Iam Abul Kalam Asath, i bought the IFB machine 2.5 years before.now my machine is not working, i have booked the complaint last Monday(05-Nov-2012).they promised me that they will give me the fix with in 24 hours.but i am calling the help desk each day .but they are saying the same thing.still none has come to attend the fault.
Even i have warned them that i will send the Email to Gupta.but still no result.
IFB has already lost their quality and the service is becoming very poor.
I hope this is the reason why Indians are prefering the Foring brands.
Gupta has to look into this issue and find out why the people are not responding for the customers request.
i never go for IFB in future and wont recomend this brand to anyone
