I am writing this mail in great pain, grief and disappointment and to obtain compensation for a huge mistake for which I believe your Gurgaon Center is responsible for. èI have heard and learnt lot about “Noble Prize winner Bourn Hall Center” and because of good faith and trust I had visited your Gurgaon Center in April’2014. We were welcomed by Center Manager Mrs. Surabhi Tiwari who had done counseling and given brief details regarding the procedure and confirmed higher success rate in case of Donor IVF. èOn our second visit in 1st week of May, the Counselor Mr. Deep Jyoti gave us the detailed view of the IVF procedure and convinced us to go for complete package of Rs. 2.4L which included all the procedure, donor, medicines, tests, sperm freezing, egg freezing and embryo freezing. èThe cost of 2.4Lakh also included 50K for future frozen embryo transfer in case of any past failure as per the verbal commitment from Mrs. Surabhi Tiwari and Mr. Deep Jyoti. We had also requested several times to give everything in writing on letter head regarding complete procedure and payment details which we have never received anything till last moment of the procedure. Till the end we have also requested Mrs. Yamini to provide everything in writing but she never took this seriously. Some of the blood tests were done but as a surprise there was no blood test performed for identification of my blood group in case of matching the Donor for Donor IVF. èIn the month of May, we have been visiting on weekly basis for scanning with Dr. Richa Sharma and also I was taking medicine as prescribed by the doctor. èIn the month of June the donor was selected and when we confirm the blood group of the donor it was confirmed to be B+. However, we confirmed to the doctor and staff that my blood group is A+ and my husband is o+. èUnfortunately, in the end of June month Dr. Richa Sharma had rejected the donor due to negative response from the IVF donor. Later we were informed unofficially that donor herself had withdrawn from the treatment in the middle of the cycle. èTill 10th July 2014 myself and husband kept on making repeated calls and enquiries regarding the status of the IVF donor, but strangely we were completely lost due to difference in communication from all the staff members regarding no new donor selection. èOn 12th July 2014, we have met Director Mr. Avinash Gandhi regarding our dissatisfaction for not selecting the new donor and due to difference in communication. While having conversation face to face with Director and staff members there was ambiguity and confusion amongst them as Miss Tammana said donor has not been selected, whereas Surabhi Tiwari confirmed new donor has been selected. After 3 days I received call from Miss Tammana who confirmed about new donor and I was shocked to hear that donor was B+. (This communication clarified there was no change made in the records of blood group as communicated earlier). There is no Confidentiality and Integrity maintained at your center since the name of the donor Jyoti was also revealed to us by the front desk staff members. èFinally, 5 days prior to my IVF, I was asked to go through BTEER Therapy for which they have forced us to pay Rs. 5000 which was paid by us. We had requested them to make us meet the senior mgmt. since we have already been offered for the package which included everything. We were offended by the behavior of the front desk staff Mrs Yamini who approached us and told there was no Senior available to meet us and she was only the senior member to handle the escalation at that point in time. èOn Friday, 1st Aug we received a call from Embryologist Dr. Gaur who confirmed us that we have to come for IVF transfer on 4th Aug 2014(Monday). After few hours we received a call from Dr. Richa that we need to do the transfer on 2nd Aug itself. èOn Saturday, 2nd Aug IVF was done and in the evening Dr. Gaur confirmed us that rest of the embryos were not of good grade and there are very less chance of their survival and can’t be freezed. I was kept in the room for Observation and medicine...I was injected with gestone 100ml in my stomach and Enosaparin 20mg in butt by nurse on duty, which was to be done vice versa after confirming with Dr. Richa...This is blunder. Today my IVF has not been successful and I feel that it is due to the low grade embryos. I could feel from the behavior of the staff and Dr. Richa who wanted to finish my case without being serious. I, Mrs. Geetu Thapar, belonging to a middle class family arranged the finance with a great difficulty as I was assured by Dr. Richa that Donor IVF would be a success for me as my uterus lining is perfect. I would be grateful to you if you please go through my case and take some action if possible, because I don’t expect that others would also face the same problems. Whatever I have gone through, I cannot express in words but yes, my respect, faith and opinion about your organization has definitely changed somehow. I can understand your pain Mrs Geetu. I also had a similar experience from Bourn Hall Gurgaon. Dr Richa Sharma is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She must not be allowed to practice if she is incompetent and continues to play with the emotions of patients and their family.

    Hi sir, My name is subhash saini. Sir my wife had a caesaria operaion on 5th april 2014 at Ballabgarh faridabad AIIMS hospital. But they put anaesthesia injection in a wrong manner or some negligency was there due to which my wife legs stop working after operation . we have a baby on same day . But after looking into matter the attendant doctor Sunita reffered my wife to Delhi AIIMS and there another operation done on 10th april for haematome blood clot removal from spinal cord . They charged me money as well and still my wife is not able to walk . so i want to file a complaint against that doctor.       This case is against Indian health organisation, they are making false promises to sell their cards. One executive called me and told me that they are offering cards which is applicable in every hospital in which for every visit I will get 50% concession with two free cards for health checkup and the cost for four members is Rs2500, I checked with him that those cards will also be applicable in Kanpur, he said yes so I purchased it online. But later on I got the info that those cards are not valid in Kanpur, then the very next day I caaled them to cancel it and return my money back, then they said I have to wait for my cards to be delivered then only I can cancel it but its 21st now and I havent received any cards. I again called them and now they are saying that now I cannot cancel as 14 days been completed. Are these IHO members making fool out of people, they are just charging the money from the people. This is the hard earned money. I want my money back, I can do anything for this. I want my Rs2500 back. Now please tell me what to do.         Hello, i got ripped off by Indian Health organization company. The person who sold this service mentioned that the health benefits covers in most hospitals. He clearly mentioned that if the particular hospital or clinic is not covered, i can file for a reimbursement. I was shocked to discover today that it was a complete rip off as there are only certain list of hospitals covered and reimbursement is a ruled out option. i even mentioned name of a certain hospital and he confirmed it was covered but today when i spoke to the call center person, she said its not covered. I feel cheated.

              Is IHO (Indian Health Organisation) is Fake & Fraud company? I have purchased a plan on 12 -July -2014 online, IHO representative said that I will get Four IHO  Thyrocares Preventive Healthcheck Packages Card with freedom plan, and send my four IHO temp cards with wrong names, I told IHO multiple times and you guys were agreed with me. From some days IHO is denying whatever they said. Its frustrating and total unacceptable. I have referenced and converted three guys (Gagan Shukla, Piyush Gupta and Prashant) to take your plan. For that IHO told me that they will give me 2 Polo wrist watches separataly. But, Now IHO send me only Two Thyrocare packages in 2500/-. But commitment was that they are reversing 500/-. And can avail this facility in 2000/- and wrist watchs. But nothing happens. IHO provides a helpline number 011  40354400 but I am not able to connect, everytime I get a message "Dear Member, we're sorry we missed your call, an IHO helpdesk representative will get in touch within 2hours. We thank for your patience. Team -IHO". Now its very painful for us.

                Hi All, I have been fooled by this company on false promises of medical reimbursement. I had made the payment of 7180.00 using my HDFC Credit Card on 12th June. In a telephonic conversation, they assured me that medical bills can be claimed. However, they deny now, that the freedom policy which I purchase doesn't have mediclaim facilities. I request you to check with the phone conversation done with Mohammed Rehman Khan for selling policy. He is the cuplrit who gave false promises and sold the policy to me and my family.                 Customer support executive called me and asking me to buy another insurance plan. I said to him, don't want to get fooled again. Could you please ask him to call me back again.

                  Firstly IHO Sales executive provide me wrong information regarding health plan, and after that I speak IHO customer care executive, IHO customer care executive told me if any wrong commitment is our site we refund your paid amount. and last few days IHO customer care executive many of time call me and told different speeches regarding my refund claim, One of the IHO executive told me we arrange the call for you and you told him yes you accepted our plan and at after we will call you and you cancel your plan and we refund fully amount to you, But I not accept your this offer because I know if I accept your not provide me any refund, thus after one another girl IHO customer care executive told we are not provide you any refund if you want we only give Rs. 500/- for settlement,

                    I had purchased a policy from the Indian Health Organisation on 11th June 2014. Policy name IHO Freedom Membership Plan. I was given wrong information about the policy because of which i bought this policy. I made a card payment of Rs. 3990 for this policy. When i actually tried using the policy, i was told that it is not applicable in my city.
                    Since 20th June i have called the IHO help desk nos. a number of times and each time they tell me that i will receive a cancellation call and get a refund but it has been more than a month now and no phone or refund.
                    Please help me. This is pure cheating. If this is how they make money, then this organisation should be shut down and banned.
                    I need my refund. Please let me know what i can do?

                      I take policy from Mumbai Office Name Mr Desouza ( before taking policy phone calls 4 times but after taking policy he is not atttending even single time, Ithink so he is a bogus person his mobbile no--[protected]. He assured I will Convert your policy on EMI on our side, that is my main condition. He tells me Our side do it within 48 hrs.Afterwords he was not meet me single time on his mobile. Now Iwant to cancelled that policy & refund my amount as early as possible.

                        I have been placed an order on a week before, still i haven't received my dummy card on my mail ID. When i given all my payment then what is the reason for delay? When i called on the people of IHO team they have nothing to explain or they told me first you give us some reference numbers then we will send you the dummy card. I have been given them some contact numbers but they still not sending my dummy card. I have been called them many time and requesting for sending the same, but they have been switched off there mobile. If they can do this for a dummy card then i am sure i have to struggled for my Original cards too. Now after these type of Bad service and also reading so many complaints against these company on the Internet, I decided to cancel my card.

                          This is is to bring to your notice that I paid 2500 and 11000 rfor IHO VOCHURES AND INSURANCE. IHO managers (Bhupendra, Ronix and Vardhan) made false promises to me that the vochures and health insurance documents would be dispached within 7 days and 15 days respectively. Though I made a call innnumarable times, the above mentioned empoloyess have not been responding to my complaint's The custome care representative's always providing arrogant answers.                             On 25th June 2014 I got a call from IHO representative Sameer Panchal (So called Sr. Manager) from Mumbai Andheri Branch. I was pitched with falsified commitments of 80% flat discount on any hospitalization/Operation charges. I was even told 25th June being their 8th Anniversary I would be given extended policy for 2 years. When the payment was taken from me no legal document or policy document was being signed not sure how can a legal treaty happen without any legal acceptance of the either parties. I was only given the receipt that comes out from the POS machine(Card swipe Machine). I was informed within 24hrs I would be getting the online emergency card but 48hrs have passed nothing came to me and everytime I called up Sameer he was busy in some meeting and won't accept the call. Then I called up the customer care and they informed no such offers that were promised to me were valid. Next time when I called up Sameer he told me its a special offer given and the Customer Care is not aware of the same. On 28th June I got a verification call from IHO and they also confirmed that no such offer is valid as per the policy given to me. I insisted on getting my policy cancelled immediately for which they asked me to wait for 48hrs. Not sure how can they play around with people's money so freely. If I am not given my money back within time I am going to file a complaint with consumer court and make sure I get my money along with compensation for the harassment caused to me. I insist people not to go for any policy from IHO. They are big time fraudsters and real losers selling out product with fake promises.

                                Very Very Very Careless after sales customer services form Indian Health Organization Pvt. Ltd. by Atena (IHO). I had opted for IHO membership for 7 people for which i had made payment as Rs. 3000 on 17/05/2014 (Request No. 002340) and 1000 on 19/05/2014 (Request No. 004560). I also made payment of Rs. 8000 on 19/05/2014 (Request No. 008630) for National Insurance for 04 people. During welcome call i came to certain facts which was not informed at the time of introduction of IHO membership, the fact which was not informed was that i have to visit only IHO affiliated doctors in order to get benefit of IHO membership. Due to which on the same call i requested to cancel my membership and process my refund of the payments made. Atleast 10 days no calls from IHO. Again i called up customer on 02/06/2014 and put a request for cancellation (Customer Care Executive Name- Shailendra Chettri) and he informed that within 14 days for request you completed and withing 02 days cancellation department will call me for making the request. I asked him the cancellation request no. but as usual he informed that cancellation request is taken and request no. is not required, and cancellation dept. will call you but after 03 days also not call from IHO. What a ... This is what you are supposed to give the after sales service to customer that to Indian customer. I again called up IHO Customer care 011 – 49394400, on[protected] and spoke to Mr. C.S. Raj and he had given me the cancellation request no. 6409, and he informed that within 14 days your request for cancellation will be process. But today is[protected], 15th day after putting request but till date no call from IHO. No Thanks and No Best Regards, Deepak C. Patel [protected].

                                  I have purchase Gold plus plan from IHO - Indian health Organization worth Rs.7890/- on basis of commitments from Mr.Yogesh Jadhav (Mob - [protected]) and his manager Mr.. Mohd Rehman (Mob - [protected]) .both from Saki naka branch, Andheri (E) . I am already having Medical insurance policy but to get benefit of maternity expenses i have purchased this plan. Mr. Yogesh from IHO have confirmed that this plan covers 100 % coverage on maternity expenses to the extent of Rs.2 lacs . Even upto 50% discount for the consultation and test . Now when i received call from their head office in Delhi they are denying the 100 % coverage on maternity and are saying that some misc ommunications happened . Also Mr.Yogesh confirmed that if you don't feel the policy is good you can anytime stop the policy and your EMI will automatically get stopped. This is also considered as void by their Delhi HO . This is a complete fraud and cheating where customers are promised something and being delivered something . Looking for some solution and settlement for my loss . Regards, Sikandar Khan

                                  Hi, Till now my problem have not been resolved . I myself have to call the IHO and most of the times my calls are unanswered . Also like to inform that the amount which have been deducted from my card was supposed to be converted into EMI, s but it has been deducted fully.

                                    IHO is not refunding my money after the cancellation of my registration. They provided me wrong information and after i receive the welcome call, i came to know that I was cheated. They taken Rs. 9999 and now always said they will call me but no one is calling me. Please help me.

                                    I reach policy bazar and they help me refunding money. II take the plan from IHO and they were consultant in this case. !!!
                                    I have sent IRDA email and they ask me some details. After providing details, I am not getting reply from a couple of days. Is IHO like companies will keep humiliating Indian people and no one even bother to take action.
                                    They are not regulated by IRDA...i don't think IRDA will take any action

                                      On registration of complaint with the police and Akosha, a consumer redressal forum, they confirmed they will do the needful, whereas they just mailed me with zipped
                                      attachment.

                                      NEED AROSE WHEN THEY REPRESENTATED THAT I'LL GET DISCOUNT MEDICAL
                                      TESTS CERTAIN MORE MEDICAL FACITIES. SO I BECAME A MEMBER BY PAYING RS.3980
                                      (FOR TWO PACKAGES FOR 8 PERSONS FOR ONE YEAR) It was a false and misleading
                                      offer since I could go to any doctor or medical lab of my choice where I'll get 30-40% discount. Whereas the reality was that I could avail of facilities only from labs and doctors on their panel. Neighbourhood labs of
                                      poor quality are not for which I paid money. If the good lab on their panel is 10 kms away it is not acceptable. The promise and offer was for getting discounts by going to any doctor or lab throughout India. Apparentaly it is a bogus organisation duping people and playing fraud on people by taking money on false and misleading promises as stated above.

                                      I wonder how Director of Health Services, Indian Medical Council and Health Ministry allows such fraudsters to operate against whom I have seen many more complaints in other Consumer Redressal Forums. I want my money under all circumstances. They are playing tricks by recording the conversations so as they get absolved but it is not likely to help, since the purpose was from the beginning to persuade public to
                                      pay them the membership money and later take all around circle of misleading offers.

                                        indian health organisation representative had called me by phone and told all wrong information and made promises which are not in company policy and collected money from me . now no proper response from indian health organisation.i need my money return
