The product was expected to be shipped on 6th october but sadly till date it has not been shipped to me. This web site http://shopping.indiatimes.com is poor shopping site. If you order any product in this site they will take ur money and they wont ship that product until you make a call. They ship the product more than 15 day after the order date and that order will be transit for more that 7 days. So pls dont make any shopping in this site....

They gave me a damaged book, I complained to them to compensate for it. The customer support is useless who replied twice that the complaint will be taken care of.
