I had faced the washing machine not working problem during the september month and we have informed to the local Service centre "Sowbharnika Electronics-Pondicherry" we got the response from them on 09Oct09. As per the Service man (Mr.Prakash) suggestion we need to change the timer, so he has replaced the Timer and charged Rs.3565/-. He also cut the Hot water inlet and we haven't get any valuable comments regarding this.
After 10days the system gets again struggled(Not working) and then we have informed toservice centre so many times and not get the response after two months Mr.Sargunam attended the machine and unscrewed it then went. I'm also working in the product orient company and I know how we are responding the customer even in the maintenance phase too. We are much irritated by the service centre, we are keep on compliaing but there is no response from the service centre(Two more persons(Including Mr.Sargunam) was visited the machine again and they went without any comments, even they didn't touch the machine). We have also informed to Mr.Senthil(Pondicherry Service Incharge) This type of behavior leads us to going to the consumer court on the service centre and on IFB.

We also got the comments from the Service Centre is the warrantee is over, Is the warrantee is over then the washing machine name changed to some one?

Hope I can get the positive feedback for this compliant and immediate response from IFB service centre.

IFB — no good wash

I have IFB front load, Executive Plus.I have seen other washing machines, they wash white clothes very white even by mixing them alongwith coloured clothes, but IFB do not wash white to white even when washed separately. Compalints have been raised to the Customer Complaint cell, they send the technicians and they say that the machine is " GOOD. but the wash is no change.

THIS IS THE TOTAL FAILURE OF THE COMPANY IN WHITE WASH IS CONCERNED.

IFB — no white wash

i have ifb executive plus front load. thought very high of ifb technology and it is proved that the white clothes are not washed white. i have tried many washing powders, gave complaints to the ifb, technicians do come only to say that " the machine is fine", but i am not getting white wash. other machines like godrej,lg,videocon do wash white even when mixed with coloured clothes.wht next. i have asked the ifb personells to send the engineer to check the machine, but they send only techinicians. my warranty period is upto 2010. hope in the next year they will add some big bill to get the machine rectified by an engineer.

    IFB washing machine purchased on 29.5.1998. had renewed the AMC. Recently, the ball bearings and drum were found to be broken when inspected. The drum brought by them for replacement was found to be old and scaling as white spots was evident all over the body of the drum.There was a huge delay from the date of complaint and the services.

    When we had no AMC the ball bearings were changed after 2 years or so, but after taking AMC the ball bearings are changed after every 6 months. I fail to understand why this is happening. I suspect that old and used material is been fixed giving rise to this trouble in machines under AMC.

    I am thoroughly dissatisfied by the services and the after sales services after the renewal of AMC are causing further harassments.

      AMC- problems thereof- servicing etc.

      Dear Sirs,
      With reference to my earlier e-mail dated 19 October, 2009 it is regretted to inform you that no action thereof has so far been taken which is reproduced below: -
      ‘I wish to draw your kind attention to the problem being faced by me on the problem cited
      as subject. I am having renewed AMC bearing # 2584 for the period 24.10.2008 to 23..10.2010 in respect of EXE ELITE Machine Sr.No.13418.
      It is pertinent to mention here that I am complaining about water problem since purchase- the very first day- since replacement with another piece within a period of fifteen days.
      It is pertinent to mention here that since renewal of AMC, now, a part worth about Rs.600/- has sonly been replaced which was duly acknowledged by me against signatures.
      I SHALL BE GRATEFUL IF YOUR GOOD SELF COULD KINDLY INFORM ME THE LIST
      OF PARTS ALONG WITH COST REPLACED SO FAR IN RESPECT OF CURRENT AMC,
      Now, in the instant case, I am complaining for the last twenty days for trouble in my
      washing machine to your representative by way of telephone calls from time to time, but
      so far he has not visited me for inspection of the machine what to speak of its redressal.       my IFB washing machine is not working
      I have a EXECUTIVE ELITE IFB WASHING MACHINE.I am having AMC FOR THE period 12.02.10 to 12.02.2012.For the last 4 days I have been trying to complaint my problem to the no [protected].But so far nobody responding.

        Our hs18 order no:[protected] — we have purchased a microwave oven modelno:20pg3s and we exchanged it into modelno:20sc2. As you told with above said model 9pcs starter kit and cookbook was not recieved. The company has given 5pcs starter kit only. Please tell to the company to give us 9pcs starter kit.           Sub: Defective dishwasher and bad after sales service. Refund of amount towards purchase of equipment, extended warranty, accessories, and compensation.

          I want to bring to your kind notice the mental agony I am facing due to defective equipment delivered to me on 6.1.08, who’s functioning couldn’t be rectified in spite of all efforts made during last 34 months.

          I have patiently tried to co-operate as much as possible, undergoing great hardship and was always hopeful, but now I am frustrated with the quality of dish washer machine and bad after sales service, and have decided to take up the matter to the consumer court for relief.

          The latest Example being my complaint no. 5241461 registered on 8.10.10 attended after delay of 20 days by the engineer Mr. Sunil Tel No. [protected]. He did nothing to rectify the machine giving excuse of non availability of parts He didn’t turn up again and even closed my complaint. I had to re-register my complaint on 8.11.10 (Complaint no. 5387898). This time complaint was attended by Mr. Dhanprakash Tel No [protected]after a delay of 5 days. He has removed certain parts for replacement and has not turned up as yet. I have complained repeatedly on customer helpline no. [protected] to Mr. Pradeep on 11.11.10, Mr. Subajit on 16.11.10, and Ms Gyatri on 17.11.10 with no results. I was also asked by customer care officers to directly contact Mrs Anuradha -[protected], Mrs Sona[protected], Mrs Monica[protected]. However on these telephone nos nobody attends to calls.

          Facts
          I have purchased dishwasher Neptune model on 6.1.08 from your distributor Arvee Enterprises, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi with the hope of getting a good reputed brand and after sales service to help my aged parents to ease out their work.

          I also took extended warranty for additional 2 yrs after paying the required amount over and above the usual 2 yrs warranty given with the product.

          The dishwasher started malfunctioning within 15 days of purchase and is still not working till date (20.11.10).

          During last 34 months, I have made innumerable complaints at your customer care no: [protected] and every time I was given assurance of speedy rectification of problem.

          However the complaints were either not attended and complaint closed, or attended to after delay of 15-30 days after each complaint, that to after repeated reminders at national customer care no and local service centre complaint no, although according to rules it should be attended to within 24 hrs.

          Several times my complaint was left unattended and I used to receive SMS on my registered mobile tel. no. that my complaint has been resolved.

          My complaint was forwarded repeatedly on my request from the customer care to several service engineers and high officials of the company at Delhi branch, but no one had time to look into my complaint, for which they are employed by the company.

          I made repeated requests at customer care to provide me with all the data pertaining to my previous complaints and their follow-up during last several months but they have denied my right to information.

          No document at the time of attending complaint is ever provided to me for my record, and no explanation is given to me regarding the nature of problem and the service done or details of part changed.

          The parts brought for replacement are unsealed bearing no company seal and always leave me wondering if the replaced part is genuine.

          The complaint when attended to, also bears no permanent solution, as the machine breaks down again and again after few days interval rendering it practically of no use.

          No follow up call is given after complaint is attended, to judge customer satisfaction.

          The service engineers mostly become unavailable on phone, or blatantly tell us that the complaint will be attended by another person even if the trouble starts the very next day of attending complaint. Moreover, I am told to register complaint again on customer care which further wastes time.

          The following is a part of data available with me regarding the dates of complaints, complaint nos, people contacted from time to time.

          I have tried to contact the following officials/ service engineers from time to time who have always either not responded or remained indifferent.

          Mr. Bharat Bhushan (Manager-[protected], [protected]), Mr. Alam (Service engineer-[protected]), Mr. Dhanprakash (Service engineer-[protected]), Mrs Kamini (IFB Official-[protected]), Mr. Amit anand (Service Manager-[protected]), Mrs. Monica (Service coordinator[protected],[protected], Mr. Rajesh Burman (Manager-[protected]), Mr. Yogesh (Senior service engineer-[protected]), Mr. Milan Chandola (Service Manager-[protected]), Mr.Ajay (Branch Head-), Mr. Yograj (Area Service Manager-[protected]), Mrs. Ankita (Area Service Manager-[protected]), Mrs. Anuradha (Service manager-[protected]), Mrs. Sona[protected]


          I was misguided by the service engineers from time to time by putting the entire blame for repeated malfunction of the machine on us and suggesting measures involving huge expenditure.



          The following are few of the many measures suggested to me.

          The water pressure in the pipe line is insufficient.

          Although the water pressure was strong enough as the water is supplied by overhead tank approx 14 feet high and 2000 lts capacity,

          I still responded by installing a separate pipe line and overhead tank, but later found that even then the problem was not solved.

          I was asked to use desilter several times by different personnel attending on different days for the same complaint within a span of 7 days.

          This incurred me a substantial monetary loss without any result. (Total 10 packets used)

          I was asked to purchase a pressure pump, and magnetic flow equipment from them.

          I refused, as it was an absurd idea as the company doesn’t recommend and the pressure of water was more than sufficient. I learnt from other customers later that suggestions were intended to earn them extra income.


          The following are the inferences drawn regarding malpractices/ deficiency of services from above facts and figures.

          As is evident from above data, the following facts emerge about the quality of product and the after sales services:

          Defective piece: -
          The dishwasher supplied is defective as it is hardly in working condition from the time it was brought until today.

          Poor after sales service:
          The product has malfunctioned every few days and the quality of after sales service is extremely poor and sub standard.

          Delayed service:
          The complaint is attended to after delay of 15-30 days that to after repeated requests.
          Attending to complaint is mostly limited to a visit by personnel with suggestions to change parts without any result. They then don’t turn up again and give excuses for non availability of parts.

          No follow up
          There is no mechanism in your company to follow up complaint and to judge customer satisfaction regarding resolution of complaint.
          The complaint is invariably closed as per feed back by the service engineer even without attending and solving the complaint. The customer is then asked to register afresh a new complaint.

          Denial of customer right to information:
          The service engineers do not provide any documents pertaining to diagnosis of problem and measures taken, neither the details of work done and parts replaced.
          The customer care centre failed to provide me information regarding my previous complaints and their follow-up for my record and information purpose.

          Replaced parts substandard?
          The parts brought for replacement are neither sealed nor bear company logo thereby placing a doubt about the genuineness of the part.

          Apathy of senior officials:
          Even the high officials at local branch level are not concerned about the customer problems and are mostly unavailable, irresponsible, disinterested and unresponsive.

          Corruption:
          The service centre personnel are indulging in malpractices and it seems are indulging in parallel business by suggesting several products not recommended by the company to customers like magnetic flow meter, pressure pumps.
          They even try to charge customers on one pretext or another for servicing during warranty period, that to without providing bill.


          Inefficient service engineers:
          The service engineers are inefficient, work on basis of ‘hit and trial method’, indulge in temporary ‘jugaru work’ in their own language.
          They are discourteous and refuse to come even when the complaint has been attended by them the previous day and remain unsolved.



          My motive of making complaint to you

          My motive is not only to solve my problem but also to save a brand like IFB.
          This will require drastic steps to remove deficiencies as I have pointed out earlier.
          To add, I still think IFB is a big brand and as a matter of fact want the company to be transparent, customer friendly.


          What I want:
          Either refund the total amount with interest + compensation for the deficiency in quality of product and service.
          Or
          Else I will be left with no choice but to put up my case in consumer court..

          I AGRRE WITH THE CANDID AND APT STATEMENT OF DR SAHIB.THE SREVECIES OB IFB ARE FAR FROM SATISFACTORY AND NOT USERS FRIENDLY AT ALL.

          UNLESS, THE TOP LEVEL DOES SOMETHING TO ACHIEVE THE REQUISITE CUSTOMER, S SATISFACTION LEVEL, THIS BRAND IS LIKELY TO LOSE ITS GROUND AND WELL ESTABLISHED REPUTATATION IN INDIA.ATLEAST, ONCE THE COMPLAITNS HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO THE LEVEL OF SENIOR EXCUTIVE, HIS OR HER RESPONSE SHOULD BE PROMPT AND APPROPRIATE RATHER THAN BEATING AROUND THE BUSH.

          SOMEBODY HAS SAID I WOULD RAHTER LIKE TO LOSE MONEY THAN FAITH

            IFB and other companies that manufacture and sell dishwashers in India refuse to stock their detergents and other items necessary for usage of the machine in the open market. They require customers to log in a request and purchase such items directly from them.
            Unfortunately once the machine is sold, there is an apathy towards customer service. In my case - IFB Neptune dishwasher, I have been requesting for detergent for the past two months and have been promised delivery within a day, within an hour etc with 100% guarantees. I am yet to get anything from them. I have taken to using Pril liquid detergent in the machine!
            I would not recommend anybody to purchase from IFB as although the product seems to be good, I am unable to use it as their service is abysmal.

            IFB INDIA / Dishwasher — poor SErvice

            I have IFB make Neptune model dish washer which is under AMC. From sept 14th the machine is not working and it is not repaired. After lodging the complaint service engineer came and took the machine for repair for which I paid transportation charges of Rs.1300 and after constant followup the machine was brought back without any repair from then till now they are dodging and the machine is not repaired. I wanted to complain this to some top person in the company but there is no access to them
            My IFB neptune model dishwasher is having some technical problem and the same was registered wide no.5626341 on 27.12.10. Till date no response from your service department.

            In fact I was adviced by your 24hrs customer care center to contact Mt. Ajithkumar of amanjikarai office. The response from him is worst. i am sending this mail today on 30.12.10 at 6.05p.m.

Ordered for salt and rinse aid on[protected] and reminded on[protected] but so far nobody turned up i.e. very poor service. service centre address. Classic enterprises, Old no. 28 new no. 54 kumarasamy st., perambur, chennai 600 011. ph. no.

              burning smell

              MY WASHING MACHINE SENORITA PLUS BOUGHT IN THE YEAR 2007.WITH AN ADDITION EXTENDED WARRANTY IT WAS RUNNING IN GOOD CONDITION FOR THE PAST INITIAL 2 YEARS .BUT SINCE LAST MONTH IT DEVELOPS SOME PROBLEM.               NON ATTEDING COMLAINT IN WARRANTY PERIOD
              The toploading washing machine model no. aw-60-806 . It had not been repaired during warranty period , I complaint to shopkeeper ( bathinda darpan sales ). He says to me complaint forward to IFB bathinda service center. After complaint bathinda IFB serviceman not tackle the problem. I talk to guddy & diveash IFB tollfree no. this complaint regarding . also same procedure forward to Bathinda manager. The manager at bathinda is not even attending the Problem. problem not sort out so even extra problem create.               AW60-806 — CONTINUOUS PROBLEM

              Dear sir/madam,


              as our washingmachine problem often occurs (from june 2008), it is very difficult to face the service from your (no good service), at present the machine had shift to IFB service (Sai enterprises, Anna nagar, chennai.). still there is no solution and no proper response. we dont what do ? . for past one year we are facing such problem with the washing machine. for each service we had suffered more than a month .

              we have suggested to replace the other machine in warranty period, but service man neglected.
              then we took AMc after the warranty period, within two days again machine got problem.

He then asked for manual and then he was able to open the machine. Then he said that the PCB is not matching with the old one and said he will come back after two days. But after making many calls, even upto today no one came from IFB service centre.

                The Washing Machine is purchased on[protected], Although it is not used daily, because one women wahing worker is working daily in our house, it is giving frequent troubles. Say one trouble occured nearly four months back Active light not stand. We complaint this, your's repairer take arround 2.5 months time to repair it. Now it is giving more sound & vibrating whole machine trouble even it is used only 3 to 4 times after repair. Hence we request to rectify this heavy problem immiediately without fail. We feel very bad by purchasing it due to giving such problems even it is new one and using less.

                  Got descaling done during authorised free service period(90 washes) by authorise service agent who used authorised DESCAL powder. Colour and texture of drum which was shining steel has turned dull yellow with rough texture immediately after the procedure, as if the powder reacted with the drum. Service agent duly acknowledged and has agreed to replace the drum and tub. I only hope the company replaces the machine as i do not know which other parts have got affected. I am however thankful that the response has been very prompt till now.

                    COMPLAINT NO. 3706372 dated 4.11.2009
                    The complaint was attended by the service engineer on 5.11.2009 and was referred for the mother board replacement and said that it would take nearly a week for the replacement as the board has to come from the head office. But it has been 5 weeks since then and there is no proper response even after plenty calls from our side. Each time a blame excuse is being given saying that the board hasnt arrived from the head office.
                    Me being a working woman find it extremely difficult and body tiring to wash the cloths in this monsoon season. And i also feel that the response is GENDER-BIASED. I greatly repent for having purchased your product. AND TO OUR NOTE THE WASHING MACHINE IS UNDER WARRANTY ONLY.
                    I NEED AN IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM WITHOUT ANY FURTHER STUPID EXCUSES.

                      I ( my permanaent customer code is 1659861 ) had made a complaint request no.3667601 on 25th oct. 2009. While registering the complaint i made it clear that as both husband & wife are working, hence send the service engineer should be sent at 4.30 pm. The complaint was water leakage from below. But till date the complaint has not yet been sorted out. This has resulted to foul smell & which requires repeated clean by dettol. But inspite of that lot of mosquitoes has entered the house. Because of musqito bite my son fell ill & i have doctor prescription & medicines as proof of it. Today it is 7th day i have not washed our clothes. Today evening two representatives came to our house with mother board, but infortunately they got the wrong one. In spite of visit by two service engineer checking & cdonfirmed that senior engineer will come & attend, as mother board & tube inside has created problem.

                      From the day one when i purchased the washing machine it is being like this. no one turned back for servicing. just 5 months old new machine. no responce from call center. very poor service and the worst ever i have seen.

                        I bought an IFB Microwave with high hopes, but it promptly broke down soon after the warranty period got over. I formally lodged a complaint with IFB. Since then I have been running from pillar to post to get the item repaired. I have written/called/complained umpteen number of times but IFB is acting in a very very unprofessional manner and simply not attending to the issue. It clearly means that they do not respect customers, do not care of their complaints as long as they make their money. Beware - DO NOT BUY IFB PRODUCTS and suffer like me.

                        IFB Appliances i one of the most iresponsible after sales service providers. their reps are criminals they behave as if they are invincible. I must say the company either has no brains or is managed by fools to give such pathetic service.
                        It's been more than 48 hrs after we bought 2 microwave ovens separately from one of your retail stores & we still haven't got the demonstration the retailer had promised to be there within 24 hrs of registration.

                          Iam using IFB Washing machine Senorita plus model - C[protected].i had complained to IFB call center now more than week ago for leakage in outlet pipe and heavy vibrations while rinsing.I had been given a complaint registration No. 3817186 with promise that an technician will call me and than visit my residence to rectify the fault.My machine is under AMC.Before AMC the IFB personals made all sorts of service guarentee etc etc just to take the payments and make fools the customers.i have been repetedly calling the call center and the executive will give numbers of somebody or others and tell that they are incharges of Delhi regions.those numbers will never be taken or just it will be advertisement of IFB appliances etc.
                          My customer id is 1406026.i hope somebody senior official from IFB read my letter and send some technician to rectify the fault at earliest.

                            Never Buy IFB Products.

                            I bought a Washing Machine about 7-8 weeks back. After some days it started give problems. Till date i have been able to register only 8 complains as some times i was not able to register complain as my previous complain were pending.

                            IFB customer care people are not at all helpfull as one person directs you to other person. I have called top person like Mr. Jain On [protected] / Ms. Saloni on [protected] / Ms. Kum, kum on[protected] in Mumbai / Mr. Rohit on [protected] who is in Goa.

                            Each time one part to other part is changed or refited but in 7- 8 call's the machine is not ok.
                            Dec last 2008 i buy IFB washing machine. still now its not working . i inform to ifb customer care, not responsing. i use the machine for two times only. that two times also not functioning well. i think ur company product very good. so only i give my preferences to ur machine. u want to take action for this. send ur service man to repair the machine . we need immediate solution.

                            I Purchased one IFB -Front Door, Fully Automatic Washing Machine from Saravan Stores, Shanmugam Road, Tambaram with Bill No.22526/31.12.2009

                            The machine is a fulty one and so far at least 6 times it break down with various issues. I am wasting so much time by calling the local call centre and wasting my time. The machine is under Warranty and i am not happy wth the machine. Recenly the machine is down from last week of Sept10. So far no action has been taken other than sending the sales engineer for two times.

                            I request you to replace the machine immediately.

                            It is causing more stress and strain for us due to non availability of the machine. We are having 4 Adults and 2 Children at home. Assume clothes to wash for 6 people in a day.

                              My complaint No.3750684 dated 16-11-09 for IFB machine under AMC is not being attended, I have reminded them everyday and call center says it will be attended today but nobody comes. What action can we take? In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude. No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal. I am really fed up this attitude.

                                We brought the washing machine IFB from M/s.Giria's investment corporation from domlur intermediate ring road domlur bangalore -71 on 16th may 2010 the company person give the demo of the washing machine senator dx on 19.05.2010 at about 4 pm in the evening one mr.lawrenace from customer care after the demo we put the clothes for washing, washing machine started coming heavy sounds while running in anticlosewise direction again we launched the complaint to the customer care on 19.05.2010 evening, they replyed that the service man will be sent to our residence to look into this issue, on 20.05.2010 one mr.purushotham has visited our house at 5.30 pm on 20.05.2010 to look the issue and he opened the brand new machine back plate and saw the sound his coming from which part, then he removed the belt also and then he said their is the problem in the pully and motor which was rubbing very sharply outside the drum. we had demanded to replace the machine to the service dept and at the same time we complained to the dealers also to replace the machine, service care people says they wants to repair the machine, in turn we informed the dealer this is the status, dealer told us not to allow for the service since it is new machine, it has to be replaced by new now. we have to wait to the dealer, dealer has assured us that the replacement will be given . today IFB Washing machine are coming to the market in such a bad conditions.

                                  I have a DIVA washing machine from IFB. It is under warranty and few days back i shifted to new place. I logged a call and they took all information like where are you locating etc by a service centre ( ph. [protected]). I relocated from Lake Gardens to Rajarhat. They sent engineer to put transit bolts in a machine to prevent damage during transit and charged me R. 165/- for it and the engineer told me once you reach Rajarhat call us and we will send people who will take care of fitting the machine. When i reached new place and call the service centre, to my utter disbelief the lady who picked up the phone told me that now we are not reponsible for reconnection as you are outside out area. Surprised they did not tell us this before and when i confronted her and complain against them, she said it is just time wasting..nothing will happen...Just see the attitude of service centre people. She somehow gave me the number of service centre which is in my new area. When i called this number they told me to log the call to call centre which i did immediately. CC gave me assurance that someone will call me and problem will be solved. I followed up more than 6-7 times but till today nowone has turned up. They cheated me. Ultimately i fixed the problem myself and washing machine is working, this is pathetic service form IFB. I will never buy any product from this company ever..

                                    I am really harrassed by the IFB Service centre. I registered my first complain on 26th October 2009 regarding machine problem the technician informed us that the PCB need to be changed. After that nobody turned up. in one month I remined at call center atleast 10 times but nobody wants to fix the problem. On 26th November 2009 again we found some other problem in our machine. and on the same date I registered again a new complaint. My first complaint no. is 3649829 dtd 26th Oct. 2009 Second complaint No. 3788998 dtd. 26th Nov. 2009. Every time call centre executive told me that someone will contact you within 24 hours. Nobody turns up. I talked to G.R.Power (service center) at 26488759 many times. sometimes they picked up phone and dont give me the satisfactory answer and most of the times phone unanswered. I talked to Mr. Atul Garg owner of G.R.Power ([protected]), He also not helped me. Then I talked to Ankita ([protected]) almost 6 times but she still could not solve my problem.
                                    It is simply a harassment of the customer. I am not able to use my machine at all. I need the solution of the same by today.

                                      The email sent to IFB customer service is self informative:-



                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am a very very frustrated and disappointed customer for your Digital 7 kg washing machine. This machine is on your AMC and I am very much disappointed with your service support. I feel you have untrained technical staff who always try to sell something or other over and above their visits. Till date after the purchase of this machine, I have spent more than Rs. 20000 on various repairs including the belt replacement several times. The technicians who have visited have not diagnosed the real problem for the entire machine's vibration during their visits and they simply replaced the belt several times. Now, your local supervisor says that I need to change the body cover for no fault of mine. They say now that the body got rusted and needs replacement. This was not indicated at the time of entering into AMC. I am of the opinion that IFB Digital 7kg washing machine itself a failure model because of it's various problems. For no fault of mine i.e. machine
                                      body got rusted, I don't want to incur unnecessary expenses. My questions are as follows:-

                                      * Why the belt got cut several times when the machine was within warranty?
                                      * Why they replaced belt several times without diagnosing the root cause of the problem?
                                      * If the body is very badly rusted, why your people entered into AMC?
                                      * After buying the machine, around 50 times, your representatives visited my house to attend the single complaint that the machine makes big noise. why?

                                      I feel that my issue need to be investigated thoroughly otherwise, I will be forced to seek alternate remedy by approaching the consumer forums and court.

                                      During your investigation period, I need a replacement washing machine till you revert back to me.

                                      I expect a favourable reply within two weeks.

                                      I regret with total displeasure that unfortunately I bought a IFB washing machine. My Washing machine Digital Make is not working for last 16 days and till now this machine is not attended.What should I do, shall I proceed with Consumer Court.

                                      I paid Rs.4000/- towards Drum about 4 Months back after the machine was down for over 25 days and also I paid an AMC of Rs.1888 from 4.5.09 to 3.5 10 & Reciept No: 14044 and since then this machine is giving consistent problem.

                                      Your Service guys who ever have visited our home we felt that none of them are competent enough to attend the machine, nor they have any clue of how to resolve the problem.

                                      My Washing machine had been giving the consisitent problem from the day the Drum was changed and its from then onwards this problem is occuring at regular interval, still the problem is going on.Till when ?????? Our machine is not a training m/c for your Service guys.

                                      To my surprise when I called you local office they were very reluctant to give the Service Manager no, but somehow I got Mr Joseph Mampilly and when I spoke to him he was not even aware of this Complaint which was pending for last 12 days. Then he said he will revert the reason that the complaint is attended by Agency, which never happened.
                                      Again I called Mr Joseph Mampilly on 6th Julu he again replied he will revert but never called back.
                                      .
                                      I still don"t understand how come a Service Manager is not aware of complaints which are pending for 16 days & above, dont you have any process of monitoring pending complaints.

                                      How come an international repute firm like IFB is giving such a substandard Service to Customers.

                                      We want the machine to be functioning by 10th July 09 and also we want the due compensation for the damages done else I will be constrained to intiate Legal proceedings & will publish our IFB experience to Media & Press

                                      IFB Wasing Maschine 7 KG Digital — Service Representative not attending the complaint

                                      I have purchased a 7 kg Digital Wasing Machine in Mumbai. The quality of the after sales service is very poor. I had registered a Ticket for a problem, the ticket number registered with IFB is 3323520. But even after 36 Hours of the ticket no one from the service side turned up to resolve the problem. However when contacted the Manager Mr. Ramesh he gave me an assuarance that the call will be resolved on the same day, the service representative will get upto you with in 1 hour however no one turned up. Every interaction with IFB is a poor and dissatifying experience in case of after sales service. So i would not recomment to go for an IFB Wasing machine as after paying a several thousand rupees you purchase headache for your ownself.

                                      IFB Digital — COMPLAINT ON NON SERVICE OF IFB WASHING MACHINE

                                      I HAD LODUMBERGED A COMPLAINT ON 28TH AUGUST 2009 AT 11AM BEARING NUMBER-3426355 AT IFB HELPLINE[protected].I WAS TOLD THAT IN 24 HOURS I WILL RECEIVE A CALL ON SERVICING.AS OF 31ST AUGUST 2009, 14-45 HOURS THERE IS NO SERVICE CALL EVEN AFTER REMINDER TO THE SAME NUMBER.
                                      I CONSIDER IFB SERVICES AS DISAPPOINTING CALLING FOR ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.

                                      IFB Digital 7 kg washing machine — BODY GOT RUSTING

                                      I HAD ALREADY LODGE COMPLAINTS NEARLY ON 27/02/2010, AND 19/03/2010 FOR REPLACE THE RUSTED FRONT PANEL OF MY DIGITAL 7 KG WASHING MACHINE UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. BUT STILL TODAY COMPANY IS NOT RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT OR NOT REPLYING OR RESPONDING.

                                      4912923.Our product serial no:[protected].Our machine is under Annual Maintanence Contract. Our machine AMC is valid up to[protected].Our Amc Invoice No :41670 dated
                                      [protected].We are daily contacting 10 times to the IFB local service centre and IFB service agent,but no body is responding till date.we do not expect such a very poor response from the international company like IFB.If the same thing is continuing tomorrow,we have no other option to go to consumer court.
