i have purchage a washing Machines from IFB Industries Limited, Ahmedabad , A-Block Akik Tower, Near Pakhwan Dining Hall bodakdev, SG Higway Ahmedabad-380105, on 28 Jan 2011 but their operator has not been come on my house till date and till time then after i have send two mil for complain to companey on 29 and 30 mail address is customerservice @ifbglobal.com but not give a sufficent replay to give me and then after i have call a No [protected] Mr Rohit G but he say me "AAP KO JO KARNA HAI KARLO" sir i am serving a Indian Army so sir you well i have no time for more calling to compini. sir my maching has been soted five days after puchage to machine my complain Number is 5837636 but no one come my house for installing a program so i have request to you please solved my probleam my mob number is [protected]

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that we handed over the washing m/c and thumble drier for service purpose to the local service dealer m/s. sree varshini enterprises,tirupur.
    After one year we received them and that also after the complaint to the customer care.

    Again we handed over another washing m/c to them and the same problem continues for the past four months.so far no responce, whenever we called they told the head of person is out of station and after confirmation we will inform to you.

    But, still we are waiting for the reply.WE WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE IFB SROPPED THE PRODUCTION OF SPARES or supply of spares to the service dealer.

      We have a 23SC1 IFB Microwave model that we purchased late 2004. It developed a problem, a couple of months agao, when while heating it was automatically tripping. We raised a complaint with IFB (ticket number[protected]. Around 5 technicians visited us, no one opened up the machine, but identified the problem as an SCB problem, last technician described it as a Fan motor problem, no service sheet was shared, the machine was also not fixed. The service center was forcing us for an exchange of only Rs. 500/- insiting that the machine is obsolete. On following up, Mr. Anoop Goyal ([protected]@ifbglobal.com) told us of an exchange offer, which we still have not received any intimation. All the while it is two months, and we still dont have a resolution.

        i have purchased ifb washing machine in July 2007. the machine giving trouble right from October 2007 (water leakage.) your service people attending the calls but they do not have the capacity to repair the machine for the past one year. i have taken up the matter with M/s.giriyas enterprises, coimbatiore from whom i purchased the machine, ifb service people taken the machine for service at their service centre coimbatore for which they charged Rs.500 for loading and unloading charges. even after service at the service centre the problem was not rectified by the service people. i have purchased the machine for Rs.17, 000 for a brand new one. if you people is not in a position to rectify the problem better replace the machine with brand new one or i will be forced to take necessary action through consumer court.

          I got a IFB Micro oven at home.

          I called for IFB service regarding some problem. The person came to home and he took a circuit board with him from our micro oven to repair. This happened on (18-Dec-2010). Today is (29-Jan-2011), Still no reply from them, no call to inform us that it is getting delayed. IFB VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.

          samsung microwave oven — regarding delay in getting the repair done at service center and non cooperative behaviour of staff

          we purchased samsung microwave oven in year 2004 with model no. 2877N ans SI no. 00147ZBW800211W.recently it didn't operate and we lodged complaint at service center at rajbaha road, near dukhniwaran gurudwara, patiala and deposited the microwave oven there on 01/12/2009.The service center incharge told that the same shall be repaired within week. but for the past nearly eight weeeks he kept on telling that the product will be repaired soon. now he told us that he has put some IC worth 2000/- Rs and the oven is still not working so we will now get the oven after two weeks and additional equipment worth nearly 900/- will be added in it to make it working.he told us that since the product is old( nearly five years!) so he is finding it difficult in getting spares. if such a long time of ten weeks is required then my question is what type of after sale services is provided by the samsung india.secondly when i asked the manager incharge to give my microwave oven back to me his attitude was shocking. he refused to give my product back and asked me to do what so ever i may can.such behaviour is shocking.truly shocking indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.           IFB — No response to complaint for servicing the IFB Washing machine and IFB micro oven

          IFB have not attented the complaints even after the repeated requests through email for servicing the Washing machine and Micro oven.No service centre is mentioned in there website in chennai.
          i agree completely. i too had a very bad experience. the man sent for the installation of microwave oven could barely explain its functions. on being asked he said it was the responsibility of the dealer to answer queries regarding cooking. i was told there would be free cooking classes from IFB to cater to my needs but nothing of the sort was informed to me. i received full information only after making 8 phone calls. moreover, one of the leg of the microwave was missing. i strongly advice people NOT to buy any IFB products. their service is dismal
          I too am experiencing the same behaviour from IFB Service centre.
          I took two years AMC and still one year remaining. I lodged a complaint for a problem in the machine on Ist April with the call center. An engineer visited on the next day and told that some part needs to be replaced which is overheating. He promised to come with the part on 5th of April. Till date no one has turned up. I called the call center two three times and the standard reply is that they are escalating the matter. The behaviour of the call center guys is so mannerless that they even disconnects the call in the middle if you try to further probe.

          The same thing is repeating to me second time. It seems they are in the habit of harrassing their customers.
          i too agree with this worst service back up provided by IFB..pissed know off with their service, i even sent a written letter to Mr.DAS GUPTA, CEO of this stupid company..even then no response from them though they know that i have all the evidences of complaining to him..since we are cursed to be born in this stupid corrupted sucking INDIA, we are forced to tolerate all these..shame to be an indian..total waste of money..

          Yes, I too experienced the same. Nobody attended to uor problem for last 22 days in spite of having called 18 times and having AMC.
          But after I sms'ed IFB to 58888 and called 24/7 helpline number 39004321 it was set right in 12 hrs time. So happy to share these contact details.

          IFB has horrible service network, the local service franchisees are run like kirana shops with no technical competency and time management, the service is so bad, you would prefer to buy a new appliance than to get an existing issue fixed. The IFB call center is just there to take calls and they don't have proper procedure to hold the local franchise accountable for the quality of service. Beware, never buy an IFB home appliance.I am one of Vitim who owns a IFB Executive Plus washing machine.
          The service standards of IFB are atrocious to say the least. If anybody is planning to buy an IFB product on the strength of German engineering and service standards, please remember that Bosch is no longer associated with IFB. And IFB without Bosch is a dead brand with no laid down standards for customer service at least.I own aIFB MaxiDry 100% dryer which I purchased last year. This product is within warranty period and I registered a complaint on the 10th of June 2013 that it was not working . When nobody turned up till the 12th of June to service my machine, I called up the national call centre again at about 1600 hrs on the 12th and was told that the engineer had filed a feedback saying that there was no reply on the regd mobile number. This is an incorrect feedback since I have checked my records and have no unattended calls that day. In any case I do call back any missed calls that appear on my screen. The call centre told me that they would put in an emergent service request and that somebody would call me.(I understood that to mean that somebody would call shortly, but of course IFB has its own definitions of the word word emergent) When nobody called up or appeared till 1230 0n 13th June (a full 20 hrs after their so called emergency request), I called up the call centre again to get another experience o[censored]nprofessional conduct. The call centre executive this time told me that she would again put in an emergent request to which I said pls tell me what happened to the last emergent request. She of course had no answer to that, so I asked to be put across to the floor supervisor. To which I was coolly told that the supervisor is busy on another call. I replied saying I would hold the line – after about 3 min of waiting, believe it or not, the phone was disconnected . Now I cannot say confidence that the disconnection was deliberate – after all it could have been a sys error – so I called up again and got through to another executive( the name was Padma) to who I explained the whole story again and asked why nobody has responded to an emergent call in 20 hrs. To which I was told “but my system shows that you have logged a complaint only today”. I repeated the whole story to her (patiently, even though I was at the end of my tether by now), and she replied that she cannot say why there is no response, but that she would put in an emergency request. I asked to be put through to the supervisor, which she conveniently ignored and kept telling me that she will speak to the service centre and tell them to hasten the process. She even suggested that I speak to the service centre myself. This is the standard of IFB – their service centre does not deliver and instead of holding them accountable, what do they do – they palm off their work to the consumer by saying why don’t you talk to the engineer at the service centre.
          Anyway, I repeated 3 times that I wanted to speak to her supervisor and after the third time she tells me that there is no supervisor present. Can you believe it? This is a call centre employee telling me that there is no supervisor present. I had to tell her that I am aware of how call centres work before she put me through to him. Enter the floor supervisor, Mr Debasish.This guy had probably retired from an position o[censored]naccountability in the government and was moonlighting in the call centre. He speculated that the second request placed on the 13th must have got cancelled after the engineer’s report of “no response on mobile” and therefore they cannot do anything till the customer complains again. I asked why I was promised an emergency call on the 13th, if that be the case. And how the hell do I know that I have to call up again in case your systems are so outdated that they cannot show the status of a complaint made 20 hrs back? (I know the was bluffing – he probably has no idea how the system works- but that is just the point I am trying to make: customer service is nowhere on these guys’ agenda.)Anyway, we wound up with him promising to speed up the complaint. I asked him how long it would take for me to get a call from them, and he gives another gem of a reply – “I cannot comment on that, ” he says, “ that is something that is upto the service centre and the enginner there!” This is a national call centre, mind you ([protected] is the toll free number) and they are employing guys like this in the customer service industry. I had to ask him “ Do you mean to tell me that IFB does not have a laid down yardstick for addressing complaints: such as 24 hrs, 48 hrs or 72 hrs?” To which he finally said, yes: 24 hrs.

          I own multiple consumer white goods from Samsung, Sony and Carrier and Philips, but in all my interactions, I have never ever experienced such casual response from any call centre/service centre. It’s the very worst- go in for IFB if you want indifferent and casual service is what I would advice.

          The machine is not working. I have registered the complaint with dealer and it took him more than 25 days to send a person for repair and that to with wrong parts.sometimes his answer was that he can do nothing about it, it will take time due to part unavailability. More than 25days ...seriously?? And even today the person came with the wrong parts. Now my sincere request to you is if can't afford to provide good services then please don't sell yours goods.           54803 and it was really surprising that the representative Mr. Dinesh from IFB had come on 29.01.2015 and repaired that machine.

          Hats- off to IFB for the prompt service.

          The worst service I have ever seen. service providers does not pick your phone calls. customer care does not know the status even after one month of complaint. I will never recommend any service or product from IFB. customer care never cares customer. ticket no 17212099 complaint was longed on 6th Jan and it was clearly mentioned that magnetic two way valve need to be replaced, but no action till now even after contacting to customer care regularly
          IFB has to be one of the worst service providers. Damn, I'm wondering why the hell I purchased a microwave owen from this brand. I also opted for a AMC and till date I have not received any good service. The franchise who has taken my AMC has a bunch o[censored]seless who only give false assurances. They don't answer calls and if they do, they give false assurance. Its been over 25 days and I still have a non functional microwave. I have called numerous times to customer care and also have emailed at [protected]@ifbglobal.com and still no resolution. Word of caution to the people, do not go for the IFB products, please investigate and research online for reviews before going for any brand. The service from IFB is pathetic and causes trauma, loss of time and money. IFB if your hearing please refund my AMC amount fully.

            Inspite of repeated complaints the damaged bush onto which the drum is hanging has not been replaced by the company.The technicians who came say that it is out of stock(from november till date) and make temporary patch works promising they would replace the bush in a aday or two.With the result the drum falls off very often in the middle of washing and we had to complete the washing manually. Every time the machine machine stops working we have to make a new complaint (thanks to the customer care people who dont have any history on previous complaints ), this causes mental agony.this action constitutes breach of warranty.

              I have IFB Washing Machine Model Exe + . Recently this started giving problem. The Fine dresses like soft sarees and shirts were getting damaged as the threads are pulled. This resulted in damage to the costly dresses .

              I have given complaint on 23/11/2010 and the complaint No is 5462912. A service mechanic by name A.Thirukumaran came after two days. He said that the Drum is defective and needs replacement. He suggested to renew the AMC as the existing AMC was only upto 15/12/10. He collected the Cheque for Rs 1943/= for renewal of AMC from 16/12/10 to 15/12/11 and promised that the fault will be attended.

              But We have waited Waited and no one turned up .

              Again I called your Service and asked about the status. But to my dismay they informed that my earlier complaint was closed. I still wonder how the renewal of AMC will rectify the defect.

              But Again they were kind enough to book the fresh complaint .The Complaint no is 5622598 dated 27/12/10.
              No one visited my house to attend the machine since then. They orally informed over the phone that the Drum to be changed. Most of the time the telephone no 24865661 and the mobile no [protected] is not attended.

              Please tell me what shall I do now?

              IFB WASHING MACHINE — Inefficient service

              Problem has been going on since 6th Jan.
              Technicians are never on time. He came at 2pm after committing to come at 10am.
              The wire has been constantly changed since it is burning. The technician is incapable of checking what this is due to. Noone is taking responsible.
              From 26 jan our machine has not been working and still now our complaint has not been resolved

              when we go to customer care bathinda they told us we are not having proper instriuments and the

              material required to update the washing machine and they have given the m number of punjab service

              head Gurvinder singh but he is not reponding anything about our complaint, this is our last intimation

              to company otherwise we will proceed in court pls do the possible

                Service personnel not responding
                1. Complaint no - 5763840.
                2. Subject- Intial installation of washing machine.
                3. Bought my washing machine on 8 jan 2011. Even after 17 days no one has come to do the installation of my washing machine.
                4. No of reminders send by me.- Between 125 to 150.
                5.Unprofessional executive contacted for complaints.-
                (a) Mr Rajender at [protected].
                (b) Mr Joshi at [protected].
                (c) Geetanjali at[protected].
                (d) Sona at[protected].
                6. Heights of their incompetency. All these people keep delaying you for 3 - 4 days and finally their last resort is to stop attending the complaint calls.

                  I purchased ifb washing machine on[protected] from Coimbatore appliances [ vide Bill No. SI/3563 ] Vellore 632 006 tamilnadu,it was installed after 10 days only, just 10 days only it was worked, after that I went and complaint it was under repair on[protected]. First week of January 2011 service engineer came and saw the machine, he told about the IC problem in the machine washing.
                  Till date [[protected]] no one turn-up. I contact Mr.Kamal [rep of ifb in the coimbatore appliances] he ask the service centre, enven though no response from the service center . Again contact Mr. Praveen [Pondicherry] he told me to wait upto friday. till date[protected] no response, we have grate opinion on your product, but because of your negligence I am not satisfied your product, make arrangement to replace product or else instruct the agency/franchise to re-pay my amount and confirm the same my mail address [protected]@yahoo.in

                    The quality of service of IFB washing machines is very pathetic. I live in annanagar in chennai and i have been trying to seek the help of the IFB service personnel for rectifying a simple problem for the past 2 months and the problem still persists..There is nothing done beyond attending the call and stating that some will attend to your problem. The staff visited my house twice and tried doing something, but in vain. The machine is only 4 years old...I do not know what to do and hence writing this on this board to bring it to the notice of IFB authorities..A rerally bad and disgusting experience...the service agency is absolutely irresponsible...i did my best getting in touch with who ever i can, but none have come to my rescue...i have stopped contacting the IFB customer care number and i am going to post a message every day on this board to prove how pathetic and incorrigible IFB's service is...i can be contacted on[protected] so that i can share my worst experiences with this great company!

                        This is in reference to complaint No's- 5619291 dated 30/12/2010, 5682718 dated 5/1/2011 & 5744933 dated 15/1/2011 for my washing machine ELENA DX (5.5 kg) purchased on 21/2/2010.

                        Firstly technicians never visit on the stipulated time nor they give calls before coming. Since we both (husband & wife) are working so that is really a problem for us to be at home all the time & waiting for your technicians.

                        Secondly none of the technician is able to identify the problem with the machine as they have visited the house atleast 4 times in the last 20 days, changed the MCU card still the problem remaining as it is.

                        Moreover they are always closing the complaints without verifying whether the machine is repaired or not. Its been 20 days since the first complain & my problem remains the same. The service centre staff didnt inform when late or unable to visit & misinformed on the availability of spare parts.

                        The senior officers of service centre are also not paying any attention to this chronic problem as I have spoken to Mr. Bharat (Service Centre head), Mr. Siddiqui (Supervisor) & Mr. Sachin, Mr. Naushad & Mr. Pradeep (all technicians).
                        The temperature at Lucknow these days is around 4 degrees & I'm suffering a lot without the washing machine.
                        The customer care call centre is clueless about the services being offered & is not able to provide me an authoritative person for this problem to be resolved

                        All this makes me think that I really have made a wrong choice in IFB.

                          Sir,

                          I have purchased IFB microware from Mahavir Steel Shop from Pune on 17th october 2010.

                          On second day o[censored]se the switch board strat sparking hence we called company executive who has asked us to change the switch board which we did immidiately.
                          After that also it is not working properly. Most of the functions are not working and again switch board star sparking the light.

                          We again called company executive, who said that this piece has fault you need to get it change with company. We are following up with that executive, many other members from company call center and the shop from where we purchased the microwave, but no use.

                          The shop keeper is saying this is company's responsibilites and we cannt do anything in this. Company is not ready to change the piece. They are suggesting that they will repair the fault,.

                          But why should I pay Rs.10000 for faulty piece and get it repaired?? Please help me..How do I need to proceed to complaint this? Shall I go to police Station?

                            SUB : tremendously delayed service for dishwasher
                            We bought IFB Dishwasher Neptune model on 19th Sep, 2008. It worked fine till February 2010 when on calling the service centre, the response was prompt and the board was replaced.

                            But the real problem started after the warranty period got over. The dishwasher stalled on 4th Nov, 2010. After calling the service centre, they sent a technician (on 9th Nov) who said that the memory is full and so it has to be cleared. He did the needful and the dishwasher started working again, but the wash quality was drastically reduced. He also mentioned that this status of “successful working” may not last long; the board has to be replaced again ! So the inevitable happened.

                            The dishwasher stalled again on 17th Nov, 2010. The service centre sent the technician came after a week. He replaced the board, but there was no change. He said he is unable to solve the problem and a senior technician will attend to it. We waited for the senior technician to come and do the honours of rectifying the problem.
                            Finally, on 2nd December (after 2 weeks), Mr. Ravichandran
                            (ph –[protected]– an engineer from IFB factory came to inspect the dishwasher. He diagnosed that the wiring has to be changed and subsequently the board also needs replacement and that it would be done the very next day.

                            We waited patiently for yet another 2 weeks but to no avail. Upon calling the service centre again, we were dodged to another number. In this entire process, I have made calls to the following places.

                            Ironically amidst all this, I got a call from IFB feedback center asking whether my complaint has been attended to. I had to answer in the negative. Since then I have been calling the service center and the replies I get are lame excuses like the office is being shifted, spare parts are not available, technician has gone for training, etc. It has been 1 ½ months that the dishwasher remains unused and in non-working condition.

                            Mr. Sundaraju, the senior technician from IFB came and suggested that the motor, wiring and the board has to be replaced. He said it will take 15 days for the new motor to arrive. However, Mr. Puttuswamy came with new spare parts on 22nd Dec, 2010 and replaced the motor, wiring and the board. Yet the machine did not work. He went back saying that Mr. Sundaraju only will look into the matter.

                            Mr. Sundaraju came in again on 28th Dec,2010 and after opening the dishwasher, said that the pump is not working properly, because it is not drawing water. Now he said the new board which was fixed has also stopped working. He could not rectify the problem and suggested to take it to their service centre.
                            On 31st Dec, 2010, our dishwasher was taken to the service center and till today (17th Jan, 2011) it is still with them. I have been calling them almost every other day and the response I get from Mr. Pradeep or Mr. Govindraju is that it will be done within 2 days or some such false promise. I also asked them to frankly tell me whether it would be repaired or not so that at least I am free to think about buying a new one, of course not IFB dishwasher but a different brand. Now they have estimated Rs. 10,000/- for the repairs and I was told that all the parts have to be ‘converted’ meaning changed.

                            I have always believed in the brand called ‘IFB’ but because of my bitter experience with the service center and its irresponsible attitude towards customers I have lost all trust in the brand. Looks like I am now forced to do the work myself. There is no truth in their punch line “Put your hands to better use”. I would like everyone to read my story.

                                I log a call in IFB cutomer care on 08-Dec-2010 on number [protected] and my IFB ID is 1914220 the issue is coming in that time the cloths was not clean properly and some spot is coming in cloths after 15 days he attend the call and in his customer care call was closed the call on 10-Dec-2010 it means IFB is closing the customer complaint without attending the call but the problem is still pending we are regulary followup with his local service centre executive the Number of this person is [protected] he is not picking the call mostly of the time and when he is picking and telling the executive will come today but executive is not coming. when i call to customer care yesterday on sames number [protected] he is giving another ticket number[protected].

                                  I have both the IFB machines, the Dryer and the Front load washing machine. I have made the biggest mistake in my life and regret every single moment buying the IFB machines. Please Please Please DO NOT CHOOSE IFB. Its been two year now since i have had them from day one they have given a lot of problem. in one and a half years time i had to change the moter, the belt, the drum, and for the dryer the belt twice. first of all they have no service center or even if they had it was just useless cause you call and call and call no one comes to repair your machines i still have all the complain number i have made, cust number : 1898460

                                  Yes, I too facing lot of problem in IFB machine. when ever we call service manager they say, they are in meeting. without given support to the customer, to whom they are gathering for meeting. more than a month my machine is not working. I am having IFB front loading. my suggestion is kindly don't buy IFB washing machine.

                                    Sub: Request for replacement of defective washing machine (Senorita Dx)

                                    It is regarding distressful time we have been going through since I purchased the IFB washing machine (Senorita DX) from DD Electronic, Dwarka, New Delhi, on 14th April 2008, paying Rs. 17, 500.00
                                    After reading the following, I hope you will understand the situation and express similar opinion.

                                    My Customer Code is : 1425551

                                    It used to vibrate during the spinning cycle. When the vibration & Sound became excessive, I registered my first complaint no 1702613 for this issue in April 08. Now it’s been nearly 2 years since I am complaining for the excessive vibration & sound in my washing machine during the spinning cycle.

                                    In one incidence, the machine vibrated & jumped so badly from its position that the inlet water pipe got disconnected leaving the to water fill up the house for full 2 hrs.

                                    The machine was under warranty when the complaint was first registered & from Feb 10 to April 10, I was visited by an IFB Technician Mr. Ajay (Ph No [protected]). During his numerous visits he kept convincing me that this is the normal vibration & upon my further pursuance he suggested me one solution per visit like
                                    1. Once I was told that machine is vibrating because it is not kept on even surface, for that I was made to buy a m/c stand worth Rs 990/-……...End Result no reduction in vibration & sound.
                                    2. After this he told me that m/c may have salt deposits inside & then I was made to buy the de-sclaing powder worth Rs 1500/-...................End Result no reduction in vibration & sound.
                                    3. By this time I was getting fed up with Mr Ajay& then I asked for a senior technician & mr Rajesh supposedly a senior technician visited me. He suggested that electric cable for the machine does not have a 3rd earthing line which causing the motor to over load & thus the vibration / sound. This logic was beyond my understanding as I am an Engineer myself but since I was so fed up I went ahead with his advise.............End Result no reduction in vibration & sound.

                                    Upon further calling the IFB helpline, this time when Mr Ajay visited he changed the Water Pump. .............End Result no reduction in vibration & sound.

                                    All of the above was done when the m/c was under warranty & since by this time the warranty was expiring so we were advised to buy the AMC. Obviously we went ahead with the advice to get the issue resolved.

                                    The list of my complaints is as under:

                                    .............End Result no reduction in vibration & sound.

                                    Since I am a working female, all the above replacements took considerable amount of time & finally in end Nov, 10 Mr Ajay said that this is beyond his expertise. Now we were given the no of the Regional service Manager Mr. Yograj ( Ph No [protected]) to co-ordinate directly for further proceedance. Initially Mr. Yograj refused to accept that after replacing so many parts the m/c can still not work properly but as Mr. Ajay confirmed it, he agreed.

                                    Furthermore to this the complaints have been closed without my consent to reflect that the problem has been attended & rectified. For instance, the customer care registered my complaints no 5445719 on 19 Nov 2010. On 15 Dec, 2010, when I called the customer care to check on the status of my complaint, I was informed that complaint is already closed. I asked the customer care to reopen the same complaint but she refused saying, they can only open a new complaint no 5580435 & not reopen the closed complaint no 5445719.

                                    It is not the first time when my open complaint was closed to reflect the problem is attended when it is actually not.

                                    In view of above stated facts, I have not been running the AUTOMATIC m/c in my absence & I have to be constantly around when it is on. I feel that I should have bought a much cheaper manual washing m/c compared to this expensive product which as it is behaving like a local product.

                                    This kind of irresponsible & Hit n Trial approach does not go well with the image of a Company like IFB.

                                    Past one year has been traumatic for me & I have wasted so many weekends for this issue. I am so so fed up with this product I demand an immediate redressal since the problem is beyond your expertise, it should either be replaced or my complete money be refunded with an immediate effect.

                                    I have wasted enough time, so either you address my issue well or I am left with no choice but to go to the consumer court.

                                    ifb,washing machine senorita dx — no action taken against damage

                                    My IFB washing machine is not in working condition since 25th feb'2010.I have already filed a complaint against the same but no action has been taken to repair the damage till date.I am regularly following MR.YOGRAJ(Sr. executive) and the customer care center but no response have been received.
                                    Kindly look forward to my complaint and take necessary steps.

                                      My washing machine is under Annual Maintenance Contract for which IFB Industries Limited, A-[56, Okhla Industrial Area Phase - I, New Delhi - 110 020 charged Rs. 1684/- paid vide cheque No. 502890 ICICI Bank Ltd. vide Book No. 187 Serial No. 9342 dt. 22.01.2007 to cover warranty from 22.01.2009 to 21.01.2011. Customer Code is 964562 Sr. No. 10499.10.

                                      I lodged complaint on 22.08.2010 on IFB Customer Care Phone No. [protected]. Complaint No. 4980802 was given and promised to repair the machine within 12 hours. But the mechanic came and returned saying that he would come with the required parts.

                                      Since then everyday We are making calls to the customer care (Chennai). They have given us so many Delhi Numbers such as : Mr.Shubhankarpati Branch Head [protected], Miss Monika 30889678, Mr. Sanjeev Sharma [protected], Other Nos. [protected], 26372486, [protected], [protected], [protected], 39004321, which are usually never picked up and if attended they also assure us to solve the problem but nothing happens.

                                      A month ago a new number : Miss Rakhi [protected] was given. It was picked up, and after so many reminders a mechanic visited with a motor of some other model and returned promising to come back the next day with the right motor. Again I had to contact several times and this time he said that the wires had to be changed and he would visit the next day. He did not come. Again I have been making complaints after complaints. Now this number is also not being picked up. Now half an hour ago I again contacted the Customer Care No. [protected] and I am shocked to hear that the complaint has been closed. In my opinion all the IFB people are fraud fraud and only fraud.

                                        from very beginning of our use the i f b angular washing machine is not properly working.always stopping the machine when a particular time is over.after completing 26th minutes the machine is stopping and showing error 01.for every washing the machine is stopping minimum two times.two month after purchasing the machine completely down.i complaint the fact to many service persons but unfortunately nobody mind it at last i got the toll free number and contacted the responsible persons.after two month i got the machine repaired (replacing the board).standby machine gave to me after many time i complained to the authority.the standby machine also complaint and that also i informed the authority.after getting repaired by replacing the board i began to use the machine.from the very first washing the I F B ANGULAR washing machine showing the error 01 .again i contacted through troll free number they informed me within 24 hours we will sent the service persons.but five days passed nobody attended the case.it is shame to the company such a kind of mannerism from the service persons is totally shame to the entire society.my demand is change my machine and gave me a new one.otherwise u take my machine from home and do as u like.my contact number is [protected],[protected].email.id is [protected]@gmail.com.good bye.k k namboothiri
