I have purchased IFB Mirowave Oven on 5/10/2009 to gift it to one of my relative. Firstly no body came for demo for more than one months. After lot of persuasion one man had come but not given demo properly. Now the machine sut off atomatically after start irrespective of time set. I have lodged complaint online in IFB site and also locally but no body is listening. They have also promised to give the Rice Cooker in scheme within 10 days but till date that also has not been delivered.

Dear Sir, I have buy IFB Microwave Oven from croma store, surat in august, 2008. My oven is not working properly as it could not rost papad properly. It could not roast anything properly. I have complained many times to croma store as well as to Ifb Care. Evrytime they sent a person who didnt have enough knowledge of oven. My only complain is to get roast a papad properly but still 5 visited technitian could not do it. Everytime I get a message from IFB Care that your complain has been resolved. How unfare.. No technitian could solve my complain and Ifb care send sms to me that my complain has been resolved.
Now I am trying to solve my problem complaining you. Solve it immediately or I will force to go to consumer court.

sir, I had made complaintat Service Centre Ghaziabad (U.P.) .Mr Lokesh (Mechanic) Attend complaint on[protected] for Demostration . But he stateway said that he will tell vervally only .Practically he did not ROAST A PAPAD.When I rost a Papad in his presence then only 25% Papad rost.He could not tell the reasion for this . After this process the Power had gone then Mr Lokesh told that he will return after 10 minutes but he could not return till to dayi.e.[protected].I made complaint again on Service centre[protected]on[protected] But he has also not given sati

    I have booked a complaint in Customer Service Centre but no response... While washing, there is heavy leakage from the bottom part of the unit and I am afraid that it may lead to a short circuit or some other serious problem.

    Bought it in GIRIAS, Mekhri Circle, Bangalore. Mine is IFB SENORITA PLUS, bought in 2004

    Kindly pls someone give me details on how to reach the higher officials...

      I purchase IFB Washing Machine about Eighteen Months back .The Motor of the so called IFB Washing Machine needs to be replaced..In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The concerned Service Centre at Bhatinda is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.I have even contacted the Senior Sales Executive Mr.Surinder Kumar at Customer Care,but nobody seems to bother,I have read so many Complaints of IFB Washing Machine at Consumer Complaints.in but the IFB People seems to be in deep slumber,they are least bothered.If the company cannot supply the parts what is the use of selling the product.

        My washing machine is not working since one weak.Most of the time the customer care number is busy or there is no reply.pls help .tell them to stop making fool of people.

        IFB Washing MAchine- Executive Plus — Washing Machine Not working

        My Washing machine is under Annual Maintenance Contract, But when when I complainted to company for non wrking condition of my machine on several occassaions, Each time the engineer visited my home for erecting the machine but the machine has not been erected for the last 6 months. When ever the engineer visited he sold a powder for cleaning of machine. After 3 months they took the machine to their workshop saying the it will be corrected in workshop only but to my utter surprise the machine had been deleivered yesterday with being repaired and above all I had machine of model Executive Plus but the machine delievered to us is T2900.

        When I contacted the person incharge for the same he refused to talk and said this is the only machine.

        The company had not even tried to give any receiving when they took the machine and had delivered with my withour any receiving.

        I do not know what to do

          Sir,
          I am feeling cheated after buying IFB product,because the after sales service
          given by the IFB is the worst,I have ever seen.I have requested your IFB Service Centre
          M/s Amrit Agencies,Bhatinda that my Washing machine is not working but they seem to
          be least bothered.The Concerned person Mr.Amrit at the service centre does not
          even bother to attend the phone,It was only when I requested your Home Appliances
          Division at Ludhiana,they sent the mechanic,but it was just a formality,The Mechanic
          said that the Motor of the Machine is faulty,so it needs to be replaced,he called up
          Mr.Amrit ,but he refused to cooperate, he said they do not have the Motor of the
          concerned Model,they will only replace it when they receive the supply,I fail to
          understand why do you appoint such service centres who cannot keep the parts,
          What's the use of your warranty,It is just an eye wash.I have been trying to Contact
          Mr.Amrit but he seems to be in deep slumber.The concerned person Mr.Amrit is a
          very clever guy,If I would have to pay for the Motor he would have replaced the Motor
          the same day.He does not seem to co-operate with me.I would advise friends and relatives buying IFB products,not to buy IFB products because the people at the service centre think that they are the
          BOSS of the Company,it is useless to take AMC from IFB people.

          IFB senator 6kg — New machine delivered with suppression of two damages which were identified after deep watch and after 35 days

          I purchased a IFB Senator 6kg washing machine on 17.10.2008. The Machine Sl. NO.049125 was installed on 18.10.2008 by the service Engineer. New machine delivered with suppression of two demages (i.e. a bend in the inner drum and facie's lock broken) which were identified after deep watch and after 35 days. The same was notified to customer care by booking a complaint. The service engineer said that the demages may occured at the time of loading and unloading the machine. I was surprised, how the packed machine could demaged like above. The demages were suppressed at the time of delivery.

          They cheat me and teach me that the innocents were cheated by the IFB Industries Ltd. Why not IFB Customer Care maintained the customer's data base on the basis of Serial Number of the IFB machine. Instead of they maintain the data base on the basis of phone number of the customer.

          They said that the IFB company is an unique branded company. But they were not used the unique key as "Serial Number" of the IFB Machine. The reason behind that is the same machine could supplied to many customers. The many customers have not the same mobile number.

          The senior representative / service engineer said that small scrached machine could also replaced, if the scrach was identified at the time of delivery. But the demages like bend in inner drum, facie's lock broken were identified after 35 days from the date of installed newly and they said that the machine never replaced for the both demages.

          I feel that IFB Industries Ltd., will be missed the customers one by one like me in future. I challenged that the IFB Industries Ltd. 's market will down in future, i.e. within one or two years.

          IFB senator 6kg — OUT OF ORDER

          I have an IFB washing machine, Senator - 6kg. I entered into 1 year
          AMC in November 2011. In December 2011, a problem developed with
          spinning.

          I have registered complaint with IFB service center, Nellore, AP, over
          phone immediately (December 2011). But there was no response. Then on
          19-Jan-2012, I have registered complaint with IFB over tollfree and
          the complaint registration number is 8107739 with customer ID 2948574.
          Subsequently, in the month of March, 2012 (after 4 months of problem),
          service personnel have replaced the MCU. After that also, same problem
          continues. Again the complaint is registered by me on 19-APR-2012 and
          complaint number is 8681277. I was informed that person will come in
          48 hours. There is no response. Again one more complaint is registered
          on 16-May-2012. Now the time given is 24 hours.

          Now, I am put into confusion on the definition of hours at IFB.
          Because 48 hours is not over at IFB from 19-APR-2012 to till date.

          The mental stress caused by the indifferent attitude of Customer
          service at IFB towards customers is more than the stress caused by the
          non-working of the washing machine.

              I have registered a complaint with IFB service center , 39004321 , every time a sweet lady picks up the phone and directs me to perfect cool services the vendor of IFB , i have got around three numbers of their so called customer support managers as well but no one responds , I have lodged a complaint on 16th September , its yet not resolved , once their technician visited and declared that the motor is faulty , which got replaced , the machine wasn't working even than. Now the wiring and the pipe has a problem .and since the parts are not available of a running model , my machine is stuck.
              Firstly there is no escalation matrix for the same, you cannot escalate your call to anyone you are at the mercy of these so called technician , who do not understand customer support , you do not get a decent reply from any of these technicians .Is there anyways this could be resolved.

              Senator 6kg — Machine makes white clothes brown

              i have an AMC contract with my Senator washing machine which expires this month 25th March, There was no AMC prevantive maintenance visits made during the one year period, During the complaint visit which was registered once the engineer just brushed the dust out of the control switch and boxed the same, The quality of washing is very bad, i am afraid to wash my branded clothes in the machine which is washed by hand by me by doing this the very concept of having a washing machine is defeated, If I may mention your engineers are not service oriented but Sales oriented selling powders, This utterly defeats the very purpose of having an AMC,
              I had recd a call for AMC renewal, I requested to repair the problem faced of not clean washing the engineer who visited wiped the external surface of the machine, cleaned the filter and asked me to renew the AMC, This is not expected from engineer any person can do the same, I require my machine to make soiled clothes clean not make them brown, All my new white shirts are brown and dull,
              complaint No. 2818738 registered today again, Hope the same is rectified atleast this time.

              Senator 6kg — Complain for IFB customer service

              Complain for customer service for the IFB washing machine senator 6 Kg

              We bought the IFB washing machine senator 6 kg last year.During installation of the washing machine trolley ,a IFB service person visited and he found that the on-off switch in the machine is not functioning properly. It gets stuck in when pressed and get releases after pressing two-three times. That time the person asked us to try with this button and if it gets more severe then report the same to customer care. At that time switch should be replaced.
              We followed this procedure and put a complaint regarding two things
              1) Vibration and noise in the machine
              2) Switch issue.
              After putting a complaint the service man promised to come on same day at 5 PM. After waiting till 5:30 PM and repeatedly calling after every 1 hour , he said that he will be there in 30 min . We waited till 8:30 PM but he did not turned up. The person next day around 11:30 AM the service man called on my mobile and told that he is coming in 1 hr. As I was in office and requested that person to come in the evening after 6 PM . The person then very rudely replied that he cannot come after 6 PM and so your service is not possible.
              Again we waited for 2 more days but our complaint was left unattended. Then we called Mr sheshank, head of service area, Mumbai to intervene in this issue and he asked us to give the suitable time for the service. After his intervention the person from global enterprise came on time but just for the sake of formality. He spend hardly 5 min and said that there is no problem of switch and it’s the design fault and also commented on the previous service man that he does not know the things. This person also didn’t waited for checking the vibration in the machine. The reply from the service man was too rude. But actually we were facing problem with the switch and vibration in machine. Its giving tremendous noise and vibration.

              We are highly dissatisfied with this type of service from IFB which we were not expecting at all from such a reputed company. Now we are regretting to be a part of IFB product family. Now rather than comfort the product is making our life horrible with these issues.

                My IFB customer number is 1321313 and i have digital 5KG IFB washing machine.

                This machine is giving E5 display on digital panel and water is not heating, this problem is since February 2009, Ticket numbers are as follows

                Service center is closing ticket without resolution and without confirmation.

                I hope you understand my frustration with IFB services. I made a mistake by buying IFB machine and will make sure DO NOT make the same mistake again!

                    I have bought a new ifb elena dx from vijay sales thane on 17oct 09.The demo for the same machine was scheduled on 19 oct 09,bt the service provider hasnot visit yet,his contact is[protected].when i recalled them on 25 oct the said that the demo person wl vist on 29 oct 09,which he didnt.i have them provider today the were rude,they said that they will visit on 2 nov 09...I am really not satisfied with the services.

                      My IFB washing machine has not been working for a many days now. I have called IFB a number of times. Once the service engineer visited (after a number of calls) and said he was getting the part and coming right back. This was about 4-5 days ago. After that he didn't show up and despite calling again a few times, there has been no follow-up.
                      This is completely unacceptable from a 'reputed' company like IFB. I hope someone from that company reads this.................

                          Dear sir,
                          I have purchased a new microwave oven form IFB this month . The product was installed and demonstrated by the IFB staff who visited our premises. I believe the person is unskilled and during demonstration he broke the grill turner. Hence the grill stand is not standing. I have asked for replacement of the product since the product was not used even once and was broken by their person even before installation. They are not taking the issue seriously. Made several complaints both by mail and in person and also telephonically. I have also paid nearly 2500 rupees for additional two years warranty which is also debited from my account. The product was purchased on 9th of this month (09 October 09).
                          I do not know what to do next. Kindly guide me in the issue.

                            Subject :- Delay in delivery of Glass Plate of Microwave and very poor response from Jagat Chand and Milind Chandola

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered a revolving glass plate and plastic rng of Micro Wave in India on 13th Oct'2009. I have not received it till know. Everytime while calling to customer care i am not receving the satishfactory reply from there end. Customer care has provided me the 2 monbile numbers of individual who is taking care of IFB product in delhi. Jagat chand is the name of the first person with mobile number [protected], he is making me fool everytime i am calling on his number that it wil lreach within a day or 2. Second number is of Milind Chandola who is branch head and his number is [protected], that person is not picking the call. These showes that 2 guys are least bother about the customer.If you cannot provide services to customer then why are you making such products.If i would have come to know about such services then i have not purchased it.Can anybody if possible look into the matter and provide solution to me.This is mental harrasement which these 2 guys have done.Will wait for your reply

                            I VISITED PRAGATI MAIDAN DELHI IN NOVEMBER 2007. BOOKED ONE MICROWAVE MODEL NO. 34ECR VIDE RT. NO. 041 DT. 17/11/2007 AS A PACKAGE OF THERMAL ROOM HEATER WITH IT. SUPPLY WAS ASSURED WITHIN ONE WEEK BUT MONTHS PASSED AND OUR NUMEROUS TELE CALLS TO THE REP. WHO BOOKED IT; RESULTED IN FALSE ASSURANCES. LASTLY HE STOPPED PICKING OUR PHONE. WE TRIED AT COMPANY'S OFFICE NOS. AS GIVEN ON THE RECEIPTS BUT THESE WERE STATED TO BE NOT EXISTING AT THAT TIME ( AS PER PRERECORDED MESSAGE).

                            WE SENT LETTERS / REMINDERS WHICH WERE DULY RECEIVED BY CO. AND GOT BACK CALLS FROM THE SAME PERSON; ASKING US TO COME TO THEIR OFFICE AND DISCUSS MATTER. WE ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS TO WHICH HE SAID, HE WILL INFORM LATERON. WE WAITED FOR 11 MONTHS AND HAVE NOW FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER FORUM BUT NOTICES SENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BACK STATING THAT ADRESSEE HAS LEFT WITHOUT LEAVING ANY ADDRESS. I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT ORDINARY - NON LEGAL LETTERS ARE STILL BEING RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY BUT FOR LEGAL LETTERS ADDRESS HAS BEEN CHANGED. WE NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM VIDEOCON GROUP COMPANY.

                            IF ANYBODY IS IN THE KNOW OF THEIR NEW ADDRESS, PLEASE INFORM ME TO ENABLE ME TO SERVE THE NOTICE. REQUEST THE COMPANY TOO THATR IF ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEE HAS DONE THE MISTAKE THEY SHOULD BE PROMPT TO SETTLE IT AS NOBODY WANT TO WASTE HIS TIME IN LEGALITIES FOR SMALL AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS. BUT WE ARE FIGHTING ONLY AS AN AWARED CONSUMER TO TELL THE CONCERNED THAT THEY CANNOT TAKE THE CONSUMER FOR A RIDE.

                              POOR SALESMANSHIP AT M/S CHELLAMANI&CO.
                              I went to purchase a washing machine at chellamani &co washermenpet branch,i had asked them about an inbuilt waterpurifier mdl since i have hard water problem at my house.the sales person suggested me a mdl called ifb-elite-dx and assured me that this mdl has inbuilt water purifier and would serve my purpose.i purchase it on 24th 0ct.09 and on 27th the technical people from the ifb company came home for installation at about 6pm.and i was shocked to hear from them that there is no such water purifier inbuilt in this washing machine.i spoke to the chellamani &co but no response from their side,later i sent the ifb installation guys back since i was dissappointed and the machine is still lying in my house in fully packed condition.
                              I EMAILED MY COMPALAINT ON 27 OCT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE,Iam yet to get a reply till this moment.i also spoke to the corparate office of m/s chellamani and co this afternoon at 1.30 pm and lodged my complaint but till now no reply from them. i wonder on new purchase itself i have no response from the customer care of ifb,after sales would be definetly a disaster.All that i want is my money return from them and take back the washing machine.Hope atleast this complaint of mine would be replied.

                              I agree with the complaints based on my experience. I am at Trichy, Tamil Nadu. My IFB washing machine was not working and I lodged a complaint with customer care centre at Bangalore over phone 15 days back (01.06.2010 at 10.55 a.m., ). Service Engineer G.Vengatesh came on 05.06.2010 after repeated reminders. He told that some parts got damaged and were to be replaced. He assured that it would be done in two days. But he did not turn up. Several phone calls made to him and more than five visits to the service centre located near Maris theatre, Trichy were all in vain. The above mentioned Service Engineer responded in impolite and irresponsible manner. The staff in the service centre is all along irresponsive. Even after fifteen days the parts are not replaced. My machine is under AMC . We have all modern appliances in our house. But IFB service is undoubtedly the worst of all services. I started advising all my friends and relatives not to buy any IFB product. I hope atleast this last effort of mine will bring fruits.

                                I owned a IFB w/m which was not on the working condition before the complaint attended by our service engineer later the engneering came and change the motor but still the machine works but its vibrates a lot and with a harsh sound which is impleasent please consider d attend the call anurgently and do the needful to change the motor with the new motor inspite of old one which your engeneering diod erlier.The Bill has also been not recieved by us which was promised ur engneer to provide later on.

                                  I had purchased dishwasher(Zypher) IFB make 3 years before, Intially worked better for first three month, then the washing quality got detriorated, made many complaints but no result, the technicians are not qualified to handle the dishwasher , company is also not giving warrantee to its product, Now I have got fed up and not hoping any service from IFB. It seems that I have wasted Rs. 200000/-

                                    I have purchased an IFB Digital EX washing m/c from the showroom at Karnal on 22nd Oct 2009. They informed me the m/c will reach at your address ie D-9, NDRI, Karnal. The m/c was sent at about 8 pm, it was sent by a rickshaw puller. He informed me the Engineer will come tomorrow. The Engineer came at 7 pm next day. He set the m/c for leveling on a trolly he brought for Rs. 990/-. There was electric cut at that time. So he told me how to start with. I asked about the operation manual, he informed that all manuals have been distributed he will collect from head office and will provide one to me next time then he left for his home. Next morning I tried to start the m./c the pannel was not responding much. I have to force open the front door by pulling the string at the bottom. Beeing a computer and electronic harware professional some how I managed the washing which took around 3 hours. I called upon the engineer he came at 7pm again to me checked the m/c and informed that the machine was demo piece and it needs the front pannel to be replaced. For that he advised me to log a complaint online or tollfree customer care. The showroom should have sent me a fresh m/c not the demo-piece without my concent.

                                      We had lodged a complaint to IFZB toll free on 14/10/2009 and after a rigorous follow - up the service technician attended on 26/10/2009 and informed and one of the component has failed to be replaced. Since the machine was under warranty, it was informed that the component will be replaced immediately the very next day but till date nobody has turned up for services. I would request to all not to go fro purchase of IFB in future.

                                        Contract date 28 Feb 08 vide receipt cum invoice No 9027 (Contract valid till 21 Feb 2012).

                                        I had rung up tele No 3064720 at Chandigarh for reporting about poor performance/service requirement and was asked to contact Mr Govinder (Area Incharge) on Mob No [protected] who was spoken to for more than 3 minutes at 1021h on 27 Oct 09. The latter was informed about the problem and also told that the Call Centre No 39004321 was not contactable even with code 0172. He promised to revert back but has failed to take any action.

                                        i have a customer from maharashtra, satara district . i have never seen a poor service like this . the period solving any type of problem is minimum 2 months .visit of any serviceman is after atleast 10 days . i think company doesnt want to maintain customer care . i have top load machine 6.5kg . sticker damaged . totally off since last two months . going to file a complaint against the company .
