i purchased on product (i.e laser jet printer ,canon MF 3110 ) with order number --[protected] from india times shopping ,by paying money in advance by credit card. order expected delivery date is over now. when i track product online it seems that product is returned from nashik only without any intimation to me .

I have ordered two items in Shopping.indiatimes.com online shopping.

Only one item is received after 10 days but not the another one, after 15 days I submitted the complaint and they told "NO STOCK".

So I accepted for refund on december 28 2012..

Its been 3 months from the date of order and I have not yet received my refund coupon.

I ordered an annual subscription of Better Photography Magazine from Indiatimes Shopping online. I ordered it on 11th Nov'12. I was told that my subscription would start from Dec'12 and will end in Dec'13. But as on today 23rd Feb'13 I have received only one edition and that is of Jan'13.
