Sir
Recently I got Transfered to Hassan- 573201 from Bangalore.
I had the LPG Connection at your Yelahanka Dealer at Bangalore.
On shifting of the family i brought both the cylinders along with other goods to my new residence at hassan.
I approached the local Indane dealer with the Indane passbook given to me at Yelahanka, Bangalore for transering / shifting of the connection from bangalore and they have informed to that they can not effect the transfer on the basis of the passbook.
They expressed their inability since they give reconnection against voucher.
Since one cylinder was in use and the other one was yet to be opened and I was very much busy in shifting of belongings I could not surrender the cylinders and brought the voucher.
Now, It is very much difficult for me to take back both the cylinders to Bangalore and get the voucher .
In view of the hindrances at present I have could you help me by advising both the dealers for transfering of connection from Bangalore(Yelahanka) to Hassan.

I am waiting your earlier response.

I have moved to Baroda from Hyderabad recently. I surrendered the cylinder and regulator in Hyderabad and took Transfer Voucher. I am staying in Nijampura in Baroda. All the dealers here are saying they do not have transfer vouchers to transfer my connection. This has been happening for the last 2 weeks. Nobody knows when the vouchers will be available. Nor new connections are being issued.This is very disgusting and causing lot of mental agony as LPG is one of the most essential requirement. I request the authorities concerned to look into this matter urgently, find out the actual reasons/ foul play by dealers(?) and help many consumers like me who are facing hardship, for being loyal to Indane.

i booked a new connection on 31st march2008 in NIm Gas services B block patel Nagar 2nd ghaziabad, He given me a date i.e. 5th of May 2008, but when I visited on same day he told me that new connection require 4300/- for filled cylender regulator tube and Gas stove, I told him I don't require Gas stove, Then He refused to give connection, I contact your Sales manager on [protected] no he told me please go again to distributer and told him about our discussion, Again I visited to Nim Gas services but still He is not providing me gas connection.After that I tried lot more to contact your Sales manager but could not sucess, hence you are requested please look into the matter, and provide me a new connection,

i am a customer of yours. i have a double cylinder indane gas connection. our local dealer is govardhan gas agency marripalem visakapatam. They are not receiving phone orders. normally they do not lift the telephone. their idea is to delay the gas supply.( customer will be forced to vist his office. the consequent tme lag will be used to sell the cylinders in black market. he is charging rs 550 rs in the black market. kindly see that this malpractice is stopped. warn him of disciplinery action if not corrective steps are taken.

The Telephone nos. 26898953 and 26134492 of M/s Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New DElhi are not found to be working during office hours - to book the Gas refill. My connection no. is SS-956. I have to go either personally to book where agency's counter staff is too busy.
Booking at 1260 (centralised) does not yield much. Last month I had to talk to Mrs. Sadhana Khosla, IOC officer (AGM ?) at telephone no. 23414266 extension...

I approached the K2International, 255-A, Pkt-N Sarita Vihar, New Delhi but the owner said that he will not give gas connection unless I buy hotplate worth Rs. 5000/- from his shop. When I asked that it should not be compulsion, then in a rude manner he said that he it is his shop and customers have to go as per his wishes. He said that it is his shop's policy...I have failed to understand this......

My customer nois -17907. presently my connection is with M/s Rajapriya Gas agency ( SIVAKASI) from oct 07. Since then i have requested for four( 04 ) refills. Each time i will have to make so many calls or i have meet the owener of the firm. Then only the cylinders were delivered to me after 10 to 15 days. Each Refill cost me around Rs/-350. 290 for the cylinder + Rs 10 to the delivery man+ Rs15 to 20 for the telephone calls+Rs 20 for going personnaly to the said agency to meet firm manager/owner. D/man says the delivery day to my area where i am staying is Monday. booking clerk says tuesday. manager says wednesday. Owner of the firm says other day. I would like to know is there any particular day is fixed by your esteemed office. Please check from their computer. Last cylinder the bill no -91353 order no 4093 was dated on 21-03-08. but delivered to me on 27-03 08 after i went personnaly to the firm. Routine is disturbed and now my both cylinders are empty.
2. I request you to kindly intervene and do need ful. let me get my cylinders at the IOC rate. I may please be intimated if any representative visit SIVAKAsi. Thanking you,

This is to bring your kind attention that I am one of the customer of Indane Gas applied for double cylinder having code - 22396, belongs to P L Gas Service, Boral, Goria, Kolkata. Prop: Mr. Debasish ([protected]) on 12th March ' 08 and more surprising is that, they issued cylinder by my name but I am yet to receive that. I am getting assurance to get the cylinder from Mr. Debasish while I call him.

WE a connection with indan with single cylinder, while booking the cylinder they says that it will be booked after 21 days from the last delivery date is it correct?

And if we book the cylinder after 21 days we get our delivery after 15 to 20 day that meens we need to wait for arround 35 to 40 day, we consume one cylinder in 25 days time, even if we have 2 cylinder no use.

please advice us what to do, other companys like hp and all deliverying verry soon, is indan has problum to serve the cyliners?

Is that Compulsory to purchase new sotve along with LPG cylinder of Indane or HP gas ????
Cant we get only cylinder without purchasing Stove Along with it
In Sector 6, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra both Indane and HP gas dealer make it compulsory to take stove along with Cylinder ???????

In clw chittaranjan, only one Indane LPG dealer, In the book there are two landline telephone connection is mentioned. but all the time both telephones are hooked off. no one can connect through telephone.Niether he has mentioned the name of Area manager, nor he has displayed his contact no./address on the display board in the shop.the dealer always do his own.Niether he has delivered the gas in time. perhaps it is the consparecy of both the dealer and area manager. I hope you will able to guide your area manager & the dealer to give some relief to the costomer. the costomer are paying more to solve lpg gas problem.

Indane Gas Agency, Indira Nagar, Lucknow is providing cylinders which have water filled in it...normally a cylinder lasts around 25-28 days for me...but this time my cylinder lasted only 12 days and i found that my cylinder has water in it...this is cheating and the agency and the supplier boys has come for this and said we will rebate upto Rs. 50.00 for this mishappening. So Sir, this is the second time when we have to face this problem. Now I am thinking to go to the consumer court for the same if some positive response will not receive from you.

I am very sorry to say that I am user of INDANE GAS and agency is "AVERY GASY AGENCY, Ramesh Park, Laxminagar" and consumer No.11648 and SV No. 0228198.

I had received Gas cylinder on07.05.08 and since that time, I made many call to agency to change the same cylinder, due to leakage.

But, till date no action has being taken.

I am very much afraid if some incident will happened.

Very sorry to sat that no one is listening our complaine.

We wish to get immideat action.

My name is Hariom and I use cylinder of indan gas service, my address is S/o Revtiram C/o Janta Cloth House, nadrai gate Kasganj 207123 and my cust. no. G08006, bill no. 1949 Dated 11.04.08, Time 04.50 Am and delivery date is 08.05.08. My cylinder wait is 600 gram less from 14.2 kg. i complainded to hocker " he said all cylinders are lo waited and his behaviour was so crual to me. than i said him to change cylinder. but 2nd cylinder was less aproximate 3 Kg also. kindly sir solve the problem its the black spot on your image.

Iam a resident of yousufguda i am fed up of booking this gas with this Venkata sai gas agency never the phones work and if the phones ring also no one will pick the call please try to resolve this prob if poss.like me many are facing the same problem so please take any neccessary actions on it...

I am a consumer with M/S Tirupati Gas Service, Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. My consumer number is T10489. Every time on booking of refill cylider, thier is very much problem. After booking, every time cylinder is delivered in minimum fifteen days most of times this time reaches to 20 days to 25 days.While they commit everytime that your refille is delivered to you in 2 or 3 days. this not problem of my alone. I am a customer of indane with customer no "BG12997" and have been registed with "Bhagat Gas Agencies" Joshi Bhavan, Opp. Rishikul Ay. College, Haridwar (SAP no. - 156498).
Yesterday i went to agency to book my second cylinder. The person there told me that the cost of second cylinder is Rs. 1200/- and you have to buy an Aperon of cost Rs. 350/- with this.
But i refused to buy the Aperon as i need only...
