I have extremely hassled with the level of customer service provided by IFB. My washing machine has been giving problems for the last 45 days. The service center rep visited us a few times and after he is gone the problem starts again. There were following problems with the machine,

1. Clothes were getting torn
2. Water being ejected from the detergent tray and my house was getting flooded.

The technician changed the drum saying it was damaged and charged me about 4k as it was no covered under the AMC. He also temporarily fixed the flooding problem. So far I have spent about 10K on the machine repairs, AMC etc and I am still at IFB's mercy.

The machine was okay for 4 days and again he flooding and the drum noise started, The Technician visited us and told us to change the detergent which we did but the flooding did not stop. I have been calling the service center for help but no one has visited us for the last 3 days and no one is attending the serivce center phones. I am just fed up with IFB. No more IFB products.

I'm facing the same issue with the service center, they are irresponsibile person and non expertise guys..they are simply learn about the product..LG, SAMSUNG, WHIRLPOOL are worth for indian market and good response for any issue with them..i have changed my product to LG has a very good response...there SLA is to fix the issue withi 24 hrs...also they are providing status update regularly.

i hate IFB...they are crap machines and crap service peoples.

    I bought a IFb Senater 6 Kg Fully Auto washing machine from GREAT EASTERN TRADING Co.277/2/1 BT.road. vide M.R.No-16 Dt. 31st July 2010.

    But I regreat to say that after opening the package,we observed numbers of scratches,rubbed marked on the body and deposited (settled) dust in different corner of the machine.

    These defects are not acceptable in newly owned machine.

    I would therefore request you to send your representative for observation and to take necessary action.

      I registered a complaint about the breakdown of my washing machine on 23.8.2010. So far only a mechanic has come to tell me that the control panel shall have to be changed and that this would be done on the 26th. Today is the 27th and so far no one has come, in spite of repeated reminders by me to the local shop from whiich I purchased the machine and to your customer care Centre in Kolkata. I think this kind of delay is unconscionable considering the trouble to which I am being put by not being able to use my washing machine and I also strongly object to the amount of time that I have had to waste on making so many telephine calls. The person who answered my call to your customer care number in Kolkata this morning gave me a local cell phone number to try and that seems to be permanently switched off. Where do I go from here? What am i supposed to do? This whole episode makes me feel that I should never purchase any of your products again. And I shall certainly warn friends and neighbours of the experience I have had.         IFB Washing Machine: Model-Digital SX 6KG
        Serial No. WT DIG SX B 001491, Date of purchase-- 26.04.10.
        My machine is not working. Machine shows the MOTOR ERROR. My complain No. 4933904. Customer ID - 2299416. Technician visited my house and told me that motor should be replaced. To-day the technician came with a motor. I think that the motor is not a new one. The motor was not in sealed pack and there is no sticker of IFB in this motor. My query is that is this motor is new? This motor is fitted in the machine but the machine is not functioning. Please inform me in this regard and take care so that I may not be cheated. Technician came from the followinf center:

        IFB DIGITAL 6KG W/MACHINE — MOTOR GONE, COMPANY NOT FIXING

        Cust. Complaint No. 5074994 MAREE WELLES, Chitravathi Rd, Puttaparthi. Rang[protected], Thursday 9th Sept 2010.
        Have rang so many many times, got run around, was given so many different other no's to call, most numbers given are none existent, or wrong no's totally. Finally Anantapur tech came, Anil Kumar, said it was motor problem and he would come back when new motor arrives at company.
        It is now October 21st (6 weeks) I have repeatedly called to find out when someone is coming, only to be told it will be attended to, but still no one has come.
        If I had known this was the service from IFB I would never have bought anything from them, nor will I do so in the future if this is the type of service that is provided. I paid 26,000 rupees for a washing machine that has been used a few times only ... a waste of money and I am so very disappointed in this company.

          I am an owner of washing machine IFB Alena.Now it is not working.I called service agency at Kollam,Kerala,which is our nearest(Venture Electronics,Kollam). They never cared or attended.Then i registerd complaint online and through sms on 20/08/10.One David called me and promised to solve the complaint(complaint is that the waterdoes not flow out and drier not functioning properly).But of no use.Though one Suresh from kayamkulam contacted me , he never came.I am really helpless. what action shall i take.am i punished for selecting ur brand? pls help me

          IFB - Elena — spinning problem

          washing machines does not roatate/spin after taking water at normal wash
          i live in sector 16, house no 2485, mobile no [protected].my IFB Elena washing machine does not spin/rotate after taking water while normal wash.so pls send for servicing.
          i am given word word to solve my complaint on 28/08/2010itself.
          we used to say it is politicians who cheat us by fake promises, absolutely false.It isGREAT IFB tecinicians, who cheat us by words.They never attended my complaint

            We have taken the AMC for IFB Alina washing machine model 38773 on 7th August 2010,which is valid until 18th August 2011 through Mr.J.K.Gupta at Rohini.
            We regret to inform you that we have facing severe problem in getting our washing machine attended because the person who took the franchise,i.e.Mr.J.K.Gupta
            has informed us that he has given-up the franchise to IFB and he is no more responsible to attend our complaints under present AMC No.9248 dated 7.8.2010.

            Instead,we have been advised to send email to IFB and the email address were given by him.

            This is blutant attempt of cheating your (IFB) customer which may spoil very badly your company's name as well.

            May,we request for your immediate attention and taking necessary action for arranging to send some technicians to our address as given below to attend the
            problem and advice us for our future course of action.

            Your kind cooperation and assistance shall be highly appreciated.

            IFB WASHING MACHINE — refusal to attend to complaints

            I have an IFB washing machine for the past 10 years. In the year 2009, I have signed an AMC Contract with the company for this machine on payment of the relevant annual fees. On November 6th, 2009 my machine stopped functioning to which a complaint was lodged with the centre. The complaint no. was 3715429. Almost 2 months has passed by the company has not responded to my urnest requests. Repeated request are being made to the complaint centre, including their Kolkata branch office, but it appears that they have very little time for the common people like us. My washing maching Sl # is 25205; model # T-2900 and my oermanent custiomer id is 282562. I am residing at Flat 4A; Central Apartments; 82 AJC Bose Road Kolkata 700 014 and my contact number is [protected]. This type of non-challant attitude of the service center is disgrace for the company and I hope that with your help I would definitely be able to set right my washing machine.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I, R.D. Miglani am the owner of an IFB Fully Automatic Washing Machine - Model : Senator. Presently, we have an Annual Maintenance Contract for Two (2) years from 16.11.2009 to 15.11.2011. Kindly note that the washing machine was purchased some 10 years back and immediately after the completion ofthe warrany period, AMC's have ben continued till date.
              But for late, I am sorry to inform you that despite paying a hefty amount (Aprox Rs 4700/- including taxes), we are not being offered the desired services, the company ought to provide through its so-called World class Service Network (Please refer to the following complaint)

              1. On 09.08.2010, a complaint vide No. 4912285 was registered for the following :
              "As soon as the machine is switched ON, the drum starts to rotate even without taking the water. For the full duration of the cycle, the drum keeps rotating continuosly with/without water and does not stop even for a minute. As a result of this, the clothes remain dirty and some of them even dry."

              2. On 11.08.2010, Mr Deepak attended the complaint BUT did not rectify. As per him, the water level switch was defective and he assured us that the complaint will be rectified very soon.

              3. Company's Delhi office (Ph. No.[protected]/[protected] as well as the Customer care (Ph. No. [protected]) were called upon on the following dates but to no use.

              4. Finally as a last attempt to get the problem rectified, I tried to contact Delhi Office head Mr Rajat Jain on Phone No. [protected], BUT to my shock instead of speaking to Mr jain, my call was forwarded to a Madam who said that the part is being INDENT from Company Office at OHKLA.

              I hope that by now you must have got a feel of the ORDEAL that I am being subjected to by "IFB Industries".

              Please note that one after the other, I have been suffering through its so-called World class Service Network. Please have a look on the below complaint sent on 26th June 2010. That time, we had to wait for 10 days to get the machine in working condition.

              My question to the so-called World Renowned IFB Industries is that how long does it take for a small part to come from OKHLA to New Delhi [ Distance between the two places being just 30 Kms ]. Our machine is not working from 08.08.2010 and its been 18 days since we are washing our clothes by hand.

              IF THERE IS ANY CUSTOMER SERVICES HEAD PRESENT IN INDIA WHO VALUES THE CUSTOMERS, KINDLY REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL OR CONTACT ME.

              Hoping that this E-Mail Complaint may have some positive effect.
              Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

              IFB service is pathetic Comp no: 5115647 is pending for last 12 days and every alternate day IFB engineers are visiting but still no solution we are really being troubled a lot by IFB. Having also sent a mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com but there is no responce.

                Dear Sir,

                We have IFB Washing Machine currently under AMC. We registered a compliant on 16th Julyu 2010 and still awaiting to hear that we get our chance of have service.

                Every call to IFB has been very demoralising to us. We are promised umpteen number of times till today saying that we would be serviced.

                At last on 24th July we got some ray of hope when service engineer finally turned up. However to dismay we see the partly working machine has now completely come down. Our calls to IFB again have gone unnoticed.

                Would there be a respite for us??? How long to bear this inconvience?? We take AMC to protect us from such issues and I see it is not helping me any further.


                Is this issue with IFB or End Customer like me. Kindly adivce.

                We have an IFB fully automatic digital 7 KG front load wasing machine. It is still under warranty. We have launched a complaint that our machingis not working properly. IFB service centre is still not able to tell us what is the problem in that machine . After chaning severeal parts as R&D, now they claim that our panel is gone and it is all becase of that.

                For replacing that panel IFB does not have this panel in staock and their GOA factory/office is also not having the same in stock.

                Please suggest what to do ? Where to go ?

                  Subject : Complaint regarding IFB 06 Kg Washing Machine ( SENATOR) under warranty, for Water Leakage & Motor Rotation Problem.

                  From the List of complaints I've released one thing that I am not the one who is suffering from the poor servicing of IFB . If I've seen this before purchasing of the IFB washing then I may not be the one . but anyways.

                  I am also facing the same problem from Customer Care to Service Engineer and its been 01 month my problem have not resolved. I've purchased my 06 Kg IFB Washing machine 10 months ago from "JAGOTA Electronics, Modal Town Phase -01, New Delhi" and its started water leakage problem from one month ago. I've tried to book the complaint in customer care and that took my 02 wk to book the complaints, Finally on 06-Aug-10 Complaint No. "4898301. { In fact that the customer care cell of IFB is the verst one and manner less they don't want to book the complaint and make the person fool by transferring the call from one desk to another. Actually they need a drastic BPO Training bez if you've select the medium of language "English" and by chance to get connected to the C.C.E and he /She have no answer to your question then they deliberately transferred the call to another desk and start passing harsh comments.}

                  Finally one so called Jholachap / road side engineer visited me and check the machine & told me for the replacement of Motor & Card. After that no response and same answer " Out of STOCK " . I'm chasing the Branch Engineer.....( don't want to name) and not getting the positive answer, He is also assuring me that one day your Washing Machine will be repair but...... unable to give the dates ?

                  On 23-Aug-10 again that Jholachap / road side engineer visited along with the Motor & Card, He open the Machine and found that the new Motor is also a damage one. I've asked him why He've not checked the same at the time of issuance so that mine and his time can not be wasted. instead of accepting his fault he start arguing with me. Till the time my call is open and My Washing Machine is not repaired.

                  Please help me or advise me how do I repair it.
                  I also wants to book the complaint against IFB who is making the False promises of better after sale servicing, Bez at the time of booking the complaint they told 24 hrs to will take to attend the Call and in mine case its more than that to attend the call ( first call attended on 13-Aug-10).


                  I think they don't have a qualified staff who can take care of Quality issues of products and customers complainants. Its sure there is a design problem in there Washing Machine Models & poor parts quality.

                  i have purchased senorita plus model and it has been faulty after purchasing 2 years the service engineer from gzb came and told me about the motor that motor is faulty.he demanded 7000/- for motor.

                    I purchased microwave oven in Dec 2006 since then it was giving trouble, I complained several times and your service technician came but wasn't able to solve the problem. once your tech. came and he took away the part on which the mode buttons are given.It is SHAMEFUL for your company that first your dealer gave the defective piece than the service techn.fools the customer. better check this.Convection and grill are not in working condition the techn. has changed the part

                      I bought Microwave oven some 3 yrs back thinking the brand name and service provided will be world class however my experience with IFB service has been pathetic.

                      I had complaint to your customer service rep on 6th Aug 2010. Representative came and told that a part would need to be replaced on 8th Aug 2010 however till today nobody came . leave coming nobody has even provided any satisfactory solution or call back.

                      I had a important get together on 10th Aug also updated your staff of the urgency and asked for alternative Owen till mine is fixed however they kept on giving me new dates. I feel as if I am being bluffed by a company which I admired till sometime back. Everytime I call your customer I have been provided a new no rather then a solution to my problem.

                      I have been calling IfB service centre daily and they are giving helpless reply that part to be replaced is unavailable.

                      Ifb Microwave Oven — Pathetic Customer Service

                      I Bought IFB Microwave Oven and hardly used. suddenly it was not working and I called service center many times and they said service personnel will come today but nobody has ever turned up and nobody care about the call. I alson have IFB Washing Machine and the for installation, they took 1 week. It is very frustrating and I suggest not to buy IFB products because of their worst service.
                      i wish u could shove the ifb microwave in the customers service ... as i never get through to give a complain .
                      MY FOLLOWING COMPLAINT HAS REMAINED UNATTENDED SINCE LAST 4 MONTHS. THE IFB MICROWAVE MODEL 20SC1 IS NOT WORKING AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD MADE THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT ON 7.5.2009 AFTER MY EARLIER CALLS REMAIN UNATTENDED. I NEED YOUR QUICK INTERVENTION.
                      IFB MICROWAVE OVEN MODEL-20SC1 WAS PURCHASED BY ME IN SEPTEMBER 2007 FROM BHOPAL. SUBSEQUENTLY I GOT TRANSFERED TO RAIPUR IN MAY 2008. IN SEPTEMBER 2008 I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR CALL CENTRE AND ALSO WITH THE LOCAL IFB SERVICE CENTRE REGARDING MALFUNCTIONING OF THE OVEN. THE CALL WAS ATTENDED AFTER 0NE MONTH IN OCTOBER AND SOME MINOR REPAIR WAS MADE. THE PROBLEM WITH THE OVEN AGAIN RESURFACED IN JANUARY 2009 AND SINCE THEN I HAVE LODGED ALMOST 10 COMPLAINTS TO YOUR LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE AT RAIPUR AND ALSO TO YOUR CALL CENTRE AND THE COMPLAINT STILL REMAINS UNATTENDED. MY COMPLAINT REFERENCE IS 2136927 WHICH I GOT FROM YOUR CALL CENTRE 2 MONTHS BACK. I REGRET YOU ARE SHOWING TOTAL DISRESPECT TO A CUSTOMER CALL AND PROBABLY ARE LEAST CONCERNED ABOUT ATTENDING TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. TODAY AT 3.40 PM I CONTACTED YOUR CALL CENTRE AND TO MY UTTER DISMAY THE CALL WAS DELIBERATELY DISCONNECTED. PRIOR TO THAT THE SERVICE ENGINEER CLEARLY INDICATED THAT HE IS NOT IN A POSITION TO ATTEND TO THE COMPLAINT. THIS IS REALLY A SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS AT IFB. NOW I AM PLANNING TO SEND BACK MY MACHINE BACK TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE THROUGH COURIER SO THAT YOU CAN KEEP IT IN THE ARCHIVE FOR SHOWING TO YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE POOR QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS AS WELL AS UR USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                      IFB MICROWAVE — Pathetic service

                      Hi,
                      I bought a microwave oven from IFB worth Rs.13000, since I bought it there were severe problems in the oven, sometimes it does not allows me to cook or if it does my house is full of smoke as it appears that the house is on fire.When i called up the engineers they came with the reply that everything is fine and that is pretty normal that if you are cooking something the smoke is pretty normal.I have been using the microwave oven for the last 5 years of another company and it is the first time that I am getting this kind of oven which actually looks like a oven however it needs a open space so that it gets ample amount of space to spread the spoke caused by it, I have not been offered the two years warranty as well and I am sure that after November this year they would not even come to visit my place to check the oven.
                      I am a pretty dissatisfied customer as far as the product or the after saleas service is concerned so please help me out that what ezactly can be done.
                      First IFB is the Worse Brand in Microwave. IFB is the Third Grade Microwave in this world. The Tencians are Top Class Jokers . They are Docaites. If You will give a complain for sevice The technician will come to UR house will do nothing but will take the charges. All the technicians are Jokers without having tech skill. You will be cheted.

                      First thing you have cheted when you select to Buy a IFB product . So Your cheating get started afterward.


                      Be Aware to purchase any IFB Products.

                        I have raised problem in my drum on 13th august 2010 no service person attended my problem till now. I tried to reach all senior person in ifb nobody picks the phone / phone is switched off. By luck i spoke to one person she assured to send some one till now nobody turned up. After paying IFB AMC i am spending money on calling up all this people.

                        I am frustrated a lot.

                          does the machine vibrate if rubber ring in front becomes 2 years old? machine was purchased 2 years ago but was used only for couple of times.we have now shifted to new residence.in old house machine was not vibrating.according to me service man has not leveled it properly and that is why it is vibrating.but he iscontinuosly insisting on replacing the rubber gaskate which costs 750 rs.pl take the rwright action and remove the fault.

                            I have already complained through this forum earlier. However thre was no result. I am there fore again complaining.

                            I am Brig M. K. Dewan. I purchased a IFB washing Macine Model 6563 from Unique Enterprises D -79 Malviya Nagar New Delhi on 28 Dec 08 with 4 years of warranty.

                            the Machine performance was not satisfactory from day one. The Machine finally became defective on 31 Jul 10. I have lodged a number of complaints with IFB call Center at Calcutta I have spoken to the franchisee Mr Rajesh Kaul who detailed a mechanic. The mechanic however has shown his inability since there are no spare parts with franchisee. The IFB Company is at fault if they are not providing the spare parts to franchisee.

                            How long shall I suffer. Can IFB Company give me an answer.

                              Dear Sir:

                              I had bought a washing machine Model No.7233 through a dealer named Hari Sharan & Sons, Delhi vide Inv. No.175 dt.05.08.09, with a high expectation. But I got extremely disappointed to find the machine is of a very poor quality on usage.

                              I may bring to your knowledge that it had started giving trouble after approx. 4 months of purchase, a complaint was lodged and your mechanic repaired it. Thereafter approx. after 2 months time the machine started giving trouble again, a complaint was lodged and it got repaired. One again approx. after a subsequent 3 months time the machine stopped working, a complaint lodged and got it repaired. And now again on 03.08.2010 it went out of order and the same day a complaint was lodge with your service department followed by at least 4-5 phone calls every day but all in vain and till date no body has attended the complaint.

                              I am extremely dissatisfied with working of this washing machine and even the after sale services of your company, because every time I lodged a complaint and I had to vigorously follow-up to get attended.

                              Looking to my experience and the problem I faced with your substandard and low quality product, I am left with no choice but to return this machine at your cost and expense. Therefore, you are requested to kindly arrange to refund the entire amount of Rs.17000.00 (inclusive of VAT) I paid for the purchase, as early as possible.

                              An early action in the matter is requested as I have already gone through a lot of disturbance in my day-to-day life due to this machine and would like to get ride this headache.

                              I, R.D. Miglani am the owner of an IFB Fully Automatic Washing Machine - Model : Senator. Presently, we have an Annual Maintenance Contract for Two (2) years from 16.11.2009 to 15.11.2011. Kindly note that the washing machine was purchased some 10 years back and immediately after the completion ofthe warrany period, AMC's have ben continued till date.
                              But for late, I am sorry to inform you that despite paying a hefty amount (Aprox Rs 4700/- including taxes), we are not being offered the desired services, the company ought to provide through its so-called World class Service Network (Please refer to the following complaint)

                              1. On 09.08.2010, a complaint vide No. 4912285 was registered for the following :
                              "As soon as the machine is switched ON, the drum starts to rotate even without taking the water. For the full duration of the cycle, the drum keeps rotating continuosly with/without water and does not stop even for a minute. As a result of this, the clothes remain dirty and some of them even dry."

                              2. On 11.08.2010, Mr Deepak attended the complaint BUT did not rectify. As per him, the water level switch was defective and he assured us that the complaint will be rectified very soon.

                              3. Company's Delhi office (Ph. No.[protected]/[protected] as well as the Customer care (Ph. No. [protected]) were called upon on the following dates but to no use.

                              4. Finally as a last attempt to get the problem rectified, I tried to contact Delhi Office head Mr Rajat Jain on Phone No. [protected], BUT to my shock instead of speaking to Mr jain, my call was forwarded to a Madam who said that the part is being INDENT from Company Office at OHKLA.

                              I hope that by now you must have got a feel of the ORDEAL that I am being subjected to by "IFB Industries".

                              Please note that one after the other, I have been suffering through its so-called World class Service Network. Please have a look on the below complaint sent on 26th June 2010. That time, we had to wait for 10 days to get the machine in working condition.

                              My question to the so-called World Renowned IFB Industries is that how long does it take for a small part to come from OKHLA to New Delhi [ Distance between the two places being just 30 Kms ]. Our machine is not working from 08.08.2010 and its been 18 days since we are washing our clothes by hand.

                              IF THERE IS ANY CUSTOMER SERVICES HEAD PRESENT IN INDIA WHO VALUES THE CUSTOMERS, KINDLY REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL OR CONTACT ME.

                              I had registered a complaint regarding Water leakage from the bottom of the machine casing on 23.06.2010 for which I was given a Customer Id of 300849 (Despite repeated request I was not given a Complaint Number). The attendent for the abovesaid complaint, arrived on 25.06.2010 at 4:10 PM, entered the house and asked for the A.M.C papers. He asked for the complaint and on being told that "During running of the machine water leaks from the bottom of the machine casing", he simply replied that it is due to adding too much of detergent in the machine. He noted down the AMCno. and WITHOUT taking our signature on any paper regarding rectification of the complaint, he left at 4:20 PM.
                              After he left, the machine was run on 75% load with appropriate detergent and after that a De-Scaling run was carried out. To my Shock, the machine leaked in both the cases.

                              Today morning that is 26.06.2010, When I contacted the attendant, he said that he would come on Tuesday i.e. 29.06.2010. On requesting him to come earlier, he said that he had already attended the complaint.
                              Subsequently, I again called up the Complaint center and registered the complaint, thankfully this time with a Complaint no. 4636379.

                              Please note that since we are using the machine for more than 10 Years, we must have gained so much experience that we would know "Which and in What quantity a detergent is to be added."

                              My concern with the IFB Industries is that, inspite of paying a hefty amount of Rs 4700/- ( In which a person can buy a New Semi-Automatic Machine) (Having spent more than Rs 20000 /- till date on the A.M.C), the After sales services are not being delivered as promised. The ruthlessness of the staff is an "icing on the cake" and that too on being a loyal customer of IFB.

                              Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

                                We have bought IFB 7kg automatic front load machine and thought will support and help our day to day activities and as trusted name in the market with all hopes.

                                Problem : After washing some Greece / oil and dirt comes on all clothes and it will never go(spoiled almost 50 pairs of clothes.

                                Action by IFB : lodged series of complaints and number below, they took the machine and serviced at their factory and gave it back not improvement at all.

                                All basic expectations are not even met and we started with series of problems and complaints.
                                No body to do service and take the ownership to sort out the problem and even company like IFB has very very poor service and support.

                                Hope to see some justice to be given by consumer forum my concern is addressed and nobody else go through this situation.

                                      Wanted to send this note hoping some one would be listeneing and valueing the customer presence and needs.

                                      I have logged the complaint number 4834406 to IFB call centre for my washing machine, which is not working from last 25 days and it is under two year warrenty.

                                      IFB technition came first week of complaint and the quality of service provided was appreciable as they
                                      1) Broked the wheel from body,
                                      2) Did a short circuit in house and went without communicating...
                                      3) From last 10 days despite following the Call centre and bangalore office no one is listening
                                      4) no communication when they plan to attend and correct the problem, no SLA in place


                                      Contacted the Bangalore persions with the hirearchy order of Mr Manoj, Mr Ram and then Mr Balaji and when ever i am calling them they are saying our technition will come but no one is coming at the day end... Really after so much of patience and facing a poor service from the company hence writing this mail.

                                      Really i am getting frustrated as my family is suffering from the pain and the delay IFB people are providing, Hope with this mail IFB would react and help me to act on my complaint number...
                                      my washing machine is not working.ido not know any service centre adress.

                                        IFB has one of the worst services. No use even if you call up their regional office also, they will not help. I am also facing similar issue; just because i was not ready to take up AMC the service engineer left the premises without repairing.
