Hi,
I have a DIVA washing machine from IFB. It is under warranty and few days back i shifted to new place. I logged a call and they took all information like where are you locating etc by a service centre ( ph. [protected]). I relocated from Lake Gardens to Rajarhat. They sent engineer to put transit bolts in a machine to prevent damage during transit and charged me R. 165/- for it and the engineer told me once you reach Rajarhat call us and we will send people who will take care of fitting the machine. When i reached new place and call the service centre, to my utter disbelief the lady who picked up the phone told me that now we are not reponsible for reconnection as you are outside out area. Surprised they did not tell us this before and when i confronted her and complain against them, she said it is just time wasting..nothing will happen...Just see the attitude of service centre people. She somehow gave me the number of service centre which is in my new area. When i called this number they told me to log the call to call centre which i did immediately. CC gave me assurance that someone will call me and problem will be solved. I followed up more than 6-7 times but till today nowone has turned up. They cheated me. Ultimately i fixed the problem myself and washing machine is working, this is pathetic service form IFB. I will never buy any product from this company ever..

    I am really harrassed by the IFB Service centre. I registered my first complain on 26th October 2009 regarding machine problem the technician informed us that the PCB need to be changed. After that nobody turned up. in one month I remined at call center atleast 10 times but nobody wants to fix the problem. On 26th November 2009 again we found some other problem in our machine. and on the same date I registered again a new complaint. My first complaint no. is 3649829 dtd 26th Oct. 2009 Second complaint No. 3788998 dtd. 26th Nov. 2009. Every time call centre executive told me that someone will contact you within 24 hours. Nobody turns up. I talked to G.R.Power (service center) at 26488759 many times. sometimes they picked up phone and dont give me the satisfactory answer and most of the times phone unanswered. I talked to Mr. Atul Garg owner of G.R.Power ([protected]), He also not helped me. Then I talked to Ankita ([protected]) almost 6 times but she still could not solve my problem.
    It is simply a harassment of the customer. I am not able to use my machine at all. I need the solution of the same by today.

    in a dealers note, and also called so many times. so far no service person visited my house...If contacted the answer was not proper and actionable he was postponing the date (Tomrrow today, this afternoon).
    washing machine was brought for our use and now it is useless. kindly service it or take back the manchine at any cost.

      The email sent to IFB customer service is self informative:-



      Dear Sir,

      I am a very very frustrated and disappointed customer for your Digital 7 kg washing machine. This machine is on your AMC and I am very much disappointed with your service support. I feel you have untrained technical staff who always try to sell something or other over and above their visits. Till date after the purchase of this machine, I have spent more than Rs. 20000 on various repairs including the belt replacement several times. The technicians who have visited have not diagnosed the real problem for the entire machine's vibration during their visits and they simply replaced the belt several times. Now, your local supervisor says that I need to change the body cover for no fault of mine. They say now that the body got rusted and needs replacement. This was not indicated at the time of entering into AMC. I am of the opinion that IFB Digital 7kg washing machine itself a failure model because of it's various problems. For no fault of mine i.e. machine
      body got rusted, I don't want to incur unnecessary expenses. My questions are as follows:-

      * Why the belt got cut several times when the machine was within warranty?
      * Why they replaced belt several times without diagnosing the root cause of the problem?
      * If the body is very badly rusted, why your people entered into AMC?
      * After buying the machine, around 50 times, your representatives visited my house to attend the single complaint that the machine makes big noise. why?

      I feel that my issue need to be investigated thoroughly otherwise, I will be forced to seek alternate remedy by approaching the consumer forums and court.

      During your investigation period, I need a replacement washing machine till you revert back to me.

      I expect a favourable reply within two weeks.

      IFB Digital — Refer Comp No 3175037

      Please refer to the Complaint No: 3175037 dt 24th June 09.

      I regret with total displeasure that unfortunately I bought a IFB washing machine. My Washing machine Digital Make is not working for last 16 days and till now this machine is not attended.What should I do, shall I proceed with Consumer Court.

      I paid Rs.4000/- towards Drum about 4 Months back after the machine was down for over 25 days and also I paid an AMC of Rs.1888 from 4.5.09 to 3.5 10 & Reciept No: 14044 and since then this machine is giving consistent problem.

      Your Service guys who ever have visited our home we felt that none of them are competent enough to attend the machine, nor they have any clue of how to resolve the problem.

      My Washing machine had been giving the consisitent problem from the day the Drum was changed and its from then onwards this problem is occuring at regular interval, still the problem is going on.Till when ?????? Our machine is not a training m/c for your Service guys.

      To my surprise when I called you local office they were very reluctant to give the Service Manager no, but somehow I got Mr Joseph Mampilly and when I spoke to him he was not even aware of this Complaint which was pending for last 12 days. Then he said he will revert the reason that the complaint is attended by Agency, which never happened.
      Again I called Mr Joseph Mampilly on 6th Julu he again replied he will revert but never called back.
      .
      I still don"t understand how come a Service Manager is not aware of complaints which are pending for 16 days & above, dont you have any process of monitoring pending complaints.

      How come an international repute firm like IFB is giving such a substandard Service to Customers.

      We want the machine to be functioning by 10th July 09 and also we want the due compensation for the damages done else I will be constrained to intiate Legal proceedings & will publish our IFB experience to Media & Press

      IFB Wasing Maschine 7 KG Digital — Service Representative not attending the complaint

      I have purchased a 7 kg Digital Wasing Machine in Mumbai. The quality of the after sales service is very poor. I had registered a Ticket for a problem, the ticket number registered with IFB is 3323520. But even after 36 Hours of the ticket no one from the service side turned up to resolve the problem. However when contacted the Manager Mr. Ramesh he gave me an assuarance that the call will be resolved on the same day, the service representative will get upto you with in 1 hour however no one turned up. Every interaction with IFB is a poor and dissatifying experience in case of after sales service. So i would not recomment to go for an IFB Wasing machine as after paying a several thousand rupees you purchase headache for your ownself.

      IFB Digital — COMPLAINT ON NON SERVICE OF IFB WASHING MACHINE

      I HAD LODUMBERGED A COMPLAINT ON 28TH AUGUST 2009 AT 11AM BEARING NUMBER-3426355 AT IFB HELPLINE[protected].I WAS TOLD THAT IN 24 HOURS I WILL RECEIVE A CALL ON SERVICING.AS OF 31ST AUGUST 2009, 14-45 HOURS THERE IS NO SERVICE CALL EVEN AFTER REMINDER TO THE SAME NUMBER.
      I CONSIDER IFB SERVICES AS DISAPPOINTING CALLING FOR ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.

      I HAD ALREADY LODGE COMPLAINTS NEARLY ON 27/02/2010, AND 19/03/2010 FOR REPLACE THE RUSTED FRONT PANEL OF MY DIGITAL 7 KG WASHING MACHINE UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. BUT STILL TODAY COMPANY IS NOT RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT OR NOT REPLYING OR RESPONDING.

      [protected].We are daily contacting 10 times to the IFB local service centre and IFB service agent,but no body is responding till date.we do not expect such a very poor response from the international company like IFB.If the same thing is continuing tomorrow,we have no other option to go to consumer court.

        I have IFB - Elena Washing Machine. I purchased the same in the month of January 2007. After successfully completion of two years of warranty, the company's person Mr. Nitin Patil reached to my home and continued the AMC for further two years on dated 20/01/2009. After that Mr. Patil has not shown any interest of servising the same machine. Neither any person contacted in this reference. No doubt the machine is very good in working, but, very very very poor response of the service persons.

        IFB Washing Machine ELENA — Poor response from Service Centre

        I had registered a complaint of my washin machine almost 3 months back. Ticket no. 921 was given to me with the assurance that the mechanic shall visit my house soon. Unfortunately even after 3 months period there has not been any body who could see the machine. I registered a complaint on website and I was given a ticket no. 2591975 with an assuranc that the complaint shall be attended. It has been a month after that. On contacting the Local Service centre I was shocked to hear that the old comlaints records are not available due to shifting of the service centre. On 09.02.2009 a fresh complaint was registered with number 938 but till date no body has come to check the machine.
        It is regretful that such a company has so poor after sale service.
        Please do the needful immediately otherwise I shall have to approach consumer court.

        IFB Washing Machine (Elena) — Poor Service

        I have purchased this washing machine on 11/03/08. It stopped working around Nov 2008. Since then many phone calls have been made to the service person and the shop from where it was purchased but no action has been taken yet.

        Would be really obliged if this machine could be repaired at the earliest.

        I made complaint over phone at bhatinda center but they did'nt responded me as the machine is not working from last four days and now they are not picking up my phone.I got my amc done in nov 08.         ifb, elena — poor response on AMC

        Dear Sirs,
        I am in deep pains to say that IFB after sailing the product to consumer is least interested to provide services to the consumer. I have purchased IFB Elena washing machine and the AMC was done on 09.01.09 vide AMC NO. 178765. The machine developed some fault and the matter was reported to your service center on 20.05.09 the complaint number provide was 3048293. Since no one turn up to attend the fault the complaint was again lodged with service center and with your local office telephone no [protected], they further provided another number ie [protected], [protected] but despite so many reminders and request the matter is still pending. I shall be forced to go to Honorable court or Consumer forum for redressal of my complaint. This is the last notice to you if the complaint is not attended within 24 hours I will left with no option but to take necessary legal action against IFB

        My wahing machine got complaint for more than one and half months.But it is not rectified yet.I contacted all possible availibilities.But I have to say very lazy response from their part.

          IFB WASHING MACHINE — smokes out from the machine

          the machine is smoking out at the back side of the machine

          IFB / Washing M/c — Smoke out of motor

          Smoke came out of motor. Comlaint raised on 23rd March. Constantly following up with call center as well as franchises in Gurgaon. After various follow up, service people truned up last night and changed motor with another faulty motor and it was eye wash only. Mr Joshi's number ([protected]) is not reachable. Mr Jagat Chand's number ([protected])was going unaswered last evening but he picked it up at around 10pm.

          we are suffering since last 8 days without any fix to the problem. Seems IFB is planning to go out of business soon if they contiune to provide such a poor service to customers.

            I have purchased dish washer from 'ifb industries ltd.'make 'neptune' on date 20/01/2007.warranty by company upto 19/01/2009.company offererd extended warranty upto date 19/01/2011 under the scheme .I paid Rs.2525 by cheq on27/03/2007.since last 15 days machine is not functioning.I have complained to call centre,sent several mails to pune office, made several calls, no response from company. problem is not solved.company did not botherd to customer compalint,service.

            IFB LTD — Washine Machine Sanorita DX

            I HAVE PURCHASED WASHINE MACHINE DURING DIWALI. IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY WE HAVE NOTICED PROBLEM AND ON JANUARY 24, 2009 I LODGED COMPALAIN THROUGH TOLL FREE NO. AND I HAVE BEEN ASSURED THE SERVICE ENGINEER WILL COME ON 27TH. BUT TILL 30TH NO ENGINEER VISITED. ON 31ST I AGAIN CALLED UP TOLL FREE NO. AND AGAIN I WAS ASSURED THE SAME DAY ENGINEER WILL COME AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM. BUT SAME DAY NO ENGINEER VISITED AND AFTER TWO DAYS ENGINEER CAME AND COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. HE PROMISED TO COME WITH REQUIRED SPARE NEXT DAY.HOWEVER, WE WAITED FOR TWO DAYS AND AGAIN COMPLAIMED TO TOLL FREE NO. BUT INSTEAD OF RECTIFYING MISTAKE I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE COMPLAIN WAS CLOSED BY ENGINEER. AGAIN ON 7TH FEBRUARY I LODGE COMPLAIN BUT TILL DATE CALLING UP INCHARGE OF IFB SEVERAL TIMES BUT WITH NO PROGRESS.

            I AM SURPRISED WITH THE ATTITUDE OF IFB. IN THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES HOW PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR OF IFB OFFICIAL LEADS TO UNREST AND WHO WILL GOING TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.

            IFB Industries Ltd- Washing Machine Senorita Dx — Machine not repaired during Extended warranty period

            I have purchased Sonarita DX washing machine of IFB on 15/08/2008 from Ashoka Trading Co vide invoice no-2438 and also paid for extended warranty scheme vide no-ext/Goa/02332 till 14/08/2012. Ihave lodged complint on 07/09/2010 vide 5061905 for repair of Door lock and the machine is not sucking water resulting non washing properly.After much followup they visited on 9th sept and said shall do with in 2-3 days.Then they vanished and after again i called up they visited did some repair and said some parts to be replaced.Till today no body has visited no replaced any parts.This is the service condition of one of the Indias most repuated Brand.Pls repair or replace the machine as it is under warranty.

              Complaint Number 3794889, dated 28th nov 2009

              Inspite of various promises by customer care that complaint would be attended to in maximum 48 hours (including sunday), no action has been taken till now. I am sitting home for last two days awaiting for that precious moment when Mr Executive visits.

              I was given Mr Chandhola (Head , Services Delhi) mobile number, but that too turned out to be just a IFB promotional call, with no one attending to call after promotions.

              I also tried to speak to Miss Monika who was not at her seat though someone attended the call and again just assured me that this complaint would be taken ap ASAP.

              This is not first time that this bug of IFB has atatcked me. In july/august this year too, same problem had occured. I had to argue hell with Ms Monika at that time to convince her that my complaint is pending and no one attended my complaint.

              Thanks IFB for such a support.

              I would be honoured to take your AMC again

              IFB Washing machine (Executive Plus) — Pathetic Service

              Complaint No 3323494, dated 31st July.

              My product is under AMC.

              The service agreement for IFB is 24 hrs.

              I have been behind these people for so many days, but to no avail.

              I have also spoken to Ms Monika (Service head, Delhi) and Mr Gupta, franchisee head.

              But till date i have not received any one from them.

              The company claims that a person visited my house on 4th Aug, even if i agree to it, i wish to know whether he was supposed to call me or not before coming to my place. If yes, did he call me?

              Please suggest what should be done about it.
              IFB is not a company to be trusted for any of its products

                A complaint was loded with IFB for malfunctioning of washing machine. (Clothes get torn). The engineer came and noticed that in addition to replacement of drum, the entire cabinet has to be replaced and we have to pay Rs.3500/- for the part. We agreed to pay the amount. But more than 15 days, the complaint was not resolved. Their response is very poor. Every day we make call to the dealer and IFB - the standard reply is "will be resolved in two days.". It is also observed that many of their technicians do not possess the required knowledge in dealing with machines.

                  8 weeks ago, I made a complaint to IFB call centre and they informed their local franchise A ONE ENTERPRISES, Chennai who came and checked the machine and said that the TUB has to be replaced. After several phone calls and personal visit, Two weeks before they came and changed the TUB. What is the use!!! that TUB also leaking and technicians says that this is what IFB is supplying so asked me to wait for another one week.

                  Since Monday 23rd, am calling at Vadapalani Franchise office, everyday they say that his person is coming today to replace, basis that either me or my wife taken off from work and sit at home but till today no one has turned up. There is no basic courtesy from Franchise office to inform customer if they can not pay visit due to various reasons. SUGGEST NOT TO GO FOR SUCH USELESS BRAND ANYMORE.

                    I purchased a washing machine(model number Elena Dlx) 0n August 06, 2009 from Talauliker Electricals, Margao, Goa(Ph NO.:[protected]. The machine was installed on August 12. The person who came for installation fitted Tap adaptor and charged Rs 113 for the same. About 10 days back, the water started leaking from the adaptor. I made a complaint(complaint number: 3743180) on customer care number and told the problem. A person came after 3 days and told us that adaptor is made of rubber and got broken. I was surprised to learn that IFB supplies such poor quality of adaptor which break in less than 3 months. I told the person to bring a new adaptor(if possible a metallic one) and replace it. He promised to come next day but more than a week has passed but no one has come for replacement. In the absence of this, it is very difficult to use the machine. I expected a better service from IFB.

                      This is Vinoth kumar.R customer ID 1978717 from Faridabad-Haryana.I have brought a brand new washing machine on the month of SEP-2009.with inthis span of two months this has a down time of 15 (fifteen) days.
                      Now the spin operation is not functioning.ref complaint no 3761259 dt 19/11/2009.more than several times i had talked t the customer support and no one is solving the problem.I talked to the branch manager MANOJ[protected] office and [protected] his personal no.
                      after a long time he gave me another no AKSHAY KUMAR -[protected] Area service incharge faridabad.then i spoked to akshay again he gave one more no [protected] MILAN CHANDOLA, who is his boss located and taking care of all over DELHI -NCR service.But he is not picking up the phone even i gave 100 times ring to all the above mentioned people.
                      FROM MY EXPERIENCE PLEASE DONT BY ANY IFB - PRODUCTS THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE AFTER SALES SERVICE.I PRAY GOD THOSE WHO ALREADY BROUGHT IFB PRODUCTS.DONT SUPPORT THE COMPANY LET THEM WIND UP FROM THE MARKET VERY SOON

                        My IFB Customer No. is 1553928 and my IFB Senator 6Kg is not working from 11-11-09, and it is in warranty period, but spare part not available inspite of repeated assurance by them that it will be replaced.

                        I bought one IFB washing machine SENORITA Dx S.No.028486 for Rs.18100/- on 01/02/2009 from Chellamani & Co at Trichy in Tamilnadu. It was not working properly. So I have reported over phone in ref. no 3632601. After receiving my complaint someone came to my home from Thanjavur service center, checked the washing machine and told that the machine have a problem with the electronic board so we will ordered to our company and after receiving the board and repair the machine early. But the gentleman not yet turned up. So my humble submission is, please take back the machine with you or I will show the machine to neighbors and to the public people.

                          dear sir /madam
                          i have purchased micro wave of ifb
                          firstof all we complaint to service centre at ujjain to mr.dighe befor 15n days as gate was not opening but it was in working condition
                          mr. dighe came after an hour of working finally the gate was opened of microwave but it stop working
                          then he told that it was problem of switch and he will get it replaced .
                          but from that day he has not came and switched of mobile and once he picked up landline number that is[protected] and told that he will be coming in evening ,but he didn,t turned up
                          i am helpless and now i m writing to customer care to support in this matter

                          IFB/Microwave — Not attending to complaint

                          I registered my complain regarding non functioning of my microwave to the customer care of IFB on 21.09.2010. One of their executive visited my place on 25.09.2010. He assured that he will visit next Monday i.e.27.09.2010 and replace the defective part. After that day I do't have any information about what IFB is doing to rectify my microwave. My complan no is 514267 dated 21.09.2010. Today that is 12.10.2010 I again called the customer care no in the morning and narrated the whole episode and I was given a mobile contact no of one Mr Sanjay ([protected]) . This no is not responding. Then again i called this same customer care and again told them about my problem. this lady again gave me another no of one Ms Pallavi Vohra ([protected]). When I tried this no again the same result "no response".

                          I am at a loss and don't know how to deal with the problem.

                            This in continuation to the complaint i had registered 4 days back on 17 nov. about my washing machine which i bought with hope that all my washing problems are ultimately over. but its very disspointing to sy that they have only increased in terms of money expense. before this we were using videocon twin tub machine which never gave any problem ever...we sold it in excellent working condition after using it for more than 10 years.

                            IFB senorita dx 5.5 kg is a very expensive affair to maintain in chennai. every month i call someone to solve some problem and each service engineer gives me a different story and sells some product worth nothing less than 300/- RS. each time. 4 days back the service engineer sold me a water softening filter saying the old one had worn out and thats why the machine is not working properly and it may start rusting. Considering the amount i paid to buy the machine i settled for it. But when i bought the machine( 20 Jan 2009), i was told by the sales man that i do not need to change the filter for atleast 2 years knowing the knowledge of chennai water quality.

                            And like a excellent company trained man he said he'll put back the old filter also along with the new one to increase the life of the new filter. so now i have machine running 2 filters out of which old is Worn out " and useless.

                            I have already spent 3000/- Rs. onthis machine within 10months time of its purchase. I cannot afford it. Top load detergent + IFB protecta + desacl all this is very expensive on pockect and with it i'm still srubbing my clothes with hand only.

                            I want money from the company for the headache i bought falling prey to salesmanship. Today again i have a problem of water leaking from somewhere in the machine.

                              Sir/Madam,
                              I request you to kindly go through the service aspect offered by IFB as per my following narration and take up the matter suitably with IFB manufacturers. As I do not get hold of their e-mail ID, I request you to kindly forward the same to me, while you are forwarding the text to them for their views, comments and their responsive reply.

                              Service of IFB washing machines does not at all complement with their sales force. How sad ?
                              Purchased in early 2006. in Bangalore. 1st complaint in Jan 2009. No response to telephone on listed numbers. Took help from ASK ME for authorised service point.

                              Ace Machinerary Services vide Complaint (D.C.) No:1423 dt 20-01-09, & Invoice No:1739 dt 27-01-09 replaced drum at the cost of Rs3200/-. Problem persisted. No where-abouts of ACE Machinery Services. Repeat ASK ME.

                              Refered to VSC Service center. (www.Vsc.com/[protected]@yahoo.com) Service Technitian reports on 04-07-09, ( service call report No: 078) sound in the drum but normal condition of the equipment. Serviced and returned with bearings, motar bearing and oil seal at a cost of Rs2890/- on 17-07-09, Bill No:168 and call No:611064.

                              The drum repeats drumming to displeasure. VSC dissappears. No where-abouts.

                              Repeat ASK ME. Enter SRI VIJAYALAKSHMI ENTERPRICES (Authorised Service Franchise for IFB) Ph: 25552788 address: No 227/4, Narayanapillai Street, Shivajinagar, Bangalore 560001. Machine service and returned on 18-09-09 vide Invoice No:7436 for a charge of Rs6550/- Now the details of their bill with IFB prices in bracket.
                              1. Drum Assembly: Rs3100/- (Rs2511/-)
                              2. Bearing Bracket: Rs1100/- (Rs528/-)
                              3. Bearings: Rs850/- (792/-)
                              4. Belt: Rs600/- (Rs341/-)
                              5. Service and Transport- Rs600/- and Rs300/- respectively.
                              What a service arrangement by IFB a supposedly reputed Washing Machine manufacturer. Our total expenses on drum assembly during this year is Rs13140/- not to mention the agony , frustration, discomfort, under the breath cursing of all concerned with IFB and the distrust about the IFB. As a consolation can the price difference be explained for items 1 to 4 above. How the Authorised service Franchise could charge more than the rates fixed by IFB for their spares? Can it be arranged to refund the difference? Well ? A responsible reply is anticipated and awaited.

                              IFB service techniciana are RUDE and wont come at customers convenient time... I had bad experiance (2 years back and now ).
                              Even if in warrenty, they asks for MONEY and we have argue with low standard and non-professional technicians...

                                This is Udayakumar Devaraj from chennai,have purchased holiday package from IFB holidays team for Rs 6,999 thorugh my ICICI credit card .After confirming the details with them through their contact #[protected], had sent the duly filled form as per their instruction with Rs 750 DD taken from SBI chennai in favour of One Touch Solutions (India) PVT ltd payable @ Delhi on 3rd Nov 2009 through Chennai post office. Pls find attached filled application form copy for more details & referrence.As per their instruction it will take 2 weeks to get the holiday confirmation letter,but there were no information, so tried reaching them from different mobiles/landline for the last few days but when ever we try it says either number busy/call failed or the tot network is congested.

                                It seems like a fraud,pls let me know what should be done.I have copy of both Application form,DD.

                                hi udai i booked wid them as well, but twice my voucher was returned back to my add as not recieved. they say min 10 or 20 rs stamp wid ordinary post is to be sent, why!!! to this no satisfactory answer 4m them. i too feel its a fraud . but i will not leave it like that . will teach them a lesson.

                                i have also booked 5 holiday packages for our entire family. in my case also voucher could not get reedemed even after paying them 750 rs by dd & affixing stamp of 20rs on evelope, it seems that it is clear case of cheating . now the site www.ifbholidays.com is getting opened up. ifb aapliances is answerable to all this. we smelling some rat in this perticular case & we should not allow these to run away with our hard earned money.

I have also purchased holiday voucher and this seems to be fraud. This needs to be taken up very strongly or else they will cheat more people.

                                I have also taken the holiday voucher for Rs. 6999/- . I have spent hundreds of ruppes contacting them at Noida Office..The phone seems to be working but no body responds. I strongly feel that I have been cheated. Lets do something. lets not leave these go away with our hard earned money and cheat someone else.

                                  From teh middle of October we are facing problem after problem. Each time they take about a week to attend but do not resolve the problem. From 7th November I have been reminding them repeatedly but unable to get my problem addressed.

                                  I was given a number and talked to their customer service manager and still no response.

                                      7th november: made a complaint to chennai ifb customer care about the non working of the machine.

                                      9th november. : a mechanic by name Mr.Durai attended and said there is loose connection and made something and went.

                                      10th november : machine still not working lodged another complaint.complaint no :3716125

                                      12th november : a mechanic by name Mr. Ramu attended and said the belt is jammed and needs change.hence changed it for 530 rupees telling this does'nt come under the AMC.

                                      13th november. MAchine still not working, same non spinning of the drum.have lodged another complaint with ifb custoimer care. no3741851.

                                      inspite of several complaints if this is the condition of IFB customer care center throughout India it is really shame on the part of the IFB industries that they should withdraw their product from the market immediately. none of their mechanics knew anything about the product. very sorry to make such a remark. but it is the true fact.Hope the machine will be attended immediately or i will have to meet them in the consumer court.
