Sir,
I am feeling cheated after buying IFB product,because the after sales service
given by the IFB is the worst,I have ever seen.I have requested your IFB Service Centre
M/s Amrit Agencies,Bhatinda that my Washing machine is not working but they seem to
be least bothered.The Concerned person Mr.Amrit at the service centre does not
even bother to attend the phone,It was only when I requested your Home Appliances
Division at Ludhiana,they sent the mechanic,but it was just a formality,The Mechanic
said that the Motor of the Machine is faulty,so it needs to be replaced,he called up
Mr.Amrit ,but he refused to cooperate, he said they do not have the Motor of the
concerned Model,they will only replace it when they receive the supply,I fail to
understand why do you appoint such service centres who cannot keep the parts,
What's the use of your warranty,It is just an eye wash.I have been trying to Contact
Mr.Amrit but he seems to be in deep slumber.The concerned person Mr.Amrit is a
very clever guy,If I would have to pay for the Motor he would have replaced the Motor
the same day.He does not seem to co-operate with me.I would advise friends and relatives buying IFB products,not to buy IFB products because the people at the service centre think that they are the
BOSS of the Company,it is useless to take AMC from IFB people.

IFB/Microwave — Not attending to complaint
I registered my complain regarding non functioning of my microwave to the customer care of IFB on 21.09.2010. One of their executive visited my place on 25.09.2010. He assured that he will visit next Monday i.e.27.09.2010 and replace the defective part. After that day I do't have any information about what IFB is doing to rectify my microwave. My complan no is 514267 dated 21.09.2010. Today that is 12.10.2010 I again called the customer care no in the morning and narrated the whole episode and I was given a mobile contact no of one Mr Sanjay ([protected]) . This no is not responding. Then again i called this same customer care and again told them about my problem. this lady again gave me another no of one Ms Pallavi Vohra ([protected]). When I tried this no again the same result "no response".I am at a loss and don't know how to deal with the problem.
