Indiatimes Shopping — Wrong Product Delivered & Denied To Refund | |||
I ordered Coloressence Compac (Ivory) from Indiatimes Shopping online; however, the delivered product (Coloressence Compac (Ivory Biege)) was wrong. I contacted Customer care to replace the same but they didnt change it & after that i got a confirmation call from Customer care that the money for the product will be refunded as they dont have Coloressence Compac (Ivory) in their stock. Again after that day the customer care called me & said that there is no policy of replace & refund of product in their company which was not communicated to me at the time of initial complaint.
