[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — DRYER NOT WORKING

The drier was not working. We have put AMC. The technican advised to change the motor and lock But for the past 25 days there is no response from the technician or from the concerned department. This is an irresponsible way of comunicating to the cusomer. The manager of IFB at chennai branch is not at all picking up the call. Please do not buy any product from IFB. For the past 25 days the parts to be replaced is coming from bombay. But no futher steps or tresponse is there from their side

Your Customer Service is very worst. A guy 1 month back came and saw our problem, saying that the drier tube is to be installled. and said that he will be back in a week. but still he is unable. if this is the kind of situation with your company it wont be no longer in the market. what are the bleady staff doing in the company. am treating as white elephants in your company. ask them to work in the field.

ifb dryer machine — dryer machine not working

1ST experience,
very bed experience for your ahmedabad service centre.no body can take charge or iniciative for our drayer machine.last complaint launch complaint attened after 30 days. i am surprise that my drayer main door change without any information new door take & old breakage door fix in my drayer, for door complaint we are following several times thank god after 35 days my drayer door change by company.
2Nd experience.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — Machine starts with dryer

bought machine from Dawar International Electronics PVT Ltd%th July .chasis no 000906 Serena Machine stopped working in 20 days. Made complain next day. Person came and checked in 48 hrs and told that tom he will get the part and come.

after 10 days I called what happened, person gave me the information that there was a fire in our warehouse so it is taking time In 2 days problem will solved.


then again on 4th of August i called, they gave me the number of Bijesh Saxena-who is not picking up phone and again fresh complain put.

everyday i am calling nobody is giving the correct info. yesterday fresh complain i lodged again.complain no3390041

my machine is not working.i want the phon number of pondy service centre as i was at tindivanam.send the phone num to my mail id immediately.thanh u.

We brought a new IFB washing mechine from MGB HOME NEIDS on 30.04.2009.According to that while we washing the cloths it is taring, more valuable clothes are damaged.We complain so many times but there is no responses.We talk with mgb home neids senior person.They are also not giving response.what is the soluation.We need your feedback immediatly other wise we will move to consmer court.

I have registered a complaint more than a week back but the service is not being provided, im fed up of calling the service call centre after calling and escalating more than 7-8times.

Dont buy IFB washing machine - u will suffer
