We had lodged a complaint to IFZB toll free on 14/10/2009 and after a rigorous follow - up the service technician attended on 26/10/2009 and informed and one of the component has failed to be replaced. Since the machine was under warranty, it was informed that the component will be replaced immediately the very next day but till date nobody has turned up for services. I would request to all not to go fro purchase of IFB in future....

I had rung up tele No 3064720 at Chandigarh for reporting about poor performance/service requirement and was asked to contact Mr Govinder (Area Incharge) on Mob No [protected] who was spoken to for more than 3 minutes at 1021h on 27 Oct 09. SIR, IF THE POWER SUPPLY FAILS DURING THE CYCLE & THE POWER RESTORES AFTER SOMETIMES,THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK OR DOES NOT COMPELETE THE WASHING CYCLE.

Would like to add to the long list of consumer complaints against IFB service. IFB DISH Washer has a basic design problem as it is not rat/insect proof .It rather attracts rats through its inferior back rubber mat that is eaten by and eroded upon by rats and eventually eats wire s inside the same as well.
And worst is their attitude towards customer care. I think there is a racket going on to harassment , exploit and overcharge the customer through services by the service agency , who seems to be a party to...
