Dear sir,
We had purchased this fully automatic 7kg Digital machine around 3 years back and till date we must have made at least 30 complaints to the company on their 24 hours no [protected] regarding the malfunctioning of this machine and now we have realized and are convinced that IFB Digital or Fully Automatic machines are not meant for Indian conditions because first of all, they start malfunctioning even at the slightest...

Ref. to my custmer complaint no 136131 dt. 17th Dec.2010. nobody has attended the complaint after several remminder. Given the phone no. of Rajat Jain but he does not pick up the phone. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for hte redre IFB SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SERVICE QUALITY....

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased IFB Serena washing machine from NEXT Show room at T.Nagar. During insulation of the machine, the demo person identified that the rubber sleeve was damaged. He told that the matter will be reported to the head office. Till today, they haven't replaced the rubber sleeve for my washing machine.

Dealing with your customer service department has been the most horrifying expererince in my entire life. My washing machine is not functional from the time have bought it. There has always been some problem or the other.

Everytime we log a complaint, it was closed withour fixing our problem. You can have some one check this for you.

As i was taken IFB( SERENA DX) washing machine on Diwali offer in Malakpet TMC, after taking i got delivery after 10days despite calling many times they gave delivery. After that to till now i raised many complaints to IFB customer care that my washing machine is not working properly after 3 to 4 complaints an executive came and checked and told that nead to change some rubber and belt. haiii am an ifbi student currently doing my pgdbo course in that intitute.while addmission i was informed by the faculty and other members that just after complition i will get a job in icici bank and get a salary of rs21000 but just after two days of classes they are saying that you will get a sum of rs 10to 15 thousand.


so am quite disturbed and quite confused what to do next.
even there are many complains...

IFB IS NOT GIVING AFTER SALES SERVICE DESPITE A.M.CUNABLE TO WASH THE CLOTHES FOR THEPAST ONE WEEK .
NO RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINTS LODGED CAUSING MENTALAGONY.
WE INCURRED HEAVY LOSS ON ACCOUNT OF MACHINE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
CLOTHES ARE NOT PROPERLY GETTING WASHED.
EVERYTIME WHEN WE MAKE A COMPLAINT THERIE IS A LUKEWARMRESPONSE.
MUST BE MADE TO RETURN OUR MONEY AS THE COST OF THE MACHINE OR REPLACE...

I own an IFB Washing Machine. I wanted to buy a washing machine, what I have instead is a head ache. The machine gives trouble every 6 months and I have to spend out if my pocket all the time. It is a fully automatic washing machine. the display gets repaired, the door does not close and all other issues from time to time.

The service is done through franchisees and all they are bothered about is AMC....

I have purchased my washing machine Executive plus model on 26.05.2006.Machine was very good for performance. We are vellage peoples not aware of this machine technology. My first complaint itself your serive person told that you make AMC then we will do the things correct. After that also they have not solved the problem 1. water coming out from the drum.
They have disconnect the heater line. problem gets solved....

I bought a front loading IFB washing machine Model No. Digital 5.5 Kg, Serial No. 002197. Date of purchase 22.10.2008 with an extended warranty Effective from 22.10.2008 to 21.10.2012. The warranty card Sl. No is 05221 2008.

During commissioning, the local Service organisation M/s. Royal Star people visited and never turned up so far. I requested them to visit and see the machine functioning, they never turned up.

My IFB Supremo washing Machine has been under the Company's Annual Maintenance Contract from the date of Purchase. The current ICR No. 23695 dated 29.8.2009 valid for the period 22.9.2010 to 21.09.2011. The machine keeps braking down frequently. I had booked IFB microwave of 38 Litres capacity, model 38SC1 after paying full amount vide Invoice No. 27890 dated 31.10.10.through M/s Ambika Enterprises , SCO 42, Sector 11, Panchkula (Haryana).
