I have purchased IFB washing Machine digital 5 kg. from Arvindra Electrnics Pvt. Ltd., SCO 1112, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh on 21.9.2009 at a total cost of Rs. 16000/- under exchange scheme. This machine is warntee for four years i.e. 23.9.09 to 22.9.13.The machine develpe some technical fault within 3 days and Sh. Sunil of S.S.Automation, SCO 303, Ist Floor, Sector 38-D, Chandigarh informed that its software required to be changed. I requested the dealer Arvindra Electronics Pvt. Ltd to exchange my washing machine. He sent one Sh. Gobinderjeet Singh, Branch Service Incharge, phone No. [protected], who alongwith an engineer made my whasing machine in working order and convienced us that it is o.k. Thereafter the machine again develped some snag and Sh. Kanhiya, Phone No. [protected] and Sh. Rajinder Kumar, phone No. [protected], visited to check the machine after great persuation, telephones and requests. They informed that the machine's drum needs to be replaced alongwith its software. The replaced the things whereas I pleaded with Sh. Gobinderjeet Singh, Branch Service Incharge Incharge to replace the piece and may change its model and I am ready to pay the difference, but all in vain and he refused to entertain my request. The replaced the drum and its other necessary parts, though the machine was purchsed 1 months before. The machine worked for 3-4 months smoothly, but the same again developed some snag and I have requested your toll free number [protected] a number of times and every time they informs that the engineer will visit within 24 hours, but I am sorry to inform you that these 24 hours are yet to come even after 4 days. I even tried to contact Sh. Gobinderjeet Singh, Branch Service Incharge but he failed to lift his telephone, and if you say I am ready to show my call detail or may request the call detail of phone of your Service Incharge. Even I tried to contact on phone Sh. Rajinder Kumar, and Sh. Kanhiya but they also did not attended my phone call. It is understood that when their senior used to avoid the phone call of customers, then they are not at fault. Through this mail I would request you to kindly either replace my washing machine or the model may be replaced and I am ready to pay the difference if there is any. I would further inform you that your service of Chandigarh is below average and no body care to hear the customer whereas the customer is treated as king by other companies like Samsung, LG etc. In the meanwhile you are requested to direct your staff to attend this complain immediately as we are struck off for the past many days to wash our clothes. Since we are a working couple, so it is better if the engineer come to our house in the evening i.e. after 5.00 p.m.

i called call center[protected] where mr.manjunahth spoken, for my complaint regarding senorita waching machine.he didnt registered my complaint because he wants my phone number which they registered which i doesnt remember.i couldn't understood why he requires the phone no.i told him that iam having complaint regarding machine is auto locked and not opening.why and what the company requires to register a complaint.whether the senorita is not their product or they will do free service if iam registered in their records.or they will render their services to said address where they delivered the machine.i could understood what the logic to check their records for regisration of complaints.
