I bought the microwave 30CS2 sr no 000594 on[protected] from Napal Agencies ,Panipat. The induction cooker supplied with above having no sr no ;create doubt about product authenticity.
Also it is very pinching to me ,the qwality of the sheet of the bowl supplied with . Most of the things cooked in it tends to spoil due to burning at bottom side .It was a matter of Rs 20-30 only to use slightly better sheet for making cooking bowl. It has become better if company give a detailed USER GUIDE with the product.
My wife is unable to use the microwave wihtout demonstration at home at Mathura.

      This is to bring to your notice the difficulties we have had to suffer and the deplorable state of affairs of IFB Company that we have encountered after having bought an IFB 6 kg capacity washing machine, model name-Senator.

      The following is the details of the purchase:

      Shop name: V2 Appliances,
      76, Aurobindo place New Delhi
      Bill no: 710282
      Billing Date: 25/7/10
      Installed on: 26/7/10

      Withing two months of this purchase, the machine has completely stopped functioning. The Customer care personnel, who came to check up the machine, said that a part had stopped functioning. It is very unfortunate when one makes a purchase worth Rs 27,000/- from one of the most reputed manufacturers of washing machines in India and has to suffer this fate. I fail to understand how, could a washing machine, having gone through stringent checking in the manufacturing company, claiming great quality, stop functioning within a few days.
      To our utmost horror, we were informed that the part that had stopped functioning was not available and it would take time to acquire the same, but he was unable to give a time frame as to when this part would be available. It has already been a week since this incident, but we still have not received any news on the availability of the spare part and continue to suffer. The Complaint no. is 5281941 and the name of Customer care personnel is Bharat Bhushan.

      Today after several days of talking to customer care personnel Ms Anuradha at helpline[protected], a person from the company came to repair the washing machine. However, he brought with him the wrong part. When I spoke with Anuradha again, she told me that she cannot be accountable to the 9 lakh customers IFB has, and that since the person who had come to first see the washing machine was on leave, she could not do anything more.

      I fail to understand how could a company hire such inept staff, who do not have the knowledge to inspect a washing machine properly and give a correct report. With no further information for your customer care personals about the spare part and terrible behavior, I am still left with a washing machine which is not working .

        Dear Sir,
        I had purchase a washing machine (Model Digital 5.5 Kg, S. No. 000363) on 26.06.2005 from Ghiya's, 131, Bhagat Bhawan, M.I.Road, Jaipur. Your technician came on 28.06.2008 for installation and Demostration.
        At the time of installation the machine had vibration and sound. I had clearly written on Job card /Installation sheet no. J/6?627 for refund of money or return back the machine. Your technician told that this machine has vibration. Senior Technician will come and remove the problem Your senior technician came and balance the machine. After balancing the vibration reduced, but fully not remove. After one week the problem again continue. Your technician came, but not resolve the problem. Due to vibration, the hose pipe and leg (Balancing screw) broken and they simply remove and told please don't get any tension, the machine is under warranty, so we replace the parts without cost. I have complain many times, but i am very sorry to inform you till day the machine has much vibration and sound. I hope this vibration will broke the body. So, I request you please replace the machine or remove the problem as early as possible. I had complaint on 21.07.2010, but no tecnician came till date

        IFB WASHING MACHINE — Heavy Vibration

        At high speed when washing the cloths and at the time of stoping high speed machine vibrates heavily. I am living in BAZPUR and requested so many times to fix this problem but no service engineer visit to attend the complaint.

          I am Nayan Jhabakh from Chennai. My IFB washing machine mechanic advised me to fix a stand, a stabilizer for longer life, a water softener gadget etc. I complied to his request so as to have product serving me better. I am in a jeopardy that the consumer goods dealership showrooms do not mention a word about all these extra attachments while making a sincere effort to sell the products. Thereafter the machine was under AMC for its care. The water kept dropping drop by drop and it was never cared. Later I did not have anyone from the IFB to remind me of the expiry of the AMC. I had to call and run pillar to post to even know the IFB customer care numbers as the numbers given to me were no longer in use.
          I got the AMc renewal done on 06.11.2011 and the service technician told me that I needed to pay for the hose and another rubber part. I paid under protest.
          On 03.12.2011 stones started falling down from the machine and the process ended abruptly with a huge noise. I lodged a complaint on the toll free number. The service mechanic came and attended after I reminded them on the sameday (late evening). He told that the stone needed to be changed. No other problem was mentioned. He told that he would rectify the problem the next day.
          I had another pair of technicians come on the 06.12.2011 with the stone and a plastic and service the machine and then
          I was told that the rubber in the front needs to be changed which costs about Rs. 650 and that AMC does not cover the rubber parts. It covers only electrical... I agreed to the cost and also requested for the descaling process.The job was completed. The service personnel left the machine on running mode for the descaling process to be completed. The process did not finish till 11.50 pm. The machine kept running and running. Assuming that there is some fault, I switched it off.
          On 07.12.2011, I started the machine to clear the laundry. The machine refused to start. After long wait I lodged a complaint on the 07.12.2011 in the morning and was told that the service technician would attend to it in the next 24 hours. Till 08.12.2011 morning there was no response or even a courtesy call from the service centre. None have responded till this minute of my protest. responded to my complaint. The clothes in the machine are wet since then.
          I was told that their personnel will call me in two hours, but it is five hours since my call, and nobody cares to attend to my complaint. If the service is so bad, I think the IFB can stop production of such and those products which it cannot service within the promised time frame. I am forced to give the laundry collected for 5 days to professional launderers for a huge cost. I request that the IFB takes responsibility of the defective service and also make a total refund of the laundry charges, costs and damages, and compensation with all costs thereafter. I would also be grateful if a standby is provided till the problem is rectified to my satisfaction.
          My IFB washing machine is still under AMC period.of three years. All the services to the machine promised was/is never delivered by the agency. They promised a regular check up every 6 months and rectification of any problems whenever it arose.
          Regular service is just a rubbish.
          1. The first kind of service was the mechanic comes and in 2 minutes the entire job is over. He checks the coin box drain, the the soap dispensing shelf and the buttons. He suggests a descalining with 2 packets of the powder for a cost. And offcourse, never forgets to get the customers signature.
          2. The second staff would call up to confirm the address, promise to come for a regular check-up after fixing the date and time and never turns up. No courtesy call that he would be late / not come. Apologies are very far from them.

          Should not the Company wake up and take action to the agencies callous attitude of not performing the services after collecting the huge AMC amounts ? Should they not be penalized heavily and make them refund the entire amount charged to customers in the guise of fraudulent title of AMC? The agency deserves zero rating !

            Sir,
            I have lodged washing machine complaint on 20.9.2010 vide complaint no. 5135196 for replacing the PULLI and motor. The Engineer said that the company is not providing PULLI or out of stock since 20.9.2010. It is very strange that IFB, a MNC, has no small part PULLI in their stock. On the other hand, the customer care persons provided the names and telephone nos. of the serniors but they have no courtsy to attend the same. The bell of the phone ringing ...... & ringing.
            Sir,
            There is anybody gentleman in the company to instruct the concerned official to rectify the problem and get the machine OK.
            In these circumstances, what is the reputation of the company for purchasing the appliances in the future. Till today no one move for resolve the problem.

            IFB Supremo washing machine — service provider not responding

            I HAD LOGGED COMPLAIN FOR MY SUPREMO IFB MACHINE ON 2 OR 3 RD MARCH .AND IFB ENGINNER FIXED MY MACHINE SAYING THAT MY MACHINES BEARING ARE GONE.ONCE IT GOT FIXED I DON'T KNOW FROM WHICH PART OF JUNGLE HE WAS FROM MY TUB STARTED LICKING I HAVE FIXED IT NOW AGaIN THEIR IS SOME BEARING FRICTION NOISE COMING FROM MY MACHINE AND WHEN I M CALLING THAT GUY HE IS NOT GIVING ME PROPER REPLY.eVEN YOUR AUTHORISED PERSON IS NOT REPLYING THAT IS MR AJAY FROM YASH ENTERPRISES IS NOT GIVING TIMELY REPLY.

            IFB Supremo washing machine — Please provide service to my washing machine at CHHINDWARA M.P.

            I have purchased IFB Washing Machine At Chhindwara on 16th October 2005. Now it has some problem .I therefore request to kindly provide service at CHHINDWARA.

            the annual maintance contract is valid and legaly in existance .the machine get out of order on 12.10.2009.,lodged the complain on call centere ,attended ,found to have motor defective ,promised to repair within in a week ,mechanics came after reminder on 24.10.2009 ,changed some sub-standard parts and tried to start it but it again got defective ,perhaps mr solanki the mechanic has got the new parts from office and might have exchanged it with some substandard parts or someone else parts ,it again went out of order ,and repeadly reminded on call center ,please verify the complaints history.
            on 23.12.2009 another fault and machine stopped working completly ,then the consumer compalint number 3910438 ,entered but till date no rectification of pending complaints have been done ,
            the consumer is suffering as there is intense cold and machine is out of order .
            rang to all concerened but none appears to bother to hear and rectify the machine
            poor services.

              Sir,
              I am having IFB FRONT LOAD washing machine and it is under AMC. On 11.10.2010 i booked complaint vide no 5252396 against customer code 1224629. Problem is surf is not consuming in washing machine while running machine . Till today no person attended to resolve this problem.When i approached customer code they given one no [protected] of Mr. Nagender. He is not lifting phone from 2 days. Again today when is approached customer care they given another local land line no[protected] & 39187606. These phones are also not lifting. Hence i request you to kindly attend the same and resolve the problem immediately. If not done immediately there is no way i have to go to consumer firm to resolve this problem.
              So please attend and resolve the problem immediately.

                my 8 tear old executive plus had problems the drum was gone i lodged a complaint on 14th oct 5268319 the service person attending said that as i was not on amc the service would cost 6500 or 7000 if through the company and if i pais 4000 he would do it for me i asked him if the spares would be original he said he would get original parts by billing it on the name of someone who has just entered into amc i thought this fraud had to be exposed someone has to bell the cat now it is the duty of higher level authorities to take action

                AMC's offered by companies are misused maximum by the service personnel my aqua guard brought about 7 years ago (7200 rs.suction model) was rarely used as i was abroad then when i came back i wanted it to be serviced and i called my nearest service center at perambur chennai the man came and charged me about 400 (i am not very sure )for the carbon and said that if i entered into an amc he would change the carbon 3 times and service it even changing the candle i was wooed into entering the amc but the next one year no one turned up and nothing happened i did lodge a complaint with the service center but no use they offer to send someone else fearing of being cheated again i refused now my aqua guard just stands in my kitchen as a show piece

                  My dishwasher has been out of order for 3 months now since July 2010. Repeated complaints have elicited poor response. The service company (Sumukha Enterprises, Bangalore) keeps saying they are coming - out of 6 times, they come 1 time and do not fix the issue at hand. The only time I have got a prompt response is when I renew the AMC. The come in 1 day to obtain payment.

                  I want to have my dishwasher serviced when I log a complaint. The present condition of service is not acceptable.
                  IFB - You need to do something about this. The number of other 'Poor Service' Complaints on this site should be an eye opener for you. You also need to respond to complaints made on your site.

                    my ifb executive plus 8years and more old had problems i lodged a complaint on 14th the service person on inspecting said that as the machine was not on amc the service charges would be high upto 6500 or 7000 but as an alternative he said that he would arrange to rectify the problem if i paid 4000 to him when i asked how he would get the original parts he said that he would get the parts on the name of someone who has just entered into amc i felt that i had to inform this to the officials of ifb someone has to bell the cat this has been going on in the south zone (not sure of the national level) for a very long time kindly note authorities

                      Please be careful when you buy IFB products specially at Gurgaon and Kolkata .
                      Cheats and thugs are appointed as service centres .

                      I have an executive plus washing machine whose AMC expired last month and it stopped working 2 days after AMC expiry !! I have lodged a complaint yesterday an a "engineer" ( actually a thug looking chap ) turned up today. Within a minute he could make it working . However he said that some parts ( including rubber linings and front door need replacement ) and will cost me Rs 3200/- . Since I am already fed up with IFB services , I have asked him to go after collecting the visting/service charge . He initially demanded rs 600/- as service charge from my wife , however when I spoke to him over phone , he brought it down to Rs 281/- . After he left , my wife discovered that he DAMAGED the front door ( it is no longer closing) as well as the Detergent tray .

                      He also tried to leave without giving my wife a reciept for the Rs 281/- , but when my wife demanded he gave a reciept ( without any name and signature ).
                      later on I tried to call the chap on the number he called me up ( [protected] ) , however the person said that he never vistited . I called up the service centre number ( 0124 - 4080531 ) , no one picked up the call.
                      When I called the call centre and complaint about the whole episode , they advised me to contact one Vikas ( [protected]) but that chap also never picked up the phone ( I tried 5 times) .

                      Net net they damaged by washing machine ( they actually tweaked it back to working condition ) as I refused to replace ( working ) parts worth Rs 3200/- .

                      I had similar experience with my brother's IFB machine at Kolkata where they cheated him of Rs 10000/- by replacing working parts.

                      Beware of such experiences and I strongly recommend to avoid IFB specially at Gurgaon and Kolkata and stick to Whirlpool or Samsung or even LG as they have basic service ethics ( although poor service levels ) . IFB services are outsourced to thugs.

                        There is a service center (Uma Enterprise) of IFB Appliances who miss guided us in regard to warranty extension. My washing machine (Senorita DX) was already under warantty and they have charged another 3033 INR for 2 years altough warranty was already there till 8-Nov-2010.

                        Now they are not ready to return the money at any cost. I would like to have my money refunded.

                          I had done AMC in August of my IFB washing machine.
                          Since then I have complained to IFB people to IFB kanpur centre, and IFB kolkata customer care.
                          But no one came for the service of the washing machine.

                          Due to the internal water leakage in the washing machine, the body is all corroded during August,September till 16th October.

                          Now I faced a lot of mental trauma because of pathetic service for AMC by IFB people, and even body of my machine is corroded.

                          IFB should see to it that, the corroded body is replaced.

                            Dear sir,


                            I purchased the IFB DIVA washing machine from SREE MAHAVEER DISTRIBUTORS Karnataka, Mysore, on the 14th of

                            October the machine was delivered to my house.The date of manufacture of the machine was 26 June 2010 the serial no

                            is WT DIV 8 042306. I had asked the supplier of the machine to show me how to operate the machine .


                            The technician when he switched on the machine after removing the necessary shipping fixtures the machine did not start

                            I phoned to the supplier several times the supplier said that they will send a replacement.


                            The replacement arrived at 23.45 hours I again requested the technician for a demo. the technician, even though it was

                            a holiday on the 16th of October agreed to show the demo.When he checked the machine he found that the drum fixture

                            were broken , The date of manufacture of the second machine was 26 June 2010 and its serial no. is WT DIV 8 042567.

                            Two successive faulty machines without even washing the clothes once .

                              Hi this is karthick and my loan no is (4030CD[protected].

                              I bought one IFB washing machine on 01st JAN 2010 by bajaj auto finance limited and this my invoice bill no. [protected].

                              The EMI period is 8months it will get over the October 2010, but still i didn't get the any intimation from the bajaj finance, my loan period is over some kind of information.

                                i reported a complaint to ifb customer service on oct 4th and the technician came within 24 hrs and told that the drum needs to be replaced and he told that for my machine have a deal for extended warranty for 2 more years by paying rs 1750 and i paid the same. He told that IFB franchise guys will come and take the machine for repair but till now ie since 2 weeks nobody turned up and i am calling daily to customer care and those guys tell that his supervisor or some higher person will call in 2 hrs but nothing happens the day and the next day the above story of calling the customer care continues.....

                                You know these kind can be solved by the company if they have a very tough and ruthless service head who does not have a heart to listen to his employee problems but be good to customers. Most companies which have such problems have employees who are somehow related to each other or have joined on reference. All of them collaborate and bring down such good organizations. ultimately all companies are made of people!!!

                                  i have taken AMC for washing machine. recently my machine stopped working and complaint of same was registered with ifb having tkt no. 2461650. same day technician came and told us that certain parts will be required which will be available in two days . after 5 days again the person came to see the machine and told that parts have come and will be replaced next day. which has never come. now i want to know if AMC will be honoured or not as if it is not than we will go for litigation and also buy some other machine as it is not possible to live without washing clothes for months together.

                                  we have booked our complain last week monday but till now any official call or any service man not came to repair our washing machine, if this take place longer we have to buy any other brand washing machine... you service to repair section is dissatisfied us. kindly verify

                                  i have made a complaint about malfunctioning (internal heater not working )of my washing machine on 23-Sep-11. Service team person was told that the same is to be replaced.Now it is over 2 weeks and nothing has happened despite innumerable reminders.What is worse is that every time I am calling to the customer care they are telling that "our representative will visit/ they will get back on the latest position" but no one has done till date.I feeling so much inconvenience with their service.
                                  onther peculiar problem with my washing m/c is that its top cover has been cracked at 3-4 places which are clearly visible.i have informed the same to the service people.
                                  i need ur sincere co-operation to raise this matter to the company & do the need full at earliest.

                                    Reapeted malfunction of IFB -senator washing machine for past 10 days,the service provider R.K International has a method of repairing a fault by changing the spare to a make their money. First it was a timer to change for 1800/- and a belt for 625/- and now a spare to prevent water leak for 180/-.. For past 10 days this problem is not looked in to properly.I had called call centre for about 10 times with various complaint nos. the last beeing copml.no.5216758,customer id 288585, the cal log of the call centre has recorded my greivineces. A technician visited yesterday changed a spare part to prevent water leak. He left assuring the machine is good. When we started washing the water falls out as a waterfall. There are IFB executives contact nos. given by the call centre,I tried to contact them for so mny days and they dont answer the call. Pls try these nos. and know by yourself the kind of responsibility IFB executievs has., I did send a SMS to Mr Shivacouple of days since my calls to a deff ear.Shiva - [protected],Kiruba[protected],[protected].                                     IFB Washing Machine - Senator — Service is not provided

                                    I registered one complaint for my IFB Washing Machine - Model Senator 6 KG om 15th December 2008. The service personnel visited on 20th December (after 5 day though they comit that the visit will be within 24 hours) and told me that one part (Inner Drum) has to be replaced and we fixed the appointment for 25th Decmber 2008 for the same as this process requires lot of time and 25th was holiday for us. On 25th Morning i got call from the service center that due to no availability of part this will not be attended on 25th. Since then I have been following up daily with the customer care and also i have been writing mails to them on the company' compalint link (http://www.ifbappliances.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Misc?langId=-1&store... but i have not got any response from them till now. The complaint is now over 2 weeks old which is still not fixed.

                                      MY NAME IS FAISAL SHAIKH STUDENT IFBI MY REG NO IS: R11I[protected], I HAVE TAKEN ADMISSION IN PGDBFS COURSE AND PAID MY 1ST INSTALLMENT OF RS.16,545. AND THE COUSRE CHARGES IS 50,000+ SERVICE CHARGES ACCORDING TO MY FAMILY BACK GROUND I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THE HUGE AMOUNT SO I APPEALED THEM THE TERRITORY HEAD OF KOLKATA OF TO CHANGE MY COURSE TO DBB WHICH COSTS 13,000. BUT THE HEAD SHE DOESNT ALLOWS ME TO DO SO BECAUSE I HAVE ATTENTED MY CLASS FOR 1 DAY NOW WHEN I GO TO THEIR OFFICE THEY THREAT ME TO THROW ME OUT OF THE OFFICE. NOT ENTERTAINING MY REQUEST. SO I ASKED THEM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO WITHDRAW MY NAME FROM THE COURSES SO THEY SAY I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED BUT AS PER THEIR OFFER LETTER GIVEN TO ME STATES THAT ADMISSION FEE OF RS: 2000 IS NOT REFUNDABLE. SO I ASK THEM TO REFUND MY BALANCE THE TERRITORY HEAD TELL ME I AM NOT ENTITLE TO GET A SINGLE PENNY BACK DUE TO I HAVE ATTENTED 1 CLASS.
                                      I REQUEST TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME OUT.THIS HAS BECOME A MENTAL DISTRESS FOR ME AND MY PARENTS AS MY DAD IS A CANCER PATIENT SUFFERING FROM THROAT CANCER.

                                      This is prem prakash. I have done my MBA in finance from MKU (Madurai kamaraja University) and now working in a small company as a accountant. So I want to do any short term course for being my growth. And I found IFBI course, but after reading complaints of many people i decided to leave my decision. And I request to all of people to guide me that what course is better for me.
                                      I can'nt afford more than 20, 000. And want to join any short term course which can be done at home (distance).So that I did not leave my job.

                                        The above wahing machine went out of order and I lodged complaint with IFB Service ceentre, Visakhapatnam[protected] on 14.8.10. The complaint was registered under Srl. No. 4937351, Code No. 1082673. On chasing the matter after few days, I was told that my complaint has been forwarded to the local Service centre,Rajamundhury - contact No. [protected]. Fortnight passed and on repeated contacts , the Rajamundhury S/Centre, one fine morning deputed one machanic.After opening the motor and other parts of the machine, he was not able to understand , as to what is the actual fault with the machine, promissed to come back with motor and some other parts after ten days. Thereafter whenever I tried to contact them, it was not possible because their cell was mostly in switched off position. Atleast three times I got them when they promissed to send mechanic the next day with parts which did not materialise till now. The Hyderabad Office ([protected]) was contacted too on 22.9.10 and later our complaint was mailed to IFB office at Bangalore. All our efforts have gone in vain and hence this approaoch to your goodself for early redressal of our grievance.
