It gives me pain to write this note to you.


Fifteen days back, my machine went out of order for which complain was registered to local service centre in Bareilly city on the mobile no. [protected]). The machanic attended the complain and diagnose the panel of machine out of order. He has asked us that its panel had to be change after receiving from company. Till date the panel has not been changed and still the machine is out of order.

On the same day, I registered the complain at toll free no. ([protected]) and he gave me the one number i.e., 2717404 and also he asked us to contact at ghaziabad centre. After contacting at Ghaziabad, they told us that they have no our complain. Afterwards, I gave them the same number 2717404 which was given to me by help line. After wards, the officials of Ghaziabad gave the message to Mr. vipin the owner of service centre at Bareilly who has also reported them that he has no our complain .

Again I contacted one more officials of company Mr. samanta ( [protected]) and I explain him in detail. He asked us that this complain number is one year old and I have to take new ticket number from Helpline. Again I rang to help line and asked to give me new ticket number. he suggested that first I have to close first the complain number 271404 then new ticket number will be given.' I asked us to closed this number and give me new ticket number. He failed to give us ticket number and my family is in pain in getting repairing the machine.

I do not know how the machine will be repaired. Still my machine is under warranty. KIndly help us. My contact number is [protected] , [protected] abd[protected].

ifb-senorita — registering complaints

i called call center[protected] where mr.manjunahth spoken, for my complaint regarding senorita waching machine.he didnt registered my complaint because he wants my phone number which they registered which i doesnt remember.i couldn't understood why he requires the phone no.
i told him that iam having complaint regarding machine is auto locked and not opening.why and what the company requires to register a complaint.whether the senorita is not their product or they will do free service if iam registered in their records.or they will render their services to said address where they delivered the machine.i could understood what the logic to check their records for regisration of complaints.

    i having digital 6kg washing machine purchased at vasanth &co chennai 2008 model I am under amc till 08/2012. but your franchiseee insisting to take for 2 years till 2015. and he is charging for value replaced for rs1500/- and aqua filter for Rs.1800/ this is redeculase mrp charge is too high . why the price is very high . this is purposely increasing the price, i think it is not worth for this price. I need explanation for this issue. I got frustrated with this machine, worst exprience .

      We purchaced IFB washing machine on 1993. We did not face much mechanical problems. In view excellent performance we purchased new washing machine IFB Senator on 22 Jan 2008. Warranty period expiring on 22 Jan 2010.
      During the end of the period there was frantic calls by IFB authorised service centre ANTEK for free servive and renewal of maitenance contract which is around Rs. 2000+ for one year period. Finally it was allowed by my wife for inspection. We misunderstood the free service, We thought free service from IFB Rep. I Mr. Chandrahas Shetty was not present in India and my wife, who is a house wife allowed for free inspection. They were not invited and many frantic calls were made for this service followed by request for annual maintenace contract. After the service inspection we started getting problem with heavy sound during spinning. Then we lodged the complaint to call centre. Antek rep. came and told brake. brg and belt damaged. With our previous experince with IFB and technical knoledge such kind of mechanical problem not possible. We still feel foul play during free inspection which was allowed by service centre frequent request. We tried to bring this to IFB notice and we are getting positive response. Machine only little more than 2 year old and actual running time is very limited. We request for sme positive reply from IFB proffssional technical team.

          I had registered a complaint no. 4362629 dated 8/4/2010 with IFB Appliances for washing machine which is not functioning properly and is under AMC. The complaint is not attended till today i.e. 15/4/2010. It is intentional on part of service vendor/franchise as the AMC is about to expire on 19/4/2010. As my complaint is well within AMC I request that company may please be directed for repair of washing machine well within AMC or after expiry and company may also be asked to pay a compensation for mental harrasment.

          IFB fully automatic washing machine — MACHINE NOT REPAIRED EVEN AFTER COMPLAINT FOR THE LAST MORE THAN ONE MONTH

          I HAVE LODGED VARIOUS COMPLAINT BUT MY WASHING MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED SO FAR. IT IS UNDER AMC. LAST TIME I LODGED COMPLAINT ON THIS SITE VIDE TICKET NO.2549039 DT 23.12.08. THE PERSON FROM THE VENDOR CAME BUT RETURNED THAT HE WILL COME WITH PARTS BUT THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED SO FAR. PLEASE ENQUIRE FROM THE VENDOR WHETHER HE IS WAITING FOR EXPIRY OF THE AMC IN MARCH 2009 OR HE WILL REPAIR IT EARLIER. THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL NOW. PLEASE ASK THE VENDOR TO REPAIR THE MACHINE.

          IFB WASHING MACHINE — not properly attending

          My IFB washing machine is under AMC. complaint no 2656772. I am in Chennai, in spite of repeated requested, service personal are attenting and give some defect in the Drum ( HOLE ) and told us another person will come and replace the drum within a5 days. After 3 days another person has came and verify the macine and told that there is a leak in the tube so he has taken the drum (TUB) back, and told the tbbe will be replaced tomorrow. He has not turned up next day. Then I call ([protected]) in his cell, he told that he has been transfered to another area, so he is not in a position to attend the work. Then I call the Francies of IFB of SAI ENTERPRISES ( PH NO[protected] but no proper response from there.How can we wash our clothes.If tere is no proper response from the concerned persons, what can we do? I request the concer n authraties to take immediate action to rectify the diffict at an early.Tis kind of active is not good(Not attent the complaints) for such a esteem company.

          IFB WASHING MACHINE — machine not repaired even after complaint

          My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Hyderabad i have made a complain about 15 days back and till date no action has been taken and when i speak to the person of the firm with whom AMC is been done he speaks bluntly and he says it is not his area of concern and you better call the call center number. This is the normal behavior when ever we make a complane. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine,The manager at Hyderabad is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.

          IFB WASHING MACHINE FULLY AUTOMATIC — NOT REPAIRING THE MACHINE

          I have an IFB fully automatic washing machine. I have taken AMC with service charge from the company for two years on dated 10/4/11. For that machine I registered a complaint on 23/9/2011 via your toll free no. at 11.00 a.m. and the consumer ID was 2760478 and complaint id was 72281128 and that was attended and the problem rectified but after a period of 15 days it developed problem and I again registered the complaint via your toll free no.on dated 10/10/11 at 2.10 p.m. At that time the complaint no was 7359472. It was attended by your service engineer, Mr Mandeep and he examined the machine and it was told that it has developed a snag in its motor and its drum and also the bearings were not in working condition. , Mr Mandeep told that all the parts have to be replaced and when the parts will come it will be replaced. I requested him to give this in writing but he refused to oblige and also he did not tell us about the days it will take for the parts to come . Till date I have rung up so many times to Mr Mandeep but there is no satisfactory answer and then I again registered the complaint after a month via toll free no and at that time the complaint no was 7505102 at 5.30 p.m. and the customer care person has given me another telephone no. of senior I/C Mr Praveen Kumar ([protected]). I talked to Mr Parveen Kumar on dated 25/11/11 at 4.29 p.m. and he assured that the problem will be sorted out on the next day by 12.00 noon otherwise let him know again I rang him up on 26/11/11 at 3.26 p.m after waiting the service engineer and he again assured that the problem will be solved today i.e 26/11/11 surely then I rang up Mr Mandeep at 6.01 p.m and at 6.05 p.m. on the very same day but he rejected the call. Kindly get the machine problem rectified at the earliest as it has already caused me a lot of mental harassment otherwise I will be forced to take a legal action.

          IFB WASHING MACHINE — Not attending the complaint for more than a month

          I have called IFB service center on 19th Nov 2011 and registered a complaint for repair as the door sensor is not working.
          After few days the technician visited and checked the machine. He advice us to go for AMC. We decided to go for AMC and the technician Mr. Gajendra came and processed the request for AMC on 25th of Nov 2011.
          He also promised that the complaint will be attended within 7 days .
          In between , we are continiously following with him and every time we are getting the false promises that the complaint will be attended within 1 ~ 2 days.

          This is not the first time this type of service ( so called ) is provided by IFB .

          Till today (30th Dec 2011)the complaint is not ressolved and our machine is not in working condition for more than a month.
          I have come to the conclusion that IFB soes not bother about the customer and does not value the customer relationship.
          Neither does IFB MD , Mr. Dasgupta care about the complaints . I am yet to here from him about the complaint which I posted in Aug 2011.

            I have a IFB Dishwasher. I called the customer care number to register a request for dishwasher salt, detergent and rinse aid. When I did not receive the supply for a week, I called the call centre again and they said they have escalated the issue. I again called after 3 days and same response. I was frustrated. For 10 days I was not able to use the machine for washing utensils. Then the gave me the Bangalore service centre's No. to coordinate directly with the centres incharge. He told me that the supply will be given in a day's time for sure and the technician is already out. He also said that I had already given the request to the technichian. He didn't come? Now the supervisor also doesn't keep track if the technician has attended to the compalaint or not! Despite repeated messages from the call centre, he didn't bothe to check or call me. I called again after a day as no one turned up. Then I was told that stock is not there. For 15 days, I have been calling here and there and no one ever told me that the stock is not there. I took the phone numbers of supervisor of the call centre inchare and the manager's number. But they never pick up their mobiles and not even call back after seeing so many missed calls. I am at the mercy of these people. I selected this machine as I was assured that detergent supply is easily available as compared to other imported brand. What is the use. I just keep waiting, washing utensils myself and calling these numbers! This is intolerable. They don't inform about the status, they don't supply the required materials, they don't pick up your calls. Higher authorities should take notice of this and ensure appropriate systems. You sell a machine worth 27000 with promises to take care of it but you don't. This is not acceptable and not done.

            Even I am doing the same. The diswasher has been unused ever since i bought it for want of detergent. I am thinking of returning the same.
            I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. No detergenent available in stock(!!!) since i have purchased mc(more than a month). This is really ridiculous... How 2 use mc then? Or the mc should be b provided with other alternatives. This is their monopoly and the customer is investing money for no result.At least they should provide detergent on purchase of mc. No demo, no use of mc. Do they want us 2 use it as showpiece of 28000/-??? GR8 CUSTOMER CARE.(HA, HA..)
            I am experiencing the same problems now. Not even a single word from the above comment is untrue. The people working in banglore are really jokers. They don't know how to deliver a small powder and they keep on giving excuses. Last time I had to speak to the regional head and had my powder delivered at 10pm. The attitude of the service centre people is really attrocious. They treat u as i[censored] are some scum. They don't respond to ur querries or give u proper tiem schedules. I now really regret my decision for going for this IFB Dishwasher
            pls contact [protected] to get dishwasher detergent salt/rinse aid etc.
            Poor service is a better name for the pathetic service that they are rendering. Even calling their area managers for help fell on deaf ears. Even calling the above number is of no use. They are telling why are you using the machine so much. HAVE WE PURCHASED SUCH A COSTLY MACHINE TO PUT IN SHOW CASE!!! Let us all users of IFB Dish washer find an alternative for the supplies required. The rock salt available in the market which is not iodised works well in the salt cabinet and costs only Rs.10 instead of Rs. 75 + cost of calls made to remind them to send it. White distilled vinegar works well in the rinse aid compartment. But I am yet to find any good alternative for detergent. If anyone has any suggestion please tell so.

              I cant find any of your service centers in tamilnadu.im greatly disapponted with your customer care services.i have bought IFb digital washing machine and i got a problem in opening the door.i strive hard to contact the sevice unit.but no one responded for my query.its a great unsatisfactory complaint on your part.being a such reputed firm its not at all fine on your part.i request you to take proper action for the same.

              IFB Digital Washing Machine — Faulty product delivered

              I have purchased a IFB digital washing machine bearing
              serial number : WT DIG 6kg B 016650 from your dealer Rajkamal Electronics Pvt Ltd, Thirumalgiri, Secunderabad, AndhraPradesh on 14th June 2008.

              IFB service person came and installed the same on 16th June 2008 and explained the procedure for operations and usage.

              We used it once on 24th June 2008. On trying to use it again on 29th June 2008 the door was ejecting on its own and so we stopped the machine and later lodged a complaint with your service centre on 30th June 2008. The complaint number being 1918358.

              IFB service person came and attended to our problem today on 1st July 2008, when he switched on the machine and started it, It again started functioning and within less than a minute the door again ejected out. So your service person opened the machine in front of me and to my surprise i found that water was leaking and the motor is fully getting wet with water. Secondly the door problem continues. Now the service engineer says he needs to take this machine to the service centre for repairs.

              I have bought a new washing machine i presume of a reputed brand name. And this is all shocks to me. The machine is just 15 days and with just one wash started giving problems and needs to be taken to the service centre. I am in no mood to keep this.

              I request IFB to take this machine back and refund me my money Rs.25, 500/-

              I dont want any repaired machine or any replacement from you. I am totally disgusted and disappointed with this product.

              The machine does not wait for change in options and starts automatically before pressing the start button.

              IFB Digital Washing Machine — Drum of the Machine Replacing

              We contacted the customercare executive for IFB washing machine on[protected]. The complaint number provided by the executive is 2923682. A technician came to my house and examine the IFB Digital Washing Machine and told me that the Drum of the machine is out of order and to replace the Drum.I agree to replace the Drum. After that I contacted the Service Centre at Kannur(Kerala) somany times.But tilldate[protected] the machine is not repaired. This is very upsetting and cannot be expected from a company IFB level.
              My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in hosur .In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, The manager at Salem is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for hte redresal.

              IFB Digital Washing Machine — Not working

              I have booked a complaint for not working our washing machine on 14.3.09 with ticket no:2818771 and the your service agent ( Useless goose on my view ) took the machine and kept in his office since it is under AMC.
              NO ACTION TILL DATE
              Then again I booked a complaint on 20.5.09 with ticket no 3230867
              NO ACTION TILL DATE.
              Now I am suspecting whether he is keeping my machine or sold out.
              Very pathetic situation with IFB SERVICE.
              When I bought this machine, I thought IFB is good.

              i am from chennai this is to address my concern regarding the poor after sale service from IFB washing machine service centre.

              Every time we logged a complaint they are taking more than a month to resolve it and also their service people are not technically qualified.
              From my experience my sincere advice for people planning to go for IFB washing machine is the product is good but the after sales service really pathetic.

              IFB Digital Washing Machine — door change, leakage

              Dear complaint cell,
              We bought a IFB digital washing machine in July 2007, the said machine was attended to by your servicing people for water leaks from the machine and now the entire door has come off. I registered a complaint with your helpline, the number of which is 6795662 on 22.7.11. I was assured that the above complaint will be addressed in 24 hours, which has not happened. I was also given a servicing centre no.[protected], this no. seems to be defunct as no complaint could be made here for the requisition of a new door. Please do something as we are working professional journalists who cannot hang around the house all day waiting for a service person to turn up.

                Dear Sirs,
                I have made a complaint for our MICROWAVE OVEN POWER GRILL WITH COMBITEC (Model No.20PG1S) & Equipment Serial No. IFB0604/032/0446. There is a problem in the rotation of tray. In this connection I lodged a complaint 15 days back through your customer care. The next day an engineer visited my residence. But subsequently, the representative from your dealer did not visit and made the replacement. I'm also using home appliances of other products and I have never seen such poor services of IFB. In fact earlier I also used IFB Washing Machine. I never faced difficulties initially for a period of 8 years. Subsequently, I had given AMC & i faced the same difficulties of poor services extended to the customers. You are once again requested to advise your representative to rectify the fault without any further delay. It is mandatory for any company to provide satisfactory services to the customers after warranty period. I think IFB has completely failed to take care of this main issue. It is very important to provide good services to the customers which determines the standard of the company. Please look into my problem and resolve the issue.

                IFB - Microwave Oven — Did not replace the faulty microwave oven.

                I have purchased a IFB Microwave Oven in last month, within the first week I found that the Oven was faulty and I made a comlaint against the oven, bearing complaint no. 4002126, I was told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.However, the IFB technician did not even show up with in 24 hours, he came in day after and checked the oven and told me that the Oven has got a faulty motor and it will be replaced by the other technician, and that the other technician will come tomorrow. I told him that I want the get the Oven replaced not the Motor as this is a new oven, to which he replied, the other technician will do it and he went away. Despite for waiting for the technician for several days, no one showed up, hence,I called in IFB customer care, at that time I was told that my complaint (complaint No.: 4002126) has been closed which means it has been resolved, I told the IFB executive that it has not been resolved so far and I am still facing the same problem. IFB call centre executive provided me the contact no for the service centre for my area and told me to speak to them, I called them and I was told again that the technician will come in 24 hrs. Even this time no one showed up and I had to call 3-4 times and they kept telling me that the issue will be Resolved soon. Lastly I called up the IFB call cantre again and they provided the no. for someone senior in the same centre, named Jagat and told me to contact him, After contacting him the technician showed up the next day, but he again did not do anything, he kept arguing that the oven is working fine and went back. My Microwave Oven is still working intermittently.

                  Unsatisfactory customer with service the centre of your IFB company. My customer ID NO. 2218658, complaint no. 4143913. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I had given complaint of my washing machine was in problem many times he came with the damaged drum, difference size of the drum & not a good blades inside the drum, so it took a month to repalce the drum finally along with that even i had orderd for the stand to get it. I paid the money of Rs. 1000/- (One thosand only) to the boy Mr. Altaf who is technician he took the money he didn't acknowledge for the same. He said that he will get the stand very next day, i waited from next I kept on calling his no. [protected] he is not responding to the call nor the the service Centre Contact No.[protected]/32942055, the head of the service centre Mr. Anjan, who is not taking responsible for this matter. There are lot of things to be complaint also

                    this is to bring to your notice,that we have already registered on the above date stating that our machine in not running.On[protected],service engineer by name Mr.Arun came and told us that the operating belt was cut,and replaced it by charging Rs 541.When we started to run the machine immediately,it had the same problem.The same service engineer came again and rechecked the machine and said the motor in the washing machine has to be replaced.He also said the the motor has to arrive from chennai and this can happen in 1 or 2 days.
                    After waiting for three days,I visited the coimbatore [ganapathy] service office 3 times and called Mr.Nandakumar,Mr.Mariswaran and Arun several times.Each time their reply was the motor has not arrived.
                    I called[protected] several times and[protected] once,their reply was they would enquire the service personel and they would ask them to contact me,so long nobody contacted me and I am only calling or visiting them regularly,and they are telling the same story that the motor should come.
                    Already 10 days are over,so kindly do the needful to replace the motor at the earliest.I am AMC customer for 5 years

                      I had purchased ifb washing machine model senorita dx 5.5 kg from kings electronics, kharghar, navi mumbai, this machine from day one started leaking water, i registered several complaints with ifb care bu the problem was not resolved, finally i spoke to one mr. Abhu, he inturn finally reacted to my request & sent senior technician for testing, observed the defect & the same was replaced with a new machine, the new machine was dumped in my house & was lying un attended for 6 days, again i had to send message to abhu, he forwarded the message to ifb care & one echnician came on next day to install the machine.

                      The so called new machine too has a major defect it has started making a loud noise & vibrates a lot during spinning & drain, the noise generated from the machine sounds very dangerous & frighteneing to all family members, this defect was brought to the notice of ifb care, again one senior technician from franchise had come for inspection, had look & confimred that the weight mounted onthe drum is getting loosened & making noise, hence the drum has o be repalced. I have been put into huge inconvienece by buying this machine, the service level of ifb is pathetic & worst, there is no sensitivty towards customers, they are very much thick skinned staff & franchises.
                      Till date the problem in machine is not resolved & i am waiting for the earliest resolution.

                      Washing Machine — Severe Noise while Rinsing

                      It was just one month from purchase that we came across the noise while rinsing, we had hardly used its for 10 washes.The complaint was registered and we also had the technicians visit our place but the issue was not located. the machine was taken twice to the service center but we don't see any developments except that the noise had increased after that. They had handled the product in such a pathetic manner that we had to check for the model details to confirm if it's our machine. I personally feel that no one should purchase LG products if this is the service we get in return. I want a responsible person replying to my query as I'm really fed up calling customer care and explaining the issue to the technician. It's been a headache and i strongly want the faulty machine to be replaced as soon as possible.We have no plans of sending the machine to the service center again, i'm ready to contact the heads if there is no immediate resolution provided. We are very much disappointed with LG and the service.

                      IFB WASHING MACHINE — vibrating sound

                      As my washing machine had a noisy and vibrating sound, i called to the customer office, the complain no was 7222683. when the mechanics came unfortunately we were out of station. i called them again and the complain no was 7278814. Two mechanics came and said 'need to change some parts of the machine', within 3 days tey ll come and clear it out itseems. but was no response and the 4 th day again i called and given me an another complain no. 7361187. from last week im keep on calling them and they said within 24 hour they ll repair it. but no one has come and responded still.. i hope ull do the needful as early as possible
                      the same problem i too have, always there is a problem with some thousands to keep this machine repaired/////////
                      There is problem with start/stop button in my senorita dx 5.5 kgs washing machine..when i report a complaint, your service person will change the entire mother board which costs 3650. And this problem is recurring every year from past 4 years.and same service person is coming every year. Is there really problem with mother board or your ifb service person is cheating us.

                        1.i had purchased IFB Top Loading Washing Machine AW 7233 in the mid of January 2010. my machine is registered in the name of Shri Vikas Aggarwal, my husband. we are residing at C-9/78, Sec-7, Rohini, Delhi -110085.
                        2.in the start of month of march, one day when i plugged in the machine, it started making a loud sound by itself. i switched off the machine.
                        3.i lodged the complaint with customer care.
                        4. technician arrived and set right the machine. the fault was that some screw was left loose by manufacturer itself.
                        5. after a week, the machine did not start after plugging in. it started giving problem such that on its display panel, the numbers just blinked and the machine switched off by itself. it started after two - three seconds itself again and again switched off by itself. since then my machine is dead.
                        6. customer care was approached again. technician arrived in and made complaint that PCB of the machine needs to be changed. it has happened due to voltage fluctuations at my residence.
                        7. it has been three years of my marriage and i have not seen any voltage fluctuations in rohini where i am residing.
                        8. then also, we lodged a complaint with NDPL. their technician arrived three times at out place and arrived at the conclusion that voltage was right at 230V till meter installed at home. their responsibility is till the meter. on persuasion, the NDPL technician checked the voltage at the switch where machine is installed. the voltage was perfect at that point also. this was done by NDPL technician on courtesy call basis.
                        9.IFB technician was called again and it was explained to him that we have no problem of voltage here at the residence.
                        10. IFB technician told a new story that u have a leakage of earth or there is no earthing at this switch.
                        11. it is pertinent to mention here that the second floor where we are residing was constructed in the month of Aug 2009 and at that time all the earthing was made again by digging 30 mtrs in the ground and earthing was made with copper wire, salt and coal as required.
                        12.electrician was called and he confirmed that the earthing was right at the point at which the machine is installed and also at all points at the residence.
                        13. we again talked to the IFB technician for replacement of the machine.
                        14. he gave us the contact number of Shri Sandeep Sharma who is the Area Manager of West Delhi. we tried to tell him the whole story but he was so rude and impatient that instead of listening to the customer, he just told that the machine could not be replaced and he cannot help us in any regard.
                        15. i am sorry to mention here that his attitude was really not appreciable and he was just not listening to us at any cost. we telephoned him two times and the response was same. the attitude of him was very shameful and i will take this matter separately.
                        16. now you are requested to suggest me a way so that my machine is reached with a new one.
                        17. we are two people at home, myself and my husband. not much clothes are being washed and since the mid of march, the machine is dead.
                        18. if in two months of working with the machine and keeping in mind that only clothes of two people are being washed, it goes in such a state that its main part i.e. PCB needs to be changed, i donot find any valid reason to go with this machine.
                        19. the only resort is either IFB returns my money or IFB replaces the whole machine.
                        20.the other way would lie only in legal action against IFB in consumer court

                          Do have a worst experiance with IFB service quality.

                          My machine is under AMC. I had booked a complaint before 10days. No one. attend the call so far.

                          Everytime i called them, they have given a service centre number along with manager Mr Durai Mobile Number.

                          i literally tired by trying that number.

                          some 2 months back i got a regular call for taking up AMC and with the high torture i have taken AMC.

                          Now no one is there to attend the call.

                          CAN SOMEBODY FROM IFB HELP ME

I have been charged 16990 but after purchase i came to know that the actual price that time was 10999. now the price hike to 11999after two months of my purchased. and when i asked the shop about the froud he is not responding me properly i have contact him so many time but his only reply is that he is not the authorised dealer he also paid to the dealer that much when iam asking about the dealer he said that he is out of town. kindly contact me as soon as possiable.                               I have a diferent and unique experiance with IFB product. I got Microwave Oven in aug, 2008. After just 3 months it stopped warming and after complaining it got fixed by replacing a fuse. Again after sometime it had the same problem and this time i had to go out of station for sometime and I planned to get it fixed after coming back. When i checked it again it worked fine. After some few months it stopped again warming, I lodged a complaint with service center and suggested them to get it fixed properly as the product was under warranty. they assuered me that the product is good and it needs fuse change. I insisted why is fuse getting worn out, there is some problem that is why fuse gets used up. They didn't listen to me and changed the fuse again.
                              This time again same thing happened and the product is 1 and half year old I don't use it heavily, just for warming the food that even sometimes. Warranty is expired this time. To my surprise when the customer service checked it, they told me of replacing some part worth Rs. 2000/=. I told them all story about this product why wasn't it replaced when under warranty, that time the problem was there and you were replacing fuses only. They aren't able to answer me.

                              If this is the problem with every IFB product then its OK I will agree IFB products are like this. If not then why was defective product sold to me and not serviced when under warranty.

                              Best way appliances service — fraud company

                              31.03.2012 on that day Best way appliances service man came to my home and serviced my fridge..but the problem in still there after the service also..i paid Rs.1550 for that service and they gave 1 year warranty for that service.. next day i called company regarding the problem ,they said to send a service man to my home but they didnt.. i tried so many times regarding this problem they didnt respond to that..i am from a middle class family ..1550 is a big money for us ..that service company collected that money but they didnt solve our problem..please try to solve this issue..

                                Just 2 months back I got my washing machine serviced by M/S.Lisanth Appliance Services.,(IFB's Authorized Service Dealer), HOSUR.
                                They came only after 2 week's time (after getting my complaint) and asked me to send the machine to their shop as they could not do it here in my place. They had charged Rs.1930/- vide their Invoice No:029 dtd.,26.01.2010 for servicing.(Parts replaced according them : Bearing Set,Oil seal,Tub Hose,Timer). But the very next day machine did not run.
                                Again I called them repeatedly but they did not come. After registering an online complaint they came after a week's time and told that Rubber Sleeve got damaged. Changed the same at a cost of Rs.659/- (Inv. No:491 - Dtd .,02.02.2010).
                                Now the M/C is not working once again for the past 10 days.
                                After making a complaint with IFB's present local representative M/S.Vigneshwar Enterprises today a technician came and say that belt and PCB got damaged. The estimated charges for repairing is Rs.2750/-(approx) I really could not understand what is going on. Why they were not able to analyze the problem and rectify the same at first time itself? Even after spending Rs.3200/- (including Rs.600/- towards transportation) machine is not made to work and now they are asking another Rs.2750/- and I do not know what will be the fate of M/C even after spending this amount.
                                I really feel very bad for having bought an IFB machine and suffering like this with out getting proper service.
                                The service agents are only concerned about making money and least bothered about customer satisfaction.
                                I want somebody from IFB customer Support to intervene and solve my problem once for all.

                                  I have purchased IFB washing Machine digital 5 kg. from Arvindra Electrnics Pvt. Ltd., SCO 1112, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh on 21.9.2009 at a total cost of Rs. 16000/- under exchange scheme. This machine is warntee for four years i.e. 23.9.09 to 22.9.13.The machine develpe some technical fault within 3 days and Sh. Sunil of S.S.Automation, SCO 303, Ist Floor, Sector 38-D, Chandigarh informed that its software required to be changed. I requested the dealer Arvindra Electronics Pvt. Ltd to exchange my washing machine. He sent one Sh. Gobinderjeet Singh, Branch Service Incharge, phone No. [protected], who alongwith an engineer made my whasing machine in working order and convienced us that it is o.k. Thereafter the machine again develped some snag and Sh. Kanhiya, Phone No. [protected] and Sh. Rajinder Kumar, phone No. [protected], visited to check the machine after great persuation, telephones and requests. They informed that the machine's drum needs to be replaced alongwith its software. The replaced the things whereas I pleaded with Sh. Gobinderjeet Singh, Branch Service Incharge Incharge to replace the piece and may change its model and I am ready to pay the difference, but all in vain and he refused to entertain my request. The replaced the drum and its other necessary parts, though the machine was purchsed 1 months before. The machine worked for 3-4 months smoothly, but the same again developed some snag and I have requested your toll free number [protected] a number of times and every time they informs that the engineer will visit within 24 hours, but I am sorry to inform you that these 24 hours are yet to come even after 4 days. I even tried to contact Sh. Gobinderjeet Singh, Branch Service Incharge but he failed to lift his telephone, and if you say I am ready to show my call detail or may request the call detail of phone of your Service Incharge. Even I tried to contact on phone Sh. Rajinder Kumar, and Sh. Kanhiya but they also did not attended my phone call. It is understood that when their senior used to avoid the phone call of customers, then they are not at fault. Through this mail I would request you to kindly either replace my washing machine or the model may be replaced and I am ready to pay the difference if there is any. I would further inform you that your service of Chandigarh is below average and no body care to hear the customer whereas the customer is treated as king by other companies like Samsung, LG etc. In the meanwhile you are requested to direct your staff to attend this complain immediately as we are struck off for the past many days to wash our clothes. Since we are a working couple, so it is better if the engineer come to our house in the evening i.e. after 5.00 p.m.

                                  IFB, Washing Machine — NO RESPONSE TO SERVICE CALL

                                  Its been five days i have lodged a complaint with the IFB service centre as my washing machine is non functional. Every day i am being assured by IFB personal that some one will come on call, and their has been no response and no contact through telephone by the service centre.We have been under service contract since the machine was bought. It has been real hardship for us as our washing clothes are getting gathered. I would in future never buy any IFB product and never recommend it to anybody due to my bad experience.
                                  Our service centre is AMTECH services, (jogeshwari west).

                                  IFB — machine making noice

                                  . DUE TO WATER LEAKAGE, M/SC IS NOT GETTING S/W ON. ITS UNDER AMC.

                                  TILL DATE NO SERVICE PERSON HAS VISITED THE SITE, EVEN TWO MORE REMINDERS WERE MADE TO TOLL FREE NO. IFB CLAIMS THAT WITHIN 24 HRS SERVICE PERSON WILL ATTEND. VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE. EVEN LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO DELHI OFFICE IFB EMPLOYEE. BUT NO ONE IS ATTENDING THE FAULT.

                                  IN PAST ALSO, IFB RESPONSE WAS TOO BAD. DECIDING NEVER TO BUY OR TO SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY A IFB PRODUCT


                                  I am very disappointed to purchase this IFB Machine just because not attending my complaint by the officers/staff of the company. i have been calling for a month but never get through to their helpline no. as im always put on hold without an answer for more than 10 minutes. this is not only once but hapened for about 5 times.my room got flooded and machine was not box packed properly.
                                  for ur info i bought this machine last year and under 2 years warranty . I am residing in Delhi at Ashok vihar phase 1.
                                  We had purchased the IFB top-loading machine only two months back. Despite several complaints no repair has been done, the persons concerned are not answering. Just postponing the repair. Ms. Sona and Mr. Mihir Kashyap are very irresponsible, they say they will call back and inform the status but do not do that. In fact, knowing my mobile no. and land line number, they simply disconnect. Overall very bad service. Earlier, we had faced the problem with microwave.
                                  I will say very bad service and quality. And never advise anybody to buy these machines.

                                  IFB — DEFECTED PIECE AND POOR SERVICE

                                  I've bought new I.F.B machine model SENATOR 6 K.g on 21-08-09 from Gupta Electronics unser Invoice no. 9057 dated 21-8-09.
                                  Within two days of purchase problems started with the machine and till date has not been taken care off.
                                  All my efforts to get resolved my complaints have failed despite matter being discussed with even Senior officer including Mr.Gurvinder who is area incharge.
                                  Problem is that initially its Motor was not working, after long chase it was changed after 5 days, even after that neither is machine loading Surf itself and is making lot of noise when it comes to Spin the clothes.
                                  Sir, did i've done any mistake to rely upon such a reputed company and having such long time reputation all over the world, this is a defected piece and should be changed immediately which is mentally torturing me, to be on worse side even now your customer care people have stop responding .
                                  Please help me and not harass any more.

                                  IFB WASHING MACHINE — Noise in the Washing Machine

                                  I have purchased new washing machine from Surindra Vision chandigarh. But there is heavy noise in the machine my complaint no is 3565967 and 3579582 Till date complaint is yet to be attended. We purchased on 28th October 2009

                                  IFB WASHING MACHINE — terrible customer service

                                  Inspite of giving a repeated calls to the service centre in Goa, none of the technicians r turning up & in returns what reply i get is they r busy with other compliants! If in another 2 days i dnt see any techs checking my machine,then for sure something wrong will take place!

                                  IFB, washing machine — Machine makes more noise and seems to be old Machine

                                  I had paid entire amount and booked Elite DX IFB Washing machine in Chellamani & Co, Chennai and they delivered senator model and installation was done in my house when I had been out of station. Immediately on return i had noticed the wrong model and informed the shop and they delivered Elite DX model and later installed.
                                  But the machine is making more noise and does not look new one. I requested for the model no. and manufacturing date etc., But both the Chellamani & Co nor the service person had revealed the same. Hence in future while billing sl.no. of the machine with model should be written and same should be delivered.

                                  IFB, washing machine — Terrible customer service, under AMC but no help watson ever!!!!

                                  I have been trying to get someone to come home and repair my washing machine, noone comes, noone answers calls including service and regional managers, they dont even have the basic courtesy of calling back customers.... They make false promises of call backs or service but no one ever does anything//..... someone or the other is at home all the time so we are not givin them and time limitation also...... Its pathetic service, we are extremely disappointed and irritated..... They sold the AMC and we bought it but what is the point if noone is going to come repair our washing machine??????????? My complaint number is 4403361 and cust ID is : 997866. I need a response asap, I have been trying to get it repaired for over 10days now and no one seems to be of help..... This is the best example of pathetic customer service.

                                  I have purchased new washing machine SERENA SX 5.5kg from TARANG ELECTRONICS ON 23/12/2011. But there is heavy noise in the machine from 1 month .I complaint to tirupathi service center 3 times but no one solve our problem.I am not satisfied with your services and with your washing machine.Its is a BIG BLACK SPOT on your company.Satisfy the customers by giving best services.

                                    I have an IFB Neptune dishwasher, purchased in April 2007. It is out of guarantee period and I do not have an AMC. The machine is not functioning and i complained on 19 Feb 2010. I was told that it will be set right within 24 hours.For three weeks there was no response. The mechanic come last week to replace the defective part, he brought an open old looking piece. I brought this to the notice of the customer care people.On repeated complaints one senior service pers Vijay Wagle contacted me and said that the mechanic will bring a new piece but today it was again an old piece. I have called the customer care a number of times today. Each time I am told that their seniors are in a meeting but someone will call in 15 mins time. No one has called. Its a over a month now. What do I do?

                                    IFB dishwasher neptune — no one has come for demo/installation

                                    i have bought an ifb dishwasher in jan 2011. no one from the company has yet come to install the machine and give the demonstration in its working. i am staying at B10/4. Kubera Garden. off nibm road, kondhwa. pune.tele:[protected].

                                      my washing machine was around 10 yrs old in a good condition, just then i started facing drainage problem which came with a huge expenditure package.
                                      After spending good 7k the problem is still persisting and the best is you register your complain everyday and the engineers do visit and leave saying some senior person will come tomorrow and rectify it......
                                      but the saying tomorrow never comes, truly fits here.

                                        nature of complaint: the freshly supplied (one day ago) motor speed control unit card (which was under warrenty of 6 months since NOV 2009 and purchased at rs1800/- then) is not functioning. the person who had represented IFB and replaced the card is not ready to take the responcibility of the replaced part. machine is idle since 8 days. i am being cheated.
                                        nature of would be action: 1) have already lodged complaint on[protected]
                                        2)after a wait period of 48 hr more (starting from 12 noon today) a written detailed report shall be generated and submitted to the consumer forum and local police station with CC to IFB customer service.
                                        awaiting your early response and action.
