[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — No shipment .. Fake Courier Id (Order Id:- [protected]) (Case Id:463354) | |||
My order id is : [protected]. I ordered Kid's laptop . You have shipped those on 16 th October via Blue Dart Courier. Today is 26 th October . I do not receive anything !!! Very strange. Even you provide a courier tracking Id "AWB [protected] " which does not work . I am unable to know my product status. I ordered this product for gift purpose for my niece who will leave India on 28 th. But I am at a loss now. I made numerous call to your customer care and also emailed you , initiated a case (Id (463354) ... No solution. I must say your customer service is very poor. I do not expect it from you. I think I am cheated. There is no shipment from you at all!! You gave me a fake courier id, that is why it does not work in their site. I also ordered other things from firstcry.com 5 days later .They also send via blue dart .I already received that products. But yours is a loser. Completely cheated by your merchants. No shipment ...Only fake courier ID!! I am completely dissapointed with you. I think you will never solve my problem. If you have little courtesy for customer , please please cancel my order and refund my Rs.679 to my credit card account. I assure you that I will never ever visit your site for any order. Flipkart.com — Product not delivered ...Can't track courier Id (Order Id:- OD21014170133)
My order id is : OD[protected]. I ordered all total 5 books . They haveshipped those on 16 th October via India post. Today is 29 th October
. I do not receive a single book !!! Very strange. Even they provide a
courier tracking Id " EW[protected]IN " which does not work . I am
unable to know my product status. I ordered this product for gift
purpose for my niece who will leave India on 28 th. But I am at a loss
now. I made numerous call to your customer care ... No solution. I
must say their customer service is very poor. I do not expect it from
them. I think I am cheated. There is no shipment from them at all!! They
gave me a fake courier id, that is why it does not work in their site.
I am completely dissapointed with them. I think they will never solve
my problem. If they have little courtesy for customer , please please
cancel my order and refund my Rs.312 to my credit card account. After repeated calls and emails , they provide me the address from where they shipped. It is from Kolkata . 90 K.M away from my home .. 2 hours distance from my house by train or bus. Actually they never shipped my product.. so how can I receive my product?? Basically traders of Kolkata are cheaters. I know them from my first hand experience.
