Today 5 minitues back i got a call from one of the customer care manager. Behaviour of that manager was not proper. I was asking him information regarding the medical card in detail. He got angry. He behaved very rudely to me. Kindly take some action on such people.

    Dear Madam/Sir I took a IHO plan on 30th April 2015.The agent/representative convienced us by telling all sort of lies. First he told me that its for all clinic and hospital in mumbai but that was a lie because it was only for their partner hospitals which i came to know later . Second he told me that we are providing plans at discount rate only for today(on 29th April 2015) but that was also a lie and this i came to know when thier representative came to take payment, I asked whats my plan? (i thought it must be a premium or gold plan for discount rate but i was shocked to know the real truth), first of all the representative was not telling then he told that me when i forced him, that it was a freedom plan.I checked their online plan and came to know that freedom plan was at the same rate on their site, so there was no discount at all but they told us a lie. Then on 6th may we cancelled our kit so the repesentative told us that the money will be delieved to us within 14 days but instead of money they delieverd the cards. So we again called the agent who convinenced us but his contact no was off, later it started but always somebdy else was picking up and saying that he was out for lunch or sumthing. We called IHO but always they putted us on hold for minimum 10 mints, then they dont pick up .Later they called us and informed us that we havent cancelled our plans but earlier repressentative told us that it was cancelled and money will be in our account with in 14 days, so these means no communication between them or they are incapable but still running under big coporation . Now they our cutting our 50% hard earned money which we paid for the plans because their policy is 25% money cut on return with in 20days and 50% after 20 days . We cancelled our policy within 7 days but still they are not believing us even when thier own representative told us it was cancelled earlier .WE again cancelled it on 17 may 2015 thats within 20 days .But they are saying that we have cancelled it on 25th may 2015 but thats a lie . Their Representatives are saying do whatever you, go anywhere, do anthing but we wont give you your 50% money back . Madam/Sir plz help us and take some serious action against them we dont want anybdy else to go through these and loose their hard earned money .Different answers from different representative and nobody is believing us . Their are 2 freedom plans under Hanif Sumra and phone number is [protected].

    IHO agreed to provide 50% but they are not providing even the 50%, whenever i call for my money they start telling about their services and plans which i dont want, they are always trying to intoduce me to insurance and all, i dont want any more service, i just need my money back but it seems they dont want to give the money back . If i dont get my money back i would love to sue this company .

    After so many days after cancellation, IHO is now asking for my account no and ifsc code, like they waked up from a long sleep.Things which should be done b4 they are askng for it now, plz guys dont go for IHO .Dont loose your hard earned money.

        IHO is fraud .. what they providing information is totally false . sales person promised 50% concession providing in all medicals & also covers outpatient medicals even for non network hospital and pharmacy . but what ever told sales person is totally different . and they denied for cancellation the policy ..

          Since one week i am following with this your poor customer service representative miss Shreya. I informed her to cancel & refund the whole amt back to me, she confirmed me this we get done asap, and every time whenever i called her she and her manager given me false updates, and hold me on my call, and said i will call u on 10 15 min but till date no a single call i received from this guy nor even this org. its high time now, customer can not wait so long time. i dont have any faith on this org, also your manager dont have proper language to speak, how to handle cust, using very rough words. i think he is illiterate, need to given proper training to this manager and team. without my permission he cut my call. i have already raised the complaint to consumer forum. I need refund of whole my amt today on top most priority also share me the co VP CEO contact no and e mail id to raise this issue, to improve the service.

Suresh salunkhe and shobha salunkhe the wrong name update from your side is raghunath salunkhe.. And i also complained for the same but again the same mistake has done... This shows that how dumb people have u hired for ur documentation purpose.. Have u guys have any sense that because o[censored]r silly mistake i have to bear a loss of rs 95000. I have opted this policy in feb 2015 and from last 3 month m complaining for the same.. But there no one to listen... Kindly chk my original form and update it plzzz. Or else i will discontinue this policy

              I got a call from IHO, they offering me 100% clam on any medical issue, but after paying, I got a post from IHO company in that letter offer was completely different every thing below 30% to 40%. I called to banglore branch that I have to cancel my policy, but from last 4 month no replay form IHO. IHO just wast to fool the customers. Please anybody do some thing for this company.                     I have received a call from IHO(earlier i was not aware that it was from IHO) saying that my credit limit would be enhanced if i take policy from IHO. Otherwise i would not accepted it. I have taken policy from IHO, by which i was promised to get the limit enhancement of the credit card i'm using. Only when I call after receiving the cards from IHO. The biggest fraud company, this is not the way to market your dirty product. Dont ever play with the customers for your own use. Serious action need to be taken on these kind of misguidance from tele callers and marketing guys.I want my policy to be cancelled and refund my money as early as possible. I have called many times but those people are continuously saying only 50% would be refunded. Atleast i have no energy to fight with them, i have no other option except to compromise and take that money (2475/-) promised over the call by farhan from thae number([protected]). My sincere request to IHO dont play these kind of cheap tricks with the customers, you people dont have knowledge under what circumstances people may be. I want action to be taken on these kind of false commitments. Note: I am forced to cancel at maximum of 50% refund, i am satisfied but i have no other go.

                      Indian Health Organisation is a big fraud or scam Company.My Bad Experience With This Indian Health Organisation:

                      IHO sales department call me and convince for Preventive Healthcare Plan. My big mistake, I didn't try to check Indian Health Organisation company online reviews. If anyone read Indian Health Organisation reviews, he/she will not apply for any plan.

                      I have complete payment for IHO company "Preventive Healthcare Plan" but still I didn't get any Preventive Healthcare Plan Cards on my address. They have not any status of my payment when i give online Payment transaction Id then they said to wait for 24-48 hours and IHO executive will contact soon. But again, no call from IHO company.

                      I have complained two time and try to talk sales department person who sale me plan. But he always busy in meeting and not able to give any solution when pick my call by mistake.

                          Hi, I am a very disturbed policy holder of IHO. On 22-Nov 2014, I was approached by a IHO executive and offered me " Freedom Gold Plan" . During the call he had told me that the concession on hospitalisation would be 55% and I will have to pay 45%. He said that the offer was available only for that day and rushed me into the plan. SO I paid Rs 4950 immediately to become a member. After that the next day when I visited the website I saw that the concessions were only 15 % to 20%. The 2 people who sold me this plan were Shweta and her boss Sanjiv. So I did not accept the verification call. I wanted to cancel the card. I kept saying hat I want to cancel the card and my refunded. Shweta then called up and said that there are so many other benefits and it is worth the money. Also if I do not accept the card, it will go in an infinite loop. SO I should atleast accept the card and then return back if I am not happy. But if I do not accept the card, I will never get back my money. So finally I accepted the card. On receiving the card, I wanted to check the services. So I requested for my Mother's Freedom Healthcheck package which is done through Thyrocare on 24-Dec-2014. I was told to pay Rs 200 as service charges (again which was not informed earlier). I was told that this service is taken care in the package. But I just went ahead and got it done by paying Rs 200. Then in Feb 2015, My daughter was not feeling well. So I raised a request for Doctor's home visit. I was told that this facility is not available in Coimbatore. SO I raised a complaint that if all these facilities were not available in Coimbatore, why was this plan sold to me saying that all these facilities are available in Coimbatore. Then one lady executive by name Rashmi ( who sends out mail from the mail ID Bhaskar Saini<[protected]@ihomail.com> approached me, tried to understand the problem and after many telephonic discussions offered me a mediclaim policy Family Gold Plan for my myself and my Mom. She said that the I cannot claim for any hospitalisation till 30 days except for accidental cases. After 30 days I can claim for hospitalisations. And so I took up the membership by paying Rs 6495 on 9-Mar-2015. On 1-Apr-2015, I had to get admitted in the hospital for some infection and so I called up the IHO customer care to inform them that I am advised by the doctor to get admitted for some tests. I am being informed that I will not be able to make this claim as I have not been given the insurance number yet. I asked them Ok fine, once I get the insurance number, I will send the claims as I was told that I can use after 30 days of membership. But i was told that I can claim only after an insurance number has been provided. That makes it 60 days of claims cannot be made. I asked why is it so and why was I not informed about this. They said this is how it is and stopped taking my calls. Also the executive (Male customer care executive) speaks as though they are giving us charity and we are taking their services for free. he talks so rudely. I feel cheated. I told them that if my concern is not addressed I will make a complaint. They told I can do whatever I want. Now after getting discharged from the hospital and better health, I am writing this to you. I have informed them that I will also be writing this same mail to consumer forum and IRDA also.                           first of all please accept our apologies for the grave inconvenience caused to you by the apparent misinformation at the time of sale. We do provide a verification call to all new members to ensure that members are clear with benefits and general t & c of the plan.

                          You can certainly go ahead and claim a refund within 14 days of receiving the kit if you face any issues, and we are sorry if there was some miscommunication about the same, we will certainly identify & take action against the delinquents.

                          As for your insurance issues, your date of admission in the hospital was under 30 days from the time of issuance of the policy therefore, as kindly advised to you before, you would not have been eligible for any claim considering this was not an accident. The waiting period, is a standard insurance protocol found in most policies over which IHO has no influence whatsoever.

                            Hi Team, 1) I got a call from IHO on 10th April 2015 from Santosh from number[protected] and in middle of the call his manager(SANJEEV) spoke to me and explained me about a policy with 100% false information about benefits and procedures. 2) He gave his mobile number as - [protected] and EMP ID as- 100084 when I have raised my concerns to trust them. 3) And they promised that I would get 100 % free for treatment & pharmacy charges for all types of illness starting from fever to major surgeries in network hospitals and re-imbursement in case of non-network hospitals after submission of bills. 4) They explained me about the EMI process, as I have opted for EMI option and agreed for that but they misguided me to get full payment done saying it will convert in to EMI automatically. 5) They said that soft copies of cards in next 30 minutes after the payment. 6) When I called them to ask about the details after I have checked in Internet, they have received the call, simply rejected my call. 7) Before making payment, when told them that I will check the details and I will call you to get the policy but they said that now I spoke to you for more than 30 mins and again when you call us to get policy again we need to explain all these without explaining we'll not give the policy. I would request your help to get the amount refunded whatever I have paid to them

                                Hi I have purchase RS- 2950/- plan health card on 23rd January 2015, before purchasing IHO representative give me information about the policy and suggest me to purchase RS- 2950 plan and after that I will make the payment for the same .After half an hour another IHO representative suggest me to purchase another best plan RS- 4950/- and assured me to refund the amount of previous plan (RS- 2950/-) within 1 days. After some days I call the customer care then I had realised that during purchasing the IHO representative gave me the totally wrong information about the plans, and then I decided to canceled my membership immediately. IHO send the me the I.H.O membership kit without any verification call. On 16th Feb 2015, I was call on IHO executive to cancel my membership, he assured that the cancellation procedure will be resolve in 14 days, but after that I didn't get any response, its really ridiculous, frustrating and irresponsible behavior of IHO company. Again on 1st week of march, I call on the customer care regarding the refund, but again they assured me to refund my amount within 7 days, till I didn't get any refund. I am really astonished and angry on the fact that such a reputed organisation like IHO is engaging in malpractices like luring customers into subscribing the policy on false claims and misguided conversations .

                                      I had make a payment of 2990 for a health card from IHO. At the time of sold by Mr Vishal its total wrong and false information. Its totally difference as Mr Vishal wsa explain to me. So I had placed a request for refund but till now is pending its almost a 20 days over. Every time I call they told its will take 14 days and our Representative will call you for the conformation. But till now i am not receive any calls from IHO.

                                      Indian Health Organisation [IHO] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am suffering with the same problem. In my case almost 30days over after placing my refund request. Kindly suggest me how to take further legal action against this organization.

                                        I availed the policy (Freedom Plan Family New-1yrs) paid 2950/-(0n 13th jan 14) on 19th Jan as advised by IHO associated(Mr. Manoj Banerjee and Raju--(+[protected]. Manoj was followed –up from a week to sell the plan to me. They gave me all details regarding the plan I got convinced and tool the plan) and they insisted me to buy this policy, after the payment I got a welcome call from their company in which product is totally different then what I have been informed by these guys. But these guys conveyed me that the IHO helpdesk is a third party so they don’t know about the benefits of this plan. After availed the policy, I didn’t get any benefits and immediately I called IHO helpdesk(ms. Babita Chakervety) on 19thjan and also sent mail to ServiceIHO [protected]@ihomail.com to cancel this policy and ask to revert my full amount(2950/-) but till date I didn’t get any response from IHO for reversal. I have called around 7-8 times to IHO helpdesk, but every time they said they will revert back with in 7days also when I asked for followed the Escalation matrix they didn’t have any answer. I got some calls after escalation where they are ready to revert only 50% amount or they offered me to revert 1000/- with continue the policy. I want to revert full amount 2950/-, if they don’t revert my amount will take serious legal action.

                                        Sadly, the delinquents in question were able to convince you otherwise which led to further issues, for which we are sorry.
