Hi ! I am Chhaya from Vastrapur,Ahmedabad. My washing machine, IFB, Sanorita 5.5kg front loading has problem of rinsing and drying. Machine runs, but cannot do rinse and dry. I tried to call autorised service centre after registering complaint with complain no 5215438, ( before two days), no body has attended my call. Then again I reminded them, they reminded (so called..) the local service person. I called and got their ph no which is not correct. Company has no idea where their authorised service person is located in Ahmedabad ( what a shame !!!) and no idea how the company make that person a local authorised service person when company has no idea where and how he is working !!! Is it funny or shameful or highly non professional ?????? I got diffrent numbers like Mr Paresh, local service center: [protected], [protected], 30002153,30005412 and so on.. local area manager: Mr Jadav [protected]... ??? and none of them responding ..
so where the customer go ?? to unathorised service center ??

I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT ABOUT MY DIGITAL 6 KG WASHING MACHINE ON 05.09.2010 FOR WHICH I WAS GIVEN COMPLAINT NO. 5039119. MY WASHING MACHINE GETS HANG/ STOP FUNCTIONING WHEN TIMER REACHES THE READING 0:35. IT DOES NOT MOVE FIURTHEWR KEEP ON WASHING CYCLE, WOULD NOT MOVE TO RINSE AND SPIN IN ANY OF MODE.

        We are the users of IFB WASHING MACHINE-- we are having AMC with the company service centre as per policy of the company.

        As our machine stoped working we lodged thje complaint with the service centre. The service centre is not attending the complaint.

        We talked to the Manager at sevice centre -- The manager directed us to take up the complaint with the
        company ( IFB ).

        We were given the name Mr Shshank - Manager of the IFB Customer Service Centre and number [protected] --

        It is unfortunate that this number of IFB is not being responded by its manager Mr Shashank.

        We are not able to use our IFB Washing machine--

        we are not getting the service -despite having the AMC--

        IFB officials have failed to respond to our complaint--

        This is the worst ever CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE maintained by IFB

        My name is j.David Joe we I am in kallidaikurichi (Tirunelveli dt) Tamilnadu.we have an washing machine (sanorita DX model).last month we have an problem with that rotating stone, it was broken. We informed our tirunelveli service center and they are sending the technician he said I would inform our service manager and change that stone a couple of days. But till date they are not responding and they are not change the parts it is almost 45 days delay. We are ready to pay. Now we have an lot of problem of washing clothes.
        Today morning we spoke to tirunelveli service office, but no replay.
        So please take immediate action.
        Kindly do the needful.

          Dear Sir,

          We have bought your IFB SENORITA DX 5.5 washing machine products on[protected] from GIRIAS, ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI. the machine started giving problem within a week from date of installation. we had problem like water intake and later we found out that, the extra external filter of some bangalore company product fitted at extra charge by the company mechanic come for installing the machine.

          Later we came to know that these products are sold by the mechanics on there own. to make some additional income and its not a IFB company recommenced products and we removed it and we are slightly free from water intake problem.

          Now we have problem of the counter weight stone fixed on top of the drum, fall off inside the machine. Recently the mechanic fixed again it fall off with a huge noise inside the machine. This is happening the second time.

          Another big problem now is after repeated complaining the service people have not turned up. So kindly please arrange to service our machine at the earliest.

            We have an IFB Supreme washing machine with AMC for the servicing which was done at Mhow. I have a tranferrable job so at present we are at Chandigarh staying at Manimajra. The machine developed a problem of timer and front door lock. The service engrs have visited twice but are incapable of resolving the problem. They are callous and totally indifferent. The machine is still not working and is off road for past 3 weeks. I did expect some positive response which doesnt seem to be forthcoming. Can something be done about it.

              Water leakage from bottom side. now machine not in running condition. i booked the complaint as on 21.09.2010. i many time call to service centre they not attend the service till 1o days completed.

                  I (SUMAN GROVER) purchased senorita dx IFB from "Hari Om Electronics" ashok vihar,delhi in the year 2007 with two years warranty.And now it has stopped working.After repeated calls to customer care,there has been no response beside getting customer code no. which is 1665405 and complaint no. 5156646 dated 23.09.2010.

                    Our washing machine is not working since last 15 days. Even after complaining lots of times in regional office the person has come 2-3 times but there is no solution. He has rather messed up everything and the machine is not at all working now. Today, in the morning we were promised that the person would come. But till now no one has come. We have almost called every number possible. There are clothes, water and surf inside the machine for the whole day. This is the limit. When we called the regional office again, the person says people will be sent on monday only. Now from all these this is 200% clear that IFB service is worst. They do not care about the customers after selling the product.

                    Pls. dont buy IFB machine, because to a small complaint nobody turns back to attend the call. The worstest service ever seen. from lawspet pondicherry.

                      I have IFB fully automatic ,top loaded washing machine (model no 7233 )purchased two years back, after warranty period expiredI have AMC done with IFB.
                      My machine is not working from august ,have launched the complaint ( complaint no 4931722,13/08/2010 ),on 15 august person from IFB visited and found out that some part need to be replaced ,since then nobody came from IFB to replace that part.
                      I tried to contact service incharge of IFB Industries Mr.shrikant ([protected]),but got very bad response he never takes up call and if does so,he pass on all blaim to IFB industries .
                      Now I am frustuated from spending hours on phones so that atleast someone else picks up the call and listen to complaint .
                      Consumer court is my last hope ,I wish you guys would not dissapoint me and would take early action as soon as possible.

                      Dear Mr. Negi,

                      This is to inform you that I am one of your customers using IFB Mirowave for couple of years and i have never seen this type of miss commitment and I do not expect these type of casual approach from a esteemed company like IFB.

                      I have launched a Complain dated: 23rd Sept 2010 and Complain Number is 5155408 and today is 26th September 2010 and no one from your organization has even given any importance to this complain and when followed they have one common answer that our people are on the way to your place they will come.

                      Since I was committed from your service team that this will be catered in 24 hrs and this small issue will be resolve but no body has any accountability for this.

                      I am writing with a ray of hope that some one will hear our voice and things will get resolved, you can understand that how pathetic service is given by IFB and I was planning to buy a dish washer from IFB, now I feel I was going with a wrong company.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I was allured by the big name of your company and purchased IFB Microwave Oven Model 25SCI in Decembeer 2006. Since then it had been giving satisfactory serice except that it door is very hard and very difficult to open and to shut. W as not corrected by the Mech. who attended my complaint saying that the door of this model is hard in all the pieces of this mode.
                      I have AMC for this owen since 04.06.2010.The owen stoped functioning all of a sudden on20.09.2010 and I made a complaint at the customer care centre on21.09.2010 vide complaint No.5125945. Some one visited my site on the same day and told that its PCB is out of order and some lone else will come to set it right within a coouple of days. But instead of a Mechanic one Raja Ram a Rehri .puller came to my residence with the Receipt of M/S Creative Engineers, Mariwala Town Manimajra and took away the Microwave Oven saying that it would be repaired in the workshop and that a sum of Rs.150 will be charged as fare for carrying it and bringing it back.. The firm when conctacted on 27.09.2010 informed that another 4-5 days would be required to repair it. They should have not collected it if they had not the spare part in their stock
                      My concern is that a lot of time has been taken in responding to my complaint and that the Microwave could have been repaired at my place instead of taking to the premises of the firm and that the charges for carrying to the workshop should be borne by them if it was not possible for them to repair it at my residence. PCB is not so heavy or difficult part to replace at the place of the customer. Moreoveer the charging Rs. 150/- is rather on very high side. The workshop is hardly 2..5 KM from my residencde and any rickwhaw may charge 15-20 Ruppes for this distance.
                      Hope you will get my concerns resolved immediately.

                        I have given Annual Maint Contract to IFB for service and spare parts from 13th Nov., 2009 to 12th Nov., 2010 for my
                        Washing Machine (Front Load, IFB: MODEL-Sanetor 6 kg, Cust ID# 766187).
                        My machine is out of service and I have logged in complain to IFB for the same.
                        the details are as follow;

                        But, so far my machine is out of service and nothing is moving positive. They only gives me dates and excuses for not doing it.

                        I request you to take this complain and do the needful to take the approprite actions.

                        IFB — Non compliance

                        I am vinod chithore. My wife has given complaint foe IFB washing machine which is under AMC to call center. The responce was there after 2 days. Technician carried out repair. Charges were paid. But machine has stoped working. Complaint is given under no4706275 at call centre ph no 28839823. Technician came after 3 days.Complaint is still pending.After enquary with call centre i came to know that some part is comming from Goa and m/c can not be repaired for another 5 days.This is frustating.After so much follw up also the service is very [poor. Can i get a relief? Call me [protected]

                          We bought a washing machine 1 month back.But we used it for 2 weeks and after that its drier got complaint.We called the customer service center of the IFB.They took several days to come and look the machine.They asked to replace a board and take several days to come.Now we are requesting to replace the machine.But they are making many excuses.The machine has got 4years warranty.Please consider this.

                            We raised a complaint (No. 5035636) on 1-Sep-10 regarding our fully automated IFB Washing Machine with IFB Service Centre, Chennai. Even after several calls to Customer Care, Service Centre Manager (Landline & Mobile), the service is not closed till date (23-Sep-10). The product is covered under AMC. It is becoming painful to follow-up IFB Service, as either they don't provide necessary info. or they ask us to call the Manager. When we try to reach the Manager, he doesn't pick up the line at all. We are facing one of the poorest service from IFB.

                            With great disappointment and sorrow I write you this mail for your urgent consideration and needed action. I’ve SENORITA fully automatic IFB-washing machine just 7yrs old. Three months back there was some problem in bearing and drum of the machine and get done by IFB-service man. After one month again machine has gone completely out off order. Finally, I registered the complain i.e. 5027331 dated 31st August, 2010. Since, I use to call each service centers on alternate days and in response simply receive belied reply and false vow.
                            Moreover, I’ve Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC No:207434), whose detail mentioned above. Please!!! May I know the reason of so much delay and negligence? Now, I really repent for my mistake to buy IFB-washing machine whose working staff is so hopeless and enigmatic.

                              Hi,

                              I have lodged an complaint with IFB customer care 5 months ago as the Water is leaking from the soap powder tray of my washing machine. Two days after a service person attended and suggested me to go for an AMC to resolve the issue. I have bought an AMC with IFB customer care immediately and from then on I was lieterally frusturated on calling this service persons, eventhough, i lodged a complaint they come after 1 or two week later (meanwhile, i would have called atleast 25 times). In each visit they try to post pond as if they dont have the parts and it needs to be procured as the mode is very old.
                              Till now my problem was not solved, but they have charged me more than what is required for the actual repair. Actually they force customers to by AMC and thereon, they leave them unattending. Something needs to be done against this.

                                yes, even i too had a problem with the nellore service center for ifb . I hasd purchased the washing machine 3 mnths back and then at the time of purchase they told they will give the demo and so we thought he will be cmng to our home in a day or two but which leads to 12 days for demo that too i had made hundreds of calls to that stupids...

                                  I am mithilesh kumar singh customer of ifb.
                                  My ifb washing machine is not working from 4st September and machine is under warranty.
                                  My complain no[protected] registed on 4th of September till this date they have visited 4 times but till now our problem is unsolved.
                                  I have called up jet services but they are not able to solve the problem instead of solving our problem they are not attending the call right now.
                                  Jet service manager Mr akshay khade use a slang language when ever we call him.
                                  Then we called up executive officer Mr shashank bushan
                                  he is also not responding to our complain instead of solving our problem he just laugh on us.
                                  After that we called up area service head amrin but once she picked our call after that she just reject our call and never pick our call.
                                  Last to last we called up Mr mathur westen region service head of ifb but he is also not able to solve our problem not even giving us replacement of machine.
                                  I am totally unsatisfied with ifb product and services.

                                    i bought washing machine from ifb,its main board is not working properly ie switch etc,i complaint to ifb service centre they visited and says that whole board needs to be changed,it is now aweek gone away but no one come to change the board,on calling to service centre ,they response that it will take time,so please comply them to do nedfull action to repair my washing machine as earlier.

                                      I purchased one top loading model 7.2 kg washing machine .the machine used to torn/ scratch clothes and the co. replaced the machine .second time, due to loud viberations, the machine was replaced. third time the machine take out the hooks of pants and all the time I have to run to tailor.I have requested the co. officials to look in to it or refund the amount but they have shown inability to refund.The machine was purchased by me in oct/nov 2010. In case they dont listen, I will have to approach consumer court.

                                        We had purchased a ifb microwave oven(20pg3s) in bajaj electonics,kphb hyderabad on 5th september.Its already 11 days happened without using oven,when we call the demonstrator for demo he is not giving us proper response.
                                        He is just skkiping the demo by saying few hours more on the way coming and not lifting the call after some time,his mobile number [protected].
                                        The next time if we call bajaj eloctronics the people saying that our demo is cancelled and again making a new request to the demonstrator.
                                        how can we keep the product without knowing proper operation and without using it.
