[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation — cheating

I got call from Indian health organisation on around 10 Dec 2011 & the told me about all their services of health card but I couldn't understand properly & I ask for detail pamphlet or brochure but they told me that you can get refund if you don't like it and we will sms the card no. so that you can use it till actual card will reach to you.
on 13Dec2011they take details of credit card for payment & send the sms of card no. but without any details how to use it so I wait for health cards courier ,on around 29Dec11 I get it & go through all details, the services they are offering are not worthwhile & feel they have cheated me so I contact them for cancellation on 3Jan2012 & they told me first of all try our services then decide what to do, you have time for cancellation.
then I try to use the card but i feel that the services offering in selective hospitals only which are much more costly so I again contact them for cancellation but they told me that time limit for cancellation is over so we can't do any thing, we are registering your request & you will get call within 48hours,then I got a call from them but they didn't give exact status of request, still I take follow up for refund but till the day didn't get any thing

Yes same thing happened to me :( I think ALL fraud people are present in IHO Only the name is Big but the service is Zero.Please try to abuse them on Facebook.This is vry irritative to call them 100 times to cancel our membership.
Somebody should start a mission against them.
Please anybody willing to take the membership I'll not recomment it at all.
I received a Call from IHO on 24th June 2014 and they offered me 50% Discount on all Medical Treatment for any number of visits by just paying 2500rs as membership fees. I was told that I can try to use the service for 15 days with temporary cards and if I am not satisfied with the service then I will be reimbursed my money.

I received my temporary cards and tried to use the service at Fortis Hospital in Noida. I found that there is no such discount of 50% instead they gave me 15% discount.

I complained about the same to IHO and asked them to reimburse my money. I received a Call from IHO and the guy told me that he went through the conversation I had on 24th june while buying the membership and he agreed that it was a mistake by IHO executive. I told him that this kind of cheating is not acceptable and I dont want to continue with the membership and that my money should be reimbursed.

To this he said he will get back to me.

Since then I have been chasing IHO and not received single call from them. Everytime I call up they ask me to wait for 24hrs. This has become a never ending process.

Request you to please take up this matter and file a Criminal Case against IHO for Cheating under Section 420 IPC.
i bought a health plan from Mr ajay representing IHO on 16/05/2015 by paying Rs4, 950 through my kotak bank credit card. Mr ajay told me in this plan i would be receiving a flat 50% discount on all out patient, inpatient, consulting and diagnostics on listed hospitals and other institutes, he also told me i would receive the conformation by mail within 24hrs and the complete welcome kit, documents and the card within 3 to 4 working days but received a call from Delhi as a welcome call only on 23/05/2015 that's after a week and most shocking was the plan details he gave me, he said i will receive a variable discount from 10% to 50% depending on the hospital and the service wherein Mr ajay had promised flat 50% on everything, then when i asked the person who had called me about this he said he will call me back in a minute and never called again. i then called the help desk in the evening and was astonished by hearing that their were no details of mine, I told him what happened, he collected the details and asked me to wait for another 10 working days only to track the payment while i had given him the transaction id also, they are not responding properly nor are they giving any solution.i called them again on 27/4/2015 to hear the same reply and they are not even sending me the receipt of payment and this time they are asking me to wait for another 14 working days..please do the need full to correct this..
