AMC service, response & resolution time is very very poor.
Every time i call the IFB customer care related to a service, they will humbly take up our complaint and will provide us a complaint no. They committ us saying that engineer will respond and attend the issue in 48 hours.
But no one will respond till we call back after few days. After our continuos calls, they will say that our issue has been assigned to the local franchise at chennai for service. They will also say that this call will be escalated to the higher levels from customer care and they will convince us somehow. The moment you believe them and keep the phone down thats it. You are again fooled.
There will be no response for few days.The franchise no will be busy always or no response. Finally after few weeks some engineer will visit and resolve the problem. If we quarrel at the engineer, he will say that the call has been assigned to him yesterday only and he dont know anything about the issue and bla bla bla....
I had registered 2 problems in the last 6 months, the first issue was resolved after a months time and the 2nd issue is yet to be resolved after a week form the date of complaint.
Beware of AMC services from IFB who will promise to give moon but nothing will be provided in reality.
Only tensions, loss of time and money for customers like us. I hope this forum will help others to be aware of such issues and provide me justice. Was this information helpful? |
IFB WASHING MACHINE — AMC service
I live in navi mumbai & have an amc for my ifb machine. After several complaints the person visited us & said some parts need to be replaced. After waiting for several days no one turned up to correct the machine. I exchanged the same with a new ifb machine. As my machine was under amc & due to no service i was forced to buy a new machine. I need my refund of the amc charges & also the refun of the new machine purchased. My contact no is [protected].
