[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — Delivered Samsung Galaxy S3 with Broken Seal | |||
Hi Team, I recently ordered a Samsung galaxy S3 in Indiatimes Shopping site online on 16th May 2013, I received the package on 25th May 2013. when I opened the package from bluedart, the Samsung seal which says "donot accept is seal is broken" was is a tampered state, but there were other stickers which on the other side were new - "seems like stuck over the old seals". I raised a case with them immediately after calling and speaking to many of their customer care reps. order id # [protected], case id #884221 which was created against this issue on 25th May 2013. but till now there is no response and every time we call them or chat with them online there is no appropriate response. they just inform us that we need to wait or simply mention that some one will get back to us. This is really not a professional ethic that is show cased by Indiatimes Shopping. @ Indiatimes Shopping - no action taken, very irresposible customer care, ordered the product on 16th may today is 12th june, i have send the product from my side to ITS, but they are not receiveing the product, just re-directing the consignment from bluedart to different addresses.
from 6th jun to 12 jun the prodcut / consignment is been sent to different places / offices of ITS and vice versa.
but as a customer im really frustrated with this kind o[censored]nruly behavior, every day i call the customer care but reapted answer asking to "wait" already 1 month passed and escalation desk also says the same, no difference.
I understand from lot of issues posted in various forum against ITS, i think ITS is trying to take our money and just rotate them for their financial needs and atlast simply close the issue by saying no stock. or something of that sort.
why this kind of wicked business practiss i dont know ...

Yes I received the product, but again its was box with seal broken. I really felt like a fool waiting for 45 days to get a broken seal product.
