[Resolved]  Income Tax — Income Tax refund not received

My name is Sricharan Monigari, I have not got any Income tax refund from the Income Tax department for the FY[protected] return being filed in May 2009. I have to get more than 18000/- but i have not got that money till date. please help me to recieve the refund. My Pan No. is APZPM0183Q.

When I check the online status in https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TaxRefundStatus, it is showing

1. Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.
2. If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.

Please help me on how to get the Tax Refund as soon as possible.

This is the second time I am filling the complaint against my Income Tax not received for the FY[protected] & FY[protected].

My PAN Card No is AOLPK0359P.

Reguest you to please do the needful at your earliest, As I am suffering from Spinal Cord problem, two operation already done, again I am suffering from this disease, but due to finaclcial problem I am unable to check up ourself.

After many visit in Lucknow Inome Tax department, there is no response only asurance.

Kindly process my refund as soon as possible.

I paid tax of around rs.22000, instead of around rs. 12000 for the year 2007 -08. So, i applied for refund of rs 10000. I Submitted ITR V form. But i got the letter from income tax department to pay rs.[protected] + 6000(interest)). I don't know what to do now???

I have submitted my income tax return for AY[protected] on[protected] Ack.No.[protected] Bndl.No.684 Range 13 in Incometax Dept. Hyderabad. My PAN No.APGPS7128G. Even after lapse of more than 2 years I have not received the income tax refund of Rs.10, 262/- . I have approached more than 10 times till now. But no result. Now I am 63 years. I am in financial difficulty.

Please look into the matter and help in this matter.

I, Chintan Desai, had been to income tax department to check my IT refund status for AY[protected], A/C year[protected],.

On the desk of my relevant ward, the officer asks me E-filing or manual return? I replied, "E-Filing", On this reply, He comments, "why do you people do E-filing? You should never make e-filing, IT department keeps on showing advertisement about e-filing on TVs and Newspapers, You should never make a e-filing of your return, if you do that, how will we survive? now go to Bangalore and collect your refund" this clearly means that he expects a bribe from the manual filers clients.

Later after few minutes, I went to the officer in charge of my relevant ward, the say "new officer is talking charge of the ward from next Monday (after 7days), talk to him, he will solve your problem, i will not".

The system is worst, the officers are worst, sometimes it feels life running away to other country, coz if we jump in to change the system, system changes us.

I would want to change the government from Congress to BJP, wat do u??
