Now It is my turn (I am also Cheated) registering the complaint against them & If possible I want You to take LEGAL ACTIONS on them.
I've Recordings to proov INDIATIMES SHOPPING A BIG FRAUD.

INDIATIMES SHOPPING FRAUD STRATEGY : They Get the Order booked, Then they Keep money with them, Then CC Executives Respond in a bad way, They keep call on HOLD, & then they Cut, They Never take Follow up, Customers has to follow up & Call them daily until they get tired,
At the time of delivery if We call They say PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK & THEN THEY KIP DELAYING, THEN when customer gets tired & try to cancel out the product , They say Cancellation may take 4 Working days, They after that They keep on delaying & They they say Money will be refunded after 10 Working Days. Which means I[censored] ARE TRAPPED YOU ARE GOING TO CRY FOR MINIMUM 2 MONTHS FOR YOUR OWN MONEY. THEY DONT SHARE THEIR ADDRESS FROM WHR THEY OPERATE ! THEY DONT GIVE DIRECT CALL TO THEIR SENIORS. LOT OF PEOPLE I've READ ON INTERNET HAVE NOT GOT THEIR MONEY EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS !!! SUCH ONLINE SHOPPING BRANDS HAS TO BE BANNED & SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR SHOULD BE HEAVILY PUNISHED TO JAIL FOREVER !

    i ordered a skullcandy in the ear headphone S2DUDZ-058 on indiatimes.com and i got delivery on 20aug,12 but the different product was delivered i.e skullcandy X2SPCZ-805 and i registered the complaint same day but till 3sep,12 i havnt got any response by their side .i have called them 7 times every time they avert me.i am fed up with this so kindly help me out.

      New Nokia ASHA 311 product faulty

      Hi, I purchased Noika Asha 311 from Online Nokia shop i.e indiatimes.com. When I received the mobile then i found there are two major issue in this mobile. .1 camera quality is not good. this mobile coming with 3.2 MP but quality poor. I am facing 2nd issue sound going off during call. When I complain to shopping.indiatimes.com they asked to go nokia care for DAP certificate. Nokia care not providing any DAP(dead at purchased) certifiate...

      I ordered one Buffalo 1TB MiniStation Stealth USB 3.0 External Portable Hard Drive on 4-8-2012. The order has been accepted wide no. [protected]. The order status has been send to me was "FIRSTFLIGHT-MUMBAI Express AWB No.:B11422139" I waited and checked this AWB on Firstflight, but didn't find track and than I reported the matter to indiatimes. They said your order has been canceled because product was out of stock. I said the order has been accepted money has been charged even AWB no has been given and now this excuse. Than after the came with new excuse your order has been canceled because of non delivery. I said pl send me record where your courier partner said product can't be delivered at my address. In fact I was on tracking, their was no such AWB exists on Firstflight.

      After I purse the case they came with new excuse your order has been canceled because of pricing issue and we has reserved right to cancel any order.

      Till now indiatimes does not bother to respond to my repeated mails and messages.
      India times accepted the order and taken money to supply the product on agreed price. Its duty of the indiatimes to supply product on agreed price that was on 4-8-2012. Even simple street seller do this fair business practice. But now indiatimes it self taken all decision take order and cancel order at the cost of customer faith. The customer has no right to say, its the discretion of indiatimes to cancel any order.

      What I feel is indiatimes has all the cheating rights to customers, accept order, cancel order, use money of customer, if find customer some what vigilant and have strength to fight with big than supply product and otherwise no need to supply any product just use customers money.

        I had odered a toaster and coffe maker Order No:[protected], the product received was damaged for whichi I had mailed the product photos and got acomplaint no.349158
        I have still not got any revertal for the replacement of the product in spite of continuos reminders to the company.
        It has been almost a month now.

          This is very pathetic service from Indiatimes Shopping. They accepted the order (order no.[protected]) and received the full payment in advance and ensure to deliver it by 29/08/2012. But they themselves cancelled the order stating that the vendor refused to deliver at the location. Although on their the website when I checked the delivery location it display that the booked product will be delivered to that location. They do not bother to inform the customer prior so that customer could make some alternative arrangement. They also refuse to make any alternative arrangements. They do not understand the time & money significance and bother about the mental agony one undergoes.
          They are losing the goodwill and credibility. They refused to make any alternative to deliver the product or give any compensation. The customer care person are only trained to say sorry and apologies statement which they do not actually meant.
          My appeal to our customer community not to buy anything from Indiatimes Shopping.

            I placed an order on 18 August, 2012 on shopping.indiatimes.com. Order Id is [protected]. I received shipping details on 24 August, 2012. Consignment No. is [protected] and Courier company is DELHIVERY.I was assured that expected delivery date is 27 August 2012. After 3 days of due date I have not received my order. I have called many times to delhivery but there is no response Even they have not picked the call only single time. I send e-mail to delhivery emails are also bouncing. There is no feedback from delhivery. I send email to indiatimes also but I have not received any response from both the companies. I tracked online status of consignment no. It is showing that door locked and customer to be called. All updates are fraud on delhivery.com The are updating wrong status on website.

              ot supplied so i called to indiatime customer care they given complain no. 374076 and told there pfficer will call within 24 hour till call did not came.

                Ref: Indiatimes Shopping - Case ID: 358250 and 362263 (Order No. [protected])

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I have placed an order #[protected] on 07.08.2012 for two books:

                1) Speed Maths: Mental Maths Skills (Book - 5)
                2) Olympiad Exams Resource Book for class-5

                The first book was delivered on 11.08.2012 by First Flight Courier but the second book has not been delivered till date. I have registered complaints in this regard on 11.08.2012 and 15.08.2012. After that, I have been told that Delhivery Courier has returned the second book to origin due to "No Service Zone". I have requested Indiatimes Shopping many times to ship the book again by First Flight Courier but till date it has not been shipped due to reasons best known to Indiatimes Shopping. Now I have requested to refund the cost of the book. Customer Care says that the case manager assigned to this complaint is diligently working with the respective departments to get this issue resolved at the earliest but even 15 days of diligent work could not resolve this issue.

                It is again requested to act soon to deliver or refund.

                  Dear Sir, I placed the order of an OTG (28 liters, Morphy Richards make) through Indiatimes shopping online. The purchase was completed and the amount of Rs.5001/- was deducted from my credit card and an order no. [protected] was generated. I got an online receipt of the same and the product was supposed to be delivered by 21st August 2012. When the product did not reach me on the said date I lodged a case with the said website asking for the delivery status of the product. The case id is 371869. But today I got a call from Indiatimes shopping to inform that the order has been cancelled since they could not deliver the product in time. This is simply unbelievable. You are requested to kindly help.

                    Hello, I ordered for a 21 piece food processor through Indiatimes Shopping on 23rd July,2012. The product was unsatisfactory and not as described. I made a complaint on 27th July,2012 (Product number-[protected]) for refund. I was told a refund would be made in 10 days. I have not received any call back regarding this from them. I have called them about 5 to 6 times and after all this repeated calls,I am told every time that I would get a call in 24-48 hrs regarding this and my problem will be solved. It has been 3 weeks and yet no action has been taken. Please look into this matter and reply to my complaint. No attention is paid to consumer's complaints.
                    Therfore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take
                    appropriate actions as soon as possible.

                        I never subscribed to BP ITEMS on www.follo.co.in . Even the Sim ([protected]) I am using have no gprs .. Damn, how is it that I am getting SMS every day and being charged Rs 5 every week ?? Can any body help unsubscribing BP ITEMS ???

                          Services from www.follo.co.in of wap.indiatimes.com BT ITIMES follo saif, and PC was started to my mobile [protected] accidentaly. The sender is 55558 and 58888 the request for unsubscribing is not accepted by the sender. The service still continuing and charges of rs 10/- is debited weekly. There is no option in web page for unsubscribing the services. This deliberately done, so that they earn extra income.

                          Please help me unsubscribing to services from www.follo.co.in and receiving messages from BT ITIMES
                          I am unable to send them email or unsub message as all request are bounced and showing network out of order.

                            I have received message from 58888001 stating that Re 1/- as cost for subscription to indiatimes jokes for one day.It's happening from 15/08/2012 till today(17/08/2012).I would like to mention here that i have not subscriped for the above mentioned services.Kindly arrange to revert the amount deducted.
                            To deactive they are asking to sms UNSUB JOKES to 58888 and an amount of Rs.2/- will be charged for the same.Kindly stop this sevices & deduction

                            indiatimes subscription-jokes — I want to stop this service

                            I had called the service cell at [protected], was advised to send a sms to 58243 stating "END JOKE"
                            got a reply saying that I am not a subscribed used for joke service. How do I get off this stupid sms for which I believe I am charged RS 1 per SMS.

                              I had ordered online 3 No. of Buffalo 1 TB hard disk from India Shopping times on 6th Aug'12 from their official website. At that time its price was Rs.3690/- per hard disk. so I have paid & was expecting the delivery on 16th Aug'12 as stated in the invoice generated during payment transaction. Till 14th Aug'12 I was being promised & even mailed that the product will be delivered on time. But on 15th Aug'12 the order got cancelled stating some pricing issue. also as per customer care team due to some system issue the price was misquoted in their website on 6th Aug'12. I just want to know if there was such issue on 6th Aug'12 why did not they rectified it immediately & let us knew about the same earlier & continued false commitment of delivery till 14th Aug'12. because of that I did not purchase the same product from other websites on that day.

                              Indiatimes.com — False commitment

                              I booked ny Air tickets for Jaipur on 16th Nov'07 on Indiatimes.com(PNR HCYMDM) and it was displayed o n Indiatimes.com that i will get GC of Rs 1500. Although fare for Spicejet was lower as compared to Jet, I chose Jet airways because on this GCs were applicable on it.
                              I got it confirmed from Indiatimes CC before booking the ticket and after receiving confirmation i booked the tickets. Later i receive a mail from Indiatimes.com that due to heavy load condition, i will receive my GC with in some time.

                              Lateron i received another communication mentioning that i will not receive GC as the offer was applicable on bookings till 15th Only. My objection to this is that

                              Why it was wrongly displayed on Indiatimes site that GCs would be given for Jet Airlines booking. Is this for misguiding the customers using Indiatimes.com
                              Why did Indiatimes agent confirmed me on phone about the GCs

                              Why did i receive a confirmation mail for these GCs from Indiatimes.com

                              I request to impose some strong action against false promotional policies by such companies wherein companies misguide consumer with false commitment.

                                I bought a iBall Nirantar UPS from Indiatimes in January 2012 Under Order No. [protected],which was shipped and delivered to me in Broken and non Working Condition.

                                I did complaint and i was assured for replacement via reverse pickup from their side within 7days and was provided with Complaint Id:93985

                                Its been more than 8 months,I mail them every week and they reply me back saying they are taking action ,but not done/doing anything against my complaint.

                                Even when i call them they give me excuse every time asking for some more time.I even have the Voice Recording of the conversations and emails as proof.

                                Meanwhile my Desktop Computer worth Rs.30,000 also got damaged due to non availability o[censored]PS.

                                Indiatimes Shopping is all responsible for all the loss i have beard.I will take this in consumer forum and demand compensation against my loss of Time ,Money and Mental Torture Given to me by them since past 8 Months.

                                  I placed order for Sony Bravia LED 26-Inch KLV-26BX350 BUT i received LCD .Regular follow up of mail and through phone they said sorry wrongly delivered we would take back replaced correct one said.Today i received call from call center not possible said. We advertise wrongly in portal .We can't change it LCD to LED.

                                  One month waiting get this details and i need only LED i don't want this LCD.

                                    I had bought a magazine subscription (of CHIP magazine) from the Indiatimes shopping website on 08 January 2012. This is an annual subscription in which I am supposed to get the magazine every month. Also, I should be getting a laptop bag free as per the offer given by the website. I made the full payment of Rs 1599/- using my credit card on 08 jan 12. My order number given is [protected].

                                    The magazine, as per the order details given by the website. is supposed to be delivered by the 5th of every month. I got my first magazine on 16 Feb , ie 11 days late. Also, on 14 Feb 12, I informed the company that I have been transferred to Bhopal, and hence I should get further copies of the magazine at my new address at Bhopal only. This information I sent to their customer care using my email id, as well as through the indiatimes shopping website portal. After almost 35 days, finally on 20 March, I got a call from Indiatimes shopping and I was told that my address had not been changed. i gave a request once again, and also raised a complaint through the website. Since then, i have sent numerous mails to them, and also raised complaint 3 times. But the company has not bothered to even reply back.

                                    I got one copy of Chip magazine (March issue) in end-April, out of nowhere.. But since then I have not received any copy or the refund from this fraud firm. they have not even bothered to reply back to me ever!

                                    Plz do help me in getting my money refunded from this useless and untrustworthy firm. thanks
