[Resolved]  Indane Gas Ioc — non delivery of gas in time

i have booked cylinder on 05th august 2008againest consumer nomber KG12271 through 1260 . my booking no was 19. till date i am waiting for supply. morover the agency ( Kandhari Gas sect-2, rohini) people dont pick up the phones given on their slip 65155303 and 27519710.
Sorry to say, when i tried IOC Customer service cell no [protected] found it not existing and HELLO INDANE no [protected] out of reach.
concluding that no body cares for customer care and service. pleas check.

I am Pankaj Kaushik want to complained of excess delay in delivery of gas from M/s RAGHU GAS SERVICES, 28-29 KAMLA NEHRU MARKET, KHANDSA ROAD GURGAON (C. No. 9103836). This agency is supply gas after one month of Booking date to every customer due to blackmailing of gas for commercial purpuse please take action against agency.

complained delay in booking and delevery of gas from g.p.gas coimbatore this agency is booking gas after 25 days and supply after 20 days and more time due to blackmailing of cylender plase take action against gas agencies
my cunsumer no 18386 booking cylender on 04.03.2010 but till today i not recived cylender last cylender reciving on 08.02.2010 please take action immidetly

My name is Sreeraman NamboothiriI, am a user of IOC gas at Navi mumbai. Booked cylinder on 21/05/2011. Daily contacting Gas Agency for the same. The reply is "The same is on the way" Due to high pressure in office I am unable to visit the agency. I hope others also may have lot of complaints, but for me My complaint is very serious.

I fed up with the very casual approach towards customers from the agency .

MY PRESENT BOOKING NUMBER IS 205446
ON QUERY I HAV BEEN INFORMED LIKE THE FOLLOWING
* MY CASH MEMO NUMBER IS - 2583
* ALL THE BOOKINGS THROUGH MY CONNECTION DISTRIBUTED BY MY
DISTRIBUTOR UP TO 27.05.2011.

1. NOW TELL ME WHEN SHALL I GET MY GAS SUPPLY ?
2. TO WHOM THE GAS WAS SUPPLIED ON 27.05.2011 BY THE DISTRIBUTOR
WHICH I NEVER BOOKED ?
3. WHY LB GAS SERVICE IS NOT SUPPLYING GAS EVEN AFTER 16 DAYS
WHILE IN THE SAME AREA THE OTHER INDANE DISTRIBUTOR IS
SUPPLYING GAS WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER BOOKING ?
