( Mr sing) up to date your document & card not received please my payment return .my cheque no 410954 hdfc bank . your policy very bad i am not satisfied. your starting time good response but payment received your account not response please your membership cancel my payment urgently return.

    The company sold a preventative health policy to me on the phone after telling me a bunch of lies, about the benifits, doctor and clinic affiliations etc. I was payment made through credit card on 20/11/2013 but so many times contact to company caustmer care no. but every time said to me payment not reconcile. This is very careless answer about the payment.

      Hi Sir/Madam, It’s really ridiculous, frustrating and irresponsible behavior of IHO Company. They already got ample amount of time, still I haven’t got resolution of my issue neither my money is refunded. And no action has been taken against my complain and neither IHO full filled their commitment. I have called so may time but none of my issue has been resolved. Now, it’s going to end of 5 month since I have booked your plan (22-June-2013) and 1 ½ month when we raised our last complains (and cancellation request of my plan to refund my money as well). Issues are as follows which I have already raised: Wrong, fake and false information has provided Received first kit after 2 months of booking which was wrong one Received second kit after 3 months of booking when we raised the complain several times Our data is still not updated on your online portal and our online account (raised this issue several times) Poor service and false statements are regularly made by IHO executive If you better your service in future then why are you selling your product, now? Only, making foolish to customer. You should sell your product once you have all good bunch of services otherwise its just forgery with customer. IHO have only one point i.e. I have accepted IHO last offer, however, if you listen our last conversation of 27-Sep-2013; my word was - if you (IHO Executive) are saying that then its ok. It means I was not fully agreed and confirmed. After that I haven’t received any confirmation call from IHO side to acceptance the offer and dispatch the new kit. I have more than 10 points and reasons to Cancellation of IHO plan and refund the money. If IHO were a genuine person or company then IHO fulfills their all commitments given to the customer and perform the action immediately. IHO’s intension is now clear which is made the customer fool and create issue and block their money for long time. Therefore, we will not take it any more. Now, I am totally frustrating since last 5 months by you and your executive. Therefore, who will be the responsible for this mentally, physically and financial loss of mine?         I had taken an policy almost 1 month back. I hve still not received any welcome documents. Also the policy has been missold. I was informed that on doctor prescription i will get medicines from shop at 40% discount. I was informed that on vaccination i will get 50% off and if I consult any doctor though not registered in IHO will get 50% discount.

          In thondamuthur locality, no one is doing business with correct permission . All this business persons are doing underworld business. They are not maintaining bills. Due to this business mosquitoes are forming. Because of this dengue, malaria and some other disease may causing. Really I'm fed of those things. And child labour is prevailing in this location.             Dear All, the Executive of IHO Mr. Pawan is contacted me on 2.9.2013 and he says that on IHO policy, all medical expenses, medicines and doctor consultation are covered. and the payment will be transferred into emi. i got purchase the same policy for Rs. 9000.00 by crredit card. Firslty i Surpise that the amount not converted into Emi. Secondly all medical expenses not covered in this policy, thirdly no discount available on purchase of medicine finally doctor consultation at the time of policy he say u visit any doctor the consultation fee is discounted but when i contact for consultation appointment of IHo helpdesk i am surprised to listen he say its not cover any doctor, doctor which is on panel only covered from first date to till date he is making fool and no body listen our compliant properly and he can refund our policy amout.                       Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you i have received call IHO Hyd Branch and they explained about Health Policy and taken a policy from IHO, after i paid the payment through HDFC Credit Card i have received call verification Department they have explained about policy there is total miss match about the policy. i cleary inform to verification department please cancel my policy because Hyderabad Branch team are given wrong information about the policy. i have given against Hyderabad team to Delhi Head Office :[protected] even i call 4 to 5 times but no responses from Head Office also given i clearly mentioned that i will give complaint against IHO but no responses. i have received My credit card bill this month including 2st emi.                         I have received a call from Mr Saaransh Indian Health Organization through mobile number [protected]. He said that IHO is lounching a healh plan where in customer can get free treatment all over india any Doctor any hospital. I enquired there must be some panel of hospitals and doctors? He replied that our organization is like WHO representing india and its our duty to make india a desease free. Due to high fee and medical expenses people avoiding to visit doctors that is why this scheme has be lounched first time in india. In the scheme 4 members of the family are covered. Each one will be issued a Card. That card will be accepted by all doctors and hospital no money will be paid directly by any customer. All expenses will be paid by IHO. On enquering he said that for first year premium will be Rs.6000/- and next renewal will be done for Rs. 3000/- and so on. He asked for Credit card details I hesitate to give these details. Then he given his senior to convience me. He was Mr Rahul Rastogi his mobile number is [protected]. I have given all details including OTP and made IVR payment of Rs. 6000/- through my card. I have received SMS for this transaction. He said that now a verification call will be followed from veryfication department. Ms Preeti Yadav has called up from a landline number[protected]. She started explaining the health care plan it was entirly advers two sales reprsentatives explained. She told that there is panel of IHO doctors and hospital only on those panneled doctors and hospitals customer has to visit. And its not free in case of hospitalization only 20% discount will be given. She assured the what she is telling is correct since she is from verification department. I shocked to learnt and requested for refund. She assured to arrange a call but I have not received any call. I therefore, request you to kindly, stop further processing and arrange to refund the amout debited from my credit card.                           I have taken a health Insurance policy from IHO (aetna), Initially they said that I can avail the facilities at near by hospital, so i took the plan for 5 members in my family by paying Rs.10,000/-. But so far I couldn't use their service or facilities in the near by hospital. When I called the customer care for the fixing the appointment at Ezhil hospital at Thondiarpet they said that its not in their list, i spoke to the the representative who sold the policy to me, he is telling that its their in their list and he told me that its not possible for this time probably he will try to fix it in the future due to shortage of time. After that I wanted to use the concessional coupon for my mother and called the Customer care, they told me that i can use the service only in 4 hospitals in chennai, and all of them are far away from my residence. I again spoke the representative who sold the policy, he is telling that I can get the service at vignesh hospital at ramapuram which was not told by the cc executive, Like that there are lot of controversy in the hospital list and facilities. Their list is not clear and no proper service. So pls get the hospital list and get it clarified before you take a plan from IHO. In my experience Apollo munich is doing good. Don't get trapped into the IHO executives call.

                              Hi, Last month I bought a “IHO’s Family (Premier) Healthcheck Plan - Suitable for 4 or more people”, this included a total of 5 Thyrocare vouchers. And recently last week, the health package was delivered to my house address. I have following concerns: 1. When I opened the courier, I was surprised to find out that the Thyrocare health vouchers have different validity for each voucher. I was never told about this ‘different validity’ by anyone- neither the representative (who sold the product to me) nor the IHO website, where I checked about the product details. My sole intension when buying the product was to get health check-up done to all my family members as soon as possible. Which is no way fulfilled. This cheating by the IHO representative/IHO website makes the product a waste for me! 2. The IHO representative had explained to me about the product saying that I would get 50% discount on all the consultations, in the registered clinics/hospitals of course! The representative also shared a presentation with me which is in sync with what the representative told me then. But now, when I check with the hospitals on the discount part, they say a different story! Some say 10%, some say 20%..etc. When I called up the IHO customer care, they say that the discount is variable across hospitals!! My question is: As the discount is variable, why was I lied about the discount part? I still have the presentation document (I can share that too) from IHO which says ‘50% discount on all consultations’. In conclusion, I am very dissatisfied by the way IHO has concealed major information about the product BEFORE purchasing it. And revealing it only after I purchased through a customer care/welcome call. This hidden information from IHO has made the product useless to me and made me feel cheated. Now being cheated from IHO already, I want a full refund from IHO for the amount I paid.                               I have made payment to IHO as per instruction with IHO&#039;s sales person on dated 28-Sep-13.. At the time of payment, the guy said, you will get service card along with gift hamper in next 7-8 days.. But after 40days gone, I did not received anything and not even call from them.. I have sent emails many times to [protected]@ihomail.com but they are not responding properly.. They do reply after 4days and each time they said, we will response you in 2-3days but still not receive..

                              Looks like they are cheating us.. I have all emails with support team, what they have answered etc.. Please let me know, should I go with consumer court?

                              Hi,

                              IHO resolved my escalation by replacing the 2 Thyrocare vouchers, which were valid for the later 6-months of the year, and they also extended my IHO subscription by another 6-months (1 and half yrs in total now).

                              They took almost 2 months to resolve this concern.
                              I think i can live with the resolution provided by the IHO. :)

                              Wish others a speedy resolution.

                              I am K K Sasidharan and I had taken the card for my family members and when I visited the Max Hospital at Patparganj hospital initially they denied any discount even after prior appointment and after bargaining with them they offered me only 10% which is very below as promised by your respresentsative. I have been offered 50% and now I am getting only 10% that is also after persuation only. Pl clarify and refund me the amount charged from me immediately.

                              For the above purpose I am returning my cards duly cancelled to you through courier. Please return the payment immediately or you may ask the concerned hospital to provide me 50% discount in my future consultation charges and confirm me per return mail.
                              Hi, I am also Cheated by IHO as you explained in the above about the validity and I have a proof of recorded call with me and these IHO executives are now telling that, it is not possible to change and if I ask for cancellation, they are telling that only 50% money will be back to me.

                              Very Bad and simply we can say, IHO Is cheating customers. Please dont go with IHO. I strongly suggest dont pay the amount without documented terms and conditions.

                              IHO Is cheating customers... Instead of that begging is really dignified job...
                              I strongly suggest to all the people that, please don't cheated by IHO like us and apart from the issue which I have explained, there are n number of issues with this.

                              So simply stop taking IHO membership...

                                Please provide as much information as possible...
                                I got a call from the IHO executive to market the product, 2 year IHO membership for 8000/-. All the details that he gave me were incorrect and I decided to cancel the membership before they could issue a temporary card.
                                I have struggling to get the refund from IHO. Everytime I call their call centre, I am informed that they would process it on priority.

                                    I am writing this to inform you about the cancellation of my 4 Indian Health Organisation cards as I have so many issues with the services which they are providing. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied due to the following reasons and would not like to continue with this Indian Health Organisation organization.

                                    1 : Wrong information was given that you can go to any hospital and avail discount
                                    2 : Now they said to me that they return only 50% amount of total amount.

                                    My request to you please take this matter with IHO to get refund of my money (Rs. 6000) which I have paid and cancel all my cards ASAP. I am highly frustrated with it and want my money back.

                                      on may of 13, i was charged of rs 14998 on my sbi card with out my knowledge form that day onwards i am regularly in touch with this people to refund the money back to me but every other day they say that give us 4 working day or give us 5 working days this is be going on form past 3 month , i don't understand how this people work to give some one money back how will they solve people health problem, mukesh porwal

                                        In 04.07.13 I am book IHO Classic Healthcare package plan through guidance of IHO representative. I have paid through my HDFC Bank credit card Rs. 8000/- and IHO received this payment but i am not interested for IHO Insurance policy because for wrong guidance for company representative. On 05.07.13 I am received a call from Okhla Phase - 1, branch and his representative call me and I told that Please close this policy because you guide me not properly. Company representative not talk with me and cut the line. After some time I am calling IHO Help desk no.[protected] and I ask to close this policy he says that 02 or 03 days after you received a welcome call and then close this policy. I wait 02 or 03 days and after 03 days later I received a welcome call and in this call I said that Please close my policy because your Okhla Phase - 1 representative not guide me properly. I am book your Classic Healthcare package plan. He said that you close through help desk number. On 08.07.13 I have received a message from company end in this he sent my Temp IHO membership ID:- IZMZLPWAT8. I call company helpdesk no. and I ask why u continue follow up process in my policy. I already told u close my policy because I dont like your policy. On 09.07.13 I am call your helpdesk number and booked for close. He says closing process and returned my money take 14 days time. On 23.07.13 around 15 days no process for my refund money. I call company help desk No. and also sent mail in this company says working in process. Today is 06.08.13 around one month gone and I have not received payment. Yeasterday I call Your helpdesk no. he says that 4 to 5 days taking process for refund. Already One month gone this company not refund my money in my credit card.
                                        Please take appropriate action for this company and give me my full amount refund Rs. 8000/-.

                                        I have also been cheated by the Company. At the time of membership they charged double the amount (Rs.14, 000 X 2) i.e on 26 March 2013. Later on I requested for closure of the membership on account of wrong information furnished through the IHO agent. I have received the reversal of one payment and am waiting for the second reversal. I have pursuing IHO through their Helpline no and also through the mail since then but no action has been taken only thing I have received is their assurance. Now I feel cheated and request the concerned authorities to look into the concerns and resolve the issue at the earliest. It's really shameful that an organisation in the name of 'Indian' has begun harassing the citizens. At least I feel harassed and cheated.

                                        I had received a call from sales executive of IHO he explained me about the the policy but i had told them that i do not have enough fund to procure this policy &amp; i have kept the sum amount for my premium pending which i have issued the chaque the he asked that do i have a credit card then it is possible to get EMI for the policy but i told that i do not have credit card then they asked me which bank debit card i used i told the about the debit card they told me that EMI is possible on Debit card, they told me that when i will swep the card the amount will be debited from my a/c &amp; it will reverse back to my a/c with in 12 hrs, so i agreed for the same i had swep 2 time for Rs.2990/- &amp; 11000/- but after 12 to 48 hrs i do not got the reversal of my amount i had called to help desk the told me about that EMI is not possible on debit card, then i had visited Mumbai office at Sakinaka i explained about their fruad of their sales executive they had arrange for telecon with them &amp; the sales executive agreed about the lie told to me the i had told them to cencell my policy &amp; reverse my whole amount of 14000/- back to me they agreed to give reversal &amp; also launch a written complaint in sakinaka office they assured me that i will get my reversal on 30th of March-14 but till date no one cares for that i had arranged fund from my colleague for fulfill my premium which i had issued the claque

                                        the executive name are Alex D'souza &amp; manager Aakash Dubey, for 2990/- &amp; second executive Sabana (delhi office).

                                        Till date they are telling me that you will receive your reversal with in 14 days, no one is bother about the fruad done with me &amp; my money of Rs.14000/- is block with them.

                                        Kindly help me to get back my fund from them so that i can returned this money to my colleague who has help on time.
