Dear Sir,
We have bought your IFB SENORITA DX 5.5 washing machine products on[protected] from GIRIAS, ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI. the machine started giving problem within a week from date of installation. we had problem like water intake and later we found out that, the extra external filter of some bangalore company product fitted at extra charge by the company mechanic come for installing the machine.
Later we came to know that these products are sold by the mechanics on there own. to make some additional income and its not a IFB company recommenced products and we removed it and we are slightly free from water intake problem.
Now we have problem of the counter weight stone fixed on top of the drum, fall off inside the machine. Recently the mechanic fixed again it fall off with a huge noise inside the machine. This is happening the second time.
Another big problem now is after repeated complaining the service people have not turned up. So kindly please arrange to service our machine at the earliest.

my ifb executive plus 8years and more old had problems i lodged a complaint on 14th the service person on inspecting said that as the machine was not on amc the service charges would be high upto 6500 or 7000 but as an alternative he said that he would arrange to rectify the problem if i paid 4000 to him when i asked how he would get the original parts he said that he would get the parts on the name of someone who has just entered into amc i felt that i had to inform this to the officials of ifb someone has to bell the cat this has been going on in the south zone (not sure of the national level) for a very long time kindly note authorities
