my ifb washing mahine id under AMC. i lodged a complaint on 8th of april 2013 complaint no. 10646577 but nobody come to see it. on calling their local delhi 110070 office, they told me they have not received any complaint. i again lodged a complaint on 18th april complaint no. 10676639. on repeated follow ups my machine has not been repaired. now they are simply ot picking p the phone. tell me what to do.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — Non attending

I have palace a compliant vide ticket no 2388434 on 5.11.2008 the mechnaic who attended said the timer is not in order and promised to attend in a couple of days. my repeated request gets only wait for 2 more days reply. I am under amc and this clearly shows that machines under amc only get step motherly treatment and i cannot understand when a company like IFB does this

This is to inform you that I purchase a washing machine model no Sonoreta Dx from one of your dealer Ashoka Trading Co, Faridabad dated 11-01-09. It has been assured me from the dealer that with in 24 Hrs representative from IFB will come and conduct demo about the machine. Next day[protected] around 2:07 I received a call from [protected] about his visit for demo at 6:30 pm., but after 1 hrs waiting say about 7;30 pm when I call in the same no I got reply he has some problem with his vehicle.
Next day 13-01-09 I made call more than 50 times to your above said dealer and your service center Mr.Pradeep ([protected]) Mr.paras ([protected]) and Miss –([protected]) but no action taken by none.
I spend Rs.18, 500 to purchase this machine just not for keep as show piece, and second thing I am working with a privet concern in project department as Sr. Engineer project and I suppose to be at site by today evening[protected]. Due to your service I have to postponed my trip for another one week which will effect in my carrier in the coming future as well I lose money Rs.1000 per day. Who will compensate these all loss?.
Is it my fault to chose IFB?. IFB such a big concern in world wise basis, is it there service?. If in the demo section we are getting these type of service then what will happen about service after sales.

I F B / washing machine — non attendance of complaint

Complaint registered with IFB, vide ticket no.2670375, in regard non-functioning of washing machine
has not been attended to despite daily follow-up with the helpline of ifb and the contact persons as suggested by the helpline executives. My AMC is due to expire on[protected]. Is the delay intentional
to get a renewal or to avoid the free repair/ replacement as per the COMPANY'S routine practice.f
I had purchased IFB Elena model washing machine in may 2008. In the first year of the machine, I have faced many problems with it. Inspite of so many calls, the amc person are not coming since last 10 days. My ticket No. is 3036781. I sincerely advice all not to buy IFB products. I have made a big mistake in buying IFB products.

I have placed a compliant vide ticket no. 3119145 on 8.6.2008. i have been calling at ur toll free no.every alternate day and i have been given assurance that the engineer will visit .there is water drainage problem in my IFB ELENA. I sincerely advice all not to buy IFB products. I have made a big mistake in buying IFB products.every month there is a problem in the machine.

I have made a complaint about malfunctioning of washing machine on 17 Aug2010. I was told that a part is to be replaced and same has been demanded.Now it is over 7 weeks and nothing has happened despite innumerable reminders.What is worse is that every time I am told that your representative will visit/ they will get back on the latest position but no one has done so todate.This has cost me a fat washerman bill and untold inconvenience.Kindly intimate why a company of your repute is defaulting on its AMC and how do you wish to compensate me for the financial loss and inconvenience

You know these kind can be solved by the company if they have a very tough and ruthless service head who does not have a heart to listen to his employee problems but be good to customers. Most companies which have such problems have employees who are somehow related to each other or have joined on reference. All of them collaborate and bring down such good organizations. ultimately all companies are made of people!!!

    Hi,

    I have an IFB washing machine front loader which is purchased from IFB six year back. Since Decemeber 2012, the machine has been tearing my clothes and has caused damaged to me in thousands. I have a complete warranty cover with them. Despite constant complaints to the company, they have not been able to fix the issue and their service provider GR power in South Delhi has provided the worst customer service with no solution to the issue. They have been arrogant and unhelpful with no solution to offer to the issue and I have had to spend another Rs. 30,000 to buy a new washing machine.

    IFB should not only refund me the amount for this new purchase but also refund me money for the clothes that this IFB machine has damaged.

    IFB WASHING MACHINE — about washing of clothes

    the performence of the machine`WAS EXCELLENT', but not now.In recent washes the dirt is not completely eliminated only 75% efficiency.At the same time the clothes are not getting dried up, it is full of wet even after the complete programme. once we used to recommend the machine.So take necessary steps to rectify the problem as quick as possible so that create an atmosphere to be positive with the machine.     I recently had a very bad experience with IFB's dealer G. R. Power (East of Kailash, New Delhi). Their service executive, Manoj, is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. I request IFB to take serious note of it as it leaves a bad impression of IFB.

    Firstly we were given false promises and then ill treated by the customer executive.

    Look forward to positive response from IFB and hope such incidents will not take place in future.

      I had registered complaint for new IFB top loading washing machine to IFB customer care on Apr 13, 2013. They told take to steps within 48 hours and no one not serviced after complaint. Again i have tried Apr 15, 22, 23 days. But no one make to solve the problem. So please give any alternative solution or i will return for my product to ifb company.

        I called your IFB care number close to 5 times. And made around 8 unsuccessful calls to franshisees, who neither picked nor responded. I had to call one frnachisee for 4 times, when finally hte guy admitted he is a security guard, cant do much. Your executives don't know anything apart from fwding the ticket to some franchisee on the basis of PIN code. And that franchisee never cares to inform anyone or customer that the area doesn't come under it's purview. I keep making calls to IFB care, they keep do the fwd job to same franchisee. After a good shout on my 4th call it has been escalated to a wrong franchisee again. Thanks god, i had the number of the guy who had installed it. On contacting him, he took 2 days to come and see my m/c. As per him the ticket never reached him, but he is attending it on Courtsey. Appreciated

        First technician visit on: 12.04.13. He fixes it. After he left within 15 mins i realized it has stopped rotating again. Calling him helped, he says - "it needs a belt change"

        Events of 13.04.13:

        Morning your same technician calls me to raise a ticket so that he can get the spare belt and asks me to generate the ticket to BTF franchisee Whitefield. When i call the IFB care and asked again and again to put the ticket to BTF only, he showed his helplessness - "Sir, i cant do much. System chooses the franchisee. You dont worry, mechanic aayega na." Then he hung up.

        Now the trauma begins.

        Calling the same technician again and again to know what next, whom to call. That morning i got exposed to lot of dirty area politics -"thats not my area, you call this number", "Sir, you call this guy and blast then only your ticket would move from them to us"; God! you guys call yourself an international brand. After 7-8 calls to the same technician he agreed that finally the ticket reached his franchisee but there is no belt in stock. He would be updated by his manager by 16th on the status.

        Promised, something will be updated not resolved by : 16.04.13

        I immediately demanded a m/c replacement. If a major component of a brand new m/c conks off within 2 months and the waiting period could touch 15 days for repair. I couldn't risk it for future such breakdowns or neither anyone would want his family go through the trauma of chasing.

        Again after making 2 calls, i finally got the number of the guy Mr Prasad who was supposed to be the area in-charge for me. He was such a joker. He didnt have any idea of whats wrong with the customer and starts off with "One second, one second.. blah blah!!" I demanded a m/c replacement and asked him to tell me who is the guy in authority to be spoken to. After several attempts of evading to hear whats the problem and why i am disgusted, he agreed he is the guy who can take a call for replacement but he won't. He wanted his same technician to have a look at it and confirm.

        It was disgusting a proposal, as the engineer had already visited and he had agreed that i could demand a replacement if a new m/c goes down this way. This Prasad guy had no knowledge of hearing and consoling a customer. I was not up for more time wasting for engineer visits and useless phone talks, but certainly i was at the pick of my frustration to shout dumbass to this guy, and hung up.

        Next he calls me after 15 mins to pick up a fight - "You cant talk to me like that with vulgar words." I simply asked get me the numbe rof the guy who listens and have the authority to change mym/c. He was in no mood to listen, rather i had to clarify its not a vulgar word, it means stupid. Had to explain why! after 12 days of waiting and 25 calls he couldn't understand why someone should call him stupid.

        Not only that, he dared to threaten me afterwards- "where is your house boss? Indiranagar? I'm coming". And he hung up.

        Assume that was the end of the trauma that you get exposed pathetic customer response and GOONs!

        A customer would need a lot of guts to buy IFB product and face all the painful scenarios to survive the clientship.

        I've asked your engineer to not to come with the belt. I cant risk going through the same issues again in future, and hence PLEASE REPLACE.

        A little literacy for your area in-charge Mr Prasad on humility would be welcome.

        IFB senorita — IFB washing Machine - Service technicians don't visit

        I took an AMC for my IFB washing machine in Feb 2010. The Machine was making sounds & i complained on 9th july. The service centre & the customer care did not resposn to this for over one & half months. Every time i would call, they promise to visit the next day but never come.
        Finally on 18th august they came & replaced the motor. After replacing the motor, the machine has almost stopped working. Again, the customer care is indifferent and the technicians dont come despite repeated calls. Now they disconnect the minute they see my number.
        I am struggling to get the machine fixed & i have already taken a 2 year AMC. So its 5000 rs down the drain.

          I had purchased IFB washing Machine Model: DIGITAL 5.5, SR. NO. WT DIG5.5KG B 005572 on 03/06/2009.
          From installation, this machine is series of troubles. Almost every major item has been replaced methodically, but in vain. The service personnel are not so friendly and they always see how to charge the customer, even though he is in warranty or AMC. The incharge personnel also not suggestive but quarrelsome and in no time they can make customer go mad.
          Since, the problem is not solved even after a month, one can imagine the troubles and problems that may arise in a family.
          Now I can understand why every other new company is improving it sales year by year and why the good old IFB is looking its ground slowly. May god save this IFB in India.

            I have Lodged the complaint on 03/4/13 for Door lock problem to customer care and the complaint Number is 10421132. I was told it will be resolved in 48 hrs. But no body responded from the service side. Again I called on 05.04 and I was told they will come next day but there was no response.And It continued on 06th and 07th. But today I was told the complaint is cancelled. I did not get proper response from them about the cancellation and they are not aware why it is cancelled and who has cancelled, I want immediate response from IFB home appliances.

              hi i buy IFB Last six months before but this month 2nd march my washing machine door not close properly but i made complaint they inform next 48 hrs we will come an repair the problem but they came after 7 days how i need to call them every day 2 time r u coming to see the repair of my washing machine please at least today can u come like that after they see the problem they inform next day i will come an fix the problem like that they inform but that next day when i d'nt know all most 21 days gone after i made complain . Who ever read this msg please come an make fast to repair my washing machine ..................

                Complaints Not Attended. Washing Machine is under AMC
                I own an IFB fully automatic washing machine, executive elite 5 Kg customer no.912736. I registered for Annual Maintenance Contract vide the Invoice No.663,[protected] dated[protected]. The contract is valid up to[protected]. I made a complaint on 19 feb 2013 stating that the Washing Machine is vibrating. The complaint number is[protected]. IFB service personnel who came and inspected the Machine said dampinger needs to be changed. After repeated calling on 23 March 2013 the personnel changed the dampinger but after fitting water stated to leak from all sides- then he said motherboard and valve needs to be changed and again I am calling and calling....

                I regret to state that there was absolutely no response from the IFB side. I have made so many phone calls to your service centers in Chennai and every time they use to say that the Mechanic will come and rectify. As there was no action, I contacted the Toll Free Number at Bangalore and also the Customer Care at Chennai. They, on their part, assured that they will contact and inform the Mechanic and that the fault will be attended immediately.

                I think the AMC period will just pass like this. There is no action despite so many repeated calls to the customer service centers at Chennai and Bangalore. Only wastage of money through so many phone calls. I am totally disappointed by their customer care. There is no responsible answer to my calls and they were so rude that even my calls were not attended to.

                In spite of buying the machine and also paying for the AMC, I am not able to use it for the past so many days. In addition to that I am spending my time and money on my calls to the customer care centers.

                If a Customer of IFB Washing Machine, particularly with an AMC is made to suffer like this for months together, What is the use of purchasing the IFB washing machine and what is the use of paying Rs.4812/- towards AMC? What is the use of having a Customer Care wing without any action or use?

                IFB SUPREMO — AMC paid but not answered

                I am residing in mumbai, I have booked a complaint on 8 sep 08 Engineer call up on 13 sep 08, we were not at home so he agreed to come on monday 15 sep 08 but he didn't arrived. So we again called the IFB support the engineer had closed the call without attending. So again we had booked but still no response. What is the use of AMC when such a good product IFB is producing, should keep the After sales and AMC services in upto mark. My Ticket no :2157963

                IFB — Customer complaint not yet attended

                I M.Sitharaman,Hyderabad(Customer Code#699121) had raised a complaint on 3rd of June,2010(actually raised on 27th of may,but as per the customer care the complaint was only registered on 3rd of June) regarding the functionality of timer of my washing machine.I was un attended on my complaint for about a week and after lot many calls to customer care about 10days after the date of booking complaint a person from the company came to have a look at the machine.After that no care was taken about the machine and when made a call to the certain Reena and Pradeep of Hyderbad service centre,they respond with a casual "will be done by this week sir"!!!.This has been my worst experience with a service department and would like the company concerned authorities to take care of the service they provide else the name of the company will be spoilt as now.

                I have entered an AMC for my washing machine with you on 11/6/2009 vide receipt No.10868 and got serviced. After the day serviced till one year over no one has turned for any preventive check-up despite I made a call 4months back that call also not responded.
                My AMC period is expired couple of days ago I haven’t got any renewal notice.
                Please guide me how to renew my AMC and I need my machine is to be checked thoroughly immediately. You can verify my address and AMC period of mine by your records by checking the receipt No.10868.

                I F B Washing Machine ( Executive ) — Complaint not being attended on AMC

                We have been getting AMC for the subject machine on regular basis and the latest AMC No: 199989 valid upto 31st March 2012. We have observed that from last 2 years the service have been detoriatiing and the level is now beyond the level that its difficult to cope up with the same. The complaint was made on 29th Sept'10 complaint No: 5187442 . We came to understand from the call centre that the same has been closed by Mr Manoj but would like to inform that no one visited to attend the same.After that we have been talking to most of the officials but all in vain. Today we have even talked to Mr Parahar ( [protected]) whos has assured to attend the same but it looks like that shall also not be fruitful as the attitude developed by I F B industries is not to provide the service. There is no check on the franchise whether they are providing service or not but the company is only interested in getting profit out of AMC.

                Due to defficiency of the services provided by I F B, i would request you to kindly arrange for the refund of AMC amount i.e. Rs 4170/- plus one month wage paid to maid for washing closther and Rs 20000/- as harasment charges.

                The same should be passed on to I F B wiothout any notice but as a fine to ensure that other customers donot suffer in the same manner. Also kindly note that since the companies are aware that getting panalised shall take long time as such they are not even scared of consumer forum.

                In view of above we would suggest to penalise I F B on the basis of thsi complaint which becomes a lesson for I F B and other companies also so that they start providing proper service.

                my washing machine is under amc with ifb company but they are not attending the complaint even after a no of reminders

                  I am Dola Krishna. I hail from Tirupati. Two and half years back, we have bought IFB angular washing machine worth 32, 500 INR. Occasionally it used to get repaired. Service persons used to come and repair washing machine. They have sold many products which are not necessary. But there is not other forego.

                  Last month, our washing machine has failed to start when switch it on. It is over a month. Service persons used to come and go. Still they have not identified the root cause for repair. They have told that both the circuit boards would have damaged! But they are not sure about it. If IFB cannot service products which they own, why they sell them in small towns like Tirupati?

                    Washing machine commissioned on 3/3/2013 - vibrating from 1st use by me - complained after second use as advised by technician. complain number 15089326 -dated 22nd March 2013, customer care n0: 1701430 , customer service informs within 24 hrs. it shall be attended , confirmed by call on 23rd also, no service man came and attended . service center when asked at 6pm just says we are now closing will see the complain on Monday 25th March, I want my money back I made a mistake of buying the IFB machine in spite of having a bas experience with IFB once earlier.

                    Will some on higher up n IFB look into this , wish I has read all the reviews of the IFB service and problems with the IFB washing machines - almost all complains of bad service and vibrations in spin cycle.

                    Is any one responsible for the complains at IFB god knows how thus company is working am sure they will not be able to do this in Europe / USA.

                    I don't agree with the claim that this is normal vibrations, the machine trolley provided by the IFB is the problem. the leveling done is still not up to the mark as per the technician who came for the visit,

                    It was my suggestion that the anti vibration pads may be of help, I don't mind paying for them as long as they will ensure a vibration free machine running.

                    It seems that IFB is just trying to pass on a machine which has the vibration problem. all the complains you read on the net are for vibrations in the front loading machines which they have not been able to solve the same till date.

                    IFB can send the anti vibration pads, I am willing to pay for them. IFB MUST GARANTEE THAT THIS WILL SOLVE THE VIBRATION PROBLEM.

                    Am sorry to say that no one has come to fix the anti vibration pads for which I have agreed to pay, and nor have I heard form IFB regarding the same.

                    It is really a shame that one has to continuously follow up for a complain which they say is closed and accept that the vibrations are a normal thing with their machine.

                      I am a user of IFB Fornt loading Washing Machine. The product is good the Post Sells Service is very poor. I register a request with ID "10184632" for service and check up on 19th Jan. None come to attend it. After that I complain the same on on 1st March with complain number "10513736". The service time is 48 Hrs but again I received call on 5th March for this. As me and my wife both are working we cannot get this on weekday that too on Working hours. After that person committed for 16th but again none came to attend as per commited date and time.On 16th March approx at 3:45 pm when I talked to customer care representative in IFB Care; the executive assured me for getting it attended within 48 hours and that too after 6 pm. None attended then also. Now today when I talked to Customer care executive again then I got the feedback that there is no complain mentioned on 16th March and my complain is closed on their portal.

                      A person purchase a product of good company by paying higher cost in this competative market is just to get better post services. What to talk of better service I have been dumped by the service of IFB care. Please do the needful for the closer of such type of issues so that the customer didn't face such Issue which I am still facing...

                          I purchased EVA SX washing machine via online on 9th march 2013 and it got delivered to my home on 12th march 2013. On 16th March 2013 for the first time I try to wash cloths using the new machine.
                          After 15 min of washing, the machine falls on the floor from front side and got damaged (Water inlet, Power plug and front body damaged). Immediately I call the customer care number and logged my complaint no 10378291.
                          After two days IFB service people came to my home and check the machine but they are not in ready to change this defect piece.
                          On the same day I call the local dealer, but they behaved in a rude way. Since I purchased via online no one is ready to take up my problem. They keep on diverting me here and there (local dealer/customer care). Still I have not used my new machine to wash fully.

                          I bought my IFB front load washing machine in November 2009 and it has broken down twice already. It was a challenge to get a technician from IFB to visit our house to do the repairs the first time around. This time it is worse. The product is still under warranty and there is no sight of any repair service. It causes grave inconvinience and stress on account of constant interaction with rude and incompetant staff. I believe this is sufficient ground for seeking replacement of product or refund of cost.

                          It is now more than 1 week since your incompetent authorized service care center took our machine ( ticket # 3236858) from my house to check what is wrong.
                          This is probably the umpteenth time your service agent has come to rectify the problems we continue to have with your defective machine. Over the past 3 years we have had this machine checked for defects, problems at least a dozen times.

                          Just 2 weeks ago SK Associates charged us Rs 2000 for changing a part and not even 2 days later the machine developed problems.
                          Firstly none of the service staff come on time and if they do it is only after repeated calls made to them. The supervisor, Steven does not even pick up his cell phone.
                          What sort of service is this? How can you retains such service agents? This is not we as consumers expect after paying over 25000Rs!!!

                          The machine was supposed to be delivered on 15th JUL and not a single person has called to find out why it has not been delivered. I tried calling Steven at [protected] at least 10times yesterday and sent him an sms.
                          Not even an acknowledgement as yet. This is the kind of poor service your company provides.

                          I suggest you get rid of incompetent service agents and get more customer friendly engineers to handle your after sales service.
                          I have dissuaded several of my friends from buying your machine and told them to buy another brand and this one stinks! The machine does not live up to its standards and your customer care agents’ service is terrible!
                          I am posting this complaint on the internet so future buyers can be aware of the problems and issues that they will face on a day to day basis.

                          I hope that someone will at least read this email. Since i do not have your personal ID i doubt your loyal employees will even bring this to your notice. Hopefully someone will see it on the internet!

                          My name is Jayaraj.S,I had purchased a IFB washing machine (SERENA 5.5 KG) from QRS-ASRAMAM ROAD KOLLAM on 30/11/2010 (INVOICE NUMBER[protected].The retailer delivered a damaged product to me.When the IFB technician arrived home to install the same ,then he found the machine is damaged and he told me that IFB will replace the machine within a week.But as on date the same is not replaced (18/11/2011).I already conveyed my grievance to the retailer QRS .There manager is saying that the product is out of stock , and he will arrange the machine with in one week.Yesterday the due date is over .I phoned the manager to enquire about the same ,now he is not picking the phone.I'm getting lot of phone calls from there various service centers of IFB mainly from Kallambalam.I invested my hardly earned money and the company is insulting me phone calls.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

                          Without providing a proper reason for machine fell down on the floor and damaged. How you say that it's working fine. Since from day one, I am not using my new machine still the broken water inlet pipes and damaged machine are in same state. Please don't update this kind of false information in public forum.

                          Last week your local service representative (Ramiz or Rafiq not sure about the name) visited my home and He said, our head office request us to collect invoice copy and serial number to replace the machine.

                          Also I didn't understand your company policy, since I purchase via online no one informed me not to install privately. The machine was delivered to me on 12 March and no one visited my home. Then on 16 March, I registered product online and tried to install the machine on my own with instruction given as per your user manual. On the same day i purchased Samsung fridge, they them self initiated for the demo.

                          So far 2 representatives visited my home and investigate the machine; both confirmed that there is no mistake in my installation. If require, will provide their name and mobile number.
                          Few things they verified
                          1) Transit bolt - I remove the 4 properly and replace that hole with the cap provided.
                          2) Floor level - My home is newly built and I have separate place for washing machine. Also In the same place i used my old Whirlpool front loading machine.
                          3) Unbalanced load - I used 6 pants in my initial wash.

                          I too admit now the machine working but without knowing the reason for the fall how come i will use this machine. Luckily I was not in front of the machine on that day otherwise the machine would have been fallen on me and cause serious injury to me. My wife afraid goes near to this machine.

                          After investing 22, 000 how your company is expecting us to use this machine without full satisfaction.

                          If possible please provide your manager email/phone number will talk to them directly.

                            Purchased the machine from Croma on 9th March which got delivered on 11th March. Having a terrible time getting it installed. The installation person refuses to come after 6pm; does not instal on Sundays; expects us to take an off from work just to have the machine installed.

                            Finally on a Saturday, the person comes and instructs that the tap would need to be changed and some fittings would be required post which only the installation would be done. They neither carried the fittings, nor informed me to organise for a plumber when they'd called. I was expected to leave my 3 year old baby and go hunt for a plumber if I wanted to get the installation done! OR else manage to get this done again by taking leave and wait for the esteemed installation person to come and give a demo!!!

                            1. if specific parts are required for installation, these should come as standard fittings with the machine - AQUAGUARD does this brilliantly
                            2. The installation guys should be equipped to install these else what is the installation about!!!
                            3. If the customer is expected to do this, he/she should at least be informed - or maybe it's too much to expect from the company
                            4. And last, you really need to do your due diligence while appointing anyone as your franchisee - they are really giving you and your product a bad name in the market. DO SOMETHING!

                            IFB WASHING MACHINE — Installation

                            I purchased a new IFB Washing Machine model WFELNDX S/No.061712 from a prominent shop M/s. Melamparampil Agencies in Thiruvalla, Kerala and Invoice No. PNA545 on the 11th of September (Friday) by paying a total amount of Rs.16,400 and advised me that IFB personnel will come and install the machine.                               I have been calling IFB service center for more than a month but no response even after a AMC- they do not change the spare parts- and i get annoyed on seeing the mistake of buying a wrong machine and then for entering into the AMC. For my mistake i am suffering. Very very poor response from the service center. We buy washing machine for comfort and now it has become a headache.- everyday calling the service center and that too after paying an additional amount of Rs.5000/- for AMC. A good lesson for me and in future think hundred times before you trust any sales person.

The man who came to attend the complaint said that a motor in Supremo washing machine(IFB) needs to be replaced and it costs 4200/- After replacing the part he charged me Rs4823/-Bill no 3928 dated13/03/13. Will the company confirm the actual cost...? Rajiv Khaneja. The work was done by authorised person sent by IFB washing machine company.

                                IFB SUPREMO — after completion of the circle, water is flowing into the compartment, & short circuit

                                1. The Chennai Service people have enrolled my name wrongly as Sandhya, instead of Lakshmanan. and even after repeated request, they say they will correct, but in vain.
                                2. The real problem with the machine is, after completion of the full washing & drying circle the machine sucks in water to the drum, and starts overflowing out of the drum. So we have to close the inlet tap manually.
                                3. On the next usage when we opened the inlet tap then the machine went into a short circute problem and whole house is out off current, the mains got tripped.
                                4. I gave a complaint no. 4081044 on 29.01.2010, and remainded 3 to 4 times and finally also called your Bombay Office on 6.2.2010 to a toll free number, they adviced me to call Service Advicer and gave his cell number, but he was even more busy, and told me only to contact the local office, then I again gave a formall complaint. Till now about 5 different service people came say once in a week or 10 days, but all had a simillar peculliar reply, that is, no spares availlable. Till now my problem is not sorted out, I donot know how long to wait.
                                5. My machine Supremo Sr 38231 Customer ID 354657 and under AMC 40953 dt. 20.07.2009, and one more thing people do not have my AMC details properly, for the past 8 years my AMC was properly & promptly renewed by your service people, but afterwards they do not come for periodical services. If at all we call and if they come, they will surely sell us this descalling powder for Rs. 450/- or so and make it mandatory to by that. This is also a serious thing to be looked into as all my relative who have this IFB are cribbing with this attitude of your Service advisors.

                                I need to know wheather I should still wait for your people, or throw this machine & buy a better brand in the market who have agood service network also. Please advice.

                                  On 6th Jan 2013, we registered a complaint with the customer care centre of IFB of malfunctioning of the washing machine. We didn’t receive any response from the IFB Delhi center. Though we enquired daily (since 6 Jan) from the customer care about the fate of our complaint, every time they replied they are forwarding the complaint to the senior executive without any results. They also didn’t give the telephone no. of the senior executives. At last, when we contacted the Delhi office on 12th of Jan, they replied that they have not received the aforesaid complaint till date. We gave them the registered complaint No. 10353448 and expressed our urgency; even then they sent the mechanic on 15th of Jan after promising that they will rectify it on Saturday itself. Anyhow he informed us that the software plate is not working and we asked him to change the same. On 16th he replaced the software plate. Again when we started the machine, it stopped midway and didn’t complete the cycle and we contacted the Delhi centre again and informed them the machine is still not working. And for two to three days, they keep on pretending that they don’t have the requisite part and helpless. After lot of pleading and making nos. of calls, we managed to get the part replaced (pump) on 20th Jan.
                                  Whereas we understand that the fault was with the pump of the machine not with the software. So he wrongly changed the software that too was used one, charging us Rs. 4400/- approx. And it took 14 days to address the complaint after lot of pleading.
                                  So we request the amount wrongly charged to us should be refunded and we should also be compensated for the agony and hardship we have suffered for all these 14 days.
                                  We also sent bill receipt to customer care email address but they didnt reply even after a long days of the complaint submission..

No local service provider is repairing my fully automatic machine.                                       IFB — Washing mechine not repaired

                                      My IFB made Senorita Plus washing machine was making a bit louder sound and it was reported. One or two days later a service person came and told that its drum was corroded and requires replacement. There was no power at at that time and the machine was not working since then. Though calls were made to service center and regional office nobody turned up so far. I have equipments of other make such as onida, LG etc. where service personnel attend the calls within hours. I am highly disappointed to have such a machine without any service back up.

                                      As I am the Customer of the IFB Top Loading Washing Machine [Model No. AW 6523] on 19.03.2009 at Kavin Electronics in Tiruchengode, Namakkal Dt., Tamilnadu.

                                      Past 2 months IFB Washing Machine was not running conditions. So I would complaint in your Company and then your service person Mr. SARAVANAGANESH was came and checked the complaint and took up the circuit board and he went off saying that he would be back to repair it on first week of December 2009.

                                      Lot of attempts I call the phone in your company people to Mr. Saravanaganesh [[protected]]in Erode, Mr. Thirunavukkarasu [[protected]]in Erode, Mr. Sankar [[protected]]in Coimbatore, Mr. Madesh [[protected]]in Salem. But no more responsible at all.

                                      I didn't expected such a poor service from IFB.

                                      Yesterday, I Call the phone to Mr. Madesh. He was call to their Higher Authority Mr. Kamala Kannan in Head of Tamilnadu IFB Branch. I brought the mobile number of Mr. Kamala Kannan.

                                      Yesterday & Today also I call to Mr. Kamala Kannan, he said that I am very busy and call later repeatedly the same answer going on.

                                      These people are all to say wait within 2 days clear this problem. This answer is repeatedly so many times.

                                      So, I have suffered mentally & physical from these problems.

                                      When will you solve my problem? Why I willn’t go to the Consumer Court?

                                      End of this week you aren’t solve my problem. I will take severe action against your IFB Company.

                                        I bought ifb senorita sx washing machine on[protected] from vasanth & co in t-nagar. Installation done by true care service center, velachery. [installation and guidance was excellent]. While installation i purchased "cutout, tab, aqua water clean, small cloths bag and 3 [cleaning powder packet. It cast almost 5.5k. So totally 27+5.5 = 32k. But on[protected] machine was died. I called customer care and register a complaint. [complaint number : 10294441]. This time customer service person came from five star service center from karappakkam, chennai. Service engineer is feel like a god and making such a worst behavior. I immediately called customer care and i clearly explain the service engineers behavior and they told we will escalate the issue. Then i got chennai service head mobile number. His name is mr. Ravi ganesh. Initially he i speaking within a day they will fix the problem but till now no response from ifb customer care.

                                        13 days left. Still i am waiting for service. I only spending money for ifb washing machine and calling all the customer service people. Just now i called to mr. Manoj i think he is manager for ifb customer service. I got number form customer care. I called to mr. Manoj but mobile picked my ravi ganeh. I am amazing all the people in one place but they are playing the game. I recorded all the conversation between customer care and all the persons.

                                        Now what can i do? A very big question mark in my mind...

                                        My humble request for all my friends don't buy ifb. Becuase if buy you will go to dipression stage.

                                        Thanks for your reply. I got call on 04th March 2013 from IFB GOA office. Spoke person name is Bharathi. Number : [protected]. I clearly explain my condition to her. After long conversation finally she told she discussed with some of higher authorities and call me back. She called me again and told we will replace the machine. We will get the machine within Thursday and give the new machine. I hope her and waiting for new machine.

                                        But today 06th March 2013 i got call from vadapalani, Chennai service center and they told our service representative ready for service your machine and they ask which time is convenient for me. Then i called to IFB customer care (on 06th March 2013 : 10:21 AM) they said we have no updates regarding machine replacement we escalate this issue to our team lead he will call after 30 minutes but now time is 12:40. I think for IFB customer care person told 30 minutes it will take 30 hours.

                                        Still i am waiting for IFB GOA Office Bharathi call. I register a compliant on[protected], now date is[protected] totally 15 days left. I am living in apartments so there is no place for washing dresses only solution is washing machine. But IFB did not consider customers pain they only focus on money... Anyway hereafter In my office or any place i did not recommend the IFB. I shame of me because i recommended 5 peoples to buy IFB in my office.

                                        No response from Customer Care Service, they won’t sync up with customer problems. I spoke customer care 15days daily. Daily spoke the entire problem for 20-30 minutes why they won’t consider previously what I am told and what my problem is, all asking form origin I am very much of depressed. GOA IFB office persons told to replace the machine but why they won’t update to customer care service.
                                        Just now 7th March 2012 : 11:12 am I received call from [protected], some service engineer spoke to me. He told your spare parts came when i will come to your home i am confused i am waiting for Product Replacement then how service people called me for service. IFB Head office person bharathi told we will replace your product with Thursday (07th March 2012) but here service engineer told, they coming for service. IFB is playing a game in my life this too much...
