SO HOW WAS IT POSSIBLE FROM HIS SIDE TO ACTIVATE MY RELATIVE 2ND POLICY ON NEXT DAY) Afterward I checked the information on your website and find the no. of MUMBAI region, while contact the phone, one lady had given the information about this policy. She updated that, they doesn't provide free facilities and only provide concessions only from their selected Panel of doctors/chemist. HENCE THIS IS THE 2ND FAKE COMMITMENT GIVEN BY UPENDRA.) While i m trying to contact upendra from today morning, he is not picking the phone([protected]).I also tried on the local number finded on your Website(IHO[protected],one of the officers Named Sameer Prasad came in contact and updated that he will contact me back on this coming Monday. AS PER THE FAKE COMMITMENTS, I AM NOT FURTHER INTERESTED AS YOU HAVE BROKEN MY TRUST AND NOT PROPER SERVICES PROVIDED AFTER CUSTOMER APPROACH. I have yet not receive the policy cards and information i.e. booklet which shows where I get benifit of checking or anywhere get benifit to me. I am not cleared the policy benifit. Pl.
