In our family, there are 2 gas connections, one for me & my family and the other one is for my parents. My parents are aged & for them food is separately cooked as their diet as per the diet chart made by doctor. In winter, they require hot water for washing hands, taking bath etc. As a result, rate of consumption of gas cylinder is more and in a tune of one cylinder/20 days in an average.But it is a regular feature that cylinder is delivered after 10 -14 days from the booking date. The gas dealer, M/S Kitchen Queen ( Address: 259, C.I. T Road Kolkata -10) has made a self styled rule of booking where booking is only possible 21 days of delivery. This always results in non- availability of gas for cooking & other abovementioned activities.

This is pertinent to mention, that during the visit of Indian Oil gas Inspector it has been checked from him that whether any such rule is in vogue & it is has been clarified by him that there is no such rule.

Request your benign authority to look into the matter for remedial action.

    I am using Indane gas last 10 years. My consumer no. is 17137 of
    Kleen gas.26 kharvel Nagar ,Unit-111,Bhubaneswar.My residential address is plot no.EB-100,stage-1,Laxmisagar Brit Colony,Bhubaneswar,Orissa.My mobile no. is [protected].I had booked the gas on[protected] vide booking no.746.Till date they are not supplying the gas nor responding the request made by me.Rather the staffs and the Proprietor misbehaving me.Sometimes they are supplying the cylinder not having proper weight.
    Please look into the matter otherwie I will do the consumer case.

    I have a LPG connection with consumer no.A-15194 in the name of my wife Mrs Sandhya Rani Nayak with the dealer of Indane LPG gas M/S Rourkela Kitchen Aids A/9 Nirmal Market Power House Road Rourkela-1.Inspite of several telephone calls for several days they dont even bother to answer the phone call.If by good luck it's booked by telephone we receive the cylinder after 15 to 20 days.
    Since I am staying away from the family my wife is suffering a lot for the purpose.

      I am the consumer of Indane gas (Indian Oil corporation) last 25 years I am using gas first HP gas they have problem of supply. Last 6 years I changed to HP to Indane this agency Praskash gas agency Tirur they send a letter to me pls change your connection to Vasudha Gas agency kuttippuram because they started agency in kuttippuram.

      Our problem is starting they not supply gas on time every time we forced to go their office and quarreled them we got gas every time I contacted DSO or TSO to get gas under this agency consumers are suffering many problem. They given home cooking gas to Autoriksha car and other illegal parties this leads shortage of consumers not getting gas proper time. Consumers given so many complints aginst this but no action some time they given money these people no action is taken this agency

      Last month their godown broken and somany cylinders lost this drama they planed because in this godwon area some refilling stations are located they taken this gas from godown and filled to small cylinders and given to autorishas

      Moreover illiagal statation police and other authorities are catching cylinders of Vasudha Gas Agency but the authorities are not take action agaist the agency the catching cylinders are this agency given to illegal parties when this catching they told we don't know this is their drama.

      Near kuttippuram area so many illegal gas filling stations are located in Chellor, Pazhur, Chembikkal & moodal

      This agency has no telephone gas booking facility every person gone to the agency and booked they discounted the facility through IVRs booking and now online booking is going but we require them they told we have no connection with them. Suppose today we got gas they not allow to book another new one they till wait 21 days then book. I got gas 9/1/2010. I told them book new one they told after 21 days only you can book new this is new rule of Indian oil corporation.
      while telephone they not taken the phone. They take the phone of their illegal sellers only today I got connecting to them then I booked new cylinders this is going on this agency this is the no one corrupted agency in Kerala.


      If given a secrete inquiry u can understand they illegal activities.

        i am the customer of indane gas and from past 1 and half month v r trying to book our lpg cylinder but they are not picking up the phone.
        i even tried to use their sms service which they recently launched but i didnt got ny response till yet plz help me.

        Dear Sir,

        i would like to inform you that recently i have purchased a new gas stove. now i want to take a number or new connection fo Indan Gas but gas agency (kirti Nagar) force me to purchase not only the connection (Cylinder) but also the gas stove. They refused to issue the cylinder without gas stove. As a i came to know that agency has a provision that if we showed the gas stove bill they can issue us the number (Cylinder) only.

        I hope you must look into this matter and update to me, i was very much disappointed from your staff behaviour.

            lindane — Delivery details

            Pattammal agencies in west tambaram delivers the cylinder only 15days after the date of booking and the subsequent booking for the same consumer number is done 21 days after the delivery of cylinder and then again the delivery is done 15 days later. Which means that between the delivery of 2 cylinders it takes atleast 51 days. This is highly unfair and causes difficulty for the consumers.I request you to kindly look into this and resolve it at the earliest.

            Cylinder not Supply from last two months after Computerised booking on three times.
            Respected Sir,
            Last month, i had booked Cylinder on 25/5/2011 against Computerised booking No. 7205 and their cash memo No- 7204 and secondly the same booking with computerised booking No- 10105 and their Cash memo No- was 9832 on 08/06/2011 with C.Lal & Sons Kashmeri gate, my Consumer No- is PT4236, till date the same one not delivered to me . when i went four time to the agency office situated at Kashmeri gate Delhi to Enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.
            I request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and give order / instruction to the agency that deliered our Cylinder as earliest . we shall be highly gratefull to you. thanks & regard S.M. ASLAM Mob-[protected]
            I booked my domestic gas on 6.6.2011 to Punia Gas Agency Sector 32 D Chandigarh. My booking No. is 203495 & consumer No. is 25859. I reminded many times on phone to Punia Gas Agency but they did not deliver me Gas Cylinder in time. As the rates of Gas Cylinder increased they deliver me gas on 28.6.2011 after 22 days after my booking. When I ask the agency that whose booking is on 6.6.2011 when they delivered the gas. They did not tell me the truth. For this kind of activities I paid Rs. 50/- extra if they deliver me the gas in time I save my Rs. 50/-. You are requested to take necessary action against Punia Gas Agency. Also I want to your kind notice that the services are very poor to deliver the gas of Punia Gas Agency.

              cylinder booking time se nahi hoti.
              Dear Sir,

              I am coustomer of Marwaha Gas Agency Sonipat, but they did not deliver the cylinder on time. they take more than 21 days and most importantly they did not attend the telephone they tokk off the receiver and hang the phone so that customers cannot call them.

              Please take a necessary action on them so that public might not suffer.

              Take a lesson with Anna Hazare Bharastachar khatam karo jan jan ko sukhi karo.

                i m trying to book my LPG last three day,s i can calling more than 100 times in three days, but there is no person attend call or heldep telephone receiver.i trying also INDANE customer care but there is no response, i can also booked through sms & through internet, internet booked given booking no.3 that Gas Agency Name is KAY ARR ENRPRISES Shidi pura New Delhi

                  i want to have a commertial cylinder and i asked for the same but shop manager at gulbarga Karnataka, refused to give me commertial cylinder only because of asking the price he was coated (3000) was more, and more over he is telling me to return the cylinder with in two days. now i want to know what is the rules to have commertial cylinder, and how maney days i can keep the cylinder with me, why different people are charging diffirent amount.
                  another important thing is when i am paying extra money for the commertial cylinder i can use any number of days, why the restriction is there only i have to return the cylinder in 2 days or 10 days so on, bcz i am purchasing cylinder by paying extra money,when ever it empty i can exchange the cylinder with new one, plz kindly explain me in detali

                    I am customer of indane gas and attached with Gamara Gas Agency at Rajkot(Gujarat) with consumer ID 13827 with my father name Ajani Damjibhai J. I use to book my gas through your service[protected] But phone are not picking at anytime.
                    Today I have received & checked quantity of gas is also very less up to 2Kg. So I have not accepted this cylinder.
                    Then deliveryman Mr.Kanjibhai was saying that if you required new cylinder then you will wait for 5 to 21 days. I also phone to Agency but that time also phone not picked up.
                    This must be checked out at your end so those customers like us do not suffer.
                    If we are paying you than we must expect a good service from you .Your concern in this regard will be highly obliged.

                      DEAR SIR,

                      NON DELIVERY OF LPG GAS BEYOND 25 DAYS OF BOOKING
                      PROBLEM at HImanshu Gas servisce, Indane dealer at Gorakhpur UP
                      My consumer no.HGS-19054 and being customer since 11 years and I am a resident of 650-A, SHIV NAGAR, PACHPEDWA, BEHIND ALUMINUM FACTORY, BASHARATPUR, GORAKHPUR-273004 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s HImanshu Gas servisceGauri Enterprises (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I am booking gas after 21 days, they are not delivering the cylinder even in a month and compell to make complaints at agency every time . If i am trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 20 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected] is not answaring. Again the gas has not been delivered booked on 03.1.2010 till 21.01.2010. when i complained to local Indian oil marketing manager Mr Sameer Shukla on his mobile no [protected]. He is not taking the calls and even on sometime feel helpless. The gas agency is the only agency in Gorakhpur whose customers are facing the problems. Thids agency belongs to Shri Mahabir Prasad Congress leader and ex cabinet minister . So they are treating the consumers like Hooligoons and the people working there are every time drunk even its manager mr Anil singh is behaving like a local goonda. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.

                      Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system right by delivering gas within 7 days of booking and ensure gas cylinder after 21 days and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

                        My consumer Number is 9895 maintained by K-2 Internation, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. I have tried serveral time to book my gas on the gas agency numbers[protected]. 26944520 and[protected] but failed to book the gas as these telephone always remians busy. It is only possible when the recever is kept away from the telephone konwingly. Now I am booking my gas through tomo gas[protected] and[protected] but gas is not booked by that agency. Last time I have booked my gas on[protected]booking No. 28) through above numbers. I have tried my best to contract the agency as well as complaint cell of Indane on the number printed on the delevery slip. One of the number is not exist and another number owner said that it is not complaint cell number. Kindly book my gas and direct the gas agency to book the cyclender through tomo gas services or some other means may be intimated so that I may book the gas.

                        I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

                        Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

                        I have to take new gas connection here in lakshmangarh, here there is only one gas agency of Indane Gas. But the owner of this agency are not accepting any application for new connection.
                        There has been huge delay in getting gas from IOCL and I am suffuring.
                        My consumer No is 38310 and dealer is Pandit Gas service, city center S>C >road Jaipur.

                        Thr booking is taken by the dealer is from 21 days from date of supply and there deleverty is approx 15 days after booking so effectively we get after 40-45 days which is highly illegal and I have borrw cylinders from some one every time.

                        The dealer never lidts the phone and IOCL officer we think does not exists or they are least bothered.

                        Please do the needful and take action .

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am a customer of Hari Singh Gas Service, Prem Nagar, Nangloi-41.(darsana devi c.no.03105) I have been trying for booking the refilled gas cyclinder since 11.06.08 via telephone but it is very disappointing and embarassing that every time either the telehone are found engaged or kept rining all the time. I have received these booking telephone no. from the delivery receipt as well as told by telephone attendent at said agency. These contact nos. are 25470333, 25476333. 25180333, 25186333. I have never experienced a quick telephone booking. I presume the officer at this agency either not attending the call at all or might have removed the tele cable from telephone instrument. I have to face a great hardship every time. I prefer to make booking through telephone so that time can be saved but of no use as seen yet.
                        I humbly request the concerned authority to please look into this matter seriously and do the needful so that customer should not encounter with such problem.

                        I have a similar problem to book the cylinder to my indane gas agent at Bhubaneswar. I tried to book the gas through my telephone which is a normal practice. I am trying for last 2-3 days. but not getting them over telephone.The phone remains engage for most of the time, in some occasion I got the line, but no body responded.
                        The proprietor Mr. Mohapatra never respond even if you try him in his telephone.
                        Till date i am unable to book my gas.

                        I draw your attention to my Gas Connection 25602 which had transfer on 06/02/2011 from M/s Kasna Gas Service, Gr. Noida to Om Gas Service, Kher, Aligarh U.P. Cont No [protected]. Due to poor gas service I have not got the cylinder till the date. They make lot of excuse, like that Cylinder not available, Manager not came, tomorrow come etc

                        In this regard I have suffering lot of problems.You are request to please solve my problem immidiatly.

                        Government organizations in India is really disappointing. I am trying from past 2 weeks to book Gas cyclinder by calling their office but of no use. As already mentioned by other consumers, they either don't pick up the call or keep their phone busy. They act as if they are forced to work, they don't understand that they are getting paid for it and they must have some courtesy.

                        Goverment tortures by increasing the price of baisc utility and government offices tortures by not responding for anything.

                        Is there someone who can solve common man's problem? Are we people just wasting our time writing these complaints?

                        I can see people complaining the same thing from long time but still nothing has changed.

                          As i am servicing in private company and belongs to middle class family now i am suffering a lot due to delay in refiling cylinder.

                            I am writting to you after espressing my grievances to the distributor several times as well to the nearest plant office at Durgapur(Area manager).I Dr M A Azfor one of the consumer of this Distributor Indane Gas Power Company(Distributor code[protected],Burdwan,west bengal for more than a decade ,facing problem in getting delivery of cylinder for last two years.More than 35 days covering they are not able to supply a cylinder to my house.Even after standing in a que from the early morning after 34days of booking the distributor is refusing to issue a cylinder.Today morning i have sent my son to stand in the que but they didn't accepted giving excuse that they are delivering for 11th dec09 booking and will take another week to deliver.
                            If so, then there is no justification i am finding to have a double cylinder consumer connection.Requesting you sir, to kindly help us to get resolve of this every month problem.I will be thankful to you if you kindly do so and like me several other customers of this distributor will also be thankful to you.

                              Panchabati Gas Agency is our area gas dealeragency of IOC. This agency supply to whole District but not showing consumer detai and showing bello 10000 consumer, but here the scarcity is very high and consumer are avove than 10000. showing consumer bellow 10000 but non register consumer above 5-6 thousand. This agency cannot supply to register consumer in time and in need. People suffering from his service, the distribution procedure is very bad and improper.

                              What panda babu have described is absolutely right. The dealer is not showing above 10000 consumer, but actually more than 10000 consumers have enrolled with in this gas agency. Apart from this, it came to hear that the owner and staffs of the gas agency are selling the refilled cylinders to the outsiders / unenrolled consumers in BLACK. It also came to here that the dealer of the said gas agency is not allowing others to open another gas agency in the district by giving threats.

                              So we request, if possible, kindly look into the above problem and take necessary action against the gas agency and create a path to provide better and fair service to the Indane consumers of Malkangiri district.

                                SUB: COMPLAINT AGAINST M/S MEERA GAS SERVICES, KANPUR.

                                Sir,

                                I am Mr.A.Ansari R/O 112/92-E, Benajhaber, Swaroop Nager, Kanpur holding an LPG connection no. M-4339 with M/S Meera Gas Services, Kanpur.
                                For your information, some one year back I lodged an complaint against M/S Meera Gas for late supply of refilling and non availability of complaint book in their office. After that supply of refilling has been somewhat smooth but complaint book is still not there.
                                I booked a refilling on 29.10.09 and they supplied it to me on 10.11.09(in 12 days)
                                I again booked a refilling on 02.12.09 and to my great surprise they supplied it on 09.12.09(in 7 days)
                                When I again try to book refilling on 28.12.09 they replied me that as per rules booking is only permitted after 21 days. So I booked it on 30.12.09.They assured me that as per rules they will supply me refilling with in 7 days.
                                On[protected]after 6 days) when my both cylinder became almost empty, I request to Meera Gas to please supply me refilling but they replied that you are making lot of complaint against us so we will supply you refilling only after seven days of booking.
                                On 06-01-10, gas agency was closed. On 07-01-10 when I again went to their for refilling they rudely replied that ‘load’ has not reached yet and we will supply you refilling as soon as the ‘load’ will arrive.
                                I contacted to Area Manager Mr. Ravendra Bhatnager on his cell phone. He assured me to give me LPG supply on same date. But the LPG was not supplied up to the evening of 07-01-10.
                                I again called Mr. Bhatnager on 08-01-10 his tone has changed on wrong feed back from staff of Meera Gas, he rudely replied and again assure to supply the refilling up to 12 O’clock. I request him to please remind to Meera Gas for my refilling. He rudely replied that I am not your servant and you are lodging complaint against us, so you will be treated accordingly.
                                At 1.40 pm on 07-01-10 I went to office of Meera Gas and ask for complaint book, first he decline to give me complaint book when I compelled them, then they forced me to lodge my complaint in Mechanic Complaint Book.
                                On 08-01-10,I again try to call Mr. Bhatnager but he never pick my phone. Then I called to your Lucknow office at 03.00 pm on phone no.2323065.The man on the line has not given any response to my complaint and asked me that we are having two officers working at Kanpur to solve your problems, go and contact to them, only they can solve your problem.
                                At last on 09-01-10 I bought an refilled cylinder from the delivery boy of same Meera Gas, in black, by paying him Rs. 535/-
                                I am having following complaint from M/S Meera Gas, Area Manager Mr. Ravendra Bhatnager.
                                1. M/S Meera Gas’s phone no 3293248, intentionally made defective by staff of agency. After two rings it gives a recorded reply that “phone is out of coverage area”. I couldn’t understand how an landline phone become out of coverage area? On 30-12-09 when I dial the same no 3293248 from my cell phone when I was standing in their office and allow the staff and other consumers in their office to listen the same recorded message on my mobile phone then at once one of the staff pick the phone set and do some switch on or off and then ask me to dial again. Now the phone was working well.
                                2. Complaint book is an distant dream at Meera Gas. Some one year back I complaint to you for non availability of complaint book at Meera Gas. You did not take any action and so the complaint book is still not available at Meera Gas. As far as I know complaint book is a numbered pages book having pages in triplets, should be available with carbon papers, pen and should be placed close to entry door of Gas Agency. Complaint book is an marvelous tool in hands of consumers.
                                3. Your area manager Mr. Ravendra Bhatnager is fully responsible for all irregularities at Meera Gas. His duty is to solve consumers’ problem and not to harass consumers by making a nexus with Gas Agencies. His duty is to check complaint book and ensure proper, smooth & timely supply of refilling to all consumers.
                                4. M/S Meera Gas is not supplying timely refilling to its consumers but their delivery boys are openly selling refilled cylinder in black. Meera Gas doesn’t have controls over their delivery boys some time they say address was wrong and sometime consumer was not at home or the door was locked. Black marketing is not possible without knowledge of owner of gas agency and Area Manager.
                                5. Staff on counters at Meera Gas has misbehaved with me and uses filthy language. Some 3 month back they charged Rs. 40/- for consumer slip book and compelled me to purchase an inferior quality Apron for Rs.350/- and did not give me cash receipt for this item.
                                6. Please also take action against the person on duty to attend and solve problem of consumers on ph no 2323065 at your Lucknow office on 08-01-10 at 3.00pm.
                                7. It is mentioned on consumer delivery book that for DBC booking is permitted only after 21 days
                                and period of delivery is not mentioned anywhere. So abide by any rule of supply or availability of refilled cylinders stock (215 filled cylinders on[protected] with Meera Gas or the period of supply to other consumers, my supply of refilling is due well before the day today that is 19-01-10.
                                Sir, please take the necessary action and penalize all the persons appears in my complaint. I’ll be available for any enquiry at any time on my mob. No.[protected] or[protected].
                                In this connection I also written an complaint to Sr. Sales Manger,IOCL,Aligunj,Lucknow and send it by registered post on 12-01-10.But no action has been taken so far and even nobody bother to supply refilling till date i.e.19-01-10.Even I again remind for refilling on18-01-10 on ph.no.2323065 at around 11.am and again on 19-01-10 to Mr. Bhatnager at 11.30 am and also on 2323065 at around 10.45am.It appears that you all are wants to punish me for writing complaint and making hue and cry against your system of making money by black marketing of refilled cylinders.
                                Well, I still having faith in top brass of IOCL and expect very stern action from your side.

                                we are making regular supply to our cons. no 4339 and he is very mechiveuos and use absuive language to our staff and misbehaves with our staff and harras us giving threatns to complains against us to higher level and use bad words to our senior officials and also says them to make them transfer from their respective areas from its sources
                                My experience about Indane distributors and authorities are very bad. I'm sure that authorities are bound up with the distributors to encourage the black marketing. Poor consumers have no option to face them.

                                  there is indefinite delay in gas supply and there is black marketing by the agency, this problem is faced by few months and a large no. of consumers face this problems, no one looks into the matters all are busy in black marketing and there is only one dealers in small town so kindly look into the matter the dertail of dealers are---
                                  M/S SHIKHAR INDANE , CHAKRADHARPUR--833102, JHARKHAND....

                                  Indane Gas — delay delivery and black marketing of gas

                                  Sir i would like to transfer my gas from ksfc bangalore to another agency because they are very poor in supply of gas cylinders and very harsh in their response . If we ask them anything then they will delay the delivery by another 4 days. every time they take more than 10 days to deliver whereas other agency they take 3 days time . They black market the domestic cylinders to commercial establishment for a higher price of 700 rs . and put the domestic suppliers in trouble.
                                  I fully agree with the above.
                                  These gas agencies harass customers.
                                  I am being consumer of Yashodha Gas Agency Located at Padma Rao Nagar. Secunderabad. Consumer Number : 03953.
                                  I had booked gas on 02.10.08. but so far as on 22.10.08 we haven not received cylinder.
                                  On 22.10.08 The driver had came to the locality, and he had delivered to other customers when i enquired he simply told that he had not received bill so far.
                                  When i approached for complaint the staff of Agency had not co-perated stated that the bills were already Handed over to Driver of that particular locality.

                                  I am staying at hyderabad Area called pragathi Nagar, which the Gas distributor is Kalpana Gas Agency, and my Consumer No is 76780, i have only once cylinder and every time when i book the cylinder i never seen ontime delivery and reponse is very poor, rash and the launguage they use is very abusive and response is very poor from the emplooyees of Kalpana gas agency, and especially delivery boy is too ridiculous which he will not give reponse properly and not deliver the cylender proper date and i think he will sell in black market of which i booked, pls take action against the agnecy itslef, its not streamlined and it is creating bad impact on brand like Indane Gas, and spoiling the company reputation
                                  They are not supplying the new gas connection to the right person and the person who comes later in the line get the new connection. After complaining they are saying u will get the new connection in the next year.
                                  I and my wife both govt. employees but we are not getting any gas connection from the last two years hence compel to use the small gas. I don't know the owner. The person who sets in that place gives wrong information and misguiding. I f i will not get the connection, I will be compelled to go for complain in the consumer fprum.

                                    I had booked for refilling of Indane LPG with M/s Rich Flames ( Indane Distributors) 3E, 67, NIT, Faridabad, Haryana on 2nd January 2010 vide booking No 9747 but they have not supplied it till now.

                                    They never pick up the phone , one has to go personally for booking and further enquiries. Since last 5 days they are saying " you will get your LPG cylender today" but we are still waiting for the same.

                                    I wish to draw attention of the concerned authorities of Indane Gas to look into the matter and check the records of above dealer.

                                    I have booked my indane gas ( C No. 4423) on 31st July 2008 (booking no. 65) with vender Sai Gas Vasant Kunj. He promised to deliver the gas in 2 to 3 days time, but till now(07/08/08) I havent received any gas cylender so far. Every day I make call with no results . this problem has worsened after the gas vender at my area(Chhatarpur) was clubed with Vasant Kunj... and after that it is a routine story and the situation is detorating day by day please make some arrangment for proper delivery

                                    Indane LPG — non delivery of gas cylinders

                                    i am utterly dissapointed and think have commited a blunder taking indane conection. LPG cylinders are not delivered even after 7 - 8 days prior booking
                                    telebooking is a pathetic service
                                    excuse for delay in supply for the past 3 - 4 months is same "non supply of LPG from company", should think of other excuses now...ridiculous.
                                    IF INDIAN OIL COMPANY IS NOT CONCERNED THEN MUST SAY THAT, ALWAYS REMEMBER " A COMPANY IS WITH ITS CONSUMERS AND I[censored]R CONSUMERS AREN'T HAPPY AND SATISIFIED, ITS NOT TOO FAR WHEN U MIGHT JUST HAVE TO WIND UP"

                                      My self and My aged parents (only two members) having separate ration cards. They are residing in a village near Udumalpet and My self and spouse and 2 kids residing near Erode. I have my own Gas connection. Now I decided to get a new connection to my parents in favour of my father's name or mother's name. But gas agency replied that there is no provision to issue new connection to senior citizens who are attaining the age of 60 years. I don't know either it is in a legal procedure or their (gas agencies) own code.
                                      Please let me know how to get the new connection for aged parents who are going to cross their retirement life.

                                        I have been trying to contact Guru Kripa Gas Agency, Vyapar Kendra, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon for booking of Gas Cylinder, but they never respond (pick up) the phone (Nos.[protected], 2571200). Finally, I forwarded SMS on 10th Jan 2010 regarding booking, but there was no confirmation from the Gas Agency. Till date I have not received the Gas.

                                        Highly dissatified with the Agency's response for the last two years.

                                        Since last so many time our gas agent behavior is very bad and service are too cundom. Thats why we have to complaint to you. Due to our family member size we need more two bottle in every 35 to 40 days. Our agent is giving us very bad responces and in very rough languages.

                                        We have a very bad experience with Indane Gas Distributors at Hyderabad they never give the satisfactory response to the customers and simply disconnect the phone call or keep the line busy wantedly, , we are fed up with their attitude towards the customers, its like a hell while interacting with them,

                                        so, we kindly request you to look into the matter and take the necessary actions against these distributors the names of the Gas Distributors at Hyderabad are Gurudataa Gas Agencies at L.B. Nagar Hyderabad and Mukund Gas Agencies at Barkatpura Hyderabad, these distributors are making the customers life miserable,

                                        we request you to take the immediate action.
