MR VENKETESH OF INDIAN HEALTH ORGANISATION, (IHO) CHENNAI TOURCHURED AND GOT ACCEPTEANCE INFORMING THAT THE WHOLE FAMILY CAN AVAIL THE HEALTH CHECKUP OF 60 TESTS FREE OF COST. WHILE FIXING APPOINTMENT FOR HEALTH CHECK UP IT WAS INFORMED THAT ONLY ONE PERSON CAN AVAIL THE BENEFIT OF THE HEALTH CHECK UP. NOW I WILL BE SENDING BACK THE ENITRE PACKAGE WITH THE REQUEST TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.

    I had taken a health check up plan from IHO on 18th April 2014 by paying Rs.8, 000 for 5 members. I cancelled the plan immediately on 25th April 2014 following the welcome call on 24th April 2014 from IHO's welcome department, as the information provided to me by their marketing representative and on welcome call were different in short a false commitment was given to me. At the time of cancelling plan the customer care representative assured me to receive a cancellation call within 10 to 14 working days. Then after I chased them several times but neither I received a cancellation call nor my money is refunded. Every time when I call them, I get the same answer from each customer care representative that they will arrange a call for me within 2 hrs or 24 hrs. Seems IHO is cheating on their customer and do not want to refund their money back. Please help...

      I had taken health checkup plan from IHO on around 3rd April. I cancelled the plan immediately after 2 3 days as the info provided by representative and on confirmation call were different. They assured me to refund the money within 8-10 working days. Then after I got numerous calls for cancellation and each person asking the same thing that is confirmation for cancellation. Its been more than a month now and they haven't refunded the money. Called 4-5 times and I get the same answer that its pending on approval. Please help.

        These kind of company's make cash..at the time of buying the products they promise false information by hiding some kind of conditional information which we will come to know after receiving the products.


        FRIENDS PASS THIS INFO TO ALL...This is business tricks ...people who are making business nothing favour made to client.

          I was approached by Sunil from an agency of IHO and i bought policy from them. I paid INR 5490 for 4 member package and INR 1990 for surgical benefits in Mid March 2014. The following were the promises made to me against the same - 4 member Premiere Membership 30K - 40K vouchers - health benefits and dental benefits I received none of the above. All that was sent to me is set of cards - that too for only 2 members of their Basic membership plans. Post this I followed up with 3 people - Sunil, Ajay and Viraj from the agency. I also spoke to Mr. Ashok, an employee of IHO but I haven't received any resolution of my complaint. Sunil and Ajay's numbers have gone Un reachable.             Respected Sir/Madam,
            This is with regards to call that i got on the 2nd of april from IHO stating that they are offering a medical checkup scheme of Rs.1990 covering 4 members of my family . Initially i denied as i do not entertain such calls, the coustermer agent Nawaz insisted in hearing him out regarding the scheme .
            As i heard about the scheme i was lured by the offers and discounts, thinking that it would benefit my family members, so i told him to give me sum time as i hav to ask i parents with the same, he insisted that i have to pay only 1190rs and be rest assured, still i told him to call me back and i will let him know .Then suddenly the other guy Mr.Roshan Patil (Sr.customer agent) said that once phone is discconected nobody picksup the call and insisted that atleast i answer the call and say yes or no. and i agreed .

            After half an hour i got a call from the same guy and i said yes for this (which was the biggest mistake), Mr.Roshan said that within an hour a guy would come to collect money and i would get some kit with 2 to 3 working days, so i asked him what if i dont recieve any kit or sumthing, He answered saying that they are honest people and wont do such things, he also said that within 21 days if i dont like the scheme i can cancel it and i would get whole money without any cancellation fees .Later i paid the money and Roshan said as per my special request he would speed up the process and i would recieve the kit by evening .

            I waited till late evening but i did not recieve anything, then i checked the net and found out that already lot of people hav been cheated by this org, i was tensed and imediately called up Roshan, I told him that i want to cancel this and want my money back ASAP .He tried to change my mind but i did not budge into it .So he said Ok my request will be accepted and soon i will get a call and then i can cancel .

            So i got a call from Nawas again and he also tried to change my mind, but i insisted to cancel, but insisted of helping me he disconnected my call, All this thing happened on the same day ..

            Since then nobody is picking my call, later i recieved a call from Leena (Delhi Headquaters) informing me that its a welcome call, i told her the same thing and insisted to cancel it, she said she cannot do this as it is handeld by a different dept. thus will recieve a call within 2 days for cancellation ., its been 12 days now and neither theres any call from this fraud people nor anybody is answering my call .
            I just want my 1190rs back.

            Im hoping that you will look into this matter ASAP and proper action will be taken .

                While I purchased the product, the official committed that as part of the promotion offer we are providing 4 thyrocare packages and 50% discount on all other radiology tests without limit and like wise so many other commitments they made. Also he asked me to select freedom plan as this promotional offer was not yet updated on the site. He also told that if you do not like the product within 30 days you can ask for refund and you will get your refund back within 24hours in your account.Later during the welcome kit call while speaking to the customer care support, they denied no such promotional offer going on and no such services in that package which I purchased, so I denied to take the product and asked to refund the amount. I raised several escalations and placed several call but neither they are refunding the money nor they are responding properly.

                    Sir, I joined the Indian Health Organisation by taking a Freedom Policy by paying a premium of Rs. 3590/- on 25th Jan. 2014 vide Reciept No. IHO-2014-1/32841. I recieved the free vouches of Thyrocare for health check up. They want me to get appointment through them. I called them on 17th, 18th and 19th for appointment, either the do not lift the call nor give any appointment. What should be done to cancel the policy and get refunded my premium amount.                       I have received a call on 07/01/2014 from Mr Viraj Joshi Indian Health Organization through mobile number [protected] & He told me Premier Plan show as per www.indianhealthorganisation.com website & He said me It's price show in website Rs.7999 & you just paid Rs.2790 it's a discount from us only for today, I bought this policy for 5 people as family Premier Plan swipe my SBI debit card & also fill form for family premier Plan, He said after 3 days you'll get 5 e-cards of premier Plan & you'll get all package as per mentioned on premier Plan, & card will be dispatch in 7 days. After 3 day's I got only 4 e-card of Freedom plan not premier plan, i called them & tell them to send premier plan card, now he's not receive my calls I complaint on [protected]@ihomail.com with payment & premier receipt Proof & also calling again & again to CC no. But still no proper response from him. I told the CC to Refund my money. Please Help me

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have taken Health Policy from Indian Health Organization on the condition
                        that Hospital near my residence shall be covered under the Health Plan Policy. I
                        was assured by the executive officer of the IHO that said condition would be
                        complied with. On this assurance
                        from the IHO, I had paid Rs.3000 by credit card in the month of Dec 2013.
                        However later I was communicated by the IHO that hospitals near my residence
                        shall not be eligible under Health Plan of IHO. Accordingly I had requested IHO
                        to cancel the policy and refund the amount paid towards the health policy.
                        Subsequently I have received confirmation from the IHO on 04th Jan
                        2014 that I shall be paid Rs.3000 for cancellation of the Health Policy within
                        14 days.

                        It is worth noting that in spite of several telephonic and
                        email communications with IHO, I was not refunded my policy amount till date as
                        committed by IHO. I am sharing herewith email communications done with IHO for
                        your information and perusal.



                        I humbly request you to look into the matter and provide
                        amicable solution to this.

If i don't reply to their calls they are continuously trying it. After intimating the executives that i dont want the card & please update the same in your system then too I m getting the calls that too 7-8 calls per day from last 15 days.                               The cheque I submitted for the preventive health care plan was en cashed in Dec '13. Initially, they were asking for card transactions but luckily the machine the agent claiming to be IHO representative had was not working so I gave the cheque limiting my loss. I haven't received any welcome call or original cards till date!!! I receive many calls from people claiming to be IHO representatives asking for references of prospective victims. Surprisingly, coinciding with their calls, (when I ask about my case) I will get some mail with soft copies of the membership cards with no reference numbers. I suspect that behind the cover of IHO, there is cheating o[censored]nsuspecting public going on as may be my case.

I have been telling many times that i have no interest in any of your products and the also they keep calling me every now and the. I would like to inform you that I would take strict legal action if my number is not removed from your calling list, even your executives needs to be sacked if they use abusive language.                                   Hi, I was cheated by IHO about the validity of the coupons which they provided and I have a proof of recorded call with me like what exactly they have explained me on the phone and it is quite opposite in real time and these IHO executives are now telling that, it is not possible to change and whenI ask for cancellation, they are telling that only 50% money will be back to me. So for the mistake of IHO executive, do we need to pay 50% to IHO ? Very Bad and simply we can say, IHO Is cheating customers. Please don't go with IHO. I strongly suggest dont pay the amount without documented terms and conditions. IHO Is cheating customers... Instead of that begging is really dignified job...

                                    This is my latest warning to them after several requests; I am a customer since last 1+ years and have serious issue with your marketing people, they have been calling me at least once every week; even today I received two calls from these numbers 19 jan14 [protected] [protected] Regarding this disturbance I already escalated to Delhi office on [protected]; beside my complaint I still receiving the calls; I lost my patience and not able to bare your torture; this is my last warning before proceeding to file a case against your company as i am getting my BP raised; is this the reason I am paying Rs 5000 every year to get health problems?

                                      I have been receiving calls from these miscreants again and again
                                      when a customer refuses or does not show interest in the product, the tele sales company should no longer contact the customer again.

                                      sadly this is not the case, we have irritating ignorant illiterate people who can barely speak and hold a conversation ... they keep calling...blocking their numbers are of no use.
                                      they use multiple times to call again and again ...

                                        On 12-Nov-2013 I booked IHO Premier Preventive Healthcheck Plan (family of six members plan)of two years through IHO representative Mr. Karan. I have paid Rs. 14998/- through my SBI debit card. Mr. Karan told me that you will get verification call within 3 days. At the time of booking of membership I had given information of only two members (with guidance of Mr. Karan) and as per him I can provide the information of remaining members at the time of verification call. I have also sent a mail to them on [protected]@ihomail.com; [protected]@india.com on 15-Nov-2013 to update the details of remaining 4 members. On 16-Nov-2013 I got reply from [protected]@ihomail.com with message that "a representative would get in touch with you for a post transaction verification process before the membership is completely enrolled". I did some googling and I came to know about all their actual activites when I read the comments here and visited their website. They told that once I receive the Temporary card, in 14 days if I do not like the service they would refund the entire amount in 2 days. On 19-Nov I again enquired over phone on[protected] and sent mail on [protected]@ihomail.com, they replied on 21-Nov that they want my transaction statement for payment confirmation. On 25-Nov I have sent my transaction details for payment confirmation. Then I continuously do follow-up over phone and email for it. On 13-Dec I called them (Mr. Amit picked call) for the same issue, and asked for the status mail and they replied that "matter is still being investigated". I called them on alternate day and on 16-Dec they replied that "details of the case shall be shared with you shortly". Till 16-Dec they dint confirm my payment detail. So I sent them a mail to enquire "Why are you taking much time (more than 1 month) to track my payment when I have shared the bank statement?" I also wanted to know their payment gateway etc. On 18-Dec I called them again and they said that "My payment was confirm on 10-Dec-2013" and I also received the verification call. I was very surprised that how it's possible. I sent them a detail mail for what is happening. I have also requested them to close this plan and refund my amount due to the wrong information, false commitment, misspelling and unprofessional behaviour. On 19-Dec I called again and asked for the number on which they did verification call. This number was: [protected]. I also asked for the source of this number as my registration number is: [protected]. But they denied to provide me the name of the person who provide the wrong number. So I requested them to update my mobile number in the system and arrange a verification call so that I can close the membership and get refund of paid amount. For reference I also sent them a mail. They promised that I will get confirmation call within 2 days. On 21-Dec I called them again, Mr. Danesh picked my call and he said that I already received the verification call on 10-Dec-2013. I requested him to check my mail from satya.[protected]@gmail.com and also informed that till 16-Dec my payment was not confirmed so how can they arrange the verification call. If they did then why they provide the wrong information over phone and mail continuously. I am very frustrated, disappointed for their pathetic customer care and wrong information. It is very time consuming, painful and cumbersome task to do follow-up of the issue with IHO as they dint track the complaint, dint provide mail update, wrong information etc. I have decided to come out of this membership and wanted to get the refund of the paid amount.
