Dear Sir,

I on-line bought policy from Indian Health Organisation with lots benefit like 100% cash less pre and post disease will cover and premium will pay in 24 EMI but they deduct my money in one shoot and what all benefit they told is not available now i requested for cancellation but they trying to escaping. Kindly request you please return my money i dont want go with Indian Health Organisation.

    1. I got a call from iho executive shankar[protected] from mumbai just before diwali on 10th november 2012 and made a payment of rs7500/- On same day for "iho comprehensive health saver plan - 2 year validity program" through hdfc credit card and confirmation message received on 16th november 2012. He told me that trupti medical (plot 158, kannamwar nagar-2, vikhroli-e, mumbai) is in iho panel medical and after getting my iho card I gone to medical and they told me that they have seen this iho card first time and they are not in panel of such company.
    2. Shankar also told me that the trillium dental clinic is in iho panel, but when I checked with iho customer care they told me no such dental clinic is in list.
    3. Shankar told me numbers of hospital in vikhroli east are in iho panel and when I checked with customer care they are saying only 3 hospitals in vikhroli east are in iho panel.
    4. Sai hospital vikhroli is in iho panel but sai hospital’s pharmacy (which is inside the hospital) is not in iho panel and I will not get any discount if I purchase medicine from this pharmacy.
    5. No medical in mumbai is iho panel accept some company which is available in six location (chembur, vashi, andheri etc.) Within mumbai. None of this place is nearby and if I want to order medicine for home delivery then the amount should not me less than rs.200/-, This is again surprising shankar told me that I can order minimum of rs. 50/-.
    On top of it now shankar is not answering my phone from last 2 days. I put a request for cancellation of my order on 23rd november 2012 and as per customer care executive mr. Ashish[protected] they do not have software which will provide request number for my cancellation and I will be getting a call from concerned department and also executive is not assuring about full amount refund.
    Please help me to get my full refund of rs.:7500/-

    IHO comprehensive health plan — cancellation of membership

    I became a member of IHO comprehensive health plan vide transaction id 2562 and my son in law vide transaction id 2587. Your representatives Mr. Ashish and Mr. Chandan had told us that the membership card would help us in getting discounts on purchase of drugs, and health check up. I produced the card at the chemist in goregaon but he refused to accept the same nor are the doctors accepting the card in Mumbai.
    I got in touch with Mr. Ashish on 23jun and informed him about the difficulties we are facing on his cell no.[protected] which he had given me for future assistance. He promised me to check about the same and revert, which he has failed to do till date. As these cards are not valid in Mumbai, I would like to cancel our memberships, and request you to please refund my money.

    IHO Health Plan — False commitment

    Dear Sir,

    I am Sandeep Tiwari, (Mob# [protected] I applied for IHO HEALTH PLAN on 10/9/2011 after receiving call claiming themselves to be a Govt. run organisation to provide concession on medical fee and was also assured that you can cancel the card within 14 days if you want. There is a list of false commitment made during the calls-

    1- I was assured that Rs. 6600/- will be deducted form my credit card after 14 days, but the amount got deducted same day immidietly.
    2- I will receive cards in 1 week, & I still did not receive any card from IHO & today is 19/10/2011.
    3- I was told that you can cancel the card within 14 days, I applied for cancellation within 14 days, and till date there is no update, whenever I call everytime I am assured that I'll get call on friday or monday and repetedly same reply everyday.
    4- I am told that on cancellation only Rs. 1000/- will be refunded back.
    5- And if i want to listen to the tapes, then no amount will be refunded back.

    I request to the Consumer Complaint deptt. to look into the matter as the company is making false promises in the name of Medical Benefits and cheating public. Everytime I call them, I get harassed by the time extension & technical problems.

    I request to help me in cancelling my card and refund the entire amount.

    I had make a payment of 2990 for a health card from IHO. At the time of sold by Mr rahul its total wrong and false information.

      On 2-Nov-2012, I got a call from [protected] claiming that he is calling from Indian Health Organization. The person wanted to sell a healthcare plan to me. I told the caller that I had no time to talk to him as I had to go for a meeting. The caller used abusive language & disconnected the phone. I immediately called up the customer care centre of Indian health organization in Bangalore to register my complaint. The customer care mentioned that the sales channel includes multiple third parties & hence would not be able to trace the caller. I could also see in the internet that few others also have experienced the same. I want this nuisance to be curbed so that innocent sensible people are not troubled.

        I am from Durgapur. Joined in a company named INDIAN HEALTH ORGANISATION as a Regional Head posted in Durgapur. I selected in the company through a consultancy named Future oriented consultancy in Durgapur. This consultancy charge from me Rs 2000/ and promised me that in every point of time they will help me in any sort of problem , starting from manpower supply , salary etc.
        This company Indian Health Organisation upon joining take one month salary that is they take Rs 17000/ as Demand draft from me. I pay RS 17000/+2000/= Rs 19000/ to join in this company . They told me that i have not to recruit anybody they will do walk-in interview in each district and select candidate. And there will be no pressure. Here is Durgapur office they also recruit Hr manager who is the owner of the above mention consultancy. Now my life is in danger. They are telling new things every day and telling that to collect money from new candidate and deposit it to company. This company is frauding every body telling that they have a mediclaim card which cost Rs 100/ and those who will buy this card will get Rs 12000/ as mediclaim facility. but till date nobody seen that card. Now i want to quit from this company as it found this company is a fraud company. But they are not returning my amount.

        In my family i have father whose age is 70 and my mother is 60 years old. My father is a serious patient and he gave me this RS 19000/ and i don’t know what will happen upon hearing this shock news

        Please help me for getting Rs 19000/ back from the company.

        I am sending my offer letter where it was not mentioned that they will not return the deposit amount still they are doing this.

        Looking for positive reply to save my family

          Hello SIr,

          I am writing this to inform you about the cancellation of my 8 Indian Health Organisation cards as I have so many issues with the services which they are providing. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied due to the following reasons and would not like to continue with this Indian Health Organisation organization.

          I have logged a card cancellation request (Req. no.- 60067) on 5th May 2102 and No action has been taken as of now. I have paid Rs. 5000 thru HDFC credit card.

          1. Wrong information was given that you can go to any hospital and avail discount
          2. I was told that the purchase can be done thru EMI opetion in your credit card but same is not done.
          3. I have not excepted their documents so dar and I was told that the subscription can be canceled if complain is made within 14 days for which I have already registered for cancelation within 14 days.

          My request to you please take this matter with IHO to get refund of my money (Rs. 20000) which I have paid and cancel all my cards ASAP. Also provide me the ETA (Estimated Turn around time ) to close this issue from IHO. I am highly frustrated with it and want my money back.

            Over the past few months I have been harassed by your call center - After informing them I am not interested in IHO services - The response I get is "WHY ARE YOU NOT INTERESTED?" Is this the training you give them. And they refuse to hang up. Withing 10minutes I get calls from different executives.

            I understand you are using an internet line to make calls - please invest in a system that can delete number of disinterested parties from central database so no one from your organisation calls. If required I can speak to Kusal Roy and Dr. Deepak Ugra for the suggestion.
            WHY SHOULD I REGISTER ON DND OR DNC - YOURS IS THE ONLY ORGANISATION I AM NOT INTERESTED IN RECEIVING CALLS.
            This is a humble plea to delete my records from your database.

            Someone should PIL on how you have used the name INDIAN Health Org - giving a semblance you are a government organisation - when u are actually a private enterprise.

            If the calls do not cease I will be forced to file a police complaint and a legal case against your advisory council and management team.

            We understand how it feels to receive unwanted calls, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
            As you rightly said, the system makes it difficult for us to manually remove a number from all the auto dialers that we use, however we will try to have your number removed from our system. Please provide your contact number so that we are able to proceed.

            "Indian Health Organisation" has crossed all their limits on harassing each citizen in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai with their rude telephonic calls. I have been getting calls 3 times a day, which is you have beaten Insurance company calls.

            The Organisation which does not care for stopping their action of calls can surely have a bad back end support for their products too.

            Please the concerned authorities take action against such forced mobile calls to individuals. Also, if you need our mob number to remover from your list, provide us your official email id.

            I want to sue them. Please let me know if we can sue them collectively.

            Indian health organisation are cheaters They give false information..everything They said was wrong Once u make online payment..that's it Then their work is done. They should change the name as INDIAN CHEATERS ORGANIZATION.

              Dear Sir The person from Indian Health Organisation calls me and bugs on 27th may 2012 me saying my Reliance Health Insurance is due to expire and Rs 15000/- is debited through my Icici Bank credit card and when I come to know that they have not renewed my medical Insurance but have transfered the money to thier account, later on I complain to them that they need to refund they always say 2 to 3 days it will be done spoke to Deepak,Karthik,Hasan and others at IHO.The person who calls and by way of cheating transfers the amount is Rajath and Abhinav and thier no is [protected] and when you call this no it is switched off.I have undergone lot of agony and pain in this regard and has given me sleepless nights,In this regard I request the concerned authorities to kindly help me in getting back my Money at the earliest.

                your executive call to me on behalf of the IHO card and apply four members .he gives the the instruction to me and i will do that.but my kotak credit cards said that two transcations are Rs.5000/-(the amount of Rs.10000/- is deduct my credit card account) i talk to kotak credit cards they give me the transaction ID:VT121600053000250000005 and cancel that dual transations regarding that IHO card.
                i attached also the statements of kotak credit cards are below :

                Money back policy — Dual payment

                Sir,

                I am J Sundar Raman, presently serving as Commander in the Indian Navy and holder of policy No[protected]. I have recently paid my premium through net banking of my SBI account on 27 Aug 08. The Ref No is IB00999945 and SBI trasaction No is 470216.However my mother has also done the premium payment by cash at Srirangam(Tamilnadu).

                In view of the above it is requested that neccessary action be done at ur end and action initiated be intimated to me thru email

                  I have transacted for the IHO membership the tele caller told the future are not present in the scheme as they maid the scheme is only for the day on 10th may 2012 hence they convenced like any thing maid me to transact when i call and maid mail also their is no reply from them and also i have requested for the cancellation within week the resopnse from them is nill. Please ensure the system for proper chanel from them. And help me to get my money back.

                    My name Is Suresh Malhotra R/O Karol Bagh N.Delhi.
                    I got a call from the this company thru one Mr Abshiek, who informed me that this a campaign by WHO to help senior citizen for their medical needs, and the charges are Rs.4400.00 which I agreed to pay thru my credit card,for which i got a call from one Mr. Pankaj who took my I.C.I.C.I bank details. after four/five days later he called up and said that the transaction did not mature and he took details of my CITI Bank card twice on 6/4/2012 on the pretext that he could not complete the deal as the time (1/2hour) lapsed. On receipt of the Welcome kit from IHO. I contacted the call center where I requested for the cancellation of my member ship.
                    To my surprise when I received the statement for my credit card I was debited 4400/= against my ICICI Card and 4485/= twice on 6/04/2012. I spoke to the Call center and registered my complaint with the and after checking they informed me that the amount will be refunded to me, but till date in spite of my various call nothing has happened only the assurance that the concerned officer one Mr.Dishant Shah will call me in one hour on every as and when I called ( every day )
                    Thru this I request all the sufferer of IHO should contact me thru mail or phone so as to take some legal action against this fraud company.

                      Hi,

                      I am writing this to inform you about the cancellation of my 4 IHO cards as I have so many issues with the services which you are providing. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied due to the following reasons and would not like to continue with your organization.

                      I have logged a card cancellation request (Req. no.- 60067) on 5th May 2102 and No action has been taken as of now. I have paid Rs. 5000 thru HDFC credit card.

                      1. Wrong appointment was fixed with Doctor in Pushpanjali hospital (Ghaziabad) due to which I suffered a lot on that day. My wife suffered a lot due to the unavailability of the Doctor and due to that her condition gone very serious. I called at customer care and they said that by mistake they fixed the wrong appointment, due to that me and my wife suffered a lot .

                      2. I was told that I can take the appointment of any Doctor in the country, while I asked to fix the appointment with a specific Doctor then customer care said that this Doctor is not in our panel and we can not fix an appointment with this particular Doctor this was an example of false commitment of sales staff.

                      3. Your support staff is highly unethical and they put my call on hold for vary long time and never revert. For every problem they ask to wait for more than 24 hrs. and they never solve any issue (Like I have chased for the cancellation of my card and they always transfer the call here and there and does not provide any satisfactory answer. )

                      4. I was told that I will get a list of Doctors and hospitals once I pay the amount and after paying Rs. 5000 when I asked to get the list, the support staff said that we can not provide the list as this is confidential. (Why this is confidential, I have right to get this list)

                      5. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT specially with Mr. Dishant who is really a very helpless person also he is an irresponsible employee who can not solve any problem and always make false commitments. He never responded me as a supportive staff and if I ask the support staff to transfer the line to him then I always get very silly answers like "he is not in the office" , "he is in washroom", "he is not in the office", "he can not talk to you" etc. Sometime they say that Mr. Dishant will call you back in 10 mins and even I have waited for more than 24 hrs and he never called me back.

                      6. There is no such kind of discount available on this card as I was told and the service is really pathetic.

                      7. Due to lack of escalation points nobody take care of any urgent request and if I ask to transfer the call to any senior executive then they never transfer the call they say that there is no point of escalation.

                      My request to you please take this matter seriously and refund my money (Rs. 5000) which I have paid and cancel all my cards ASAP. Also provide me the ETA (Estimated Turn around time ) to close this issue. I am highly frustrated with it and want my money back.

                        Applied IHO cards in Feb 2012, got the same in March first week 2012. Then realised about all false commitments. Made first request for cancellation on 15th March 2012. IHO team took nearly two months for confirming all the details (gone through too much of harrasments during this period. Finally got a call from Compaint department dated 19th May but I was shocked as they were talking about 50% DEDUCTION. This is totally unfare. If you check all the calls made, I have been informed by sales team and even one member from complaint department that deduction will be max to max 15%. They have all the recordings in place but still they are telling me 50% will be deducted. I am also planning to filled a case in Consumer Court. I thought I need to share this with you guys.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          on[protected] i had received one phone call from Indian Health Organization about of health policy by phone by[protected].

                          I had been told about the policy terms, discount etc. I had been told that they will provide me free facility for first forty days and after that they will call me to know my feedback. Based upon my feedback they will further process it and will ask for the payment.

                          I had been told to tell them my credit card details.

                          On the same day after some time i had received another phone call from them to know my personal details such as date of birth, phone no. etc.

                          After five minutes, i got a message from my credit card bank that Rs. 4,400/- had been debited to my credit card and the same payment had been made to Indian health organization.

                          on the same day i have spoken to the executive of Indian health organization and described the whole case. i have been told that my money would be refunded to me and all this had happened by chance.

                          Now it's almost four months and whenever i talk to them they will say the same thing.

                          Please help me out to get my money back.

                          I have received a phone call from telephone no.[protected] he was telling about health card he has taken the card details and all my personal details and also ontime password of my credit card and he was telling that the bank is going to provide all the facilities to u for 28 days after 28 days i[censored] need the facility u have to say that u are going to continue the same then only the amount of Rs.6250 have to be paid. He asked me about the one time password details and made the transaction. This i feel sorry to note here. further he says that he is from Delhi his telephone number is from Hyderabad.

                            The Indian Health Organisation people are constantly calling in my mobile number multiple times on a daily basis. I have told them my mobile is registered on DNC but still they will not listen! Even some callers try to fight back with you. THe review on internet shows they are basically a fraud people. But still they are on a rampage for quite some time. They have cheated so many people. I wonder if anything could be done to them

                              In August 2011, I enrolled myself as a member in the Indian Health Organisation. Against the same I have made a payment of Rs. 4400/- on 24th Aug’2011 through my credit card. After making payments I got my kit after 20 days, but surprisingly the kit is not have the documents as said by there representative on phone. It’s contained 04 cards in place of 05; contain no full body check-up vouchers and other benefits as promised at the time of enrolment. I made a complaisant against the same on phone.

                              After 2-3 days I got call from your customer care that there is a mistake done by them in sending my full kit and for sending the same you need details of my Credit card with pin no. I denied giving the same. Next day again I got the call that they are not able to send me my pending kit with verify my details. They also told me that they were not using the same for anything else; the same was required just for the verification. In goodwill and seeking IHO as a reputed organisation; I given them the Details of Debit Card along with pin and surprisingly after 4-6 Hr. on somebody use my debit card in Bombay (For Rs. 2480/- ) without my knowledge.

                              I was registering my complainant against the same on 26th Sep’2011. After the same I got a call from IHO on 27th & 28th Sep’11. She confirmed me the amount was deducted at there end. I tell them to please cancel my membership and return my money back. At the time of enrolment IHO representative informs me that I can return the same at any time within a year (Without using the same). Request regarding the same was forwards through customer care ref no. “43043”. But surprising IHO customer care representative need a valid reason for return the same…? If a customer is not satisfied with organisation services, he wants it money back; what more they required as a valid reason.

                              After 2-3 mail and almost daily phone to IHO customer care; finally on 12th Oct’2011 they informed me that they return my money. I confirmation was given to on mail; also for the same they want the detail of my Credit/ Debit card for the same. I provide the same on 12th Oct’2011. A reversal on 2480/- was made to me on 07th Nov’2011; But the principal amount 4400/- was not refund to me.

                              When I ask for the refund of 4400/- they told me that the same will be done. After the same I have send a no. of reminders and continuously try to contact them but they neither reply on mail nor picking the phone.

                              In last 05 Months they give me no. of complaint no. I have called there customer care no. of time, mails were send but getting no response from company side.

                              I have a full documents set to present my case with emails regarding conformation for return of money from there side.

                              Please help me the matter.

                                hi this is ramesh vajjal from bangalore i am the member of indian health organisation and my registration mob no [protected] i resistred as a member of iho in january the resistraction fees is 6600 diducted the amount that time i given my hdfc atm card number with pin but after two munths without infermaction to me they diduct 5000 rs and i got message frm hdfc bank and i socked and i called to customer care number and i complained why u diduct the my amount 5000 without infermation to me and y u diduct ? The customer executive told to me sir i will take a complaint please wait five working days but fifteen days gon there is no response and i calle daily twice a day there is only one answer frm customer care sir pls wait today evening u wil get a call frm concedr dept but there is no calls frm iho

                                  Indian Health Organisation is a big fraud or scam Company.

                                  My Bad Experience With This Indian Health Organisation:

                                  IHO sales department call me and convince for Health Saver Plan. My big mistake, I didn't try to check Indian Health Organisation company online reviews. If anyone read Indian Health Organisation reviews, he/she will not apply for any plan.

                                  I have complete payment for IHO company "Health Saver Plan" but still I didn't get any Health Saver Plan Cards on my address. They have not any status of my payment when i give online Payment transaction Id then they said to wait for 24-48 hours and IHO executive will contact soon. But again, no call from IHO company.

                                  I have complained two time and try to talk sales department person who sale me plan. But he always busy in meeting and not able to give any solution when pick my call by mistake.

                                    Dear ALL,

                                    This is to inform you all who ever reading this information that some group of people treating themselves as Indian health organisation employees or workers issuing green cards for health check up for entire 2 years at Rs.4500 only. I got this call from okhla delhi telling they are calling from phase 3 when i asked their address so that i can come over there and speak at their ofice then this team of fraud people asking me if i reside at delhi then they cut the line telling we will call you back but never turned up. They ask all your personal details and also your credit or debit card details, I personaly warn all individuals reading this information not to disclose any information of your cards because they can do fraud with this in future and therefore you regret badly. Always check the genuinity of the person asking their official mail id, their official address and branch addresses, better meet their representative in person with company id card and better to visit atleast once to their office. They are full frauds and complaint for it ar the earliest.

                                      Dear Sir, Is there any update about my complaint:

                                      Fraud by Indian health organization while giving health policy
                                      I have opted for policy from Indian health organization in the month of January where they have committed to provide following against my premium of 5500/-
                                      Health policy which cover 5 member of my family which cover below;
                                      First free medical checkup free for all family member & afterwords minimum 25% discount for checking with panel of docter & laboratory
                                      Free coupon of dental check up & cleaning for 2 members
                                      Free coupon of thyrocare complete testing for 2 members
                                      Hospitalization claim where 25% will be deducted initially from bill during payment to hospital & balance 75% claim will be paid to me after submission of bill

                                      However when I got policy there was no mention of following:
                                      Hospitalization was not mentioned
                                      Thyrocare complete check up was provided to single primary member
                                      Dental complete check up was provided to single primary member and after that they sent one checkup voucher but was only 25% free for another member
                                      First Free medical check up was also not assured

                                      During the policy they told that if you don't find information about what had been agreed you can get your money back within 45 days. However they sent policy after 15 days and confirmed in written that after 15 days no money will be back.

                                      I tried to call them & written so may mails but no positive response.

                                      Request to help me in getting money back from this Fraud people of team/ organization

                                        Dear Sir/ Mam,

                                        This is to inform you that I have been misguided and miscommunicated by Senior Executive of IHO Mr Rahul Gupta on 9th April 2012 that to avail free of cost consultation fee from any medical practitioner either MBBS, MD or MS. He promised me that after taking their subscription we can avail benefit of free of cost treatment from all specialized doctors. He claimed that it is a better option than mediclaim and misguided me in all respect. He also mentioned that even after taking the subscription in case I am not interested/satisfied to continue the offer then the entire amount will be refunded back within 14 days of receipt of welcome kit. He also mentioned that even if I am dissatisfied for 1% of what has been said then also our complete amount will be refunded back. I booked the subscription through my SBI credit card for my family for Rs. 6725/- for 2 years on the same date. He also mentioned that our conversation is being recorded to build my faith. Later on after confirmation from Customer Care Executive at [protected], I came to know that he had given me completely wrong information and booked the subscription.

                                        On the same date I wrote the mail to [protected]@inadanhealthorganisation.com to reverse my complete amount and kept on writing the mails. I also kept on following up with their customer care executives and they forwarded my grievances to their complaint cell. Now they have offered me to reverse only Rs 2245/- out of Rs. 6725/- with an additional Thyro care card and the subscription will remain for 2 years. Whereas as per promised made to me for complete reversal without deducting any amount, I am not at all intrested/satisfied with this offer from IHO. I want my complete amount back. But personnel at IHO are refusing to reverse my complete amount and showing their helplessness. I need your help and support to get back my complete amount of Rs. 6725/-

                                        SBI Card — Misleading and miscommunication

                                        All of a sudden, I am shocked to see payment due of 28, 223.98 on my May statement while I had called SBI and cleared all my credit bills before travelling abroad . In September 2007, i was told I had paid excess of 22, 000 and so my balance was increased by 22, 000 . I had cleared all my dues in November 2007 once again after taking into account the excess that was paid in . The clearing balance was paid after SBI customner service person gave me the outstanding amount of that particular day .

                                        In my indian trip this time, i noticed that my card was blocked and when checked they said they said there has been some problem on my accounts and will unblock in next few days ..but Now i am shocked to see a bill of 28, 223 online ..

                                        My card number is [protected] . Can someone pl. help ? I will have to take this to consumer court if this is not resolved .

He also mentioned that even after taking the subscription in case I am not interested/satisfied to continue the offer then the entire amount will be refunded back within 14 days of receipt of welcome kit. He also mentioned that even if I am dissatisfied for 1% of what has been said then also our complete amount will be refunded back. I booked the subscription through my SBI credit card for my family for Rs. 6000/- for 1 years on the same date and time online without disconnecting the phone even no time given for thinking any thing . but letter on when i have call to their call center no for EMI of that rs 6000 as discussed by Rahul he directly refused and told me our executive will call you back for same. when his executive Parth called me he give the condition that i have to paid money by HDFC credit card then he will return my 6000 money and explain again about premium plan then i have paid Rs. 9000 by HDFC credit card for 2 years after that 7 days letter he return my rs. 6000 paid by SBI card but still Rs. 9000 taken by IHO in the form of EMI,
                                        Hence currently i have paid 3 EMI (Rs1111.11 per EMI ) of Rs 9000 and rest are going on by EMI. but i am very unsatisfied with thier policy.
                                        i have already doing mail from 08-August 2013 please cancelled my whole policy that time no any card printed and nothing are going on for me after long time communication by mail one day Bhasker saini bargaining about money and return Rs.3000 on 14-Oct-2013

                                        But i am very unsatisfied while going to use their policy in hospital very much miscommunication, just for one day i will check their service for cold and cough but have gone about 10 palace all the hospital are either not listed or doctors are not present or hospital are permanently closed .there are several proof all are on my mail.
                                        He also mentioned that our conversation is being recorded to build my faith. Later on after confirmation from Customer Care Executive at[protected], I came to know that he had given me completely wrong information and booked the subscription.

                                        On the same date I wrote the mail to [protected]@inadanhealthorganisation.com to reverse my complete amount and kept on writing the mails.                                         their every communication are misguided some listed are as below:-
                                        1. as per IHO on medicine 8 to 12 % off but no any off on any medicine.
                                        2. as per IHO on consultant i have got 50 % but either consultant are not present or falls commitment. or condition very critical no one can follow the same condition.
                                        3. all given coupons are only 2 to 3 months validity from date of issue the card.
                                        4.on lab we are getting 20-30% but either no any lab present on the city or critical condition for consumer.
                                        5 they have only one type of doctors General physician for online support from 10 AM to 10 PM, but consumer have so many problem not only for General physician.

                                        Means IHO no one condition are satisfactory. Please help.
