Escalations : I Mr. Srinivasan have taken plan from INDIAN HEALTH ORGANISATION. THEIR executive (Harpitha M: [protected]) was doing follow-up from more than 5 days to sell the plan to me. She gave me all the details regarding plan I got convinced and I took your plan my Paying 12000/- Rs for 12 members of the family. This is to bring your kind notice to Bloody fraud done by an Manager Mr.Senthil to Whom i spoke regards to the plan of indian health organisation and also he is unfit to be a manager who does have a common sense to response to customer query & frequently changing the mobile numbers., after the payment I got a welcome call from their company in which product is totally different then what I have been informed by senthil (Waste Manager). Is this the way they are making money by cheating customer ? this ridiculous, first of all I didn’t had trust on their plan. Which says that we cover everything all expenses including consultation and medical bills ( As per your executive Harpitha and Manager Senthil ), I had asked more than 10 times that are you sure ? but their Fools (i.e., executive & manager ) didn't give me clear info.it’s been more than 3 Months i haven't received any correspondence or any call from bloody fraud. what happen to my money paid for which i have not received any product & services. If I don't get any reply within 3 working days ill be taking serious legal action I am not here to spoil the name of the company i., e INDIAN HEALTH ORGANISATION PVT LTD. At the same time i don't want to spare this (Executive and manager).     Paid amount of Rs 12445 on 31st december 2014 at that time they said that cards will be delivered by 15 days.After 1 week i enquired through customer care and they said me to keep a mail to them.i kept mail on 7th january and i got a reply mail saying they will inform within 2 days and i didn't got any mail after that.i kept escalation on january 10th and they kept me mail saying that they will reply as soon as possible and i didn't got any reply.they replied on 19th january and they said some rules changed and they refund money rs7945 on 23rd of january and said me to pay back for enrolling insurance.i paid on 24th january.during the process they said me to pay rs2500 saying some advantage in renewal plan and i did so immediately(they said there will not be any delay in processing because of this payment).till today daily i am talking to customer care representative and they will say it will be delivered by 7 to 10days.but i am not getting the cards and my insurance policy.today when i talked with customer care representative he told i have to wait for 1 week and after that i have to ask about my insurance policy and it will take for one more month after that one week.their response is too bad.its already 53days since i did my 1st payment and i didnot got my cards and insurance policy

    We aim to deliver the IHO kit within 14 days from the date of verification, however at times due to uncontrollable circumstances, there might be instances of delay, for which we apologize. As for your insurance papers, the insurance company processes the membership either at the 16th or at the end of the month, and that might be the reason of the delay in this case.

      Here is the place will get all the cheaters.i raise a complaint for cancelation of my policy with in 3 days after payment before reciving Kit, but this people took lot of time for tell the procedure and after they told without kit they wont refund the money.i send kit after 45 days of reciving kit they are telling i crossed the 60days i wont get money.finally today i connected a high level manger name as "Nawaz"he just cut down my call imediatly. regards, vamsi [protected]

        This is bring to your notice the casual and irresponsible way of your staff dealing with new clients. I am Sumit kumar Gupta and we are based at Raj nagar EXTENTION, ghaziabad. I used to work in the private sector. Rahul(cell number:+91 [protected]) from IHO office contacted me and were able to convince me for buying a policy. We already have a medical claim policy with another vendor still he asked me to go for it as we found it interesting with the nature of claims and discount that they promised to provide us. Regarding policy he promised us to give (4+1) member ship card, extra health coupon, discount on medicine and a reebok shoe with the kit.So we got convinced and bought the policy on 31st jan, 2015 with the charge of RS 2950/- through credit card. On buying the medical clam policy the IHO had send the soft copy of mediclaim and inform that we can avail our medical use through the soft copy while my kit is provided to me. After two day due to some medical problem when i had been to doctor in concerned with IHO for medical check up and asked the doctor about the mediclam then he refused for such claim. At that moment I had decided to cancel my mediclaim and called the help desk of IHO on:[protected] and asked them to cancel my mediclaim and refund my amount, for that the told me to send my credit card statement . After sending my credit card statement when i enquired about my refund then they told that they are tracing my mail and will inform me. When ever i use to call the IHO officer Mr. Rahul then he used to reject my call and on calling to the help desk then they used to say to call after 1 or 2 hour, due to which i had been in a huge mental stress regarding this. Mean while on there last mail the said that they had dispatch the mediclaim policy kit to my address, without informing me . after receiving the kit we didn't find the item which was promised to us. I am really astonished and angry on the fact that such a reputed organisation like IHO is engaging in malpractises like luring customers into subscribing your policy on false claims and misguided conversations.I would like to cancel the subscription and have full amount refunded on immediate basis.I have also decide to move Consumer Forum and present my case if I am not refunded my money after this. I am expecting a timely and quick response from IHO this time and would expect the association to consider this issue on priority basis. Any further communication will be through me .             I have purchase on 8th Dec 2014 plan health card. Before purchasing your executive give me information about policy &
            promice me that all document will receive in 4 to 5 working day & email within 24 hours.But still no receive any
            Policy on mail till 16th Dec 2014.After purchase of policy i am asking to sales executive about policy document he is tailing that you will
            Receive documents tomorrow & again tomorrow but not received.After sale executive (Vivek Jadhav [protected]) is no picking up my phone this is really bad experience about sale & services.
            I was call on IHO customer care and respective executive Umesh 16/12/2014
            4:25 PM who told me we are not able to cancel policy because documents dispatch.But he take my cancellation
            Request & told you will get respond in 14 Working days.After i called on help desk on 4:25 PM Abdul receive the call he will told me
            Your cancellation request proceed still from our side no any documents dispatched to you.
            This is two sided conversation one is tailing your documents dispatched because of that your policy not cancel & other is tailing your
            Documents not dispatch we had taken request for cancellation.After two days got call from IHO she said Please take our policy i will provide 1 thousand cash back to you.I accept that but still no money received.
            And also no any call regarding policy.I want cancel full policy this is ridicules response from IHO.
            This is really bad experience against policy purchase.I want my full cash back.

            Got one massage on 18th feb. Saying you refund has been processed same will be reflect in your account in 7 to 10 days but still not come into the account.
            I think they are not interested to resolve customers complaint's.No any follow up not any thing before purchasing policy there peoples are following continuously. But after accepting the service they are not interested to give service to customers.

              I have been receiving calls from Indian Health Organisation for quite a while now. Almost 3 years. After telling them that I am not at all interested in your products and services, I still keep getting repeated calls. The latest one was about 30 minutes ago. Inspite of blocking a whole lot of Numbers, you guys still keep on calling me. In the last few calls I have politely asked you to not call and that if I get any more calls I will post a complaint to TRAI. This is my last polite request. I hope you guys get a semblance of common sense and understand that No means No, and stop calling me. This is the latest number I am getting a call from - [protected]

                I had enrolled myself on the 3rd of January 2015 for freedom plan. According to Mr. Roshan Patil, who called himself as the Senior Manager of IHO told me that I was to get full tax benefit of Rs 5900 /- since I had paid the full amount. Second thing, he said that the amount is the renewal amount. I am surprised to hear that I would get tax benefit only upto Rs 2950 /- as the first enrollment is my name and the 2nd enrollment is my mother's name. Later on, I realised that I was given a fresh membership and not a renewal membership. On the form, the amount for Freedom plan was Rs 1990/- and I was charged Rs 2950/- for each membership. When asked about such a big difference I was told that the pick up person is not aware about the payment details. I was told the amount of Rs 5900/- is easily available with EMI at 0% processing fee and interest free amount of 9 months option. EMI procesing will be done from IHO end. Post Makar Sankranti I could avail Mediclaim facility for all the 8 members who were enrolled in the Freedom plan by paying an extra amount of Rs 1500/- inclusive everything.Nothing as promised is being done. Ever since then, I have been calling Mr.Roshan Patil on his mobile number which he had provided at the time of enrollment all in vain. He is too busy to answer our calls. Second thing when I called the customer care with this grgrievance of mine, I was shocked to hear that Mr. Roshan Patil does not exists in the company. The call centre people too are extremely rude and do not know anything about what is happening in the company. Specifically Mr. Yatin who was not able to understand what was I talking about. When asked for the supervisor, just slams the phone down saying the supervisor is not available. My complaint was taken down by a lady who when asked for a complaint number did not provide any number. I did receive my kit. However with an incorrect name. My name is Sophia Ryan Rodrigues and the name printed on the card is Sophie Rodrigues. I am very disappointed with the attitude and the false promises made by your representative at every stage.

                  I was contacted by one of the executives of IHO to market their health plans. I was told to make the payment on that day itself. I was told that the person who is coming for collecting the money does not have knowledge on the plans and so asked me to clarify anything with themselves. I was told that the Dental is covered for 100% coverage and 25-30% for other treatments including Bridges and crowns. I explained my need clearly to them about the crown that I am going to implant and they said it is covered. And also, they said Vasan Dental Clinic is covered under their network and also my kid's vaccination is covered. Believing that and only for these three reasons, I opted the plan and I paid for the it. When I first went to Vasan dental clinic, I was disappointed that it is not covered under their network. When I called their helpdesk, they told me the crown is not covered. I raised a complaint with them and they said it would take 14 days to get back to me. In the meanwhile I again checked with then for the vaccination, now they said it is not also covered. I asked them to cancel my membership and return the money. I am waiting for they callback.

                    I applied for the healthcare package from IHO after receiving call for promotion. But executive provided incomplete information and asked me to make the payment ASAP. I made the online payment from IHO website. At the time of verification from IHO department, I got the complete information and found that the policy will not be useful for me since the services are not available in the city I am looking for. Hence I requested for cancellation in the same verification call and asked IHO for refund. Its been 5 months now I am fighting for the cancellation but IHO is not showing any interest towards cancellation and offering me other policies. My IHO ID is IHO-2014-8/672762. Initially I was asked by IHO department to oblige to terms and condition and informed me about 1000/- deduction from my policy amount. But as per the terms and conditions, I am not applicable for any deduction and must receive full refund of my payment done which is INR 7999/-. I replied with the clauses in terms and condition and explained why I should get the full refund and asked for the reasons of INR 1000/- deduction. But I haven't received any response for the same.Please help me to get my money refunded from IHO. The customer service department too not responding for my queries and not providing any resolution. I am attaching the mail communications performed towards the cancellation of the policy. Please help me out in the matter. Thanks.

                        They are fully fraud before taking any policy from iho please call me at [protected] i will tell you how they will fool you in detail. Hi i am hariprasad, i received call from iho bangalore on august 15 from aswitha [protected]. She explained about the freedom health plan where i will get 50% reimbusment in consultations if i send the scanned medical bills in the nearby clinic. Also unlimited claim for any treatments. No age restrictions. As well as 4 tyrocare vouchers and the dental coupouns which is fully free no need to pay single paisa all such nonsense commitments. But in actual we need to pay 200 for those coupouns at the time you avail the test. They are fully fraud and in a new way they are trying to make fraud. Even in future for any assistanace i can take their support. But even i call also they simply disconnect without any respect. Manager sendhil [protected] at iho is one more big fraud. The coupouns or vouchcers are not worth even single paisa you pay.None of the commitments given by these iho is true. They hide all the charges in the phone call and say they will return the money if not satisfied. But you wont get even a single penny. Be aware. I am one more victim of IHO.Please guys dont take any policy from iho.

                          I am a recent one, who they contacted with their health card policy. They said all, what everyone has mentioned in their posts. I was almost satisfied with them and called them to come home and hand out the documents and take the payment. And then miracle happened, as my husband suggested me to go through their website once. And then we found out the reality. And with the help of everyone here, I could save myself from this fraud.
                          I thought how can a plan be so good, where you cannot find a single fault and everything is in your favor. And I realised, if they are genuine company, why would they just explain the plan over the phone and not come and discuss one on one? This was a BIG RED FLAG for me. and we decided not to take the card and called them. Told them we are not going to take the health card.
                          Thankfully, I could save myself.

                          I am the recent one whom they contacted for their health card. We called them at home to get more information and take the payment. But my husband suggested to go through their website once, before we make a final decision. And there we found several complaints about their fraud. Because of these posts we could save ourselves from a fraud.
                          I was almost impressed with their plan but thought how can be a plan so good, that you can find no errors and it is 100% in your favor. But the only question I had is: They explained the whole plan over the phone only, instead of coming at home and explain one on one. No other companies do that. It was a BIG RED FLAG for me. I would suggest all of you, not to get impressed with someone who is not even willing to come and show the plan at home, one on one.

                            Hi, My name is Manish Agarwal, i got call from [protected] Mr. Mukul Gupta and he informed you will renew your IHO Health card with 85% extra benefits as a VIP cards for 4 family mamber, the 1 one addition service is you will have treatment with you doctor other then IHO pannal, you just all our toll free number or direct all me (mukul gupta) and they will add your doctor with in 15 minutes. and as per his commitment i have renew my services but after that i got call from confirmation department they asked me its is not possiable, i have hold my walcome kit due to this fake commitment. today again received same call on [protected] Ms. Kirtika, she detailed told me same thing which Mukul Gupta told me, I dont know why IHO ( the brand) doing this with consumer.                               Complaint against Head Office Indian Health Organisation Pvt. Ltd. 64 Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase – 3, New Delhi – 110020 They are Health Product company give me FALSE information and deducted Rs.8000/- from my credit card.Since more then 1 and half month I have not got my product I requested to Cancel and refund my money.But there Executives specially Mr.Rahul [protected] & Mr.Sumit except delay and confess the false information provide by his company but there are not refunding my money and not picking my phone.                                 This is a fraud company the sales person are selling wrong information while selling the policy. I am one of the victim who has been cheated by this company. At last I was forced to purchase the policy. What a big name of company while selling the policy but when we try to claim there are so many points that we have to follow. They told me that you will have to show the card and the claim will be settled at that moment. But when I did so they told me that you have to take appointment first and then we will treat you.                                   I have purchase freedom plan health card. Before purchasing your executive give me wrong information. And after purchasing they send me temporary card on my mail id, but name on card are wrong, then I was call on IHO customer care and respective executive who give plan. But no one give me response against this. So after that I give request for cancellation that plan. But again there is no proper response from IHO. And not return back my amount which is paid by me to purchase that plan.

                                        May 19, 2013 It’s really ridiculous, frustrating and irresponsible behavior of IHO Company. They already got ample amount of time, still I haven’t got resolution of my issue neither my money is refunded. And no action has been taken against my complain and neither IHO full filled their commitment. I have called so may times but none of my issue has been resolved. Since I have booked your freedom plan Rs2500and upgarde to IHO insurance of Rs12000 after 1 ½ month. Issues are as follows which I have already raised: 1.Wrong, fake and false information has been provided. 2.Received first kit after 2 months of booking which was a wrong one. 3.Received second kit after 3 months of booking when we raised the complain several times. 4.Our data is still not updated on your online portal and our online account(raised this issue several times). 5.Poor service and false statements are regularly made by IHO executive. 6.If you better your service in future then why are you selling your product, now? Only, making foolish to customer. 7. They told about maternity cover also will be covered but now they say its not covered in this policy. when we raised our last complains for cancellation request of my plan to refund my money as well no mails and not picking up call if they pick the call put on hold for long wait and disconnect. You should sell your product once you have all good bunch of services otherwise its just forgery with customer. I have more than 7 points and reasons for cancellation of IHO plan and refund the money. If IHO were a genuine person or company then IHO fulfills their all commitments given to the customer and perform the action immediately. IHO’s intention is now clear which is made the customer fool and create issue and block their money for long time. Therefore, we will not take it any more. Now, I am totally frustrated since last 6 months by you and your executive. Therefore, who will be responsible for this mentally, physically and financial loss of mine? So now, I am going to hire an advocate and launch a forgery case against IHO and going to physical consumer court. Regards, Balaji
