Dear Sir,
My consuner no is 15940
I have complaint a gas leakage on 25.01.08 at 8am. Even after repeated telephone they didnot come to check it upto 2pm. The boy came and told that the cylinder is defective and it has to be replaced. But the people came to me arguing that it is a used cylinder so it can not be replaced. Still now the gas is leaking when the regulator is opening. I am really in distress condition kindly suggest me what to do.

Sir, I got a refil sylinder from United Gas Agency Sector-3 Rajender Nagar Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh PIN-201005. Name of Ram Singh Adhikari F-4/C-85, Anupam Apartment Shalimar Garden Extn.-II Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. But there is gas leakage from the sylinder. Please kindly replace my gas sylinder as soon as possible before happening any hazard. Also provide me emergency phone nos. or cell nos.

There is leakage of domestic gas inspite of information given to Sudheendra gas Agencies till so far no body turned up since 2 hrs. please take appripriate steps to depute responsible executive at leasat even now my consumer No. 16474

My consumer id is BA 14572. Indane gas of bangur ave of kolkata.Two days back Indane gas agency had delivered me a gas cylinder after a few hours i came to know that cylinder is leak immediately i had make a call to Indane customer service cell to complaint about. I am very surprise to know that how irresponsible is their customer service desk. This is cheating with customers and must be penalties for this behavior.

If some misshapen done then who will be responsible???

Till date that cylinder is still in my home.
