r/sir,
I want to withdraw the kind attention of the authorities towards irregular &uneven supply of domestic cooking gas
in this area (AMB, DISTT. UNA HP).
Peaples are waiting for the weeks togeather for cooking gas
but company has failed to supply the same to the needy .
It is therefore requested to make the supply regular&even
after investigation toavoid such things in future.

Gas booked on 27th september still not supplied by M/s.Rajesh gas agencies, No1. Roja nagar, Madhavaram, chennai-60

Dear Sir,

Iam finding very difficult to get cylinder from our LPG Agent Valliammal agencies, Pollachi. Every time we have to wait 45 to 60 days to get a full cylinder. Please let me know what is the exact period we should wait from one delivery to another also please find below the details of my booking with a request to kindly arrange for a permanent remedy on this issue and oblige.

Indane Gas — irregular supply gas supply

I am staying at Boisar Tal.Palghar supply of Indian Gas in Boisar(Tarapur) M.S. is always irregular. also supplier speak rudly to custmer. service is very poor. Please look into the matter.

LPG — supply of relief

i am regular customer of Arya gas agency Balsmand road hisar.consumer no 611494.
gas was booked on dec.4 2009.vide booking no 965 supply has not been made yet.kindly arrange to supply immediately and inform to me how many days after booking of gas supply to be made.

I want to change my gas conection from arya gas agency hisar to sai gas agency hisar

LPG Gas — IRREGULAR GAS SUPPLY

I AM A CUSTOMER OF LPG PRARTHANA GAS AGENCY INDIAN OIL CORPORATION ,NANGANALLUR (PH.NO.[protected] , [protected]).
I BOOKED FOR GAS CYLINDER ON 3/7/2010 AT TIME 12:35 IST WITH THE BOOKING NO. 1609.THEY ADVISED THAT THE CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN ONE WEEK. THEREAFTER WHENEVER WE CALL BACK THEM THEY SAY IT WILL BE DONE THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY.THREE DAYS BEFORE THEY TOLD THAT THE SUPPLIER CAME WITH THE CYLINDER AND RETURNED AS THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE HOUSE WHICH CAN NEVER HAPPEN AS SELF FAMILY IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE.TILL TODAY THE CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED (22/07/2010) AND THEY SAID THE BOOKING IS EFFECTIVE FROM 19th 2010.THIS TYPE OF IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR WILL DEFINITELY DAMAGE THE THE REPUTATION OF IOC.KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER.

i am a consumer of indane gas.i requested for a cylinder on 6th sepetember 2010.according to the procedures of the gas limited,i should get the cylinder within 15 days.today its 27th september 2010 and i am still waiting for the gas.
i have called the respective agencies many time.all the time they come up with fake answers.one of their famous reply being "locked door".the other being-"you will get it by this evening".
even after walking upto the agency seems to yield no result
i am fed up with all these things.their reply have always been fake.

The Gas distributing Agency Name : SABA Gas Agency, located in cart track street Maduvinkarai, chennai is not properly distributing gas as per order.

We had a bad experience with the agency that we have booked the Gas supply on 4th Sep 2010, today I am writing on 05th October 2010, Still we did not receive the supply. The agency or the distribution man is misusing the service by selling the Gas to some local illegal vendors for commercial requirements

We request the authorities to advice the agency to distribute it Properly

we are living from palani(TK), dindigul(DT)-624601, and near villages, our indane gas agencies(Vijaykanna agencies) are not supply in frequently deliver, if we asked them they wont response as, and answers wrongly, if we booked gas after 40 days olny they delivered, otherwise they gave hotels ...what we do, please take an immediate action sir

sir,my consumer no.is 12802 under the name "gaindi bai"we are having IOC LPG connection and our distributor is swapna enterprises,bahadurpura.Hyderabad.sir it is a matter of highly regretion that we have booked a refill on 18th September 2011 and the same was cleared on 23rd September by the agency peoples in the black market.we came to know about the matter when we want to know the status of our request on 8th october 2011 on booking request number.The automated msg announced dat their is no supply pending against above consumer number and the last supply made was 23rd September.so i kindly req you to investigate the matter and reply as soon as possible....
