sir,
i loged my complain on this website one week ago,yet the problem is not resolved,yesterday i did contact ms kumkum and she has assured me to send senior technician to get the job fixed.Awaiting for ms kumkum's call eagerly.....................................since so many times the machine is opened the start button switch is also not working......however i belive the problem will be resolved before the warrenty get over.

    I registered a complaint on 23.12.2009 and same was registered on 13.01.2010 with complaint no 345530 regarding my IFB washing machine is not working. I have been calling the service centre every day - they promise me to attend the complaint. Every day they request me for the compalint no and says that, they will call back, but till today no one called or attended to the problem.

    ifb elena — SERVICE PERSON NOT ATTENDING

    Dear SIR,
    I am having the IFB washing machine of ELENA and it is not working properly from the past one month.i have already launched a complain a couples of weeks back and my complain no is -2026023.
    i had a talk with a head of Dpartmnt-MR.S.CHATTERJEE of KOLKATA BRANCH ..
    As per ur servicer a vulb of a machine is not working properly n they assured me to replace that vulb as soon as possible but yet it hasn't been replaced n till we are facing a great problen with that machine.And somehow i have started regreting myself that y i had purchased ur IFB machine because of a worst service i have ever faced.
    I would like to request you to kindly do the needfull as soon as possible to avoid any kind of inconvenience in a near future .
    Your kind action and attention will be highly appreciate.

    I F B Washing Matchine (elena) — machine not working

    After complaint the tecnitian attended with old parts to replace, when asked about replacement of new part, left away stating new parts are not available. since than no one is attended.

    Sir,
    I have purchased a IFB Elena/Elenaex washing machine at Cheenai, Chellamnai & Co, Madippakkam, Chennai 91 on 13.11.2008. Due to retirement from service, I have [censored]ed my family from NO.5/11, Sravanam Flats, Karian onnan Street, Madipakkam, Chennai 91 to the following addrees 136, South Chitra Street, Srirangam, Trichy 620006,on 20.12.2009. Because of various engagement I have not send the machine for regular service. But now the machine took 4 hours to wash 5 kgs of cloth. At Chennai the person who installed the machine was Sri G.Sudhakar whose Mo.No. [protected]. According to the endorsement made by him the warrenty period ends with 12.11.2012. Therefore I request you to send the concerned dealer in Trichy to do the Regular Service.

      I have purchased a washing machine IFB Digital 7 kg from M/s.Vasanth & Co, T.Nagar Brach at a cost of Rs.29,700/- on 17/08/2009. The same was delivered to me on 21/08/2009 and Technicians from M/s.RK Internation, Vadapalani, Chennai came for demo on 22/08/2009. They installed the machine and told me to buy Filter, tap, stand and cover for the machine. However, I have purchased only the filter (Rs.1800/-) and tap (Rs.450/-) on the same day.

      However, on 28/12/2009 the machine got problem. Water was leaking from the machine through inlet pipe and tap and machine is not sucking the water. I have informed the customercare centre on the same day itself. They gave me the complaint id No.1981193 and complain no.3932063 and I gave a call to M/s.RK International and inform them about the problem and about the id no. They informed me that their technicians will be attending the machine on 29/12/2009. However, they have not done so. I telephoned them for more than five times on 29/12/2009 and the technician from M/s. RK International informed me over phone to check the plumbing work done in the home. Finally, they came on 30/12/2009 and told us some board was damaged inside the machine and we will rectify the problem within two days. But, they have not rectified the problem. I am keep on calling them to rectify the same. They told me that they are not getting spares from IFB for the past one month. When I called M/s.RK International on 12/01/2010 and informed them to replace the machine, the receptionist informed me “we are the service centre persons and you contact the shop where you purchased the machine for replacement of your old machine”. This is not the way that an IFB person replies. Then I called Mr.Sarath, MD, M/s.RK International on 18/01/2010 to know whether they will rectify it or not and told him to replace the machine with a new piece as it was under the warranty. He told me that they he will send a mail to IFB reg. the same and informed me that the machine will be rectified only at our godown and he also informed that their technician will come and shift the machine tomorrow(19/01/2010). Technicians from M/s.RK International came on 19/01/2010 and shifted the machine from my residence to their godown.

      Mr.Sarath called me on 20/01/2010 and informed me that the water tank is very close to the machine and it should be 25 mts above from the machine. So you shift your residence from second floor to first floor. I told him that I am residing in a rented house and I can’t do so. Today(22/01/2010) he called me again and informed to purchase a motor worth Rs.1500/- from them so that only the problem of water level will be solved. Though I am living in a rented house it is not possible to shift my residence. They have not informed me anything about the water tank level or the motor to be used etc… at the time of purchase and at the time of installation. When I asked him about it, he is telling me that “its your mistake and you have to bare it. I’ll the send the machine to you and its your burden”. It is not the way that IFB customers were treated and I never expected this from the IFB service centre. We the consumers are believing that IFB is no.1 in home appliances and customer care. But this matter will damage the good name created by IFB among the customers because of the back offices that has been allotted as a customercare centres.

      In view of the above, though I am monthly salaried person, I can’t bear this amount. Please arrange me to replace the machine and I request you to take necessary action against them or teach them about the behavioural manner otherwise the name created by IFB will get spoiled.

      If steps are not taken about this issue then I have to approach the consumer court to get justice for my problem.

      IFB / Washing machine 7 kg Digital — Machine Not Working

      It is hereby regret to inform you that I had purchase IFB Washing Machine 7 kg Digital from Sales Corner in the month of Feb’07 and typical problem has started after six month of purchase
      I made complaints not less than 12 times but till date machine is diving same problem. Machine stops automatically before 20 minutes of time set of 2 hrs. Machine once again automatically starts after 30minutes and goes up to 2hrs. So total wash time become 4hrs instead of 2 hrs.
      I had complains our vadodara service center, several of time Mr. Dinesh & Mr. Deepak Parmar from Vadodara Service center had check and change the circuit of machine but there is no solution, both are seating for 2 hours with machine but same problem was not solve. I complaint at Ahmedabad office Miss Divya & Mr. Brijesh is their but there is no response from them and I had also complain on call center before one month back and talk to Miss Sunita & Mr. Prakash (Call Center Manager), they told me that they are sending a company Engineer for repairing but I regret to inform you that their is no visit from your company Engineer.

      On 18th April’08 Mr. Dineshbhai from Vadodara Service Center was visited and check the Machine at that time the same problem in machine, he told me that we replace your machine and give you a new one. After his visit we called Mr. Dinesh several time but there is no response from them.

      I request you to Kindly instruct technical staff suitably to solve the problem permanently or I request you instruct service branch to replace the whole unit as it is still under warranty.

      IFB 7 KG Digital Washing Machine ; — machine did not function properly since buying an year Ago.

      We have one IFB 7 KG Digital Washing Machine ; SL. No.[protected] under AMC No.6190/07-08

      We are facing lot of problems in the above m/c since Nov. 08. After great persuation engineer comes and on the very next day it again goes out of order. Several Complaints have been made and many times one or the other parts were changed. However, m/c could not be set right for one reason or the other. Telephonic calls are also being made almost daily to Creative Engineers, Auth. Service franchises and also to IFB, Chandigarh.

      Lastly today 30th Sept. after changing the parts, m/c could not be made operational.

      In between one of their engineers informed that m/c requires thorough checking & overhauling for which m/c is required to be taken to service center.It was sent to service center in Chandigarh and brought back to our Home on 24/07/08.It functioned o.k for 3 days and ever since then service engineers have not been able to repair it.
      Pls take up the matter seriously and send instructions suitably m/c is set right so that problem is not faced every now and then.

      IFB - digital 7 kg Washing MAchine — Filter plate not working

      I find the custoemr service of IFB at Faridabad is pathetic.

      My digital IFB washing Machine is under AMC.

      I registered complaint for it on Aug 16, 2009. I got two ticket no. 3378133 and 3394683

      I made a marathon phone calls with Harpreet, Hemant and the list goes on .

      Lastly I got Area manager's no - Akshay. He also turned out to be very inefficient.

      They all need to be pulled to the consumer court.

        I recently moved into Chennai & raised a call on 17th Jan 10 with IFB customer care for drum unlocking ( re-installation) . Its been now 5 days and I havn't even received a call from IFB. Even after repeated calls to customer care, there has not been any progress. I was given a Manager number [protected] and even Chennai office number[protected]. But no one is attending the calls at these numbers. They are disconnecting the calls !!!.

        I think I will be forced to stand with the heap of dirty clothes that are due for washing in front of IFB service center !!!!

        Chennai IFB service sucks !!! . Didn't expect this from a reputed company like IFB.

          As I am the Customer of the IFB Top Loading Washing Machine [Model No. AW 6523] on 19.03.2009 at Kavin Electronics in Tiruchengode, Namakkal Dt., Tamilnadu.

          Past 2 months IFB Washing Machine was not running conditions. So I would complaint in your Company and then your service person Mr. SARAVANAGANESH was came and checked the complaint and took up the circuit board and he went off saying that he would be back to repair it on first week of December 2009.

          Lot of attempts I call the phone in your company people to Mr. Saravanaganesh [[protected]]in Erode, Mr. Thirunavukkarasu [[protected]]in Erode, Mr. Sankar [[protected]]in Coimbatore, Mr. Madesh [[protected]]in Salem. But no more responsible at all.

          I didn't expected such a poor service from IFB.

          Yesterday, I Call the phone to Mr. Madesh. He was call to their Higher Authority Mr. Kamala Kannan in Head of Tamilnadu IFB Branch. I brought the mobile number of Mr. Kamala Kannan.

          Yesterday & Today also I call to Mr. Kamala Kannan, he said that I am very busy and call later repeatedly the same answer going on.

          These people are all to say wait within 2 days clear this problem. This answer is repeatedly so many times.

          So, I have suffered mentally & physical from these problems.

          As I am the Customer of the IFB Front Loading Washing Machine [Model No.
          senorita sx] on 21.1.12 at G.V Electronics in ERODE Tamilnadu.

          Due to a problem in washing machine, I contact for complaint in your Company and then your service person was came and checked the complaint and took up the circuit board and he went off saying that he would be back to repair it. this was happened on 10.03.2015.

          Lot of attempts we have taken to get a response . but tilI date there is no proper response from their side. (nearly 3 months over)

          I didn't expected such a worst service from IFB.

          when they will clear the issue, is a very big question mark.

          These people are all to say wait within 2 days clear this problem. This answer is repeatedly so many times.

          all of our famiy members suffered mentally & physical from these problems.

            THIS IS NOT COKPLAINT. This is only a quiry. I have purchased a 'DIGITAL 6Kg" front loading washing machine on 29.1.09. The warranty mentioned in my booklet is only for 2 years. But in the IFB website it is clearly mentioned that all front loading washing machines except DIVA hold 4 years warranty. How do I enable this ? Please let me know .

            Now that you have purchased an IFB front Loading Washing machine, why do you worry about warranty period.

            Warranty or Out of warranty, the follow up cost and the time you spend on waiting for a person would far far exceed the warranty cost.

            IFB never keep up the words on warranty. They do cheat on the name of free service. They won't do any service properly. We have to catch them or follow them on servicing. I never had a worst experience on any other product. Got frustrated in using the IFB washing machine in my life. They do marketing on selling powders in the name of free service. They have a locking mechanism in Front door, so that consumer have to pay them while shifting it. I got machine for Rs18, 500/- but I might have spend around or more than Rs10, 000/- for services alone. Public is cheated after buying the washing machine. For this type of company the government rule should be like United Stated on consumer product. Waste of time in buying it, instead i might went to other brands. I had bitter experience in IFB service.. In my future, I will never opt for IFB.
            IFB machine is performing good, however the services provided by the authorised dealers never respond even after calling 5-10 times. The previous year my warranty period was about to expire. Just one moth before i have got some problem of bit high vibration. i Have called several times to one of service representative from authorised dealer. But he didn't come for attending the complaint before expiring my warranty. After one week of warranty expiry date the representative contacted me and explaining about the offers available in extension of warranty period. How funny this is? Subsequently, i have consulted through website help and explained the complete history, however, i have not get proper response and the company representative was suggesting me not to purchase IFB products.

              IN SEPTEMBER 2009, I WAS CALLED BY IFB AND A HOLIDAY PACKAGE WAS OFFERED FOR RS. 6999/--
              I PAID INSTANTLY, THE AMOUNT THRU' IVR.
              I RECEIVED A 'VOUCHER CODE REQUEST FORM' AND I WAS ASKED TO FILL AND POST TO "ONE TOUCH SOLUTIONS (INDIA) PVT LTD"
              I PROMPTLY FILLED IN AND POSTED. A BOOKING CODE AS SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDED TO ME AFTER THIS TO ENABLE ME BOOK FOR THE RESORT.
              NO RESPONSE IN SEPTEMBER.
              NO RESPONSE IN OCTOBER

              FED UP, I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ON 5/12/2009.

                i have a SENORITA PLUS model which comes under AMC..the problem is for last couple of weeks machine started making noise while rinse and spinning to an unavoidable extent....after an irritating chain of phone calls to customer service numbers 2agents came and changed(as they said) so called MSCU....before i cud recheck the service they just went off in hurry....now machine is more noisy and too viberating to control its frame....again lot many calls have been wasted and no response....this is the last option i am trying to get my machine a 'genuine' service;finally i expect to be listened in CUSTOMER FORUM.

                i hoped to buy a IFB tomorrow i.e 26 jan 10, but donot want to lose my freedom.

                IFB s are expensinve and from my 1 hr research, i am worried of my option and looking for other brand likes of LG who have good reputation for service if not best product...

                  Sir,

                  Firstly let me introduce myself as probably the oldest IFB washing machine owner of Chandigarh. After purchase I persuaded a lot of my relatives and friends to purchase your washing machines. But of late I am totally unsatisfied with the follow up service by your Company despite regular AMC. Regrettably, the machine never worked properly after the replacement of the cover. The machine vibrates so much that it even damaged the door of my new fridge that fact was duly brought to the notice of technical staff and customer care centre.
                  Firstly, the company’s technical staff never paid a visit in the specified time and took 20 days for visiting and attending each complaint. Most of the time they were without the spares and promised to come back, and if at all they rectified the machine it never worked for more than ten days. Rest of the details must be there in your customer care data, as I have never been replied satisfactorily to any of your feedbacks too.
                  My machine never worked effectively and was down through out the year. In case the machine cannot be repaired, you are requested to kindly refund my AMC amount and replace the old cover with new by refunding the amount of the same. If not taken action in some days…then I have to contact consumer court for further action..

                    My IFB Washing machine (Elite 5.5Kg) is not working for the past one week. On 12.1.2010, I have made a complaint with IFB service centre (Chennai) at Tel. No: [protected]. My complaint no. is 4004080. Though it is nearing one weeks time, no one has come and attended the machine. Please arrange to direct the service mechanic immediately without further delay.

                      Sir, Ipurchased IFB during the month of Sep 2009.
                      The machine is not working now. The power light slashes. I check power card etc as instruction given in your manual under heading "Trouble shooting" but all in vain.

                        i purchased one microwave oven directly from the co. vide their invoice no.DEL/NTS/2917/09-10 dated 11/01/2010.
                        The oven MWO_30SC2 15738 manufactured of December 2008 supplied on 12/01/2010.
                        i made a request for instalation and demo on 15/01/2010 after waiting no one come from IFB on their call centre vide request no. 4012202.

                        the engineer arrived on 16/01/2010 and he found the piece is defective, it is clearly indicates the co. cheated me as how co. having stock of dec.2008, which either received back by the co. in sale return and sold it to me.

                        it is my suggestion to all friends don't take any such product where the packaging is of morethan 6 month old.
                        i expect the co. will realise their fault and replaced the defective piece.

                        the co, officials even not picking up the mobile phones of the customer, They either saying the replacement sent or it is under pack.
                        i don't understand the distance from the okhla to Pitam pura is hardly 1 /1/2 hrs but they unable to delivered.

                        moreover, understand from their godown the officer who booked my Microwave oven is on higher post in marketing - who not lifting the mobile of customer if called from the mobile but she picked up the phone when i used my office landline. It is shameful behavior of that executive. i request from thr higher authority of the co. to take it seriously.

                        i HAVE BOUGHT THE IFB MICROWAVE MODEL 17PG2S ON 22/04/2011 AS IFB PERSON CAME FOR NSTALLATION HE FOUND THE PIECE DEFECTIVE (PCB PART WAS DEFECTIVE)WHICH IS THE CORE PART OF THE MICROWAVE I HAVE GIVE COMPLAINT TO JYOTI ELECTRONICS ON 23/04/2011 AND IFB COSTOMER CARE WHERE MY REF NO IS 6244285 AND I HAVE ALSO CALLED ON17/05/2011 BUT TILL NOW NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. WHEN PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE IT SHOULD BE REPLACED NOT REPAIRED

                          We bought a Dishwasher (Neptune model) from the IFB company two years ago. From the word Go, the machine is giving problems. It is not working properly. The service people do not know how to rectify the defect. Each complaint takes about 15-20 days to attend. But the worst point is even after coming, none of the technicians seem to correct the problem. My last complaint was on 9th January. Now it is 8 days. Nobody cares to attend. Call centre people repeat the same assurance that complaint will be attended in 24 hours. They give local numbers of Managers, Supervisors, Technicians; But none of the phones is attended.

                          IFB DISHWASHER — TERRIBLE SERVICING

                          IFB DISHWASHER THAT I HAVE BOUGHT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. GETS SPOILT TOOOO OFTEN AND SERVICING IS PATHETIC. RIGHT NOW TOO IS NOT WORKING AND SERVICING IS PENDING SINCE THE LAST 2 AND A HALF WEEKS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

                            I purchased a IFB microwave from Dawer international in MGF mall Gurgaon. The model SRC1 was out of stock. The dealer took advance and I have to wait 5 days for delivery. At the time of delivery the dealer did not provided two glass bowl which was promised at the time of booking. Then after two days have passed and still I am wating for the installtion of the product. Though as per IFB service policy this call should have been attended within 24hours.

I WAS FORCED TO COMPLAINT TO THE THE IFB SERVICE CENTRE AT KADAVANTHARA, COCHIN 20, AFTER GIVING A COMPLAINT THEY ASSURED THAT THEY WILL SENT THE S.E ON NEXT WORKING DAY

                            THE SERVICE ENGINEER CAME ON 19 MAY 2008 AT AROUND 2000 HRS AND INSPECTED THE MACHINE, AND INFORMED THAT HE WILL POSSIBLY REPLACE BY 20 MAY 2008. AND THE SAME HAS BEEN LYING UNUSED FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH

                            IN SPITE OF LODGING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE MACHINE PROPERLY. ILL RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE TODAY. DID NOT SEND A SERVICE PERSONNEL ALTHOUGH COMMITED TO DO SO AT AND COMPELLING ME TO TAKE LEAVE FROM MY OFICE. NO ONE CARES FOR THE CUSTOMER. NO NUMBER OF THE HIGHER OFFICIALS ARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE.                             i hv bought this product before 2 years..bt from only after 2 months it was not working properly.wen we complained with the dealer he send a mechanic quite often who so ever dont know even abt its working.
                            i just want to know if products r so expensive & durability 7reliability factor is zero.
                            now we r using it as a showpiece

                              we live in mumbai and have IFB digital 6kg machine which is in warranty, I have registered my complaint for the machine displays E-4 during the wash and the machine stops .After frequent follow up with the complaint ,the technician mr augistine pandey from ANTEK SERVICES,nalanda niketan ,flat no101,ground floor, datta mandir road ,malad(e),mumbai-400065-telephone 28839823 comes to my residence his first visit and says the error was due to some mistake water inlet pipe he rectified the work, but the problem was not solved the machine was still showing E-4 and again my wife shobha lodged the complaint and after frequent follow up of 10 days mr augistine pandey came and dismantled the complete machine and told us that mice had eaten up the wire of the machine and hence showing E-4. Till today the machine is not fixed and we are again following up with Mr Technician.
                              It is very pathetic the way IFB customer service works, I am a IFB customer from last 12 to 13 yrs and never I had to faced this kind of problem--------and as per your technican I did a big mistake by buying this new IFB digital as this machine is prone to faults and the faults are very costly to be repaired as compared to the old IFB non digital washing machine.

                              this is with terrible pain i would like to pen down my trauma i am facing from service station of IFB Thane Branch (Maharashtra) .(dhandeep services)

                              disenchantment came almost after 15years after using 3 machines of ifb and after suggesting all our friends and relative for the same product we use.
                              there is a water leakage issue in our ifb machine T-2900 DX other than that machine running all right, we called service support and they sent engineer, he inspected and gave the quotation., , and now to our utter surprise when we called them to change water Ceil and gasket they are telling that we will have to send our machine to service station cause they do not have engineer,
                              this is the first such experience, we were getting good and professional support earlier but this time it was horrible and one of the guy called santosh he talked to us as if we are defaulter of credit card/very poor .
                              i hope company may take all suitable action to solve our problem and improve service support for better time ahead.

                                I purchased a new washing machine, IFB SENATOR DX, from JAYAM&CO,ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI, on[protected] but not working. My I.D. NO. is 2149694. Though I complained in complaint no 3992464, the defect has not been completely rectified by stating that spare parts for the above new model washing machine are to be ordered for rectification. AS A RESULT, I COULD NOT USE THE MACHINE even after paying an amount of RS.30000/= HENCE I am now at loss and suffering from mental agonies by purchasing IFB WASHING MACHINE. I , therefore request immediate attention in the matter and take necessary action either to repair the macchine or to replace it with a new machine.

                                IFB Senator — new maching not working

                                i bought a IFB senator washing machine on 21/12/2008 and after the delivery the demo person came after 3 days of delivery and next day after he gave the demo and went when i saw surprisingly the machine was full of water when the machine was switched off when we complained imidiately the service guy came after 2 days and said there is a fault in the machine and some part has to be replaced then i told to replace the machine as we have still not used it and the machine is by delivery having a problem then the machine was replaced on 27/1/2009 and after 2 days of the replacement a service guy came and installed the machine and went the next day when we tried to use the machine the functions of the machine were not working then once again we complained and the next day a service guy came checked the machine and told that the programme board has gone and it has to be replaced i told him that this is the second time were are receiving a damaged piece so please take it back and give me a good working piece i don't want the new machine to be fiddled with on 29/1/ 2009 from then the IFB people are dodging and saying toget it repared how ever it is now today a service head Ponnuswamy told me he cant give a replacement of it so i can do what ever i want to do further

                                now am prosseding towards comsumer forum for justice

                                  IFB Washing Machine - AW609021


                                  I have registered a complaint :3866215 ON 13/12/2009.(Permanent complint number:1311836) Still it is unresolved. I have spoken to Mr:Shankar of IFB:([protected]) who is least brothered to solve it.I have spoken Mr:Rajagopal - Franshise Owner. No responce till now. Machines was examined three times by two persons.Mealwhile my warranty period got over on 29/12/2009.

                                  Give reasons for not solving the isuue for a month and when will my machine will be reparied

                                    Hi,
                                    I had purchased an IFB Microwave oven, top of the line model, thinking that IFB is a reputed company. There was some error in typing the bill, so I requested him to send me the corrected bill. Also, the cooking bowls that come free with the product were not available at the time of purchase. (Diwali Time).

                                    Even the demonstration about how to use the product has not been made yet.

                                    Despite my regular follow-ups, so far I have not recieved either bill or bowl from the dealer (Mr. Ajay Devgun, MG Road, Delhi). He always says, he will call me in 5 mins. and never calls back. This has been going on for months and now he has stopped picking up the phone.

                                    Please suggest what should I do.

                                      As a customer who bought IFB machine ELENA DX5.5 Kg I am TOTALLY dissatisfied and FRUSTRATED to the core.Just within 2 months the machine broke down.More than that Even after 30 days(ticket reference 3844530) NOTHING happened inspite OUR FOLLOW UP DAILY.

                                      Worst part is I am hearing stories from thier service personnel(Raja gopalan -[protected],IFB service manager Shankar-[protected],Bala-[protected])
                                      1.How the part is not coming even till date.
                                      2.How there are less no.of people and MORE calls they are attending(reason for not recollecting my case-I have to explain everytime-almost every day)
                                      3.How there is a gap since some had taken leave
                                      4.Arranging(!!!) parts

                                      BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO HEAR THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM.

                                      I had to contact service manager on my own(THEY DONT SEEMS to HAVE A ESCALATION PROCESS?) after 20 days.

                                      With two little kids I am paying more to wash my clothes and WASTE TIME(with IFB washing machine justing sitting like a IRRITATING box occuying space).

                                      I am having doubts(will have),
                                      Wheher THEY have sold ONE of stock obsolete.
                                      Whether THEY are going put very OLD part if at all it is serviced(?)

                                      .Can ANYBODY RESPONSIBLE available in IFB?(respond -RESPOND)

                                        I am Vidyacharan of Chennai. We had purchased an IFB washing machine 2 years ago. The product is under AMC---Annual Maintenance Contract. We have been paying over Rs.1500 every year under the name of AMC. We had a problem with the washing machine over two months ago. We filed a complaint on 12 /11/2009 with the customer care/service center. We have been contacting them every day almost from that time. They say their people will come and rectify the problem within 24 hrs. But that has never happened. I live with my grandparents and they are senior citizens. They are already having their own health problems. They have been trying hard to contact those people. They simply point their finger at another person and thats all. In the end, there is no response. We have contacted all people from the lowest to highest levels in their company. I can even produce the list of dates on which I contacted them and whom i contacted. We would have contacted 15 different people but with no use. I have only been running my phone bills. We were forced to cancel our schedules waiting for them. We had to request our neighbours to take care if they turn up etc. But it has all gone in vain. This cant go on any further. I don't mind taking this matter to the court.
                                        I give a deadline of 2 days. Despite this, if they don't turn up, I want a compensation of Rs. 30,000 for the mental stress and torture my grandparents had underwent due to these people and a new washing machine.

                                        IFB WASHING MACHINE — worst maintenance service

                                        Believe it or not! My IFB washing machine is under AMC; it stopped working from October 2010 and from the time I started sending so many complaint calls, e-mails and letters to all the authorities of IFB that I could find in the internet. But, till now, no use. Although educated, they not even have the courtesy to give an appropriate response to their customers. Now, I have decided to face them legally.
                                        My parents are around 75, IFB collects AMC fees, but the technicians they have dont even no how to service. They had a similar problem, everyday you register a new complaint, the tso called technician comes and repairs ur machine further and says some sparepart is to be replaced that is not available. why is IFB selling machines if they cant provide spareparts- let them closedown their factories and outlets. This is the worst company that cheats on its customers

                                        My sincere advise- dont buy because the company has a brand name- they are thieves out there to rob us
