working day (on 13/06/2011) by calling the customer care helpline no. [protected]. They registered my complaint, giving me a complaint # 6530063 and also providing me with a customer # 1521815. They assured the complaint would be attended to within 24hrs. (the washing machine is registered under my husband's name - Ramendra Singh).
                                  I got a call from the franchise company on 13/06/2011 at 10:29am, which I could not attend as I was at my workplace but when I saw the call I called them around 12pm to inquire and they said that it won't possible to send a service man that day as they've already left for the field and they assured to send somebody the next day (14/06/2011). Next day I received a call from[protected] at 12:01pm from the service man, who said he would visit my house between 1300 to 1700 hrs, to check the washing machine. I waited till the evening but no one turned up.
                                  The next day, 15/06/2011 I again called up the franchisee on[protected] and the gentleman on the phone said that it won't be possible as the service personnel is unavailable but if I remind him by calling him the next day (I.E.16/06/2011) he will surely send the service personnel today. But its 6 pm now and no one has visited nor called to confirm their visit.
                                  This is pure harrassment. The person (at the franchisee) I spoke to on the phone is called riya refused to let me speak to any supervisor of her's, despite my asking her several times.
                                  The customer care executive provided me with ms. Shonali shide's number (supposedly, branch manager, mumbai,maharastra). Her no. Is [protected]. I could not get through her no. So I was provided with the landline nos.[protected]/28835997 which are the franchisee office's nos. And they do not know any shonali shinde.
                                  Please help. This is not the first time ifb has harrassed me like this. Every time I file a complaint, it has always taken them atleast 10-15 days to attend to it.
                                  Please help and I do not know how else to tackle this problem.

                                  IFB, they wont attend your complaint even on 40th day. Worst after sales provider. I washing machine is not working for last 3 months .Its still in warranty period. No response from the company.

                                    BAD SERVICE DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD

                                    I registered a complaint two months back regarding irregular functioning and water leakage through the detergent tray. But still now the service peoples are not able to rectify the problem(more than 5 times technicians visited).And finally on last week i registered a complaint(more than 7 days before) and i requested to take the machine for detail checkups but still now there is no response from the service person.

                                      i have amc for four years with plastic parts
                                      1 visited on 11 june and charge for replacement of pipe inside machine becus amc with plastic parts who was signned already resigned from co.
                                      2 13 june phone from service center told me that this pipe is damaged due to coin (IT IS NOT POSSIBLE)
                                      3 14 june phone from service center told me that pipe is not under AMC (told me that all parts are including while AMC )
                                      daily they change statement so please take this matter serously last 7 days my machine stoped due to leakage

                                        I HAVE I FB WASHING MACHINE, FOR WHICH TWO OF SERVICE PERSONALS FROM I F B COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOUSE FOR THE FIRST SERVICE. THEY HARDLY SPENT LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES ON SERVICING AND FINISHED DOING IT . IN BETWEEN OF THAT FIVE MINUTES , ONE OF THEM APPROACHED ME FOR SELLING A KIND OF CLEANING POWDER WHICH COSTS RS.750/-. HE WAS MORE OR LESS THREATENING ME TO BUY THE CHEMICAL OR MY MACHINE WOULD GO RUSTED VERY SOON. WHEN I REFUSED TO BUY THAT POWDER , THEIR BEHAVIOR AND SPEECH WERE GONE DIFFERENT. COMPANIES LIKE IFB SHOULD KEEP PERSONS WHO POSESS WITH GOOD CONDUCT AND PLEASING MANNERS . SECONDLY, WHY THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE FORCED TO BUY THEIR SUBLIMENTARY PRODUCTS SUCH AS CLEANING AGENTS FOR THE DRUM.. THAT TOO FOR THE FIRST SERVICE ITSELF.( WITH IN THREE MONTHS)

                                        IFB ,IFB washing machine — No after sales services and rude behaviour

                                        I have a problem with washing machine ,IFB make for the laST SIX MONTHS. No bobody is listening at all.They use to send the ignorant person who is not having the knowleadge.
