Hi,

I bought a IFB fully automatic washing machine from QRS pattom on[protected], till now i didn't get even a call from IFB service centre for demo. i have been waiting for the demo for the past 9 days and we where instructed by the QRS team not to open the packing and after demo only we will be entitled for warranty. Its really pathetic....

I had purchase IFB microwave by your company in Aug-2009 after got recommanded from my friends that this is only company that values his customers but after purchase of only 1 month there was problem in my microwave and i had logged the complaint which was attended by IFB engineer and its fuse was got detached( As informed us by the engineer) but after 1 year some of the buttons of the keypad was not working for which i had again...

I have purchase IFB washing machine after installing on that day onwards the machine was not working and the machine was alredy used the machine drum was rust , after that another machine replaced but this machine also same problem , still they are not replace machine , IFB employ proply not responding , very worst service IFB company,

We bought IFB Senorita Sx 6kg Washing machine recently. It was working properly for 1 month. After that I am getting TACO error. What does it mean? Please help me out.

I bought front load washing machine two years ago but i did not use it for more then six months as i was mostly out of the town. From last december it is out of order i complaint about it in the month of january 2012. Their mechanic visited but he was not able to detect the problem he just changed one of the part but even then machine did not work i complained once again he did come back changed another part but machine was still out of order...

Hi,

I have been trying to call IFB Service Agent for minor repairs. My Washing machine is in AMC. Since last 5 days nobody has attended it. Everytime you call the helpline the say "We will send a reminder". After 3-4 days of complaint they give the number of their dealers who never pick up the phones.

I dont understand why such unprofessional companies are allowed to do business. If they cant manage...
