    My Order# [protected] is NOT yet delivered since March 1 2012 worth Rs.2474
    This was actually replacement of 2 items against my original order# [protected] containing 7 items which was dated Dec 4, 2011 worth Rs.7833.

    Every time some one calls from Indiatimes Shopping, they assure delivery within 3-4 working days.. but next call comes only after few weeks. Again same story of assuring resolution in another 3-4 working days and into infinite loop.

    Even my card thru which i had originally paid got expired & is discontinued/not renewed since its renewal fees is more than Rs.2474. Hence I cannot take this as refund into same account. I have already conveyed my request to refund in form of Gift vouchers/coupons on indiatimes which i can use for my future purchases. Even this is not done till date.

      This is regarding order no. [protected].
      I had ordered the product (wrist watch worth Rs. 7295) on 15.06.2012 (30% discount was being offered i.e. of Rs.2188), which was supposed to be delivered by 25.06.2012.
      On 25.06.2012, cust care exec called me up and told me that the product is not in the stock and i can opt for other product to whcih i said clear NO.
      When i checked the availability of the product on 25.06.2012, it was available and anyone could buy the same (even though it was out of stock, as per their exec) and similar was the condition on 26th and 27th June'2012.
      This is clear fraud and cheating.

      All the above things are mentioned on their website vide case no 284909 against the above order no.

      Suddenly on 27.06.2012, i checked the status and found that the order has been cancelled without intimation.
      You are requested to look into the above matter and intiatimes shall either provide me the product or if they are cancelling the order, they should reimburse the full amount i.e. of Rs. 7295 as i have lost the discount due to their negligence and fraud.

      Indiatimes — shopping order cancelled without any intimation

      I have placed an order online to send a gift online from indiatimes to one of my friends in jaipur.
      indiatimes took the payment online and confirmed my oder saying that if i place the order before 2pm on 27th october, then the order will be shipped on diwali the next day. they had a scheme like that.

      But the order did not reach. I checked with indiatimes and was told that they take 3 days, which is not in tune with 24hrs as was shown on website.

      I still agreed as i wanted the gift to reach my dear ones by friday.

      But on Monday i checked again the gift has not reached. I have sent varuious emails to indiatimes asking for status of order but they did not reply.

      Then I spoke with someone named Aman, Team Lead of call center. he said he will get order shipped in a day and rever to me. But he never reverted.

      Today I have shooted an email to MD of indiatimes and then I start getting calls that the order is on its way. After 30mins the person calls up and says that my oder was cancelled. when I asked who has instructed to cancel the order, they do not have the data.

      This is ridiculous, my diwali gift has been shattered and has not reached even after 10 days.

      what shall i do?

        I've ordered online matchmaking service from indiatimes astrospeak portal http://www.astrospeak.com/, i've paid 400/- through credit card for matchmaking service on email ref number for that is AST454683 order date is 22-May-2012, they have written that astrologer will revert between 4 and 10 days time. but till date they haven't reverted in any manner, i've mailed three to four times to them mail id : [protected]@indiatimes.com. also i call on there customer care number[protected]. neither they reverted on mail or picked phone number. this is very annoying and pathetic service. please guide me how to lodge complaint in consumer court.

        Hello. I want to warn u all regarding this website. There is a fraud astrologer on this website. He is fraud cheater and not less than a criminal and this people say he is best astrologer in India such a fraud website n fake people. you trust the stories about astrologer on this website as its associated with indiatimes. I Don't understand how can this top website cheat us and promote such . I am seriously going to take some action. against both. both please dont trust people on this website. [censored]ing say celebrity astrologer. the are criminal. i vl share the whole story later with the person name. They have done a big fraud with me. and when I email this website they haven't reply me yet. They guy has took thousands of money from me.

          first they sold me duplicate nike deos.n now they dont have address of merchant.its been almost 3 months they are not replacing the product nor refunding the money.i have given the details below.if i dont get this thing done ill be complaining to nike officials soon saying that inditimes shopping is selling their duplicate product.

          Indiatimes.com — Selling duplicate product

          Hi Everybody,

          I am working for call center and recently I read Times of India news paper and there they have advertised a HTC 7 surround dolby digital mobile phone at 57% less offer. I called their service center asked about the product and the executive told me that the mobile is legal sealed product and has 6mnths of their warranty. Believing that the mobile sealed I ordered for one over the phone. After 8 working days I got the product but later I sent the courier person, I realized it is a Brand from AT&T in US but am still not even sure whether it is american brand or the seller cheated me giving any Korean mobile with the name HTC on it. I lost my 13300 rupees and now even that phone is not working. Seller also not giving any response to my complaints. I really feel bad about internet marketing now and please someone help me in resolving this. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

              I had placed and order for zync Pad Z 990 on indiatimes.com upon recipt of their promotional mail for 10% discount. while placing the order i was informer product will be shippeed with in 7 days, .
              orer placed on on 8th june 2012.
              on 11th june i called up to check up delivery status, the suppport executive told me that do not call before 18th june . and call only if order is not recd on 18 th june , reason being shipement date is 7 day and deliver date is 10 days,
              on 18 th june i call up to u/s that order is shipped but will be delivered after 4 days…
              is this aa joke ..

              also the cusotmer support executives speaks in very vague tone.
              i feel like i am beign cheated here .
              by offering discouns, indiatimes.com is seeling products and are unable to deliver.
              it is fake promotion.

                      I have purchased a product vide order no [protected] dtd 2 Apr. The product was defective and a complaint was registered vide 197555. The customer care advised to send the product back to merchandiser. The product was sent to merchandiser by DTDC courier on 25 Apr.Inspite of several calls to the customer care, the status of our refund is unknown and everytime we give a call they tell us they will come back in 48 hrs, however, no one calls back. We must have made at least 100 calls to them but their negligent attitude has harassed us everytime. An early redressal will be appreciated.

                        Hi ,

                        I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S-2 on Indiatimes shopping. I used HDFC Credit Card to Make the Payment. After completion of order there was a message generated flagging an ERROR the payment has not been received from the Bank. I have the Snapshot of the same , the order was not placed at that time. I made my purchase from another Vendor. Now next Day I received an SMS regarding 25K has been deducted from my account. As soon I saw the message I called Indiatimes to Cancel the order from Mail & over the Phone as well. They never reply the mails on time they took their own time & they accepted my request on 26 (as per their records) . HDFC says they didn't raised any request for cancellation. Now on 28 May I received another SMS about my amount has been converted into 6 equal EMI . Daily I am calling Customer care & there is a single reply "Your amount will be reverted back within 3-4 working days ". If you ask any question the answer is same. They mentioned that the order has been candled due to unavailability of Stock. God knows what the hell they are doing .

                        This is not the first time they are doing this, couple of years ago I ordered a Cannon Digital camera & they shipped a different product.

                        They are working like a typical Govt organization, nonchalant with cavalier attitude towards their customers. No Idea how they are surviving in this market.

                        I will be thankful if any one can guide me where should I flagg this issue, from where I can expect some Immediate action.

                        IndiaTimes escalation is bunch of few who just use some practiced statements to pacify the Customer and than disappear after that. They have a presence here to show public that they are working on the complaints but in reality nothing happens. My complaint is due for past 4 months with escalation. No matter how much discount you get; stay away from IndiaTimes.

                        Indiatimes — Cancelling the placed order on their Own

                        Hello,

                        I placed an order for a Motorola Defy Mini mobile at http://shopping.indiatimes.com on 14th July Mid night via the order no. [protected].
                        Also a Gift Card applied to re-deem an offer of price reduction of 1099 INR. All the steps are properly followed and the payment was also done through Citi Bank credit card, it was accepted and I was informed via email and SMS that the product will be delivered by 25th July 2012.

                        Later when I checked the status after 2 days ,I was shocked to see the status as "CANCELLED".
                        I gave many feedback and also reported a case (Case ID is: 320402) but there is no any response still.
                        When I called the Customer center, the executive updated me saying that there was some technical problems in the website due to which the order was cancelled.

                        Now I want that the same order is respected by them and the product is delivered as committed.

                              I ordered item#Philips Hair Straightener - HP8315 (1) and indiatimes were unable to deliver it. So I cancelled. Instead of cancelling they were giving other option to buy any other product. But atleast I cancelled it because of their services. the main thing what i found they are not at all tracking their records what customer has ordered. When you call and ask that time only they will wake up and make complain for which they will not return back to you. So again if you call then only they will tell you the status. this is how they are working for on-line shopping.
                              after cancellation of this order, I am doing a continuous follow-up on call and email to get my money back. but they people are somehow want customer to keep silent and they can eat money. this is really a ridiculous.

                              Order details: [protected] Apr 9, 2012 Philips Hair Straightener - HP8315 (1), please refer to the attachment for more details. I ordered 9Apr but till date there is no refund happened on it. they are giving some fake information about Bank Draft which they haven't delivered. they are really making a fool of people. INdiatimes online shoping is the worst I have ever seen. so now INDIATIMES is not willing to return the money they will excuse and try to escape from it.so that customer get tired off and leave his money with indiaties only. This is the way of INDIATIMES shopping. I want you all to know so that It will not happen with you all as well. So beware of this type of fraud which indiatimes is doing with customer. a well brand name into print media(playing with people money) and emotions..

                                Though my overall experience itself is bad; this complaint is strictly about order no [protected] (April 5 2012). I ordered a PC Game and they sent me a XBox one. After this the pain started. I called logged a ticket; they said they'll pick it up soon,

                                Nothing happened for a week, checked again; same reply with assurence. Again nothing happen. Finally escalated it, now its 7+ days after escalation. Escalation told me to pick it in 2 days; I wonder where to complain about escalation.

                                So all in all ordered on 5th April, today is 13 May. More than a month. Several communication and no result.

                                My advice; even though they are offering coupons; which at first seems lucrative; STAY AWAY from them. The mental pain they cause to a customer is huge.

                                I am going to persuade it for sure. Lets see how many days more it continues.

                                One Mr Shukla called from escalation and asked me to wait for some days; same like other executive did in past. Now its 3 days since than and again no response. I do not understand what is so hard in doing a pick up and giving refund. Don't you guys have any control over vendors.
                                Now the product is being picked up and delivered to merchant; and escalation has again gone deaf and unresponsive. I suggest every one to only shop with credit card and press charge back in such conditions.

                                order no [protected] ordered on 22 may verefied on 25 may, was called by vendor on 26 may regarding non avablity of ordered product, i reverted to your c.care. on 26 informed the conversation nothing happned, same story on28, 29, 30, and today 31 still no action product delivery date by 1 st june but still today no update on the delivery status if not resolved by today evening new coplaint will be looged from my side
                                I actually ordered it on April 5, so its 2 months now; and its still going on. IndiaTimes CC and escalation are one hopeless department; I am still waiting for the, they are waiting for vendor and vendor is not responding. I am going to write at more places about this,
                                Just for other's information, it is still going on. One escalation guy told me that they are processing refund and will be done in 5 days, after 10 days another guy said "we are working on your case". Not sure who named this moronic department as escalation.
                                It is still going on, no sign of refund yet. I am still checking with these .

                                      I put Order No. [protected] on 7th April, It was cancelled by indiatimes after 13 days on 20th April but I haven't get refund. Product coast is 3850. I put Case Id. 196421. I called custmercare 7-8 times but they didn't give me satisfy answer. 21 days already passed but neither I get product nor money. I need get my money back as early as possible.
