Hi, I have a PAN card which was issued 10 years back in white&black card. I wanted to change the new plastic card ( like credit card, debit card, etc).. When I approach the concerned, they asked me to fill the form, address proof, photos, id proof. I have produced all including my existing PAN card copy because I don;t want to change the PAN NUMBER. They asked me to produce the name proof with initial expansion.ie my name is N.VENKATASUBRAMANIAN, father;'s name is V.NARAYANASAMY. But in the pan card, it is printed like " NARAYANASAMY VENKATASUBRMANIAN' . I do not have anyother proof in this pattern. I replied that the existing PAN card itself proof for the same. They have not agreed.
I am surprised. Where to get this proof? They said that I should get it from some gazetted officer. They are also asking for proof to sign because I am having Id and Address proof in the name of N.VENKATASUBRAMANIAN only. I do not understand how to resolve this problem. Govt official should understand the logic accordingly. They should not blind on going by document.It is painful for me to make this exercise.
Please take it up to concerned authorities .

I am supposed to get a Tax Refund of Rs:/4940 for the Financial Year 2008 - 09, but I have not recieved it till date.

As per a status report received on 20.11.2008 under acknowledgement Number [protected], it seems I was allotted a PAN AHWPV0009R and also stating that my Pan Card has been sent on 15.10.2008 by Post to my address but I have not yet received the PAN card till date. I would like to request the NSDL to re-issue and send to me, or to refund the fee if incapable to re-issue.

It has been height of non deliverance & non performance. You had asked me to give some time to investigate the matter but I have not received any communication from your side till date. I have already given you a lot of time but there is no development.
It is clear cut matter of Lack of Service, and Misrepresentation for which I can drag your Company in the court under Consumer Protection Act & IPC for Misrepresetion repectively .

If the matter has not been sorted out within 2-3 days I will be bound to lodge a complant in IT Dept. for your worst services.

Hope you people will wake up and do some fruit full and ground work except making aircastle to solve the matter as soon as possible.
