[Resolved]  Indiatimes Shopping — different product supply

I'd purchase one hair trimmer/clipper from indiatimes shopping online threw net banking in the month of oct by slecting from so many products given on the company's website according the features.

but they sent me the different product. link for the same given below:

there are so many differents in both product. and rate different also.
When i'm trying to contact them on customer care no.[protected], only recorded voice in repeating all the time. Even 20 minutes of continuesly calling same result found, I think there is no customer executive is there to attend the customer's phone call.
And after mailing to thier operation head couple of times, the only respond i'd find is:- "Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, kindly give me time till tomorrow to investigate and revert".
After that no response found from their operation head also, even after continues two days reminder. same conversation is given below:-

solution please.

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I've order one Hair Clipper / Trimmer (Order no.[protected] on dated 06 Oct 2009 after seleting it from so many given product on your site.
but i got the different product delivered to me on 12th oct 2009 . and when I,m calling on your customer care no. i.e. [protected], the response I've found that customer care no is changed to[protected]. After calling on this new no response found (call is not connecting). On calling another given no i.e.[protected] is only singing that "sabhi grahak pratinidhi abhi wayast hai. kripya line per bane rahe." (all customer executives are busy right now, please hold the line.). Even after 20 minutes continuesly calling same song is repeating.
And I want to return this product immediatly. Kindly guide me, what to do?
This is the worst experience of mine on online purchasing. I'm a regular on line purchaser. Once before I sent mail on Your feedback section, but no response found. This is very much disappointing.
Please revert me asap. because You have only 10 days return policy and time has been stared.

Indiatimes shopping — Default in supplying ordered products

I had ordered some products using Indiatimes gict vocuher, twice my order got cancelled without any proper justificatio, The latest being out of service area. The fact remains that any courier fellow will reach my home address. After reporting to the company about the problem and that i will approach the consumer problem, i am unable to logg in to my shopping account/ retreive my password.

This is the message i got from them

With reference to your mail dated 02.03.09 for order no[protected], we regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled due to Non Serviceable area.We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this matter.

We are processing a full refund against above mention order number.

This is the second order whcih is getting cancelled. i am loosing money, if pay for an order worth Rs 150 with 200 Rs Gift coupon, i loose 50 rs, the if the order is cancelled i am refudnded only Rs 150/-

I purchased one (1GB MP4 Player) form your shop vide my ref. No. [protected] delivery of which was made to Shri Siddharth Joshi, 115-A, Regent Apartments, Shipra Suncity, Ghaziabad on the 13th Aug. 2009. The above item is not functioning at all. Now I mail my complaint to you and want to know, how can I send the item back to you for replacement or for getting it repaird.

I have buy/recieved a videocon v1675 dual sim mobilephone on dated 22feb2012. The sound is not clear and even after switching in loud mode, volume of the mobile phone is not easily listenable.
please take it serious and solve the problem as early as possible. other wise as per ur policy i m agree to return the device.
