IFB Supremo washing machine — Please provide service to my washing machine at CHHINDWARA M.P.
I have purchased IFB Washing Machine At Chhindwara on 16th October 2005. Now it has some problem .I therefore request to kindly provide service at CHHINDWARA.IFB Supremo Washing Machine — complaint number 3910438, dated 23.12.2009
the annual maintance contract is valid and legaly in existance .the machine get out of order on 12.10.2009.,lodged the complain on call centere ,attended ,found to have motor defective ,promised to repair within in a week ,mechanics came after reminder on 24.10.2009 ,changed some sub-standard parts and tried to start it but it again got defective ,perhaps mr solanki the mechanic has got the new parts from office and might have exchanged it with some substandard parts or someone else parts ,it again went out of order ,and repeadly reminded on call center ,please verify the complaints history.on 23.12.2009 another fault and machine stopped working completly ,then the consumer compalint number 3910438 ,entered but till date no rectification of pending complaints have been done ,
the consumer is suffering as there is intense cold and machine is out of order .
rang to all concerened but none appears to bother to hear and rectify the machine

I HAD LOGGED COMPLAIN FOR MY SUPREMO IFB MACHINE ON 2 OR 3 RD MARCH .AND IFB ENGINNER FIXED MY MACHINE SAYING THAT MY MACHINES BEARING ARE GONE.ONCE IT GOT FIXED I DON'T KNOW FROM WHICH PART OF JUNGLE HE WAS FROM MY TUB STARTED LICKING I HAVE FIXED IT NOW AGaIN THEIR IS SOME BEARING FRICTION NOISE COMING FROM MY MACHINE AND WHEN I M CALLING THAT GUY HE IS NOT GIVING ME PROPER REPLY.eVEN YOUR AUTHORISED PERSON IS NOT REPLYING THAT IS MR AJAY FROM YASH ENTERPRISES IS NOT GIVING TIMELY REPLY.
mY FIRST COMPLAIN IS HOW DO U AUTHORISE SUCH A BASTERED AND ON WHAT CRITERIA U AUTHORISE THESE GUYS WHO ARE RUNNING BLACK MARKET OF YOUR SPARE PARTSAND CHEATING PEOPLE AND EARNING SO MUCH OF MONEY OUT OF IT.
SECOND WHY SERVICE PROVIDERS NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE .
THIRD WHAT ARE YOUR CRITERIA TO SELECTA CANDIDATE TO BE YOUR IFB ENGINEER.tHE PERSON WHO CAME FROM AHMEDABAD OFFICE SEEMS HAVE COME OUT FROM JUNGLE FOR THE FIRST TIME.
