I have purchased your service in April'13 by your web site after getting a call from your executive, My Receipt No-IHO-2012-13/55849, My Mobile number is [protected],

1. First of all IHO telecaller executive has given me wrong information to attract towards your services. I have been told by him about many services which actually I am not getting.
When I confirm it with a hospital I gave a call to your customer care to cancel my policy they admit the mistake and unnecessarily requested/forced me to continue with the policy and offered me Rs 1000 discount. Also they told me that they will take the action against the executive whohave committed me wrong.

2. I have made the payment on your web site and I choose the EMI option and made the payment by my credit card.

3. I have paid the first installment in the month of may.But in the month of June IHO has charged me Rs 5000/- in one slot. why ?

I have called in bank and for inquiring about that Rs 5000/- debited in y credit card statement they have told me that it has been debited by IHO,

After that I have called in IHO and spoke to praveen regarding the same he told me to wait for 24-48 hours and he will provide the solution, after 2 days I have again called to IHO customer care and spoke to Ms Navazish she told me that she can provide the snap shot for EMI mode and they have not done this changes in my payment mode.

After getting this reply I have called again to HDFC bank customer care they have told me that they got a mail form IHO on 20th of may to cancel to EMI thats why payment has been debited in one slot Now I just want to that who has given the request for cancellation of the EMI's and why it was done.
After that I called again in IHO customer care and spoke to Danish and explain the entire scenario and ask for solution again he told me to wait for 24-48 hours.
after some time I have got a call from IHO and spoke with Mr Hasan he clearly denied that we have not cancel the EMI and denied to help me in any matter,

Now after my credit card has been charged by Rs 5000 and bank is charging me te late fees and interest also,
By cancelling the EMI IHO has broke my personal budget and given necessary headache,

After getting this wonder full service and experience I do not want to continue any relation ship with IHO, I would request you to please cancel my policy and refund my money.

they are not giving any solution for the same and not ready to return my money

    This is about the fraud services provide by IHO in India started with atena.

    I got a call from IHO call centre people stated its health insurance, I was very much interested as I was looking for a good option for health insurance. I haven't heard about IHO before. I think it's good option for health insurance so I double check with call centre guy is it health insurance ? Said yes sir with no claim restriction. Then he asked me register your credit card on our website to claim special discount but we will never charged your until you say yes/go ahead. Then I got a call a cal from reconfirmation department and found every thing the call centre guy advised me is false. So I straight away refuse to go ahead with the services on end of May2013. The lady advised me to wait the call from the call centre guy to clearly your doubts, right the moment I am not forwarding your file until you satisfied with the product. Then suddenly I found my card has been charged after one week without my consent. Such a fraud company. I will make everybody aware of this fraud company. Till date I am calling IHO for my refund. Such a mental harassment due to to I have BP problem and a long calls bill.

      i m getting daily calls from Indian Helath organisation. form no[protected]. if i cut the phone they will try to continue as many times. some time it really irriteted to lisent their name. Earliear they are saying for Indian Helath orgnasition. Now they adopted new name and said they are calling frorm Bhartiya jivan yogna. i ask them, may my mobile no they received on lottery. every second day i m getting calls. or they are doing it for troblling me.

      Indian Health Organisation — calls received and check collection with no basis

      troubling calls coming constantly and offering to collect money. The offer seems a fraud that does not have any clear benefit to the customer. If repeated can we make a police complaint against the fraudulent offers against Indian health organisation ?

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Misleading marketing strategy by IHO’s Premium Health care package by Aetna program.

        I have purchased two years membership for Healthcare from IHO’s Premium Health care package by Aetna. Which clearly states under my membership card I have facility of 100% concession on first 2 consultations & examination per Doctor & subsequent consultations as per applicable charges or 50% concession on all consultations & examination.

        Today while we tried to book our first appointment we have been informed the policy is changed and as per the new policy we can avail only 50% discount by Balwant Singh Chauhan call centre supervisor of Athena call centre.

        Entire marketing strategy on their own company broacher is mis-represting the commitment made to a customer at the time of selling the product.

        Healthcare is a very sensitive issue in a third world country like ours. Only reason to take this was to make medical support available for me and my family at lesser cost which we can afford.

        Request you to interfere here and help the citizens like us otherwise this could turn out to be another SCAM on public money by a reputed organisation like IHO.

          This Complaint is regarding Indian Health Organization. On 25th of June I got a call from IHO executive and he told me about IHO and said it is a part of World Health Organization and provide a health plan with 100% coverage with the EMI payment option but when he payment was deducted in one shot from my credit card. The benefits he told me was also not mentioned on the website he also told me if I dont like the plan i can cacel it and payment would be revert back to my credit card in within 24 hour. The executive made many false comitemnt about the plan and when I talked to the they told they dont have any details about it and I requested to cancel the plan. It has already been 13 day since I given the cancellation request but they are not respoding. I have sent many emails and called up to the customer care but customer care always say you will get a call from IHO but they not turned up and on email they always say to give 14 days to resolve the matter but still there is no update from IHO. My credit card bill has been generated and complete payment of INR 8000 has been deducted. They have made so many fake comitemnets and when I look at the website there was nothing such as and after talking to customer care they said we provide only benefit that are mentioned on the website. They also said the amount paid will be entitled for the tax banefit but when I further investigated only INR 5000 is entitled for tax benefit.

          Kindly help me to get back my money from IHO. My mobile number is [protected] and the membership ID they provide is 3A9FTFS54I.

            I had taken membership of Indian health organisation last year. However did not get any membership card from them. This year on 12th June 2013 they again called me stating that they are from thyrocare and i will recieve 3 thyrocare vouchers since i was member of I.H.O. First i was reluctant because of my bad experience with I.H.O. However relying on name of thyrocare I took membership for 3 members from Indian Health Organisation by paying Rs.5100/- against which i was promised to get thyrocare vouchers for each members. My application refererence no. is 009114. I paid the money by credit card. However till date i have neither recieved the welcome kit nor thyrocare vouchers. When i first called their customer care they promised me to send e-vouchers within 48 hours. When i didnt get the vouchers i again called their customer care. This time the person on the phone said he doesnt have my payment details. I was very annoyed as i had paid by credit card so there was no question of not receipt of money. I put the phone down in frustration. After one hour i got call from I.H.O. confirming the payment and asking me to renew the membership for two years with add on card by paying Rs.5000/- more. I just denied and told them to send me the vouchers for which i have already paid the money. They promised me to send the vouchers by email within 2 days. However now more than 4 days have passed and i have not recieved any voucher from them. Kindly do the needful and justice

              Respected All,

              I want to draw your kind attention that on 10/04/2013 I got a call from [protected] on my mobile no - 9868xxxx73 saying that its a call from HDFC bank CP branch New Delhi regarding card limit enhancement along-with the Health vouchers for which I have to pay an amount of Rs 7,500.00 to Indian Health Organisation New Delhi along with this the new card. She told me that my name is Tanisha and my extn No is-1103. She also confirmed me that these are the recorded lines from which she was calling me and telling me about the product information. She confirmed my mailing address of the HDFC credit card no - 5523xxxxxxxx7142 with the credit limit as well. I clearly told her that I am not interested to avail such health vouchers at all.

              Without my consent the same was debited from my HDFC bank credit card account no - 5523xxxxxxxx7142 of Rs 7500.00 at UMBAI M IHO9552 06Mon on 10/04/2013 at 1.20 pm as I told her so many times I am not interested in availing all such coupons/vouchers. When I contacted to my HDFC bank customer care team they advice me to take the cancellation receipt from vendor so that the same will not charged from my account and they also blocked my card for security reasons on the same day. I immediately contacted the Indian Health Organisation customer care team to cancelled the transaction because it was not done by me nor by my consent and I also drooped the email for the cancellation of membership if approved by IHO but till date they are giving me a false hope that we are working on your request and your case will be resolved on priority. I am continuously doing followup on the same but no result comes from IHO side only fake commitment every time.

              I request the authority members to kindly consider my request and do the needful in my favour so that my full amount of Rs 7,500.00 will be credit back to my HDFC credit card account. Waiting for a positive response from your side.

                Hi Team,

                I have received a call on 10th June 2013 stating that there is health care preventive plan which is not insurance but is like prevention plan, i thought it would be good for my family, he told me that this plan is valid in all hospitals, all medical stores, all over India. i told him to call me and show me the same in website, he showed me and told me that the extra benefits he mention (all hospitals etc)will come in the document that is provided with welcome pack, i believed and he then insisted me for payment then and there, i said i'll pay it through website, he said me there is no such facility, he took my credit card details, then i said are you making payment, he said sir, you make the payment if you doubt and guided me to pay, however i made the payment of Rs 8000 for 2 years.in this process of payment there were three guys interchanging between the conversation i don't know why, they were Prashant, Rahul and i don't know the other guy. I was not given any acknowledgement of the payment through any mail but was said that that is registered in the website.
                After, few days i received a welcome call from Parth, Headoffice thats what he said, i immediately told him am not at all satisfied with this policy I am denying the policy,the reason i told me was accepted by him and told me that the executive was wrong and action will be taken against prashanth, he also told me that he will take this to other department and i will receive a call within in 24 hrs, since then i was waiting for the call, i neither received a call nor was given proper acknowledgement for my denial of the policy. The customer care executive was lying to me saying that they made a call to me i didn't pick up the call. I am so frustrated with this company they are wasting my time, i've been calling them daily since 6 days.
                Wonder here is What ever i wrote in this mail is seen by me with the every complaint that is registered regarding this organization.but unfortunately, i saw that after i had taken the policy.
                I request you for full refund of Rs 8000 as early as possible.
                I question the organization, after these many complaints registered on you where will you have reputation in public, i am writing this out of anguish and frustration.

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is with regard to fraudulent transaction done in my credit card no 3647 on 15.05.2013.

                    First of all customer care by fraudulent way debited my credit card by Rs 7500.00 then after making compliant to IHO and call centre person they have confirmed that it will be refund to your account if you cancel the health plan/policy.

                    Now I am getting call from IHO we can’t refund the whole amount. We can refund only 1500/- Rs.

                    I am helpless now.

                    I request you to take strict action against IHO so that my amount gets refunded.

                    Indian Health Organisation — fraud promises , not having any renown health checkup centre or doctor linked with them.

                    during selling of health card they promised somany things but their responce is very poor, the customer care disconnect the line without proper reply, they don't have any renown checkup centres.i ask them to refund my money but after 3 months they have not return the same.

                      I have purchased the health card for my family of Rs 9999/- & the merchant who has called me is Shrishti after while pitching about the package I requested her to let me first discussed with my husband but she denied as she said that the call is online generated, I don't know how I have purchase the package but after discussing with my husband he refused & asked me to make it cancel .so after half an hour I called Shristi & requested to cancel the card which I have booked by the name of Sharda Pahuja. after two days one more lady called me and i requested for the same she said that she will cancel my card whith in 48 hours & I 'll confirmed within next 48 hours but it still not cancelled . Now today I was again called by ms. Preeti & again I requested for the same but she is forcing me take the advantage of this card & she is also threatning me that I have to have to use this card & she will not cancel it in any condition. So I just want to confirm if the consumer don't want to avail any benefits then you people use to force him.
                      Please again I am requesting to you kindly do the needful & refund my money which I have paid through my credit card. My membership Id which I have received on my phone is 4WJT5VPKKI

                        I have taken a Health Plan from Indian Health Organisation on 13-5-13 on the name of my wife Shalini Verma and me of Rs-7000/- cash. According to them we can avail the benifits of the plant after 75 hrs. But till date I have not received any e-mail and Welcome call from IHO. So many times I call them on their costomer I.D. and call to there costomer care no but they always reply that you will receive the welcome call after 75 or 24 hrs. But till date I have not received any call from them and I am not able to avail the Plan benifits.

                            Indian Health Organisation has been making tele marketing calls every 2 days from their landline. Despite repeated requests and complaints they do not understand that telemarketig calls are to be done only with numbers starting with 140 and not landlines or mobiles.

                            Please adhere to regulations or else you may have to face consequences.

                            I applied for IHO family health plan on october2010. Still I dont receive any kit from IHO. I have called several times to customer care and send mails but no response. I want to take this issue legally. Any ideas of how to approach?

                            I guess you fail to understand the illegal activity you are doing. This is not a problem with respect to me only. All your marketing calls are not being done using numbers starting from 140 which is a regulatory requirement of TRAI.

                            Are you really so dumb. As per TRAI regulation you are supposed to register with TRAI for making telemarketing calls and you are not registered. Every registered telemarketer calls only from numbers starting with 140.

                              Claming to be india’s best health care service provider IHO(INDIAN HEALTH ORGANIZATION) failed me immensly and left me skeptic of its services.
                              It was 18th of march when I received a phone call from a sales representative of IHO offering a health care based package for me and my family, unable to make a decision immediately and wanting to consult my family ,I asked them to make a call later, to which the executive made me aware of the fact that the offer is valid for today itself and as I am over 21 yrs I can make a decision right away.So I made the payment by hdfc credit card via IVR and the call made the following points
                              - Health package costs 7500/year
                              - If paid via hdfc cretic card it can be availed for 3yrs for 15000.(THIS IS THE PACKAGE I TOOK)
                              - If dissatisfied with the services or any other reason, the package can be cancelled and refunded within 28 days of the reciept of the package.
                              - Will receive email after the transaction is done.

                              I received the package on 1st of april and during the course of next 5 days I got to know that I have to leave india for official purpose and my return is uncertian and my family will also be moving with me . On 10th of April I made a call to pune (as I stay here) IHO call centre for cancellation of the package. The customer care rep not having the authority to cancel and found my reason invalid, she directed my call to their Customer care centre in Delhi with an executive.

                              The executive found my reason valid and told me that he could have cancelled the order had it not crossed 14 days of refund period.and I was also asked to read the refund and cancellatin documents from the package I had received.here I would like to make some points
                              - The refund period was 28 days not 14 ,as told by the reprentative I talkd to on 18th of march.
                              - I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OR CANCELLATION DOCUMENTS IN MY PACKAGE WHICH I RECEIVED ON 1ST OF APRIL.
                              - And they are countin the days of refund period from 21st of March rather than 1st of April when I received my package.
                              - I did not receive ANY MAIL AS was told on my first call.
                              The Delhi executive finished the call on the condition to call back the next day and assist me further on the issue. But neither did I receive any call nor did they entertaind me well when I called them back the day after ie on 12th of april and are delaying the issue by askin me to call the other day and neglecting the importance of the issue.
                              As the sales reps were very decieving and this accounts for sheer breach of trust, the after sale service which is too close to worst is forcing me to take this issue on various consumer online portals and if action is still not taken I would be forced to take the issue to Consumer court and take this legally.
                              HIGHLY DECEPTIVE AND TRUST-BREAKIN IS WHAT I WOULD RATE YOUR SERVICE.
                              NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION.

                              Dont go to any Health centres -- do RAMDEV BABA EXERCISES-- any health problems fo to RAMDEV BABA CENTRE and do treatment they have all Ayurvedic medicines no harmor ill effects-- so highly trustworthy...do yoga in morning

                                I received a call from telemarketing no. 91-[protected] on behalf of Indian Health Organisation. Executive name was Sameer. He explained me a plan for taking heavy concession for any kind of medical treatment. He told me that you will have to pay 7,500/- for four family members. and you can buy this through your credit card on EMIs. For Example I asked a question from him that I want to buy a plan for my Mother. she is asthama patient. Doctor has told us for Echo test. Cost of this Echo is around 2000/- in Market. He assured me that definately you can get 75% discount on this test. But I was still confused because there is no such company in the market who is providing this type of services. I was online at that time He was explaining me on website www.indianhealthorganisation.com. He was pressurising me to buy this policy online But I wanted to cross check his commitments. So I requested him to give me 2 hours for cross checking. But he was still pressurising me. Finally he got agree. After that I called to[protected] and talked with another executive. There was a lady I forgot her name but she told me every thing clearly about the plan she told me that we will give around 25% concession on this test accordingly. I told her that I was told that I will get 75% discount. She assured me that he was wrong. I am totally disappoint from this type of wrong commitments from such as company.

                                He told me his contact no. also it was [protected] and his name was Sameer. Pls take action against him and confirm me.

                                this is the 3rd mail ,still not get any kind revert from your end why??????????????
                                is anyone read mail in the organstion????/

                                each time get commitment from your end but it's not geeting convert in to action,

                                today morning i got commitment from Mr. Sameer prasad that some one seniour person will talk to me regarding the issed of policy. still not recd the call from his end neither seniour person.why this type of harshment done in this orgnastion.

                                as per fake commitment i have try to reach to Mr. Sameer prasad but he not come on line as per his team member he is busy on another call they will call back in with in 5 min. now almost become half an hour still wating for the same but nobody call to me

                                  I got a call from Indian health organization they told me you will get 15%discount on medicine & 50% on treatment at any hospital all over the India and if I don't like the service they will refund the hole amount of 5000 and all conversation are recorded in there system after taking the service I am not receive what they committed so I request them to refund the money as they told me which was recorded in there system and I am not getting 50% discount on treatment and 15% on medicine as they committed and they are not refunding the money back

                                    Recently, I got a call from IHO to avail their services which lead to havoc in my life. On the call, I confirmed that payment would be deducted from my account after I receive dummy card for the services and all the document to email address. After some time, I got a call that money has been deducted from the account and card would be sent in a week. But, very soon, I realised that what they promise and what they have done to me.
                                    Money from my account was deducted and I was having NO document.
                                    Another call from IHO, your money has been converted to EMIs.
                                    Then I realised, I am in big mess and proceed to cancel the services. After that day, my life turned into hell, daily I am getting a call from IHO, they mentally torture me to accept the offer. Today, I got a call from a lady who said, I can return Rs 3000/- but for the rest of amount you can avail my services and forcing to accept the offer.[Awesome refund policy]
                                    Asked her to return my money if I haven't used any services from you then she said you have accepted the offer and you will have to avail the said services for 1 year.
                                    I am really disturbed. What should I say ... I am planning to register a fraud case against IHO.
                                    PLEASE BEWARE of these IHO representatives....

                                      I Mihir Bhatt have submited for a preventive health care plan of indian health organisation
                                      Via my broker hdfc securities who have shared my details without my concent with them.

                                      They collected my cheque on 26 january 2013 and soon after have refused to provide a tax receipt
                                      Claiming that my funds are not received by them.

                                      I had to provide my bank account number along with cheque number to get them to acknoledge the same.frustrated with this i have asked them to cancel the plan however they are refusing to cancel and
                                      Want me to wait for their cancellation departments call.

                                      Its been days neither cancellation team nor any one has called me.
                                      They are not willing to provide any escalation contact to me as well.

                                      First take the matter with HDFC securities and tell them how the broker has done away with your information. You can probably lodge case against him and get the money from him.
                                      But you will need solid proof of him giving away your information, so check it out first.

                                        In the month of march 2011,I had purchased health and medical services on telephonic talk only from Indian Health organisation by paying Rs.2400.00, my customer ID is 3637899.But sill not got any doccument ,so I can not get benefits of it.I tried for getting doccuments but for that also it was very irritating experience..Hence after one year of paying I got only headache.please let me get my paid amount back from IHO and without any excuses from it.
