With reference to the above, I would like to bring to your notice that refund of income tax has not been done for the assessment years 2006 -07 & 2007-08.

I, Mrs. Archana Sachin Karnik (PAN No. ANWPK6969M) have filed my returns for income for the above years on 10th July 2006 &13th July 2007 respectively at your above address. The refund of taxes which have not been done is as follows;
1. 2006-07 Rs.3978
2. 2007-08 Rs. 3672.

Iam a resident residing in Bangalore,

I would like to bring to your notice one of the malpractice done by one of a reputed hospital in our locality, Last week (26th of April’08) I had been to Subbiah hospital for an treatment for my mother for an leg injury the total bill was Rs 1040 (Rs 140 for X-ray, Rs 100 for Consultation & Rs 800 for bandage service ) for all this charge no bill was provide by the hospital when demanded only Rs 800 bill was issued by the hospital for bandage charges & services, the bill issued looks like a donation collection receipt for which the hospital does not maintain a counter copy nor a carbon copy iam sure this would not be shown in the accounts of the company, if this continues as an normal practice by the hospital iam sure the company would be making closely Rs 40 to 50 thousand rupees in a day which does not comes into the accounts of the hospital for which no tax would be paid in a similar fashion hospital would bee making huge profits without paying income tax which as an Indian citizen would not be fair enough to be a citizen of India.

Below given or the Bill # issues but the hospital and its Address, I would be more then happy to give you a scanned copy of the bill if required to take necessary action on the hospital

I, Ms. Aparna Telkar (PAN No. AEFPT3290N) have filed my returns for income for the above years on 2006 & 2007 respectively at your above address. When i will get my refund.I talked to IT officers many times but they are not responding properly.

I am residing at bangalore in a rented accomodation and paying a rent of Rs. 6000/- per month and in return i don't get any recopt for the rent I pay. When I ask my landlord about the recipts he just refuses by saying that it will cause the loss to him. So this time I ended up by paying unnecessary higher amount of tax since I did not get any rebate for house rent paid.

Please guide me if I can get this rebate by producing any other document such as rent agreement or some thing else.

Is there any board where I can complaint about such kind of misdeed of these sort of lanlords?

Flat — tax return

This complaint made by me, but by mistake I shown the company name as HPCL instead of Income Tax Dept.

My neighbour Mr. SantRam Lohia ( so called santram pradhan ) manipulated lots of money while in restructing their buldings and by a number of illigal means he had made a number of properties here in 5-A DDA Flats Gazipur and Gazipur Dairy farm Delhi 110096.
He was earlier involved in a number of criminal cases and involved in molestation, threatning to residents on various matters most of the people of this society are just frustrated from this Antisocial element .
As far as his background is concerned was just a driver in Delhi jal board, where he threats many officials and recruited his brothers into the jal board by the all the illigal means and GUNDA GARDI.
Nowadays he has continued his illigal property buildings inside the Dairy farms. He is the owner of at least 20 Dairy farms which are now converted into the huge Warehouses and whose rent is coming in lacks. Right now he is constucting a new wareouse in dairy itself. he is the owner of at least 20 flats here in Gazipur dda Junta Flats.
Due to some refrence and uncalculated wealth he dominated every person in this society.
If his illigal property and wealth is going to be calculated i am sure it comes around more than 50 crores.and regular income from the rent is around 20 lacks per month.
Just think over this matter ..because its the democracy not the capitalism where a person who dont even know how to write his name ...is the owner of such a huge empire and dominates others like anything.

we are the god fearing common people and if coming into the picture he tries to harm us, so we just want to say that please take some suitable action towars this criminal minded Person who has made our life misrable in this Democratic country .
I dont knw to whom should i contact, thats why we have written our story here .

My Owner Mr. Yogaiah is running somany PG(Paying guest) Hostels and mess without paying any taxes for over 10 years.He is charging high amount from people who are staying in those PGs.For single BHK, He is getting 20000 INR where he pays only 1000 INR to electrcity and water bills.He is always try to escape the paying the commericial Tax amount.He is showing those buildings as

I wanna complaint about a unisex saloon in noida called " WAVES", they do not give any bill to anyone unless u pay by card and or if anyone wants a bill they say its better not to take the bill bcoz i[censored] want a bill u will have to pay a tax of 10.2% there daily transaction are nearly 15-20k n this was they are not payin the tax the way they should pay.

In spite of opting for the ECS return directly to my account the refund cheque has been sent by post.The adress given was not the permanent address and that was the reason I opted for ECS option.Oce the cheque got returned undelivered there is no other option to re issue the cheques over the phone or through email.The only option is to submit a letter to the assessing officer.Now I am in kolkata and its not possible to go to bangalore to submit that letter.At the first place the ECS option I provided should have been considered.There should be some way around to re issue the cheque through email.

Mr. K.D Sharma is running PG(Paying guest) hostel without paying any taxes. His monthly income is around 1, 25000(one lakh twenty five thousand).He never gave any rent receipt to anybody.He is also living in the same house.on ground floor owner lives and on 1st and 2nd floor he is running the PG.Even they dont have manner that how to talk with girls.They talk to girls like servants sometime.

I am residing at Pollachi, Coimbatore District. I admitted my daughter in Arokiamatha Matric Hr.sec.school, Udumalai road, Pollachi. Unfortunately I have to withdraw my admission from the same. So I met the Principal, I have paid Rs.6500 as admission fee for XI std. She made me to come every day for three days to get back money finally she paid 5, 500 and she kept 1000 as admission fee which can not be refunded. On those three days I notice the following activities in the school.
* Every day principal herself selling the socks individually to the students for Rs.40 per
students (The strength is 2000). She didnot write any account for the same. She
is not paying the amount in the cash counter. She kept in her pocket without
any account or receipt for the same.

* She herself selling the uniform Rs.1500 per set same like socks, Photos of various
activities of the school. The office staff of the school just writing the name
in a old book and
everyday and she is settling the amount to the principal
she is taking the
daily collection nearly 50, 000 to her residence. eventhough she is a nun
she is not spending the money for the school welfare. All the students are
belongs to middle class only. She is treating the students very harshly.
Actually the school is very good school but the Principal is not paying tax for the
same. IF you visit the school you can easily catch her red hadedly. Actually
I am a well wisher of the school after seeing this bad situation I cannot keep quite
to see the ruin of the school.

* Please be kind enough to visit the school they are not paying any tax actually the
School fees is very low fees collecting school. But the principal is collecting money
and she is not handinig over the money to the cashier of the school. There is no
account maintenance for selling of books, uniforms, Belts, socks, various photos of
various activities. (It will cross more than 25, 00, 000) per year to a nun. Please

I had filed my Income Tax Return for the year 2008-09 under receipt no.[protected]dated[protected]. But till date I have not received my refund of Rs.11612/- (Rupees eleven thousand six hundred twelve only ) which has been deducted by the Avion systems Pvt Ltd ,Mumbai. When ever I enquired from income tax office , they said website is not supporting the office who deducted income Tax & they are trying to approach. I also put a Grievances request to income tax officer four month ago, that I required money for my young children education. All required documents for refund of income tax already submitted to your office in advance.
