Your executive Mr. Arman Roy was introducing the IHO on 19th October 2013. It mans your tele-executive was approach toward me. How do you get my contact detail? He was not introducing any type of terms and conditions at that time. If he notified them then I could not proceed. Per single confirmation or verification call, your team point out the Terms and conditions. And the voice so poor at that time of confirmation or verification call for your end. Your must be mail this page to me for my knowledge. I would not agree due to my economical problems. But he had promised me that whatever transaction done by Credit card that would not reflect on current credit bill (that date was 22nd October 2013) and this transaction would be converted into EMI (An Equated Monthly Installment). On 22nd October 2013, I got the confirmation or verification call from your executive between 11.00 am - 12.00 pm. On the same date at late, I got credit card bill by SMS and 23rd Oct 2013 09:12:39 IST by mail. I surprised that whole amount (Rs: 9999/- INR) of Welcome Kit was charged current bill. On same day, I called Mr. Arman Roy on personal number (Contact no. [protected] and [protected]) that was given by him. He promised that he will be solving it within two days. I have proof of this call. But after two days, he did not receive a call. After that I took the number from net and call. The systems reply that executive call within next 48 hours. I did not get call back. After that I call on same number repeatedly and put the complaint. Everything is panic for me due IHO first call. I cancel the welcome kit because your executive was fraud me. I want my amount Rs: 9999/- INR with interest. Because your give me headache.

    Dear Sir / Mam, My Name is Vikash Sharma. I have taken a membership of Indian Health Organisation on[protected] on receiving call from IHO's customer care executive offering certain health related services. I received temporary membership cards on mail on which membership number was not mentioned, only name was mentioned. I had not received the services committed by IHO representative at the time of taking membership. So, I made a cancellation request through mail dated[protected] and also I made a call on customer care number "[protected]". Since than I have made N number of calls on customer care number but there is no response from their side. All the time they assure me that they will call back within 24 hours. I have made a payment of Rs. 4000 through credit card. Now, I am very puzzled by calling again and again. Please healp me.

      When I registered for this plan, this was 3990 INR and now it is 4450 INR. Although I am not aware of their services on the go of the plan after using the vouchers etc, I am really very disappointed with the miscommunication of IHO in the initial phase. And I do not have any trust left to recommend others to join IHO. Instead I strongly recommend people to stay away from IHO. I received a call from IHO explaining the plan and the plan was good. I did question the executive few times if there would be any additional payments to be done in order to use the vouchers provided with this plan. The executive confirmed every time that I do not have to pay anything to use the vouchers. So I enrolled to this plan on the same day (10-Jul-2014) after consulting my parents. Executive promised me that I will receive the eCard of all the 4 members included in the plan within 24 hrs of registration. However, I received it only after I requested for the eCard on next day after waiting for 24hrs time period. Executive had mentioned that I would be receiving the Welcome Kit within 10 working days of the registration which would be 21-Jul-2014. However, I received the kit on 23-Jul-2014. I was shocked to see the Note in each voucher that I NEED TO PAY RS.200 PER VOUCHER IN ORCER TO USE THE COUPON. And this was only identifiable after receiving kit and not with the eCard as the eCard will not have any such details. Immediately, I raised a Cancellation request on 27-Jul-2014. As per the Cancellation Policy, the request should be raised for cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the package. And following are the terms for cancellation to be considered a valid request: Cancellations shall be considered only if (i) a valid request is made in this regard within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Health care Package Membership by you, and (ii) the entire Health care Package Membership's Welcome Pack is returned to IHO within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the cancellation request as aforesaid. For calculation of the aforesaid periods, the records of dispatch, delivery and communications available with IHO shall be considered final. As per this, even my request was valid and calculation of days of request was also valid. My request was not reverted until I contacted IHO via repeat reminders to my email and via calls. Finally I received an email that Cancellation Department is reviewing this request on 21-Sep-2014. And no updates were provided to me until 13-Oct-2014 when I sent a reminder. A week later I received a call from IHO that they would be provide a refund of Rs.800 admitting the miscommunication from IHO. And executive told me that she would discuss with the plan and refund details with me in the evening. But she did not call me. Instead I received an NEFT notification of Rs.800 on 27-Oct-2014. Currently the kit is with IHO. Hence, I sent a email on 28-Oct-2014 asking for the reasons for not cancelling my package. And I am awaiting their reply...

        This is to bring your kind notice to the fact that Indian Health Organisation (IHO) is cheating and duping people by selling their health card with false promises. They sold me one family plan for 4 people for Rs. 4450.00 saying that it will certainly give 50% relief on total medical bill anywhere and in any locality. It will apply to ALL DENTAL CASES too by providing 50% cover on all medical bill inclusive of surgery, hospitalization or whatever. They made me paid through their website through my credit card. It was paid instantly. Thereafter I checked with their HQ and I was shocked when they said me ONLY on consultation fee they will give 50%. I asked to cancel my booking immediately. They said first they'll receive the payment then their department will call for card confirmation while preparing Temporary Card then I can request to stop them. After 2 days I received call for membership verification, when I requested them NOT to release my card anymore. They cut my call and released the Temporary Card. I called back again and asked to cancel the same. They said they'll escalate the issue to escalation department. After a week they again called and INSISTED me to use that card. I said in single sentence, kindly proceed with cancellation else I'll move to CONSUMER FORUM/COURT. They said I'll receive the call from their escalation department within 14 days. 14 Days completed today, no calls. I called again today for the same. They informed me it's still under escalation department and they will resolve this by 1st week of November...and blah, blah, blah.. In the meantime, today I checked with SAKET CITY HOSPITAL about their tie-up for medical benefits...The hospital authority said they have no such tie-up.. I requested them to recheck with higher authority and they reconfirmed it through their higher authority too. Please help me to get my refund. I urge all people NOT GET TRAPPED in this FRAUD COMPANY'S WEB. If I don't receive my refund soon, I'll file and FIR and will move to Consumer court. I request all brothers and sisters who are already victim of this FRAUD COMPANY, kindly file FIR and move to CONSUMER COURT against these cheaters.

          respected sir, My name is m.nagarajan i have a iho membership card my card no:[protected]. its offer to take a family blood test and its given to it and also take a individual blood test in blood test lab.iho is totally incorrect blood test report . my wife report is thyroid is positive but another report says there is no thyroid in wife and check so many lab thyroid is negative. in my blood test its says bad cholestrol(tryglycerides) 186 mg% in report but after one week blood pressure i have greeness and admitted in AKN hospital in kellys.and its AKN hospital report says bad cholestrol(tryglycerides) is 304 mg% .my money is more loss. i have all evidence in about indian heath organisation. futher its take action to indian heath oraginisation . thank you ph no:[protected](or)[protected]

            Received a call on Sunday 28th Sep 2014, on which their Sales person have introduced their product line and services. During the conversation he told me that I will get discounts on the Vaccination of my child upto 10-30%, I can visit any local nearby clinic with my card number and i will get 50% discount on consultation fees and 50% consultation fees will be given to that doctor by us as he will record your card number and give it to us for refund and you will get a confirmation call from us that have you visited that doctor or not, only than the fees will be given to that doctor and this is our process. Than I asked for the query of any clinician nearby, those who have opened their clinic in homes, he said yes " Sir clinic Gharon mein hi khulta hai" and also told as all the practitioner clinicians are registered with us. So his executive came to me same day and taken the money by card with the portable swipe machine. But after two days, during the confirmation call they have told me that there is no discount on vaccination and Only IHO paneled clinicians you have to visit. than I told them to please refund my money and I do not need your cards as well. Again yesterday I have received a call from IHO department by saying that they have taken a strict action for that sales person and there is no procedure for refund. So, i have told them it is your internal matter to take any action or not? but i have not taken any services so, refund my money.

              Indian health organisation is nothing but a fraud company. I had deposited money in hdfc bank account of I.h.o. in august and been waiting for my health kit since then. I have called I.h.o. many times and they always said that kit will reach me in a week. now when I called they say that kit has been delivered to me. dont know whts going on but one thing is for sure that indian health organisation is not dependable at all.

                  Hi, IHO sales executive Mr. Raj Singh (Emp ID: IHO 26687) called me on 15th September 2014 disguised that he offering me Freedom plus plan with 2 Lakh covered mediclaim policy & sales manager Mr. Nair too informed the same. That time I was looking for such mediclaim policies for my sister & her family. So immediately I accepted his offer then hurryingly he send executive for further payment process which I did paid on 15th Septemeber 2014 using my credit card. Later I came to know that there is no such plan avail in IHO offerings. So I urge to process refund on priority.

                    Please find attached my credit card detail of citibank through which i've made payment of Rs..3500/- dated 06.08.2014(transaction id:70772). Further, I want refund of amount paid for the health plan as soon as possible, as their sales representative Mr. Kunal (mob no.[protected]) called-up me to take this plan. But he misguided me and given me false representation of the organisation plan. But after inquiry the fact was different. So, I've lost confidence in this organisation plan and this guy has thrown dust on the reputation of this organisation.It is therefore requested you to please help me to get refund my money back.

                      A bunch of thieves and fraud people running this organization. They call people and ask them to buy a health card with a promise of different health card and discount coupons. After receive payments they "actually" don't send anything. I am one of the victim and soon going to lodged an f. I. R against these people.

                      I received a call for the family health card. I make payment of 2500 from their website for 1 year subscription. A week later, i received a call from iho and the iho representative told me that if i extend the subscription for 2 years then i will be getting some discount coupon worth 2500.

                      They called me number of times for the subscription and finally i agree to pay 3000. I paid 3000 from my credit card (Ivr). After a week i received the iho booklet but only for the 1 year subscription with only the benefit (All) for which i paid earlier (The 2500 through iho website).

                      I called customer care and asked them about the coupon of 2500 and subscription which was for 2 years then they said i will be receiving the same in 15 days.

                      I have not received any booklet or card for next one month and then i asked them to cancel the policy which i was paid later through ivr (3000 inr)

                      After number of calls they agreed to cancel and refund but now its been 3 month i am still waiting for the refund every time i call iho they ask me to wait for another 4-5 days. One of their account department lady miss rajni called me back and asked for my address to deliver cheque but now its been 1 month i am still waiting for the refund. I have also recorded the calls in which the lady promised me for refund.

                        I had applied for this card after getting promotional call from Indian Health Organisation(IHO). at the first they promissed me to get the benefit of this card of 50% to any hospital clinic or even unlisted clinic in all over india. and tthey also told me if you did not like this policy then we can refund you 100% within a month.so i confirmed and paid for this card.now on 5th sept. i got confirmation call and they are saying that you can get benefit on 15%to20% only and you also need to pay RS. 400. an many more other things they told me after getting payment they even now saying its not refundable. I need my whole refund within 30 days because i found its completely different card for what i applied. every record is recorded in their calling data . Due to your one of the sales representative pankaj shaw miss commitment with me. He said your IHO card benifit from all nursing home and hospital, but After payment I search your protal and called to another Iho representative who said only Iho empanelled organisation give Iho benefit, which organisation not empanelled they will could not help me so this is totally fraud from you sales executive (PANKAJ SHAW). So I want cancellation this policy and refund money asp.

                              Being fooled by IHO I took their plan on 25th July. I was told that i would be geting Rs. 4 lac of cover. but later found that it was all false. I have asked them to discontinue my services at the earliest. It was discontinued on 30th july. Since then there have been new deadlines every other day regarding refund of my amount. I have been given assurances by their team starting from 45 mins to 14 days days for refund. Can anybody Help in this regards

                                I took the policy from IHO on 20 June and given the cancellation request on welcome on 15 July and the amount is not return back to my account after 1 month. I have called many times to customer care and they are not responding right way just said you will get your amount with in 4-5 days, but nothing is happened. Please do needful. As its almost 2 month over to given cancellation request. I called many times and your cancellation department told me every time it will take 7-8 days and now your request is got approved but still amount is not return to my account. Could you please confirm how many days it will take to return the amount, it's really frustrating me; Are you going to return my account or not.

                                  Hi, On 20 Aug 2014 one executive of IHO called me and told me the plan ie, 50% discount on all medical bills like Doctor consultation fee, medical bill, medical test etc. and it is valid at any hospital in India. I was surprised but I took the plan and paid the money online. After few days ie, 26 Aug I got a call to verify the plan again and confirm it. But the confirmation executive was telling me the wrong plan like its 15% discount and it not valid in all hospitals. As a result I told him to stop the policy and not to send me the policy papers. And also to refund my money because I now I cannot trust them. So the executive told me that he will look into the matter and revert me back with the refund. Today ie, 2 September I got a call from IHO ie, Daksh Verma from escalation department agreeing that they provided me the wrong information and have fired the people who gave me wrong plan information and on the same hand they cannot refund my money, because there is no cancellation policy. I have not used their plan for a single day and I told them to stop processing the plan. They are making fraud with number of customers everyday by providing the wrong information. And as a customer I know that we have a flexibility o[censored]sing a services or not. And if we did not liked the services we can refund it. Daksh Verma from escalation department is clearly stating that there is no cancellation policy and I have to use the services. And they will refund anyhing to me. Please do the needful.                                       I hold 7 members plan for IHO from my family. IHO is bad at understanding customer query and servicing. I got Thyrocare Freedom check up done for my father on 12th Aug. Now I am fed up of calling IHO to book similar test for my mother. During membership process, IHO gave 5 such vouchers to avail service. Upon calling call centers, they are not able to book schedule for this time test. I have been following up since 19th august and they have not addressed my parents schedule. If IHO has any problem with their voucher or process that their look out to fix. They are not supposed to play with health of citizens. My mother has brain stroke 4 months back and her situation is serious to get this test done to consolidate further test. Such organization MUST NOT get ENTRY into INDIA ...this is simple poorly managed company with not transaparent and honest service. I have made 2 escalations also on their website, which is for sure went into some dustbin at IHO office. I dont have any other hope here. But I will surely make enough noise to bring damage to IHO as brand and its service.

When I have talk to IHO executive they don't give the positive response any time so please provide me the kit urgently or refund my whole money with interest .
