      Dear Sir / Madam,

      My fiancee has ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 (Marble White) on January 8th through http://shopping.indiatimes.com.

      The product was supposed to be delivered by 31st January 2013. She hasn't received the product even today i.e. 10th February 2013. When the relevant personnel were contacted over mobile, on numerous occasions, they keep on extending the delivery date on the pretext that the product is missing. They keep on making fake promises that the product would be delivered. Also, it is really depressing to hear out the way the customer care representatives speak.

      Delhivery is the courier service comany that would be delivering the product. Most of the times, customer care representatives force us to call the courier service and get an update, which actually is their responsibility. We are really worried about the money & fed-up of the constant ignorance by both the parties in hearing out our grievance.

      I request you people to kindly do the needful & help us in securing our money, atleast.

        I had registered a case on 17th january..
        Today on 8th january when I did a paid phone call on customer care they replied that they are working on issue on a priority base..
        I don"t know how they working on priority, As case was created before 22 days and they are asking for 7 more working days. means by end of Feb 2013 they might think to start working on it.

        CASE is simple, product received with broken glass, reverse pickup and replace.

        Does this case is complicated??

        The Great Shopping.Indiatimes.Com is telling that they are not able to arrange reverse pickup for my location Udaipur. World famous Udaipur.

        They could do shipment within 3 days but could not arrange reverse pickup after 3 weeks also.

        Why should they, they already got money.

              I purchased a blackberry 9320 from Indiatimes shopping on 25th Dec'12 vide their order no. [protected]. I received the item on 31st Dec'12. However, I still have not received my invoice for the same. I have been following up with them since 1st Jan'13 but till date I haven't received the invoice. Their case ID is 606175. Every time they revert with the same answer that we will ship the invoice as soon as we get a revert from the specific vendor which according to me is not a satisfactory answer. There should be some sort of time frame for each resolution. You will also understand that a mobile phone without an invoice will pose problem in case I wish to resell this phone and if I wish to avail warranty on the handset.

                (as per the description it was to be USB 3 but i received USB 2, later i check it in Strontium website they dont have any USB 3 in the particular category)

                2)Laptop Notebook Skin High Quality - LP0252
                (i have not received the product yet, i got a mail with the description with the dispatch details it was through DTDC but when i check the tracking detail it is delivered to KOCHIN)
                complaint no. for this product is 631783

                and i am still getting calls from them confirming that have i received the products

                i have sent them many mails and even called them several times, even though case has been made with them for both the products they dont have any updated information. evertime i am said that they are looking into the issue their senior will call me but i have never received any call for both this issues yet.

                  Two Products I ordered at a time. The first one I received properly but the parcel box of the second product was empty.                     I have ordered 4 pen drives as mention in indiatimes shopping by internet advertisement on 19/11/2012. In that advertisement it clearly mention that 4 8gb pendrive at Rs.602 +10% deduction.
                    But at arrival i got only 2 pen drives. I complaint on immediate to there complaint assistant but after 2 month fighting they told its a technical error. but I show this advertisement many times on internet after my complaint also.And whatever mistake done from their side but i order based on there advertise so I am person who deserve the remain 2 pendrive and compensation which face by me from last 2 month and time and money wast. And i also mail 2-3 times but no reply of may mail.
                    My complaint no. is 536349 and order no. is [protected] in indiatimes shopping. I have snap sort of that adv. which clearly mention my point and its shows that openly online fraud done my company.And this is my strong evidence to get my compensation and pen drives.

                    Hello,

                    Indiatimes often advertise festival offers on its products on its website like on Rakhi,Diwali etc.
                    Similar scheme was launched at the time of rakhi few months ago and offer was if anyone do purchasing worth Rs 1000 from single userid than he gets Rs 250 voucher but i havn't got my voucher,though i made purchases as per following transaction :

                    As I got a call from your complaint assistant today and offer me just Rs. 200 as compensation. But can you even thing its right? If your company become fraud by any one than and you will just satisfied with little compensation.Than your ans. is "No". Than how I left my remain pen drives just buy Rs. 200 . Its openly your fraud and cheating to customer (me). I would like to get one letter from your organisation that you will only give that much compensation to me.                         This is Sathish from chennai.I have ordered a DishTv setup box[HD] on Dec 20th Jan 2012 in India times shopping.I received the product voucher on same month, but unfortunately it is differs from what I have ordered(Dish - SD).I have placed a complaint on Dec 27th and reverse pick was done from India times only on Jan 12th and it reached on Jan 18th.(During this period,I have been calling them on daily basis).

                        The frustrating part is, they never took care to call me and inform about the delay.They lied,saying that I will be receiving the product in a day or two.And finally today(I called them),they informed me that the product is out of stock and my money will be given back with in 5-7 working days.

                        Over all, they looted my money, made me to wait for days, made me to call them every day or alternative days.It was so frustrating,embarrassing or what ever you can call.Some one has to teach lesson for them pls.

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased Farlin Baby Diaper Pants 1 - S (Blue) (pack of three)from the website https://shopping.indiatimes.com on 09th January 2013 with Order ID No [protected] and the packet was delivered to me on 11th Jan 2013 but in the packet there was only one Baby Diaper, i called them up on 11th itself to update about the partial delivery but after 7-8 minutes of wait the call got disconnected (As all the agents were busy), then on 12th morning again I called them and updated the issue and the case id was raised by them and a case manager was appointed by them, now every other day the case manager is changed and they are not updated and provide wrong information and now they say that you have got the proper delivery as the packet contains only one diaper. I also sent them the screenshot of the website where it has been clearly mentioned that the packet contains 3 pcs, but they are not listening to my grievances and lingering on the issue for no reason, I feel that I have been fooled and cheated by wrong commitments of the company and strict action should be taken against such fraudulent companies making money from wrong intentions and luring the customers.

                              I've placed an order of 2 products in Shopping.Indiatimes.com, while sending it my order was splitted into two in which one was delivered to me and the other was delivered to a wrong person. I placed a complaint Case 604629 with them and called them lot of times till now and expected resolution time of the case was Jan 16th, but there is no proper response from them till now. I'm really fed up with them.

                                I had purchased Celsia Maroon Double Bed Sheet Set on 16-Dec-2012 Order No [protected], however I was delivered only single bedsheet, the complaint was registered with Indiatimes on 18-Dec-2012, case id 580696. Till today I don't have any resolution, no replacement, no refund. I have made 15-20 phone calls, every time same standard response, we are arranging for a reverse pickup. Hopeless shopping site. Worst customer response and satisfaction.

                                    I am Hrushikesh Vaidya from Pune. Recently (Nov 2012) I purchased Samsung galaxy s3 from Indiatimes shopping.
                                    At the time of delivery the courier guy asked for Octroi charges. I immediately contacted Indiatimes shopping customer care and asked if I am suppose to pay
                                    octroi charges. I was told to pay upfront and get the reimbursement. Accordingly I paid the charges and collected all the receipts. I have submitted all the necessary
                                    receipts to Indiatimes backend department for which I have got the acknowledgement on 29th Nov. Since then I am waiting for the refund.
                                    Whenever I call then I get a standard answer that "your issue has been raised to higher department and we will get back within 24 hrs" But I never get a callback or
                                    neither Indiatimes support team bothers to reply my mails.
                                    I sincerely feel Indiatimes is a FRAUD organization and please don't purchase anything from them.

                                      I have ordered an item with order #[protected] for my parents in Kolkata on Dec 29th 2012. They received a damaged product and Indiatimes is telling to send snapshot of the item. The problem is that I am staying in Hyd and my parents don't have infrastructure to send photo. I requested them to send any person to take snapshot/investigate the issues. They are simply bypassing the issue putting the blame on my side that I can't send photograph so they can neither replace the item nor they are ready for refund. So,I would just want to pass the message that Indiatimes Online shopping is fraud and don't shop from them as they will never miss a chance to forfeit you. The order value was 1249 which is totally gone and the product received is a damaged one. Indiatimes is simply passing the blame to courier who has delivered it. So seems Indiatimes after sales Service is very very poor. If there any issue they will pass it to customer and not be accoutable/responsible for anything. Their responsibility ends after taking the money. Delivery or quality of the product is not their headache. If you are lucky you will get a desired product and if there is any issue with delivery/quality INDIATIMES SHOPPING will make some story to pass the blame to customer and say " we are sorry and can't help you".

                                      i think thieir is some fraud involved .

                                      the matter has already been filed in the national consumer court against your shopping site and dealers.

                                      also the complaint has been registered with cyber rime cell FBI

                                      inspite of repested reminders you have not shown any interest and rather claiming web proof id.

                                      now thw matter will be resoved with compensation for fraud and misuse of customer info on the pretext of shopping.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had made a mistake from ordering a product from Indiatimes shopping on 2/12/2012 vide order no: [protected] for a room heater which I wanted to use during the winters. Two weeks elapsed and the product did not reached me. I made a lot of request made a no of calls to the customer care but all in vain. I finally informed the customer care to cancel the order and refund the payment to me because I would not be able to claim the product after 29/12/2012 due to the reason that I would be out of country for 2 weeks. But there fraud delivery system took this as an opportunity and delivered to someone else the product on 2/1/2013 and claimed that it has been delivered to me, when actually I was in train in chiang mai with my family. As soon as I came to knew about the fraud I informed your customer care about it on 13/1/2013, who informed me that not to worry, the action would be taken within 24 hours and I would either receive my product or money back. More then 7 days have passed and I received no information from there side other then a call from the courier company confirming that the product has been delivered to someone else at some different address and they will deliver it to me. 3 days have elapsed and no such delivery has been done. What should I do?
